Shady - beware. My husband moved in on December 10, 2021. On December 12, they kicked him out for behavioral issues. I was told he would go to the hospital to adjust some meds and then return to Lombard Place. The discharge coordinators at the hospital were told by Lombard Place that he would return there. However, when the ambulance brought him back, they put the poor man right back into the ambulance and sent him back to the hospital. On December 23, Lombard Place finally told me that they wouldnt be accepting him back. Then they kept the entire $3000 community fee as well as the rent I paid for 11 days of an empty room. I paid Lombard Place close to $7000 for 48 hours. I understand why they wouldnt take him back, but its super shady that they failed to tell me this for 11 days and then kept the money. Be very careful with this place.

Lombard Place was neat, clean, modern. Our guide, Sydney, was awesome answering questions we didnt know we had. The entire staff, as we walked around, was friendly and polite. Plenty of parking. The residents all love the place...not a bad word was said by them. All said they were so glad they made the move.

Beautiful atmosphere, loving staff and caregivers, excellent meals and wonderful activities. Lombard Place is not your typical assisted apartment style living for seniors. My mom was in the memory care unit and was treated with kindness, respect, and lots of hugs. I couldnt rave more about the staff at Lombard Place and, without hesitation, I give it a 5 star rating!

I can not say enough about Lombard Place Assisted Living. My mother had been diagnosed with dementia and I went on my own to research facilities not even knowing if this was an option. Just trying to be proactive. Then came the day my mom had a stroke and needed to be in a facility immediately. I had to relocate her from southern Illinois to Lombard within days. Lombard Place worked with me and the doctors to make sure she had a place to go. They moved mountains and I couldnt have been more relieved. The care is top notch along with the facility. During this difficult transition, they supported me 100%. Sometime just a quick hug from a staff member, a squeeze of my hand to tell me they are there, was more comforting than they will ever know. The entire staff from the maintenance man, to the caregivers, to the directors were fantastic. I will always be grateful to this 5 star team!!!!

My mom and dad have been at Lombard Place since the opening of the facility and I cant say enough positive things about the staff, management and building itself! We are SO happy we found them. They have shown an amazing commitment to care for mom and dad, love them and support us while dealing with my moms Alzheimers. They are indeed a 5-star organization. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at Lombard Place!!

Lombard Place is a beautiful facility and greeted with a friendly hello. The Staff cares and loves the residents as their own. I am a volunteer at Lombard Place doing card making which the residents just love. We look forward to the third Saturday of each month and believe the residents look forward to see us. They are so appreciative of the cards they make but it also is great when family tells us how much they enjoy receiving the cards.

My father-in-law has been at Lombard Place for almost two years, and really enjoys it there. The building is newer, with all the amenities and friendly staff. He particularly enjoys being a part of the ‘men’s group’ that gets together regularly. Overall a great place, that takes good care of him!

Lombard Place is exceptional, wonderful, amazing, lovely... a true Gem! Each staff member is attentive and caring, and they all go above expectations each and every time. Just when we think theyve reached their maximum in service, they somehow take it to another level! Our entire experience has been top-notch. Lombard Place is truly amazing.

My Mom and Dad have been at Lombard place for over a year. They LOVE being there! They moved from Florida and are so engaged with Lombard Place, they barely miss Fort Meyers. The staff are all very kind and responsive to their needs. We could not have picked a better place for them to live and thrive!

Very nice building, bright rooms and common spaces that feel warm and welcoming. Staff members were very nice and they knew every resident by name. The memory care floor of the building was very nice and has a fantastic sun room thats a great place to visit with loved ones. While I was there they were making decorations for Saint Patricks day.
