Irritated. Went to this 24 hour McDonald’s last night (4/9) and I sat waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no answer. Drove to the windows. No one there. Went back to the speaker, honked a few times; said hello numerous times, no response? I just don’t get it. If you’re closed then just say that but it literally said on the building open 24hrs Friday & Saturday…? I don’t understand why human decency isn’t a thing anymore. Someone could have just said we’re closed or I can’t take your order, something. All lights were on and there were cars in the parking lot. I literally almost started knocking on windows like. I get this is a bit dramatic but like, after having a very long night and driving passed 4 closed McDonald’s on my way home, I was really looking forward to some chicken nuggies from my local 24 hr McDonald’s and I didn’t even get them. 😒Edit 8/22/2022Today I placed an online order. It went through. I paid for it. Get to the restaurant to be told “curently NO FRIED FOOD, no crispy nuggets, no fries, no fish, sorry for inconvence” like…? Can I just get one good experience here? Every time I go to this location, they can’t give me food. I’ve made so many complaints to corporate that this location needs to be closed because they’re just a waste of space at this point and a nuisance to the community. Absolutely absurd that you think it’s even worthwhile being open at this point since you can’t accommodate over half of the menu. 0/5 stars if I could.
Always quick fast and friendly service. Was very satisfied with food. Tasted very good for McDonalds, and was given to us very fast. I was in a large party, and even with all of our orders, it was very quick. Less than five minutes for all of us. The play place was very clean and nice, and all of our children had a lot of fun playing in there. Service was friendly and quick. The McRib sign was up, however they didn’t have it with them. That is my only complaint. Beyond that, very good.
First time EVER McDonald’s was fast after 9PM. Thank you to Jeff(employees name), it was the best experience we have had at McDonald’s.
All I got to say is on 3 separate occasions I have arrived at this store around 10:30am or so, and when I ask for breakfast which should be available i’m told to essentially go away and breakfast is over. I just want a sausage McMuffin bro. Customer service here is just like what they serve their burgers on, buns.
This was by far the worst experience Ive had at a McDonalds. The cashier spoke almost no English so our order was not correct. When we tried to fix it there was attitude from the staff, so we just bought the missing fries and left. Will never stop at this place again.
Ive come here 4 different times in the morning before 11am and even before 1040am and each time ive been refused breakfast even though they advertise it ending at 11 am. Further more the staff is extremely rude and when they mess up your order they don’t answer theyre phones.
This is literally the slowest McDonald’s I have every been. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to our house. We could go early morning, afternoon, or midnight and it takes forever to get your food. We sit in the drive through for at least 10 minutes every time. There could only be 1 mother car in front of us, and it still takes so long.This photo is one of their burgers that I was served. After waiting for about 20 minutes I got a raw burger. I took my receipt and filled out the survey. It asked if I would like to be contacted by someone from McDonald’s regarding the issue, I said yes. It’s been months and no one has ever contacted me. And all the lady at the register said when it happened was sorry. The lady that received her food right before me brought her nasty raw burger back up too.
McDonalds is always great for lunch time drive-thru the service at this particular McDonalds was fast and friendly great job guys!

My staff and I have tried to order breakfast from here several times usually in the 10am hour. Almost every time we’re are sent away and told they stopped serving breakfast early today. This is becoming a habit with them and leads us to getting breakfast from Taco Bell instead.
Change your hours if it’s no longer 24 hours, pulled up cones blocking drive-thru, about 5 cars in the parking lot. (Around 4am)
This is the same place that when you ask for extra sausage they put no sausage on your big breakfast. Make sure you read the menu before you leave to make sure your order was done correctly
I tried to go into the lobby today because there was a literal eighteen car back up in the drive-through, but they are not opening their lobby… Pretty much the worst customer service ever.
Always never get my breakfast order right, not once, I even called and complained about no eggs on my mcmuffins, I was told that you have to ask for eggs on mcmuffins, I never order breakfast there, its happened more than once that they have messed up my breakfast order. They still screw everything up, you get the wrong order and cold fries, this dump needs to have the owner lose the franchise, new owner that cares and new management.

