I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was good! The man who did my pedicure was a little rough, but I love how they turned out. Then, I got my full set front the women who’s sits up front (who I’m assuming is Sophia based off of the other reviews). She was very rude and rushed through my nails. She didn’t really give me what I asked for and she didn’t cut my cuticles, have me wash my hands, etc. They didn’t sterilize any of the chairs or work stations from the person previously there. I’m very disappointed, and I won’t be going back.
I got my nails done a day before my wedding and 3 of them popped off the day of the wedding,not to mention,I paid $60.I went back the day of my wedding thinking they would do the 3 nails.They told me to sign in and wait my turn they didnt care of it was my wedding day or not. no refund no nothing just rude and money hungry.i will never go to this nail shop again...THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY,OH AND MAKE SURE THEY GLUE THE NAILS ON GOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE IN YOU DO GO TO THEM..$60 ON NOTHING HID MY HANDS FOR MY WEDDING PICS...I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I usually don’t leave reviews for anything but they made my sister wait over 2 hours then rushed to get her out. The owner told her to pick something else because the design she wanted would take too long and that they were closing soon. Multiple times we’ve asked for them to remove our acrylic nails and they don’t soak them off but they’ll use another fake nail to rip them off. They ripped my actual nail by doing this once. I only came back because it was close by but I would not recommend.
Good service but the guy forgot to paint my thumb with the clear coat. But then again cant blame him much since its new years Eve and lots of people where trying to get there nails done.
Such a great fly by decision! This place was marvelous! The treatment me and my daughter received was great!!! I will be back
Prices are great! My 11 month old sat in my lap while I got my pedicure and the staff didn’t have a problem with it. Place is very clean and the massage chairs are great. The older lady that did my pedicure was great, I regret not catching her name, she was so gentle and was very thorough. I was not disappointed at all. I definitely look forward to coming here more often
Absolutely love how my nails turned out! The lady on desk #8 really took her time with me and they came out perfect. The young man who drew the symbol I wanted really paid attention with detail. Customer service was also great. This salon is 10x better than the nail salon I used to go to.
I dont know if they have new management but the girl who sits up front, Sophia, is THE MOST unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Before it was a guy who used to be up front and he was responsible and made sure to call you to confirm the appointment. Today was the fourth time that Ive made an appointment with Kelly, went in and this girl just rolls her eyes and smiles while saying sorry but Kelly is doing someones nails. You have to wait 2 hours. Do you not understand how an appointment works?! 4th time shes pulled this stunt. She took down my number when I made the appointment and still didnt bother to call me ahead of time to warn me not to drive over there because my nail lady was busy. Then had the audacity to say, well when you go to a doctors appointment, you have to wait too. You are not a doctors office, so own your faults instead of arguing with me over YOUR mistake. I love Kelly and shes the only one I trust with my nails and has been doing them for 4 years now, but thanks to this girl at the front, I think Im done.

I’ve going to this place for a long while now!! It’s SUPER clean! And I am very picky! They sterilize their tools, and they have disposable tools as well! I normally go to one person! He’s very very good! Helped me grow out my natural nails! And cheers up on bad days! I love how it feels like a family environment! If your there with a positive attitude you will receive the same! I am so happy their opened up again and of course they have all the precautions to prevent spread of infection, like ventilation at each station and on the ceiling! Staff is equipped with PPE! Large distance between stations, and the pedi is every other chair! Wanted to thank them for making me comfortable and walking out happy!

