Didn’t receive a great session today with Laser Lipo. My skin was irritated and painful after the treatment since Eva was too rough taking the laser parts off my skin at the end by pulling it without loosening the belt. I mentioned to her about it, and she didn’t say anything. Not sure if I go there again
I bought a full body laser hair removal. When I paid a lot of money before starting the session the manager said that it would be until my hair would be gone. Last time they told me that I passed my 10 sessions. I told them that when I bought the package the manager told me it was until my hair was gone. It is not gone. I need more sessions. She told me that my next appointment I would have to pay to do more sessions. I am not going to pay and what they told me it was completely untrue. I didn’t just buy that. I got laser, IPL, chemical peels and Botox. I bought their products. They literally lost a customer that would spend money almost every time I went. I will never go back to this place. They lied to me and I am so upset. Anyway, just know that if you buy a laser hair removal it would be 10 sessions. You are buying sessions.
I suffer from acne and had the Aerolase treatment done recently. After one treatment, I’ve already noticed a dramatic difference. I’m excited to continue my sessions. All the girls are so informative and truly care about their client and their results.I’ve now completed all sessions and am extremely happy. My confidence is back, my face is clear. I am doing facials for maintenance and cannot wait to start the Hydrafacial!
I received 6 laser sessions from them for stretch mark removal and initially when I went for my consultation they assured me that my scars were minimal and the treatment will work great but after paying for 6 sessions it looked the same it was a waist of my time and money . Not happy with the results
I have used this same company for hair removal in Louisville KY and Naperville IL. The results are completely different in the Naperville location. I had great results after 3 sessions as did my sisters in the Louisville location. I moved to Naperville and the quality of laser must be different because the hair loss has not changed since Louisville and besides getting burned at the Naperville location I am not having any reduction in hair growth like before and nothing else has changed. My sisters who continue to go to Louisville on the other hand don’t even have to shave anymore. I feel like I wasted my money when I was promised the same quality across all locations.
I have been coming to this clinic for treatments to help with my acne and acne scarring. I have done a couple laser treatments thus far and have noticed very good results. I always see Samantha and she is very thorough and knowledgeable. She has helped me with all my insecurities and gave me my confidence back!
I don’t usually write reviews but I have been coming here for well over a couple years for laser hair removal. I had been told I was the “perfect patient” because I am very pale and have dark hair. I have done 12 treatments and my hair has thinned a little but nothing compared to what the manager had promised me. The team keeps telling me to come back for more treatments but I am hesitant because I am not seeing results. Each time there are newer people and they use different settings on the laser every time I go. So overall, I am hesitant to go back because I am not sure why I should keep paying for treatments when I am not seeing results. They do offer the lifetime promise but that is an additional payment every time I go. The manager told me I wouldn’t ever have to shave again and would just be able to come in for spot treatments which is not the case. So again, I am not sure why I would pay for additional treatments when the results are not there.
Always a clean and swift experience. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and they are always running great promotions! I noticed a difference right after using my product from them. I have done laser, glow facial, and chemical peels. Jordan has done all my treatments and been great! I’d recommend it to family and friends for sure!
After several sessions, I figured the hard way that IPL hair removal just doesn’t work as they claim!!It resulted in burn marks, extremely slow in effectiveness and over priced.My interactions with the staff have been positive but will not recommend IPL for permanent hair removal.
I’ve been going to light RX in Naperville for about two years now. The ladies there they know me, they understand my needs, and they really share with me what will work with what results I want. These girls are so much fun and such beautiful souls they just want to make feel beautiful inside and out.
I’m still receiving treatment so I won’t rate the value just yet. I do see minimal tightening, but I’m patient. On another note the staff is amazing!! Eva is my go to, but all the ladies are pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable about the treatment. I’m hopeful for significant results.
After some recent weight loss I was left with loose, excess skin especially around my waist. After three treatments, I started to see some improvement. Ive now had ten treatments and the difference is significant. No more roll of skin hanging over my belt. I was happy with the results so I also had my neck treated. Again, a big difference. Im very pleased. The staff is always polite and friendly and I never wait more than a few minutes.