Let me preface this by saying Im mostly easy going and am more likely to post a great review as I will a bad one because I try to give businesses the opportunity to correct and improve. However today just took the cake for me. I went to McDonalds yesterday and ordered 2 fries and decided to try their apple fritter. Im pregnant and was excited to try this apple fritter, however by the time I got home (which is about a 10 minute drive) I noticed that the fritter was not in the bag. I called immediately and spoke with a manager Sophie or Sophia who took down my name and offered to fulfill my order along with a medium fry.So I go back today and send my son because again Im pregnant and tired, but the manager on staff today tells him to come back tomorrow when Sophie is on schedule. Are you kidding me?! You make a mistake and I need to come back 3 days in a row to get what I ordered and paid for? So I go inside and the manager tries telling me the same thing...um no! And says Ill do it for you this time but next time you need a receipt. Youre not doing me any favors! Youve wasted my time, gas, money and appetite. Next time get my order right! The fritter is dry, lacking apples but an abundance of cinnamon and icing.
They always forget something. Make sure to check the bag before you leave the drive thru especially with the night crew
I dont often eat at McDonalds but after not having breakfast today I was hungry and needed something quick. I decided to try one of McDonalds new hacks. I thought it would be interesting to try the Surf and Turf. What I got? One filet of fish sandwich with a half a slice of cheese on it and a seperately wrapped cheese burger. Seriously? If you dont know what youre doing....dont do it. You SUCK McDonalds.
Inevitably, typically after paying and driving home, I will discover that I had received the wrong order. I always say I will check my order BEFORE I LEAVE THE DRIVE UP ORDER PICKUP WINDOW, but what kind of repercussions will I receive from the customers behind me!
Why yall lying about Doordash/McDonalds issues when its just you all are lazy and turn your machine off. Its been off for a week now and its obvious.
They take forever and then still manage to get your order wrong. One time I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I understand sometimes places get busy, but this place is always slow and takes forever. Once in a great while I will give it another chance and I always regret it. It would be worth the drive to go to another location.
Good food but very shorthanded!
Had the most bizarre and funniest drive-thru experience ever. We ordered 2 set of 10 piece chicken nuggets with buffalo and BBQ sauce. My boyfriend checked the bag, and they only gave us one sauce cup of each. Usually when you order 10 piece chicken nuggets, it comes with two free sauce. Instead of saying “hey you messed up my order” my boyfriend politely asked for 1 extra buffalo and 1 BBQ sauce to makeup for it and they tried to charge us 25 cents a cup. My boyfriend goes “I never been charged for extra cup of sauce before”. They brought another lady to yell at us, which we weren’t even trying to argue with them. The employee then said that they had put 2 sauce cup in the bag, so my boyfriend took everything out of the bag to show them we only had 2 sauce cups (1 buffalo and 1 BBQ). After seeing this, another employee (who has no intitula involvement in this matter but took the time join the confrontation) to handed us 2 buffalo cup instead of 1 buffalo and 1 BBQ and rudely said “are you going to take the sauce or not?” No apologies from them for trying to scam us over a second sauce cup.
This McDonald wait time is horrible. We stopped to grab a few things and it took forever. 😡
Using coupons on the app are great deals to get extra food and fast service.
It would be fair if McDonalds to change its our schedule to what the buildings are actually open to because the McDonalds I went to was not a 24-hour service building..
I frequent this location and although the staff isnt always friendly they are never rude and Ive always gotten my order right
Do not use their app. It will charge you for things even if you’re trying to get a discount. And this McDonald’s is especially horrendous they cannot take orders, cannot fulfill orders correctly, and the people in line do not know how to pull up so others can order.
They usually always get my food right and its always fresh. However, I ordered tonight and noticed my fries and nuggets were both cold and stale. I ordered pretty close to close, but my food was close to inedible, as if the food had been made for a few hours already.
Ice cream machine was working. Caramel sundaes are delicious
So the person serving the food and taking the money was super awesome and really helped us out and considered our needs. They were awesome! The only reason I had to dock a star is because the food prep person, a different person, was not considerate and sold us half the amount of small fries that comes in a small fry and not only were they cold but stale with no salt. We had to look through and wait another 10 min to get our fries. But as I said, the person at the window was super nice and awesome!