I was searching online and found this place and I like what I saw in pictures but it’s all 👎🏼 when I went to there place to get my nails done. I walk in happy and walk out unhappy 😞 I like the design they do in there fake decorations nails. so I ask the guy what I want to be done my nails. He take the Fake design hand nails that I want. And show it around other employees talking about it in there language like am a joke and laugh about it. Then why post the design if they can’t do the job. And I was told it’s to much job and expensive. Right after the lady already doing my nails and recommend me to a design that I don’t want and simple. I just said ok cause I was already don’t want be there and just what get it over with right after they keep talking about it and laugh. then 3 other employees came to my table and just Stand there watching us while this lady doing her job on my nail and keep talking about the fake nails that I want and they start talking again on there language and laugh. I felt so uncomfortable and just want her to finish so I can go. then I was over price for the nails that’s it’s not worth the price. I’ll Never ever coming back to this place again! My first and last👎🏼 And they are not so friendly. they need to treat there customer nicely and feel welcome And to the lady that did my nail thanks anyway for working hard on my nails. You did your best. But you guys need to fix the attitude and stop making a joke on us customer. I see other negative comments here that I feel the same way she feel 👎🏼 Just terrible service.
My services were rushed thru, the prices on their menu are different from what they charge in the end... asked for designs on my toes they couldnt do them cuz I got regular polish on my feet and not gel polish 😒 last resort place to go
Ive always have gotten a regular manicure and it was $4 more but no chip polish for some reason what I was asking for a could not be understood and I was charged a regular no chip was not happy at all have they come here for sometime thinking of changing nail shop because of this
The job they did over all was done well but they were not personable at all unless it was with their peers. The location itself is not clean and the tools they use as well as the equipment needs a major drop cleaning and allot of TLC. This shop is close to me but I must likely still not go back again as it did gross me out a bit.
Excellent service and great prices. Sophia was a gem, she was very kind. I don’t get my nails often and i was having a hard time choosing colors that would go well together, but she was incredibly patient and helped me choose the perfect combination
It was my first time visiting this salon. I applaud the fact that the staff kept the salon clean during this pandemic. I came for a pedicure and the gentleman who did it was very good. I was very impressed, most salons I have visited always rush thru the process but not this place. I will be a repeat customer!
Clean pedicure station they use new tools straight out their sterile package. Although the manicure tables are disgusting and unsanitary they reuse tools without sterilization and chemicals on all their customers and dump unused product back into their containers. I came in with a simple design for a manicure and the guy working on them basically forced me to get extensions. I came in there with the idea i was paying $35 for a mani pedi he ended up charging me $75. And the work was ugly and not the color or design i demonstrated him in the beginning. He reassured me it was going to look like how i wanted until it was time to cure my nails. I was so upset another tech had to attempt to fix them but in the end just tells me “its too hard” we have to change the design. I picked the design from their samples. Why put up designs you cant do!! Never coming back here again. Wasted my time and my money.
Unprofessional. I took my younger sister to go get her nails done , we showed up before the closing time and they just sent us away and didn’t give us service . Sophia the manager is the one just looking at us crazy and threatening us to call the police .Not only that but many people saw that was wrong.
I was a customer every month to do my acrylic nails and pedicures but I stopped going because the manager is so rude sophia. She always spoke very badly to me and laughed at me with other workers speaking in their language. I am very sorry to stop going because there are very good nail technicians
First time here today. I have POSITIVE & NEGATIVE feedbackNEGATIVE: I felt very uncomfortable when getting my pedi beacause I felt like at some point i was being made fun of. I get that my toes are not in great condition. But no need to point out anything and for all other nail techs to laugh. I felt really embarrassed honestly. Please use more discretion with people. This was my first pedi and this is a reason why I never do pedis.POSITIVE: i made an appointment showed up 5mins before and they sat me down right away. Didnt have to wait muchThe pedicure was amazing. it was my first time as I mentioned before and it was relaxing. I also got my nails done and they turned out great. Did not catch her name but she had star pants on. Both my acrylic toe nails and finger nails look amazing.( not the same one who did my pedi ) Thank you!I overall enjoyed the place and it is clean and friendly to some point. I would rate 5 stars if not for the lack of being discrete and a little more respectable.

From quality in products to flexibility and patience with indecisive clients as myself... #PremiereService. Nails (no chip manicures) not only last (at least 3 weeks) but in the event there are any issues, the owner (Sophia) welcomes clients to return to get them fixed. I can be very meticulous about my nails so Ive been to several nail salons all over the Chicagoland area and I can wholeheartedly say none compare to Luxury Nails! My first experience here was the best that I have had so far at a nail salon. Nail tech Sophia was amazing! She did a great job with my nails (Im picky) and is very friendly. I am making this my go-to place from now on.
Absolutely love this place! I go every two weeks to get a no chip manicure and they dont chip! They dont water down their no chip polish like many places do. You never have to worry about going to a particular person either!! There ALL AMAZING!! Very nice and welcoming people. Great place, great atmosphere, all technicians are experienced and my gel nails wont lift for at least 3months of fill ins. I like to bring in my own nail polishes, and I think they make fun of me or maybe talk about me in whatever language they speak, but I really dont care, (its not my fault they chose to be nail technicians, doing nails all day) as long as my nails are fabulous.
Great prices and very pleasant! Took my teenage girls here for pedicures. They did a great job and made us laugh. Very clean and nice shop. They take walk ins as well! $22 for their basic pedicure.

I went in for a nail repair that took 1 hour because the nail tech did not know what she was doing. First she put a nail on my finger that was way too big then she did not shape the nail like the others on my hand and on top of that the nail that was replaced was longer than the opposite nail. NEVER coming back there again.
I was going to the place for a while and I always have a problem with them making sure there is someone available to do your nails while getting a pedi! Three times I have has issues were if you are getting a nails and pedi done make sure you tell them that you need nails done first and with a tech that knows how to do nails and pedi if not even if here before someone else they will have you wait like if you come in last the worst communication ever in this place ! I don’t know if it the language barrier or what but I specify told this man I need nails and pedi done and if he was going to have someone available for both don’t think I will be coming back to this place with service like this !
These people are so rude especially the guy you see when you first walk in!! First of all prices are great!! But I had to come back within a week and a half to replace 3 nails the first time I broke 2 nails I had to wait an hour just to replace 2 nails then I come back a couple of days later to replace another nail and he told me can you come back another day we are busy mind you it’s Friday!!! I need to replace one nail that’s is the most rudest thing you can tell your customers!!
Loooove this place! I use to literally go to different nail salons after the other but I have stayed going to this one for over a year! I love the designs they have done on me along with ideas I’ve came in with.

