My first time in a store like this with my husband and I will never go back. As you first walk in the gentleman was very friendly but once we started to walk around a lady kept following us but never asked if we needed help. So I found an item we wanted to purchase and gave it to my husband to hold immediately she advised she would hold it at the counter for us. Not sure if this is common practice but I felt as though it was due to the color of our skin. So he gave it to her and we continued to look around and it just so happened that the same lady conveniently had to rearrange stuff on the shelf next us. At that point I asked if we could leave. Lovers lane and employees we came to your store to shop discretely and with that intention to shop not be followed around like some thieves. Horrible horrible service and treatment. Shameful!

Wonderful location! Wonderful items for everyone! Wonderful staff! Wonderful everything!!! Walking into this store for the first time, I was not sure what to expect and was a bit nervous/self conscious, however the second I walked in I was greeted and welcomed in as if I had been life long friends with the people there. Chris was especially helpful and friendly- he spent a great deal of time showing me a variety of things that I might like. The atmosphere was so fun and nonjudgmental. Now I shop there like I get my groceries, except with a big smile on my face and I’ve continued to return due to how welcome I feel!

My wife and i visited this location yesterday for our first ever adult store shopping. The sales associate Dominique was so very knowledgeable and helpful in making us feel welcomed and comfortable being there and choosing the right toys we both was looking for. We deffinatley will be back to have her help us with future purchases. Thank you Dominique for our most pleasant experience there. Chuck & Lora.

Never coming back. And I can see Im not the only one.Short version: Trying to browse. Lady was staring me down the whole time. Took a couple items from me I had picked out while I was still browsing and continued to glare at me even while I was empty-handed. I paid for my things and left.Long version: Valentines Day is tomorrow. 3 days after is my girlfriends birthday. So I was there to spend some decent money, but I wasnt sure on what. She asked if I needed help when I came in and I said I was just browsing. while doing so, I noticed this woman blatantly watching me while I picked up/put back a couple things. Sorry, but Im trying to find a blindfold that costs less than $30. I eventually found a couple things I wanted to buy and was holding them and still browsing. She approached me Can I hold those while you browse? Uh sure. These were mid-sized boxes so Im not quite sure where she was expecting me to put them if I were to make a lame effort to try to smuggle them out? I visited a couple other sections with no success. I scanned the room and locked eyes with her. Again. She was still glaring at me. And she did not look too happy. I paid for my 2 THINGS and left.Maybe they should get some cameras so they can hawk-eye their customers from afar. Ive never felt more uncomfortable while shopping.

They werent friendly! I asked if they had a certain item and was looking, which they just stood in the counter hanging out . Then after I realized that they didnt have the item in stock, they finally spoke up and said they ra, out of it. Horrible customer service, more like no customer service!

Izzi helped me when I went and she knew exactly what to recommend and seems very knowledge about the products in the store! She is easy to talk to and very good at listening!