A very busy location. Your average McDonalds. It is on a busy corner, can be awkward to exit parking lot. Bathrooms are clean.
1st was disappointed the entire indoor dinning was closed. Had wanted to take my niece and nephew in to play or at least eat in the restaurant. So we went to the drivethrough and ordered. I was quite clear with what I wanted but still when we got back I had the wrong order. I had ordered a happy meal with nuggets it was the hamburger and a sad excuse for a hamburger at that plus I had used the coupon from the app for the free happy meal with purchase of a value meal, which they ended up charging me extra for drinks. I had argued it in the drive thru and they said they removed but looking closer when at home I was charged for an apple juice with the quarter pound meal AND charged for a chocolate milk for the free happy meal. It seemed the English was 2nd language to everyone there. Horrible experience. Wont be back.
This location just keeps getting worse and worse. My chicken sandwich tastes like rubber. They gave me a small chocolate shake and charged me for it when I wanted a large coke no ice.....

I went to McDonalds as a late night stop, which has always been a great night stop for me and others. But tonight was horrific with what I received. The fries tasted microwaved, and the cheeseburgers were not what I asked (plain) and everything else. I have had issues here before but never so bad after hours! Why the HELL did I pay for this garbage???
At night this McDonalds is a joke. We called to see if they were open and the lady said yeah. We pull up to drive-thru 2 minutes later only to have no one answer. We call them while in drive-thru only to have her not answer. The arch was on and there was coffee theburners were on but she still refused to answer. I will call in the morning to talk to the manager about the situation.
My left toe is smarter than these employees. They cant even get a simple kids meal right! It seems like every time I go, they seem to mess something up. Can never find good service anymore.

The lady then informed them they will not take my order because I was not in a car. Went around front asked to talk to a manager outside safe distance even wearing a mask. She proceeded to tell me it was for safety reasons so I didnt get run over. And to use the other apps to order food. yet if you wont serve me in a car through the drive-up will you serve me if I walk up to the carry-out app. even still talking to her I never did get served she did nothing to help me in the situation. unbelievable!
Ordered 2 mc chickens and a chocolate milkshake. Now i personally dont like McDonalds. So ill try and keep my reviews fair. The mcchicken was very dry and bland at this location. So i give it 3* for that. The milkshake however had extra chocolate and was really good i give it 5* for that. Really sad they dont use cherries anymore, but thats been the norm for a while sadly. With what i said above that results in a of a 4* review.
On top of multiple other issues I have had here I encountered another one today where I waited 15 minutes as they told me to pull forward to wait. Then an employee walks out asks what im there for and I said ive been waiting over 10 minutes for my food I show him the receipt and he says they told him I drove off so they didnt have my food ready. So the wait continued and nothing was done about this. Terrible service.
Sunday nights theyre crowded but they keep it flowing quick and accurate. Some great employees here with bright futures ahead of them.Some of the customers are so rude it offends me. Be nice to your food server, theyre working hard to feed you and that rude attitude helps no one.
While it’s unfortunate that it’s only the drive thru that is open, the speed and service was still quick and quality. The food here is consistent with other McDonalds in the area so nothing too special going on but you get what you would at others.
Had exposed 120v electrical wiring on handicap door buttons easily accessible to small children. Mentioned it to staff and was told they were aware, but are not sure if anything is being done about it. This could easily result in injury or death. Will rethink bringing my child there ever again if this is what they think to be acceptable. Other than that the staff was polite and responsible.
The service was speedy. The price was cheap. The food was great! The fries fresh! Tip: If you want fresh fries ask for no salt and they make them right then! Grab some salt packets and season to taste!
When we got up to the window to get our food we got our drinks then they told us to move forward to get our food since we had a big order. 30 minutes later we did not get our food. Then after 40 minutes we got our food.
I always get coffee here, and they just reopened their dining area. Respectful, fast service and a menu full of classics that you love. Usually the drive thru is packed so if you are ordering a drink only go inside for quick service.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at this McDonalds!!! Waited 20 minutes to order, and then another 20 for my food. The fries were soggy like they had been cooked in the wrong oil or the oil wasnt hot enough. Very disappointed, I always look forward to eating here. Will think twice about coming back. 😠😠
I have always had an issue at this McDonald’s! I have been over charged multiple times and never have been refunded so these kids are pocketing my money! They also never get my order correct!