Purchased Groupon for Lazer hair removal on chin. Saw very little results after six sessions. Always new or different staff giving treatment. Too busy offering new services via email and text. Facility is clean, following Covid-19 protocol and friendly staff. Dont waste your time with Groupon because I believe you dont get true benefits of Lazer treatment.
Poor communication from upper management (Corporate Director), impossible to ever speak to anyone from the corporate office! A mistake was made on their part, a significant, permanent lasering mistake, but no one from corporate will help me! Mariella and the girls in the office are kind and do their very best in spite of my situation!! The girls are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home. The girls make the experience!
Great staff, great energy! Would absolutely recommend for any service you need. Samantha is super friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had. When I was leaving Marlena made to double check if I had questions and ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. 10 out of 10
I had such a warm and welcoming experience at LightRx. Marlena made sure I was feeling not only comfortable but also relaxed during the entire process. She was very communicative on what after care consists of, what to expect in the next coming days as well as, from treatment to treatment. 5 stars to her alone. The other girls were also super sweet and made the location seem like a wonderful place to work. Overall, quite the pleasant experience. 13/10 would recommend!
I had no problems until now, after todays session they called me and said they made a mistake, they scheduled me for todays service and said I owe because my last session was last time. How is that my fault? They were about to schedule me again and I told her to check and she realized today was my last service. And she was wrong as well. The manager Marlene was aware and all she said was she sorry. That is bad business to me so be aware
Absolutely LOVE this place! Very professional, clean and will go above and beyond for you! Allie is THE BEST! She started my Tribella treatments and she made the whole procedure very calm, welcoming and easy. She is informal and educates you on the product, the procedure and the recovery and does a great job making sure to leave you looking flawless! I found this place trying to research places for laser. I went in for free consultation and met with Marlena. She made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me a quote. I called back to buy the package and schedule my first schedule. Marlena was kind enough to accommodate me late evening same day.Its my first time experience with laser removal but Marlena walked me through the whole process. It went better than I expected, definitely less painful than waxing. Cant wait to see the results!!

What a nice place to go relax while getting prettier and in my case thinner! Im a Cosmetologist in Florida and California so Ive been in that field for many years. I spend 4 months a year in Naperville and needed a few tunes up in face and body. The estheticians at LightRx are all knowledgable and adorable. They know their machines and have the ability to explain the process very well. The place is new, clean, easy to find and easy to park! The best place to escape for an hour or two!!

At first I didnt see much of a difference but about half way I began to notice a big improvement. I am now very satisfied with the treatments I had done and am going to definitely continue to look for further treatments for further face and body enhancements. I’m really disappointed with laser hair removal at light RX. I already had 10 sessions and I still have a lot of hair grow when at most places after 6 sessions you are good. I also paid for 10 and they told me that I would get free sessions for life after that. Then I found out that I still have to pay for every session after the 10. At a discounted price but I still have to pay. I already booked more sessions but now I think I’m going to have to find somewhere else to see results and I wasted my money
The lasers didnt work a few sessions in a row. The girls working there told me one thing then another, it was inconsistent and poor communication; not to mention poor customer service. There were zero results! Literally zero. I was measured and re measured there was nothing after the 6 weeks. I did everything right; I exercised and ran and drank tons of water. This plain and simple does not work, they just take a lot of your money!! Dont do it people!
