It was an awesome way to choose our new mattress. Never been taken care of by someone with the knowledge to help us choose right one. Nicole was great sales woman.
They are great. Made a appointment for earlier that day and actually missed it. Called to reschedule and despite her having to be at a important game she still made time for me. She gave me plenty of options and got me approved through Snap Finance. She even waited for me to go pick up my truck as I didnt like the delivery options, I wanted them that day lol. Helped me load all the mattresses as well. Great service and not to mention very easy on the eyes. It was a pleasure doing business and would repeat for another purchase.
Nicole was very nice and polite. Went in looking for a new mattress and was very welcoming. She let us try out all the beds and gave us enough time to decide on which one we absolutely wanted!!

I visited Mattress by Appointment of Bloomington and had a great experience.First I had a bunch of questions, regarding how the different mattresses would help me sleep. After a a few minutes answering all of my questions, I was pointed to the plush cooling mattress. I was encouraged to lay down on the bed and relax. Pretty much right away, I could feel the coolness of the mattress even through the two shirts I was wearing. I’m a hot sleeper and never seem to get cool at night and this is exactly what I’ve been needing.I’ve been sleeping on the mattress for just about a month and it’s simply been amazing. Ive been staying much cooler, resulting in a more relaxed and restful sleep.I’m super happy with my mattress and I highly recommend the Bloomington store to everyone.Great staff, product and pricing...I’ll be back!
The service was great and so is the product! I can honestly say that since Ive purchased my mattress set up, that I have gotten the best sleep I have had in a long time! I highly recommend to anyone that wants a great mattress for a great price!

Man I have never in my life had customer service like this it was Nicole’s birthday and she wasn’t worried about leaving early going to party or anything like that. She made sure I loved my bed and that I was happy nor would she let me settled for less then I was happy with. she knew everything about her product and gave me a deal of a lifetime on a king mattress set which I didn’t really have enough for and I can’t thank her enough for giving me a gift on her birthday I appreciate you 💯. She was even willing to come back so I could pick up my bed but I wanted her to injoy her special day she’s the truth when it comes to leaving a happy camper. Although it seems a little odd at first, having the appointment set up, in the long run, it makes sense...you get the one on one attention and help. Very friendly and helpful. Took less than 30 minutes to pick out the right mattress and pay for it.

2020-11-21Wonderful experience! Nicole was very knowledgeable about all of the different options. She helped me pick out the perfect mattress for myself with the issues I am having. Nicole and her partner were very friendly and personable while I waited on hold with the bank. It’s always nice to connect with other fellow cat moms and dads! Would definitely recommend!

2020-02-13Talked to Nicole about needing a new mattress and what I was needing, she listened and gave me several options that work for me. I found the one I wanted, ended up buying the memory foam mattress, cant wait to try it out. Her prices are very reasonable and she works with you. Ill update once I have slept on the mattress. I highly recommend Mattress by appointment, especially Nicole! Shes wonderful. To top off the experience, our mattresses were delivered that night, and the 2 who delivered were absolutely kind and professional. You dont get service like this often. 2019-01-26Our 3 year old twins got “big kid beds” for Christmas. We got the frames and headboards made but were looking for mattresses. Every place was so pushy and expensive. I reached out to Nicole to book an appointment just to look.Nicole made it so easy! The twins came with and were welcomed with toys and the ability to try out mattresses before purchase. We talked about types and settled on a frame/podium and memory foam mattress. Not only was the customer service fantastic, they were much cheaper (for better quality) than everywhere else we looked, and we were able to take home both beds that day!I’ll never buy another mattress from a big box store again. My family will forever come back to Mattress By Appointment with Nicole.

We got a call on Saturday afternoon right when our mattresses came in and she met us at the store in the late evening on the same day so we could pick it up!Thank you for going above and beyond.

2018-05-17Had a tremendous, expedited experience with this company. My fiancé and I shopped around Bloomington/Normal for mattresses as most were out of our price range for an outright purchase. Nicole worked with us to lock in a low cost mattress that we instantly fell in love with! Especially enjoyed finding out about the 100 day financing process which was also quick and easy, in and out on my lunch break to finalize the sale!!!