Sunday’s are my cheat days....of course I’m always looking forward to that day so I decided to get McDonald’s. I had to work late that night til 11 and got there at 11:30. I first ordered a number 1 meal and the cashier on duty told me they were out.....how is a McDonald’s out of Big Macs???? Next, I ordered a number 3 which is a double quarter pounder meal with a sweet tea. Then the cashier lady told me they were out of sweet tea and unsweetened tea. I then asked what do you have then? She went on to explain with an attitude and then I ordered a root beer and then another number 3 but without the meal. Let me remind you...this isn’t curing cancer....this is McDonald’s. She then has the nerve to ask me to please repeat my order because it’s too confusing...WHAT? I then repeated my order....and then ordered a caramel sundae and asked for some cookies and she said they were all out of cookies. That then completed my order. I came to the window and she was a black girl who was maybe early twenties who had a weave on. She had an attitude the entire time and didn’t even smile or say thank you. Will NOT be going there again.
First this McDonald’s is slower than most I encounter. Secondly as I was already driving away I look in my bag and both my large fries are barely two thirds full and weren’t even hot or warm! Irritated that I paid almost 3 dollars each for two large fries that would probably fit in one of the fry containers I then get home to find out I was also shorted a sandwich. I called and spoke to Mercedes who was very nice, she took down my name and told me to come back with my receipt and they would get me the sandwich and two more fries. Of course when I showed up she was gone, they couldn’t find my name in the book and the manager I spoke with just made everything a complete hassle. I did end up getting my sandwich and one fry after 10 minutes of her acting like I was inconveniencing her, but I didn’t get to eat my lunch for two hours until I could go back up there. Not to mention my gas and time must not be worth anything.
Lobby doors locked at 9:30 and it was clearly posted hours were until 10:00.Fish sandwich was thrown together - tartar sauce was excessive and smeared over packaging.
Worst McDonalds ever. They always get the order wrong. Like this morning when I ordered 2 chicken McGriddle sandwiches and asked for a packet of “Syrup”. The lady couldn’t understand me and had no idea what I wanted. She though I wanted sausage McMuffin. Told me to pull around to the 2nd window and they would take my order there. I pulled around and they handed me 2 sandwiches. I said this is not my order I wanted more items but was told to pull around. Again I asked for “Syrup” and the lady looked at me confused like I was asking for unobtanium. Needless to say when I left and started driving home, there was no syrup in the bag with my order.It would be nice if they had people who understood English and could actually get an order correct. Will not be returning to this McDonalds....Ever. Simply horrible.

