Well, definitely not buying from this store ever again. I sent my husband to buy a specific c-ring, he showed the picture to the associate in which she proceeded to show him several others. My husband politely declined and ask for the one I sent him to buy. I opened it and it doesnt work, its defective. I called them and explained the issue... now, I know this is a toy and it is a final sale and its non returnable. However I spent money and it doesnt work. The associate starts offering other kinds of c-ring, I asked her if she is crediting my money towards the new one if I buy another. She says no. I speak with the manager and she again tries to deviate the conversation towards a new product. Got a defective toy that now I lost the money on and they cant even apply credit for a new one. Never buying there again.

I came here not knowing what I wanted but Asantie helped me through the process. She even made sure that the toy I bought was able to charge and showed me what the buttons do. Very patient of her 😊 Will definitely come again

Best Lovers Lane I have ever been to. Super friendly down to earth employees that make you feel comfortable to ask for help! Alex and Tami went above and beyond to help me get the right size corset. They did what most places wouldnt and thats get the item I desperately needed to their store so I could have it in time! They truly are the best!

My wife and I went into this shop with beating hearts from nervousness and left with beating hearts of excitement! Forgive me on the spelling but Annalise?......was so so so helpful, made us feel comfortable and her knowledge is on point. We bought toys for both of us to use and it brought things to a whole new level! I even stopped in to personally thank her....needless to say my wife and I will be back.

This store is the best. Loredo helped me with everything I needed and I felt very comfortable buying my first toy! He helped me with questions I had and was very respectful. 10/10 I would come again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I recently went to the South Elgin lovers lane , and I had a great experience! First time there, so I was pretty nervous when I walked in, but I left feeling completly confident. I shopped for me and my girlfriend to try different things, the lady who helped me informed me about different options and things we could possibly use. I ended up walking out with a toy named pulse 2, couple massage oils, and some lingerie for her! Everyone was so friendly plus they have lots to pick from! I will surely come back to this lovers lane!

Love this location, Jason was the employee who helped us and he was incredibly insightful and gave ample advice and direction in helping us to choose the toy that was best for us. It’s always better when the employees actually know about their products first hand

As soon as my partner and I walked in we were approached by an employee and instead of asking if we needed anything she immediately started pushing their most expensive brand of vibrators.. which is not even what I came in looking for at all. My partner was made very uncomfortable by her aggressive sales pitch, and wanted to leave. When I finally got to ask her if they carried the product I was looking for, she said they didnt and went into the back room to see if she could figure out where I could get one, and never came back to us with an answer. Very unhelpful.
