I had my first appointment at Marie Charles this morning. Jennifer cut and perfectly colored my hair. I forgot how much I love Aveda and the people that represent this brand. Jennifer is very experienced and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for.Andrea brought my eyebrows back to life and was extremely pleasant to be around.The receptionist is just as sweet and helpful as can be.
First time ever getting a facial and I was so pleasantly surprised how great it was. Thalia did a fantastic job! I felt like a new girl by the time I left. It was so refreshing and relaxing! I loved it so much I booked one for my husband who ended up loving it as well. We both can’t wait to come back for another! Thank you!
I couldnt be happier with my time spent at this salon. It was clean and everyone was friendly. Melissa did my haircut and it was literally the first time I have ever left a salon and loved my hair. She was awesome. I have definitely found my new home.
I walked in with roots about 3” longer than they ever should have been and Melissa worked a miracle to make my hair look and feel beautiful again! She went out of her way to truly understand what I was looking for and completely blew me away with the final product (even better than my Pinterest photo)!Melissa was also extremely engaging and I enjoyed every minute I sat in her chair!
I had a great experience at the salon! Melissa did my hair and it turned out perfect! She was very nice, listened and didnt rush. She did color and cut. It was a complete makeover. I am very happy I found this salon and Melissa!

I loved my appointment with Iryna. She is proffesional, knowledgeable, great at everything she does, and will continue to go back. The salon is a great salon, great customer service and proffesional employees. I truly recommend this salon if you want great customer service, beautiful hair, great products, and an amazing result. I had full highlights, color, roots, corrected a bad hair cut, and toner done by Iryna. She is wonderful I am so happy I found her. She truly knows how to treat a client how they deserve. Used to be a long time customerI was going to this salon for about a year. Their hours are kind of terrible for the working woman but I really liked Ana who I was seeing for 2-3 months. HOWEVER Ana started to have trouble at home and was apparently written up for her attitude. All of this she shared with me as s did my eye brows or facials. She started doing a sloppy job on my eye brows and my facials were not relaxing because she wanted to talk about her relationship problems. After she left, I went back to see someone else. This individual was great but very aggressive with extractions. My face had so many scabs over after each facial with her. I have not had that problem before. I get a phone call stating she is no longer with the salon after only 1 maybe 2 months. No big deal. But than I was handed over to Laurie. She used hard wax on my eye brows (not good) and was telling me about how she was in school and this was her second job. No big deal but as we are casually chatting about boyfriends she shared with me that her ex was a cop who beat her.... I literally left there and IMMEDIATELY signed up for a new salon.
I recently became a client of Marie Charles and from the receptionist to the stylist, everyone is so happy and welcoming! Melissa is great with my hair, and Im picky :) She also does a great job on my sons hair. Their prices for an Aveeda Salon are fantastic!
Fabulous little place! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Irene does a wonderful job on my hair and has replaced a $400 trip into the city to one of the top salons for me. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Iryna is the absolute best! She’s transformed my hair over the last 2 years to be the perfect color and super healthy. Not just a stylist/colorist, actually knows hair!!
Highly recommend Melissa if you are looking for a great hairstyle for a night on the town and you want to look amazing! She is very professional, listens well to what you want and delivers a style that is perfect. The service was impeccable.

I had been searching for a decent hair dresser for years abd used to dread going for a cut, honestly. So happy I finally finally found this place. Theyre super accommoding and I totally feel pampered after a visit. And, the products are all cruelty free which is a huge plus in my book.
This is the worst salon I have ever been to!!!! Do not trust it! I came in for a bayalage and I left with my entire head of hair yellow. On top of that she cut my hair completely uneven. This “service” cost $260! Ridiculous. They are robbing people with this. They also wouldn’t fix it because I wrote an honest review on Yelp that they didn’t like. STAY CLEAR!!!!
I had a facial yesterday and Amber was wonderful. I really like the Aveeda products they use. The staff was professional and friendly. The salon is beautiful. Great experience and competitive prices.
Beautiful facilities and professional stylists. I had a partial highlight done. The stylist even got my baby hairs highlighted. I am very happy !
I always have the best experience at Marie Charles Salon & Spa. Today, I was scheduled for a haircut only, but I decided I wanted to do some color as well.

2022-04-26Came here for a 60 minute facial that I had purchased through Groupon, and it was definitely one of the best Ive had. The scalp and neck massage were incredible and so relaxing. My face and skin felt supple and fresh afterwards. Amanda was excellent at what she does, and the salon was very clean and upscale. I hope to be back -- had a wonderful experience.

2022-08-03I entered the salon and the owner and another sylist looked up from her computer, glanced at me then looked back down and said can I help you? No eye contact whatsoever. I said I was hoping they could take me as a walk in for a quick trim. She responded Oh no, we dont do that. Youll need an appointment. Then looked back down at her computer. The woman didnt even offer to make me an appointment whatsoever. You just lost a client. So incredibly rude.

2021-08-26I booked an hair color appointment during my visit in the US. It was a great experience. Jennifer did an awesome job. She is very professional. The hair wash / massage was excellent. I kept her card and will go back next time I’m in this area. I can highly recommend her and the salon.

2021-01-16I had Irina for color and highlights and she did an exceptional job. But the best part of the whole experience was when she washed my hair. She massage my head it made me feel so relaxed I almost fell sleep. The best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it.

2021-02-05This is a beautiful, professional salon! My stylist, Kellsey, was phenomenal!! She fixed my hair color from a bad highlight at another salon and nailed it!! My hair is much healthier and the color is beautiful! She took the time to really listen. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and Karma was lovely to talk to and very helpful! I highly recommend this salon and I highly recommend Kellsey!

2021-02-11Melissa does amazing work with my hair and is always great to converse with. They do so much more than just wash, dry, and cut your hair. The small added touches, like the hot towel after the wash, are definitely worth every penny.

2021-05-30I had to wait over a month to be seen to come and find out the day of, that they had scheduled my appointment wrong! I wanted a balayage and the hair stylist said she did not have enough time to do this when I had called specifically telling them what I wanted they should have scheduled accordingly. She told me I would have to reschedule but I had taken the day off of work just to get my hair done which I had scheduled over a month ago. I wanted my hair done and she assured me that she would get it close to what I wanted by doing some highlights, which they turned out terrible with a brassy gold tone it felt she was rushing throughout the whole process and to top it off she did not even dry and style my hair afterwards she said I do not have time to dry or style your hair. She just dried some strands of hair so I could see how it turned out which of course this would not give me a full view of my hair! When I got home I dried it and see horrible spots of brassy gold strands of hair. I had a horrible experience overall I felt like I was not valued as a customer they did not care at all. Save your money and go somewhere else where they will treat you well like you deserve and take the time to hear what you want.

2019-06-08Had a haircut from melissa..awesome job. I highly recommend her for hair cut seriously. She did an amazing job as I have really long hair and she gave me a new refresh look by setting them in long layers. She is super friendly and give real piece of good advice about hair color and products. Salon is super cool. Looking fwd to set up more appointments with her.

2019-03-11I love Marie Charles Salon for many reasons, however the best reason is my hair stylist Irina. She is AMAZING and cares so much about her clients. She gives great advice and is fun to be around. She did such a fabulous job on my hair both times I’ve seen her. Thank you Irina, you are the greatest!!