Im sorry to say this, but you used to be a great location. The past 2 weeks the new employees that are at the drive thru have NO IDEA what they are doing. They are getting my orders wrong, charging for wrong things, and the lines have been ridiculously long even with 2 order lines. Your staff needs new training or you need to really pay attention to the people you are hiring.
I love the McDonalds app and all the free stuff I get, their reward program has to be the best as far as what you put in to what you get back!
Their computer was down, so it took a while for her to take my order. Very long line behind me. People were getting frustrated and pulling away.
The drive through took forever to give us our order. After waiting 20 minutes for food they gave us the wrong order. I received attitude in Spanish. After presenting a receipt and asking for the correct order I was told I was wrong and I had ordered a cheeseburger with big mac sauce, even though I ordered a double cheeseburger ketchup only. The order was on my recipt. My recipt was not returned after i asked for it back. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars.
Night shift was horrid about a month ago. I was with my friend, and they force fed us with large sodas because the “soda machine wasn’t working” they handed us a drink holder with about six drinks crammed on it, when one of them fell they all dominoed off each other right onto my friends interior, it ruined some on his gadgets such as his USB port in the car and his vape. When we tried to return and explain they were very unreliable, claiming “this was our fault” and “we had left the premises” and refused to help us. Definitely the weirdest experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. And certainly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time (in terms of rudeness towards us and unreliability.) DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS AT NIGHT!
This McD. Is probably the best one Ive ever been to in Lake County. Clean inside, nice washroom (I can only speak for the womens room), fast service, polite wait staff, and they speak English!Im sorry, but•••****I think this is my pet peeve, why on earth hire someone to take your order whos accent is so thick you cant understand then, or they dont speak and understand english.*****
This place is not good. The wait in the drive-thru is ALWAYS long, like ridiculously long. Also the fries suck, yes I said it. For anyone who likes McDonalds fries they would say they same. Dont know if they are using old oil or cooking them too long. Bummer for me as this is the nearest one to me. I guess Ill have to take a longer drive from now on or just avoid McDonalds all together.
The staff at this McDonalds are rude, lazy and more interested in playing with each other than serving their customers. I waited 16 minutes in the drive up line and watched as 2 workers laughed and joked around with each other, ignoring me while I sat outside the drive thru window. I just left.I will not be going back there anytime soon. Whats wrong with manager at this location.
Dont understand how this place keeps running the way it does. Everytime you place an order it seems, something is guaranteed to be wrong. Whether its an item you ordered, or them giving you the wrong bag of food from the double drive thru, something is usually going to be wrong. I get theres busy times, but when the parking lot is half full, probably with employee vehicles, and 3-4 cars in drive thru, this should be easily avoidable. Dont bother calling, management doesnt seem to have a grasp of anything thats going on usually

