Good for the price, most of the time!
I love Marshalls for everything they offer I went yesterday four pairs of shoes two of them being pumas one being Nautica and another being Converse just under $100
One of my favorite stores to shop at. A huge selection at their store. Merchandise is always high quality. If you peruse the clearance section carefully, you can find some great stuff at rock bottom prices. great place to shop for gifts for friends and relatives abroad

During the start of the holiday season when you can’t get through many store because of all the merchandise in aisle this Marshall’s had done an exceptional job displaying merchandise and having the aisles clutter free. Lots of good inventory, well organized, and displayed attractively. Good job!!
We live over 30 miles away from this Marshalls, so its a bit of a trip 60 miles round trip.Yesterday, we went Christmas shopping and spent over $165.00 and when we got home, the cashier didnt take off the security module.Now if we want it off, we either have to take it back to this store or find a different retailer to take it off, although unless you bought it somewhere else, they will not.Conclusion, I will take it back to this store, and get my money back on this gift, and will start taking my business to T J. Max.This is ignorance on not only the cashier but also the Managers training.We also bought at Bass Pro in East Peoria, and being well more attentive the cashier took off all the modules!
Most of the staff is very friendly. They have good inventory as well. Great spot to get some good discounts.

Staff are great...efficient & friendly; however, the dressing rooms were extremely dusty & dirty floors. We arrived about an hour after opening, so it obviously wasnt swept or mopped the night before.
Found Bradley collared pull overs for 6 $.
Went to Marshalls to buy baby items for a baby shower. Thanks to the low prices, we were able to buy twice as much. They have good brands like Carters, Calbin Klein, etc. for low prices. We also found shoes for our daughter at good prices.

This is a nice sized Marshalla with a wide selection of clothing, shoes, home goods, luggage, and vanity items. Sizes are limited in both clothing and shoes. No extra small or plus sizes in clothing or shoes. Prices are fairly high for the quality.
Found some great Secret Santa gifts and got my husband new tennis shoes.

Marshalls is one of my favorite places to check out. True its a hit or miss on items but that is part of the fun. Prices are GREAT. Store is clean and employees are usually friendly.
Dont have much of a selection in mens clothes must have to eat a cracker a day to wear the small sizes they carry. If your of a slightly bigger size dont lolk here for clothes ! Went back tonight found a few dog outfits and a dog toy . Went to register left them at register. Manager cane up saw the line of people and turn away went to his office . What a shame another customer left after I did. Left his clothes behind also. Called him and he made up a excuses of a phone call. Should helped the 1 and only cashier get the line down. Poor customer service. That should be your number one focus or get them help . I hope this finds it way to some higher up ! Before this store closes again. They left Peoria once before ! For the same re reason then they wonder why sales drop off ! Poor managers !
Marshall’s has got so much random stuff! I prefer this store over TJMax since they have men’s shoes. The selection is much lower than it used to be, hence the 4 of 5 stars.
The young Asian cashier didnt say a word from the time I walked up to the register or even after I was finished paying.
Got all the name brands at a low price. Got a pair of Nike, nice v-neck shirt and bad Ash Bulls cap for $29. Love that place.

This has got to be the most pathetic Marshalls Ive ever been in. Their inventory is ridiculously low. Sad thing is, Ive been to this location several times in the past and I still can never find anything here. Its a waste of time to even stop and look at this point.

2022-01-20The store is poorly stocked and even more poorly managed. I have on several occasions seen and heard associates being talked down to and treated poorly by a manager. Once I had a return to make and the cashier was new and had to ask for assistance. The manager by the name of Joanie came up and the way she spoke to both the girl and I was absurdly rude. Usually I’ve found it more likely at stores to encounter rude employees, but the employees at this Marshall’s are all very friendly and helpful. However, I think it would be a great improvement to the store if Joanie and anyone else like her were to be replaced.

2021-11-27Its Black Friday November 25th 2021. I went into this Marshalls store after 4 pm. So you can imagine theres a lot of customers and almost half of them DID NOT have a mask on. That means this store DOES NOT have anyone enforce the fake mask policy that they claim they have. I seen a maskless customer sneeze 3 times in a row into his hand not even on his arm. Keep in mind this is a rather small store. It was very upsetting for us so we didnt stay any longer we left without buying anything. My wife went in the womens restroom and only one soap dispenser had soap and only one faucet worked and they were opposite of each other not even on the same side then one tiny little hand dryer on the wall. There should be two dryers or one dryer and a paper towel dispenser, after all there are 3 stalls. They had mask in the front of the store that customers could have put on but no, they choose to put others health at risk thats really low.