Iduring initial interview I was told I could get zero per cent financing for one year. I was asked to sign a contract without being given a copy. I really felt rushedBut I was excited to start the program.I was told I would be emailed the contract. I had to keep calling to finally get a copy. During the Black Friday sale, I purchased a laser hair removal package for my face, underarms, bikini area, and toes. The package includes 10 sessions, and a 90% discount for any additional follow up sessions needed beyond the initial 10 sessions. I paid half the balance upfront and spread out the remaining amount over 10 sessions, so I pay 1/10th of the remaining balance each time I come in for an appointment. Sessions are spread out with 6 weeks in-between visits. The office is clean and organized, and the front desk staff is quick and helpful.The treatment rooms are not as private as Id like. All the doors to the treatment rooms open up into a space which can be seen from the lobby/waiting area. I brought this up to the staff that they should add privacy curtains in the rooms- similar to hospital room curtains which hang from the ceiling and hides the bed/treatment area from view when the doors are open.Ill keep updating this review as I go to more sessions, here are my thoughts so far:Consultation: I came into the office for an initial consultation, since pricing was not listed on their website. The office is on the 2nd floor of the building with easy access to an elevator from the building entrance door. They reviewed with me the details of the package, what to expect as far as results, and prep to do prior to my first treatment. I initially wanted to have my eyebrow area included with the face hair removal, but they explained that the laser cannot remove hair in such a detailed way (Id laser off all my eyebrow hair instead of keeping the shape). There was no pressure to purchase, the pricing was clearly laid out, and I got a further discount on top of the Black Friday deal since I bundled together several body areas.First Session: I was incredibly surprised at how painless and quick the process was. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The first session they do go easy to see how your skin will react. I had no redness or soreness, so nice! The process starts with undressing to reveal the body parts being worked on, then they put lube on the body part, and go over the area with the laser wand. The laser was pulsed about 5 times over my face, a few pulses for each armpit, and about 5 times for the bikini area, and once for each toe. The pulse was not painful for this first session, but a bit uncomfortable. The discomfort lasts a second or 2, way better than a wax session.Second Session: I already noticed a decrease in the pace of my hair growth between the 1st and 2nd session. I had to split up this appointment into 2 visits since I did not shave all the areas prior to my appointment. I thought it was just a suggestion to shave prior to the appointment, and not mandatory. It is mandatory. This session they increased the laser strength and also pulsed the laser about twice as much as the first visit (about 10-15 pulses per body area). The laser pulse is sharp and almost like a burning sensation. The pain goes away after 1-2 seconds, it is very brief. The actual time in the treatment room was just as quick as the first appointment. I did have to wait an extra 30 minutes past my appointment time. My appointment was in the evening on a weekday, so I understand one scheduling delay early in the day can affect the rest of the day. My complaint here is I was not told about the delay until after I had already waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time. They knew they were running late as soon as I checked in and I should have been told right away about the delay. There was also a mess up with billing and I was charged for 2 sessions instead of 1. The staff did call me to tell me about the mistake. The extra payment was applied to my remaining balance.3rd and 4th sessions: Both were quick session, in and out in 10-15 minutes. The laser intensity is bumped up each visit and its a more intense sting. My hair growth is slowing down the most on my armpits. My facial hair doesnt seem to be very affected, but Im told this is normal since facial hair growth is more hormone driven.
My first appointment at LightRx was great! I am doing the laser hair removal treatment on multiple portions of my body and Karen, who did my procedure, made me feel very comfortable. She talked through what she was doing and stayed very professional and friendly the entire time. I have about seven more treatments to go but I am excited to be hair free after my remaining treatments!
I didnt have the best experience with a different company for laser hair removal and decided to give light RX a try. It has been amazing, Amanda is phenomenal i go to her every time she is super sweet, efficient and fast and the results i have seen in 2 sessions is better than i saw at the other place in 7!
I went in for a consultation at Light RX in Naperville for laser hair removal. I was pleased to walk into a good energy clinic seeing that I went to 2 other consultations before this one and the staff and clinic vibe seemed a bit stiff. My consultation was very informative, didnt seem rushed or pushy. They were able to answer every question I had and trust me I had a lot. I requested to see the room that treatments would be performed in and the room was very organized and clean. Im happy that I was patient and took the time to check this place out, and happy to start my treatments with them. I will be recommending this clinic to others.