I could only give it one star. I wish there was a no star option or negative. I am in the food industry as well. The manager at night around 2am Rachel is rude. I have never had a MANAGER! That has an attitude like she does. She gives you attitude and the food takes 15 plus minutes. Im so glad Im moving cause this is the worst McDonalds and my aunt works for corporate and something needs to be done about her. I havent had any problems with this store except maybe some mess ups but again Im in the food industry and it happens!! But this is every time I go there she is rude and gives attitude very upsetting.
Went, in part, to try the new bacon cheese fries. You cant order them as an add on to a value meal so you have to order your drink, fries, and sandwich separately. They use the traditional McDonalds fries which is good, but the cheese sauce they cover it in was, in my opinion, pretty bad. It was way too salty and just didnt live up the my hopes. I probably wont be ordering their new fries again.
They have drastically shortened the front counter - only 2 registers as they are trying to get people to use the kiosks.. cold impersonable. I dont go to McDonalds as a general rule, but I took my boys to get a treat (Shamrock Shakes) following their Hockey game. If this is the direction theyre heading (no personal service - youre treated as an order number) they will never stand a chance of me visiting again. I dont know if theyre all this way or not. I just dont care for it at all.
I have visited many many McDonalds. This location is among the worse. The food is often cold. I have gotten the wrong order on more than 5 occasions and the service is slow. I also have been overcharged and the food is cold. When you are paying 8-10 dollars for a meal these things are unacceptable.. There are no other locations in my area. I go to other locations whenever possible.
The manager or assistant manager with the multicolored hair could go back to training. Her customer service skills are awful. As I was waiting in line, a customer asked her a question. The manager said something really fast and then turned her back, leaving the customer still in question. Then, the person in front of me paid with a debt card. Something went wrong on the cash register so the employee asked this manager for assistance, which she was obviously annoyed by. The manager pushed some buttons and said next time dont call me over here until you have done that. The manager then rolled her eyes at the employee and went back to what she was doing. Wow. Wow. Wow.
This rating is only for the Antioch location. Terrible service and food quality here. Half of the times I have visited here, my order was incorrect. The quality is poor too, when I go to the Lake Villa location, EVERYTHING is better. Service, wait time, taste, everything. I wish they would close this one down, or switch management. Whatever it takes to get this store on par with other locations.
They are always slow, get the order wrong almost every time , and their shake machine has been “broken” for months. Last time my fries were cold and they forgot half of my order. I know mistakes happen and I’m very patient, but after so many times, it’s just ridiculous.
I didnt order anything during this visit but Im commenting on the accessibility of the place for those that are disabled. Theres handicap parking (not in the best place), handicap accessible doors (this is such a rarity so props!) and bathroom equipped with two grab bars both horizontal and vertical for those who need it. Only recommendation is to not have handicap parking right near the drive through exit. And automatic doors for the bathroom would have given this 5 stars. But props to you guys! Thanks for being accesible! ♿
Late night drive through.Long wait, several cars idling in the line.Employee was much less than friendly. Kinda tossed the food at you.I know late night is rough, but Ive been to other places at this hour and had a completely different experience.
Dont ever go there at night. I usually dont post things bad about places I keep my opinions to myself but after last night terrible experience I felt people need to know how awful I was treated. They messed up my order twice and gave me old fries I asked if I can swap out for new fries and they told me it was going to be 4 min i waited 11 mins before walking in the store and instead of them asking what was wrong they went behind the wall and made fun of me. The manager then came back told his employees in a joking manner that I was right and they need to give me my fries. the time I was waiting as the manager walked in the back the kids kept acting unprofessional and rude to me. I will never go there again. No one deserve to be made fun of and nothing was done to fix anything. the new fries they gave me I even heard the girl say to the other employee she burn them on purpose. And she said it load enough for me to hear..like come on that just is not acceptable. Worst place in all of Antioch.

Im in the industry as well and every time I come through the drive threw at night she always has an attitude. I dont know your management requirements but she definitely does not deserve it. I get that people have some bad days and it affects their job. But every time I come threw she is absolutely disgustingly rude. I will never ever come back ever again just because of her. I believe that her name is Rachel. Cannot believe the amount of disrespect she gives to her guests.Terribly disgusted.

Worst McDonalds ever! They cant even get my drink order correct. Ordered 2 Large Sweet Tea, and received regular unsweetened tea. The staff there is very unfriendly, and could care less about your order. Nothing but problems with this location. Never again.
Im an employee here and I have to say that most of the reviews about Rachel are wrong. From what Ive seen Rachel is very nice and will help a customer out if the order is wrong or anything of the sort. She does her job well and she taught me how to do what I do there. Working fast food is not as easy as most people think. About the food though. Its a McDonalds... It wont have the best food but it isnt that bad and the ice-cream is pretty great.
The Antioch McDonalds is horrible! Every order has been messed up and missing half of the order. Im done going there!
This McDonalds Management is very rude. One gal at the drive thru sniffed /spat in or tasted one of our drinks one time because we told her they made a mistake and gave us a diet coke. She turned her head away from the drive thru window and put the cup up to her mouth. They were very rude and instead of simply giving us a new regular coke they made a big deal out of it and called the police saying WE were the problem. We were just asking to have the coke replaced. New Management is badly needed. If the owner sees this, and I see many other reviews stating Management problems, I hope they get the problem fixed. We will be visiting Burger King across the street, where I might add the Management is great and ALL the employees are hygienic and very friendly.UPDATE. The owner has now ban us from his franchise. Well, i gotta tell ya, we are wearing that ban like a badge of honor ..... you really should try giving up a little bit of convenience for pride and patronize a place that actually appreciates your patronage. Thats the only thing these lll-mannered types understand ....... a good ol fashioned hit to the pocketbook. Burger King has won us over, they are so courteous and glad your there, real smiles every visit. We are loyal BK coustomers and proud to wear the CROWN!!!!

