Stopped by to get new batteries on my 4 watches. While I was waiting I asked if they had in house jewelry repair, because my ring was pulling on my clothes. I didn’t get her name, but I’m assuming it was the owner, she took my ring, repaired it and cleaned it, right there and then. Didn’t charge me for it. She was so nice. BTW I fell in love with several of their jewelry items ❤️ Love their service. Thank you!!!!

I came to Linnea to have my moms wedding ring sized to fit me. I was absolutely floored by the owners knowledge, care and kindness. My mom had passed away earlier this year so this was a very big deal to me and when I went to pick up my ring it was even more gorgeous sparkly than I had ever remembered. And the ring fit perfectly. This jeweler is so passionate about her craft and it oozes out of her. So impressed so grateful and happy.

Went in to see you if my 2 necklaces could be repaired. Not only we’re they repaired but there was no charge…. and within 2 days!! My holidays were off to a great start thanks to our local Linnea jeweler.

This is an excellent jewelry store. Very professional and helpful.I have reset my ring with Denise’s beautiful design and I have purchased other great pieces from Linnea. The staff at Linnea can help with any jewelry need. You can create a wish list as well which is very convenient.

Denise and the folks at Linnea are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people around when it comes to jewelry and stones. I just purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 4.5 years (she said yes!) with no jewelry experience at all. I thought I did my research online and came in firing ready to go! However after talking with Denise, I realized there was so much more than just understanding the definitions of color, cut, clarity, and carat. Denise spent almost 2 hours with me on my first visit NOT EVEN TRYING TO SELL ME A STONE! She just asked questions, learned about my fiance, about me, what I want to get out of the experience. This customer service definitely would NOT have been seen at a chain jewelry store. Denise then had me back in the shop to look at a lot of different stones: some under budget, some in, and some above budget. Denise made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed if I could not afford the HUGE carat stone. She worked with me to pick out the stone I would think my fiance would like, NOT the stone that would make Linnea the most money. The happiness Denise received from seeing my happiness was worth every dollar :). ALSO, go and find me another store that will have the owner send you a video message of the finished ring with all the excitement possible!? Thats right-there is not any other place that would do that! No other jewelry store besides Linnea and Denise will get my money from now on:).

We went in with a few rings from my mother and great-grandmother inquiring on if an engagement ring could be created. We felt at ease right away and the process and some options were explained. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted but Denise was very patient and through the process of her asking me questions, showing me samples, answering many e-mails from me and even a couple of store visits, my fiance proposed with THE PERFECT RING! I chose not to see the finished product until he was ready to give it to me and I was blown away at how stunning it was. Denise even coached my fiance on his proposal which he appreciated since it was his first! Now every time I look at it I think of the happiest time of my life and take comfort in seeing my mother and great-grandmother watching over us!All of the staff weve interacted with have been friendly and patient with all of our questions and we cant wait to get started designing the wedding bands !

Working with Denise is a dream! We came to Linnea Jewelers to purchase a wedding band for my husband and myself. Denise worked with us to create a custom wedding band to coordinate with my Tacori engagement ring. Denise was very patient with me as we made the decisions leading up to creating a custom ring. We were thrilled to find out that creating a custom ring would be a fraction of the price of purchasing a Tacori band. My band is gorgeous and I could not be happier with the final product. She beautifully copied the details of my ring – down to the secret diamond on the inside of the band. Thank you!In addition to helping design a custom wedding band, Denise and her team also helped repair my engagement ring. I had noticed that my diamond was making a clicking noise. The original jeweler we had purchased from said that it was nothing to worry about, but Denise and her team took additional steps to make sure the diamond was secure. They examined my ring in front me with a microscope and found that one of the prongs was no longer touching the diamond. They were thorough in their assessment of the issue and even allowed me to view the prong using their microscope. They explained to me the steps they could take towards the repair and outlined the costs. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all things jewelry and were happy to explain it to me. They had the same excellent hospitality when I returned to pick up my repaired ring and custom band.Denise and her team are a delight to work with and we will eagerly return to her store for our future jewelry needs.

I purchased my wifes engagement ring here. We have been back for our weddings bands and other jewelry. Everyone that works here is nice and really helpful. The store has a great selection and we feel we always get a great price. I highly recommend Linnea Jewelers.

They have a great selection of jewelry from classical to modern and from low to high prices. They are wonderfully helpful, especially to husbands and they become familiar with what you like. They also clean your jewelry while you are there. Oh and they change watch batteries. Also they mend jewelry and if they cant they find an expert who will. I love this wonderful local store.

I stopped in to Linnea for a small jewelry alteration on a necklace and repair on a ring. They did an amazing job. Staff very friendly and helpful. They also have beautiful jewelry. I will make sure this will be a stop for me in the future.