Was hoping I could give them a zero. If you know you will be completing the treatment then go for it, but if you think you might need to ask for your money back for any reason, then you will never get it back.I’m not here to talk about the treatment because maybe it’s good, but if you need to ask for a refund you will need to wait for maybe 2 months - and I’m still waiting for it. When I first called for the refund I was told it may take 30 to 60 days, which is fine, but now it has been almost three months and every time I call and ask to speak with the clinic director, I’m told she’ll call me back. I’m still waiting for that call. I usually don’t leave reviews but me and my husband lost our jobs in the middle of our IVF treatment, which is why I couldn’t start my treatment with them and asked for a refund. I need that money and nobody at LightRx is willing to give me an answer as of when that will be, if it’s going to even happen at all. They are quick to take your money, even requiring payment for 1/2 of your total package up front, but will take ages to return it to you. If this was something that didn’t involve a significant sum of money, I wouldn’t even bother to write this. But I paid this company $2000 up front in October for services I never used, and they have yet to return a penny of it.update #1:A lady reached out to me after posting this review and mentioned that she’s sorry for what happened and she will be reaching out to the person who works to process refunds and he should be back on the 7th of this month, she will be asking him to work on my refund as soon as he can based on my situation, and still nothing was refunded, so once me refund is sent I will be deleting this review as I was asked by her, but until then I will be posting every update along the way.Update #2: (4 months since I requested my refund)I called them last Friday 1/29th and I was on hold for 15 minutes to speak with the director, until I dropped the line and called again, someone answered saying they are the director, explained that they’ve had issues pushing the refunds and she asked for my information to check with whatever department to see why was my refund not processed and will call me on Monday, I did not receive any calls and when I called yesterday 2/1/2021 they told me the director is out for the next couple of days.So I will keep posting until I receive my refund.
Allie is AMAZING!!! She has already transformed my skin after only two visits. My acne scars have visible reduced and my overall tone is much brighter. The micro needling she performed tightened my pores and evened out my texture tremendously!! I can’t wait to go back and see her again because she is helping me gain my confidence back 🤗🤍
I absolutely love LightRX! All of their technicians are great but I need to highlight Angelica because she makes me feel so comfortable and is so thorough. I’ve seen fantastic results already and I’m only halfway through my hair removal treatments! I would say that I’ve had about 80% removed so far. It is so much more than cosmetic. I used to get painful ingrown hairs and they’ve almost entirely cleared up, which was not a benefit I was expecting. The discomfort is minimal and the treatments are pretty quick. If you’re on the fence go in for a consult. I think you’ll be happy you did.

I financed 4 treatments of coolsculpture in February 2020 at the Naperville, IL location. I got 2/4 treatments. COVID hit. In July I decided I didn’t want to do the last 2 treatments. I filed a refund request form July 20, 2020. According to staff, because of COVID, it could take up to 90 days for the refund request to be processed. 60 days in I called the location to check in. Staff says it hasn’t been the 90 days and to call back in 90 days. So basically I’m unaware on when/if this refund is even in process and they aren’t really able to update me on the process. 90 days goes by and I call and the refund is not in process. I call the financing company to see if they got any claims on a refund and they say no and unfortunately they cannot help me and that I had to take it up with LightRX. So I call and call and call to talk to a manager at LightRX in Naperville. Finally on October 29th, I tell the staff I’m not getting off the phone until I speak to a manager. The manager gets on the phone and I explain the situation again. She states to resend the refund request form with the subject “attn: the manager’s name” and she will expedite it and then she will give me a free facial or chemical peel on her next time I come in. She told me to call her in 10 days to follow up on the status. I was satisfied with that. So I call 10 days later, it was a Friday, and she’s not in she’ll be in on Monday at 10am. So I call Monday, and she’s not in until 12pm. I end up calling later in the day and she’s unavailable. As you can probably already guess I can’t get ahold of her. So basically, talked to everyone in that office but her for over a week and a half to 2 weeks with her staff saying the manager promising to call me back each time. I’m a nurse working night shift so I did end up not calling for a week because I worked 5/6 days and tried to catch