2022-04-05Just drove through the drive thru at 10:45 pm. The google maps shows that this location is open 24 hours but I called after I got home to hear them tell me they close at 11 pm. I realize this is 15 till close but we weren’t going to order the entire menu just a couple double cheeseburgers. While waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our existence. Without saying a word to us the lights and the menu shut off and the time still said 10:50. I don’t really care if it’s 10 till close, it is their job to serve customers until the time they claimed to be open till. They straight up shut off all outside lights and would not speak to us. I will be calling cooperates about this.

2022-04-07The worse fast food experience I have had, the staff was rude and could care less about the order they screwed up. The restaurant was nasty and dirty. There was giant booger on the sales counter, the clerk looked at it, set my kids milk next to it and walked away. I could go on but you get the picture. I understand that fast food is a underappreciated job but what a horrible experience that has turned me off McDs.

2022-07-26In all of my life come out of all of the McDonalds I have been to, and I have 4 children, this is the absolute worst one! Its not that its dirty, its the horrible customer service you get every single time! The ladies who take your orders in the drive thru have the worst attitudes. And the managers they higher have even worse ones. It could be that the managers are so horrible that they make all of their employees miserable. Anywho, I hate giving this place my money and I only go here as a last resort now.

They are extremely slow, nobody understands you, they get the order wrong almost every time, rude, dirty store, and when u go inside to order or pick up food YOU GET COMPLETELY IGNORED unless u scream for someone to pay attention to you after politely trying to get someone’s attention for 10 minutes.

2022-07-02This is the worst McDonalds i have ever been to! If i could give it zero stars i would! I came thru the drive thru and ordered a fish sandwich meal that only had a half slice of cheese and tartar sauce on the other half of the sandwich with no cheese. I also got a big mac n it didnt have big mac sauce. I called and spoke to the manager Judy if thats her real name and she said she couldnt replace my 2 meals only one sandwich and i have to drive all the way back there from Wisconsin she vouldnt just semd a coupon in the mail to be more convenient since gas prices are already high as it is. After getting no help i decided to call corporate and she also didnt give me corporate s are phone. I will never go back to that McDonalds ever again.

2022-05-29Didn’t get my order right. Missing some items in the bag. When I told them I’m missing some items, she (lady from the drive up window) said I did not order it. I repeated my order and she insisted I did not order it. The lady who took my order came out the window and said that’s not what i ordered and handed me the missing item and said “Here! Go! Have a nice Day!” Very rude! Bad Bad customer service! Reading on some reviews, rude staff and bad customer service is a constant complaint. Management has to take this seriously and do something about the rudeness of the staff.

2022-03-20If I could give this place a 0 I WOULD!The drive thru line was insanely long this morning on 03/20/2022 so I chose to just go inside leaving my daughter and her father in my car thinking it would be quicker. I walked inside, and was completely ignored. I only had cash on me so I couldn’t use the place order machine, 3 older gentlemen walked in after I did and were all helped and greeted at the counter even though I was standing there waiting before all of them. After 20 minutes of waiting to even place my order I was given attitude and told about 5 times “you’re going to have to wait” after 35 minutes of me standing there trying to place my order for 4 SAUSAGE MCMUFFINS a kind woman used her card for me and placed the order on the self order machine, it was 5 dollars and I gave her 20 because I didn’t have a many small bills. So finally after everything was said and done it took almost 50 minutes for me to get 4 sausage McMuffins, even as I was being handed the food I didn’t receive an apology or anything, just more attitude and sexism from an old bald man working behind the counter. Extremely disappointed in this place. Please avoid it at all costs.
