Bought a mattress Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. Excellent customer service in the store. He even helped my tired and fussy 3 month old sleep in his stroller while I tested mattresses. He seemed very knowledgeable about each mattress. Delivery was a bit early (which was fine). They were efficient and even tried to stay quiet while the baby slept. Most importantly, they called ahead so I had time to restrain my dogs.
I had a positive experience at the Mattress Firm in East Peoria,Il I had Betsy as my sales professional. She was great. Super helpful and patient. Love my mattress selection. Needed 2 new sets. And I love them both! The delivery was fast and super easy! I would recommend this place to Friends and Family. Thanks Again!!
Great experience and customer service! Todd was our salesman he was very knowledgeable and even worked with me on the price after he had already doubled their current sale. Delivery was fast and free we actually had to swap out the box spring for a lower profile box spring and they covered the delivery on that as well.
Walked in, was greeted immediately by Betsy. Betsy is awesome... very friendly, very easy to deal with and no pressure, which is wonderful. And I feel like we got a great deal, a queen mattress for twin price... free box spring and half price delivery... I highly recommend going to mattress firm in east peoria.
Jeff helped us out so much! We came in about 5 months ago and were skeptical about buying a new mattress. He was genuine, honest, and kind and told us to take our time making our decision. We just loved the Sleepys Slumber Pillowtop Mattress so much that we ended up coming back today and buying our brand new mattress. Just walked in Betsy came over immediately showed us around and was VERY helpful on getting us set up w a new king size bed. Her and Allen got us a delivery date did very good w us on fiancining. Would highly recommend to anybody was a terrific experience. Thank you so very much for all the extra work you did to get us our new bed. We just purchased a mattress from here and it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. The saleswoman, Betsy, was awesome. She gave us our space and wasnt overbearing/pushy like we experienced at other furnitaure stores, yet she was very helpful and knowledgeable when we needed it. The mattresses have color coordination so we knew exactly which ones to test out and which ones to avoid altogether. Couldnt of left more satisfied! Great staff, great prices, and great options. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

I bought two mattresses for my guest bedroom pop up daybed. The salesman & manager, Mark Higdon was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The beds are great! The kids fight over who gets that guest room when they visit. The mattresses are very comfortable. The price was right. It was a great easy experience!!

It was quick and easy, and we were surprised to find an amazing one within our budget!This place is awesome- we will certainly be buying from them again. The deals here are great, and no matter what youre looking for, they have something for you.They have wonderful staff as well! 2022-02-26Our experience at Mattress Firm in East Peoria, IL was great!! The sales representative, Allen, is very informative and knew the products very well. I can truly say that we have never had a mattress sales representative this knowledgeable. Once Allen discussed the different mattresses and bases he allowed us time to discuss amongst ourselves. No pressure at all. We made our decision and qualified for no interest!! We highly recommend Mattress Firm!!

2021-08-09My husband and I went to the East Peoria store to buy mattresses for our daughters new bunk bed. We arrived at the store 20 minutes before they opened on a Sunday and Eli was kind enough to let us in early. He walked us through our options for mattresses and when we decided what we wanted, he realized they were in stock at the East Peoria store. He offered to bring them over from the Peoria store to the East Peoria store himself as the warehouse delivery wasn’t working. On top of that, when I went with my daughter to pick up the mattresses, Eli walked them both to my car for me and loaded them up. He went above and beyond and you rarely experience customer service like what was provided by Eli. He’ll have a return customer. Thanks for all your help Eli!

2021-05-18Great experience. I knew what I wanted when I came in and there was no pressure from the associate to purchase anything different. This is something I appreciate because I do my research before I walk in to make what I consider to make a major purchase. Base/box springs came when expected, before the mattress. The mattress came about a month and a half before promised, which was great. This is a store I would recommend and do.

He was super helpful, knowledgeable and took his time showing me/explaining to me all of the different options. When one part of my order did not work out and we had to return the item, it was no questions asked and an easy return process. I highly recommend!