Worst customer service ! Didnt get the color I told the lady and only a week with having my nails done, my nails started breaking and melting and when I went back to try to get them fix they didnt want to fix them for me expected me to pay full price to have them redone.

2022-05-11I had a very bad experience here!! I made an appointment and came in on time. They told me that the person I request is not available. The person that I ended up with did an awful job. Not only that she charge me too much. The job she did on my nails was sloppy! On top of that!! One of my nails broke the same day!! I called them and they told me I can get it fixed for free! I came back two days later to fix it. The same lady charges me to fix it. This place is so unprofessional. I am so disappointed. These nails were supposed to be for my graduation photoshoot. But I am too embarrassed by them to even take pictures with them. This is the nail she fixed.

2022-03-13I used to come here constantly almost 2 years ago and I loved it. I recommended it to my friend and her sister. The 3 of us made an appointment, only 1 of us got in on time, the other 2 had to wait a while. Overall nails were just ok. I had a design in mind but when it was done I didnt like it, good thing it wasnt all the way done and it was just 3 nails. I told the tech I didnt want that and I got attitude right away. I was as nice as possible so that was not right at all. My nails were also left very sharp, when I told the tech, the manager said they were fine. They were not, I had to file them myself. My nails were $65 I need to love them for that price. My friend paid $85 for her dip powder nails and it chipped 1 day later. Definitely not returning, I will be looking for a new place to go to.

2022-02-07I paid $40 and gave the man 60 and I asked for change. He took the whole 60 and when I asked where my change was he acted dumb. I look young and they tried to take advantage. My nails fell within the week and overall I did not feel comfortable after I confronted them about STEALING my money. Stay away from this place. Paradise nails is nicer and they wont pretend to not know where your change went.

2021-05-01I have time...as I wait for this train. There is nothing luxury about it! 2- stars because the manager was attentive and empathetic and they did take precaution measures during this pandemic. Plexiglass, temperature check, pedicure liners and mask. The floors were unmaintain, the stations were un-kept. Do NOT go to the tech w/ the heart tattoo on his hand. During my pedicure, he was so focus on everyone else, to the point I was uncomfortable. My manicure...well lets just say...I will not return. He was extremely sloppy with polishing. The gel light burned everytime due to polish being on my skin. My nails are not properly filed and I continuously had to ask him to correct certain things. When getting a mani/pedi, I shouldnt have to micromanage you...I should be relaxing and releasing any stress. The clientele was diverse and there is parking - but for $60 ...if you have natural nails - I would definitely not recommend! Highly disappointed.

2022-03-05I received the most unprofessional, unfriendly and horrible service ever. My eyebrows were waxed incorrectly, she rushed on my manicure, didnt even provide me any lotion. I had to ask the other technician for assistance.The Manager didnt even seem to care, he just allowed me to sit unsatisfied and rather than cause unwanted attention, I just paid and left.Needless to say I will never return.

2019-08-22I love my nails BUT I wish I couldn’t done them longer lol tip for next time. I would’ve giving a 5 star but the guy who did my pedicure didn’t do a good job of painting my toe nails he was messy and had to clean them 3 TIMES! Next time I’ll go with someone else do my pedicure but over all I like it . Only thing I don’t like is that it’s sooo pricing! I don’t mind spending but dam it was to much for something so simple .

2021-10-30I have been going here for the last 3 years cuz it was close to my house ( I feel like every time I go here they try to change their prices on me and raise it they make up their own prices as they go along) and some off the employee do really good work, Ive been paying $45 for no chip fil filling for 3 yearsnow....well today I went in and I got the same thing that I always get .... And she tried to charge me $55.... Then caught an attitude when I called her out on it, then got upset Because she wasnt going to make the $55 because I changed my mind! I am done with this place they always have an attitude and you can tell theyre talking about you while theyre sitting there in front of you rude!!And to top it off she didnt do the design like I wanted it...you Could literally see through my nails and his black nail Polish!!!

2019-11-03Leo did a wonderful job on my No-chip Manicure and Hot Stone Pedicure. As a prior nail tech, i can say that he did a good job on the cuticles, painting, and overall attention to detail. I would definitely come back.