up on sleep and not once did they try to call. This past Tuesday I called the 800 number (which is a corporate number to my understanding?) to try and talk to someone higher up than her. Supposedly someone (I believe a regional manager) will be in contact with me in 7-10 business days. I called the Naperville location again yesterday and a staff member told me the manager would again call me. The staff member was surprised the manager did not call me because she was the one who took my call about a month ago when I refused to get off the phone until I talked to a manager. Later I called back when I again received no phone call and the same staff member told me the manager said the refund was being processed. The manager couldn’t get on the phone for 5-10 minutes for an update when she told me to call. Today I called the financing company again to see if they could do anything for me and if there was a claim in fact filed for a refund in process like the manager said. They said there wasn’t. At first the financing company again told me they were unable to do anything for me and I had to take it up with LightRX and they were a 3rd party company. I explained whole situation that I wasn’t even getting the services I was still making payments for and emailed proof of when I sent the refund requests for a claim. Now I am beyond frustrated. I not only paid for my services I received but I’m paying for the services I wanted refunds for. I don’t just want my refund for my 2 services I didn’t receive I want all of them refunded now. With the customer service I received and the time this took I am appalled and infuriated at the service I have gotten. They were quick to take my money but will take forever to give it back. Absolutely ridiculous. So if there is any suggestions anyone has I would appreciate it so I could do something about this ASAP. I’m beyond done dealing with this considering this has been going on for almost 5 months. TIA.
I have never seen such big frauds in my life. WENT THERE FOR LIPO LASER, Didnt loose an inch Had I used my money and time for something else I would have been happy.Please dont waste your time and money. Highly rude and unprofessional. If you tell them you are not seeing any difference from the time u started treatment they will try to make u join another weight loss program, what does it mean, what about the money u already paid for an existing program? Also they will blame u for not losing weight, its disgusting u need to co exist with such people who are just money minded and have no ethics! GOD IS GREAT HE IS WATCHING ALL OF US BEWARE!
It was not a positive experience. Fanfare about measurements at my first appointment, but never any comparison at my last appointment. I did everything, drank water, exercised & cut calories but gained 7 pounds during my treatment sessions. A huge let down & waste of money
I enjoy the results the treatments have. However, different girls do the treatments differently. The treatments should be consistent, no matter who is doing them. There should be protocol, in how they are trained. Also, bad communication. When they tell you theyll call you cause the internet is down, they dont. I understand right now theyre understaffed but thats the managements issue. It shouldnt affect the customer service of the clients who pay alot for the treatments.
They didnt know how to give a refund for a service that I did not use. When I called them, they originally said no problem. A week later, I called again and I had to physically come in to do paperwork for the refund. Then, they never submitted the refund paperwork. A month later, I had to call corporate to explain the situation. They said it may take 2 months.Although everyones really nice, theyre bad at business. It seems like theres no communication between the employees.Ill update if I ever get my refund.
Laser hair removal is pricey(not to mention permanent damages it can cause), so you may want to get into the hands of someone who knows what theyre doing. For this reason I did my research and went to 3 different places for a complimentary consultation. I was well prepared and already had answers to my own questions (why to bother? Test how much the specialist knows about what theyre selling). Despite the fact, LightRx has many complaints through better business bureau (so many that they even got audited), I wanted to give a benefit of the doubt. I have to say, they were least knowledgeable on the procedure and was putting all the effort to get me in no matter what.1. They did not ask me anything about my skin; medications; pregnancy; period; etc. - nothing to determine if I was even a match for the procedure or if I was in the shape of doing it that same day.2. I asked if the procedure can be done during period-she said yes, but it may feel more discomfortable. In case you wondering - the answer is no. In fact you have to wait for 2 weeks after your period (otherwise it can cause pigmentation to your skin).3. I asked if I can have laser if I was recently tweezing my hair. She said yes, but not moving forward as sessions begin. Answer - yes, but its waist of money as the laser wont pick on anything. 3 weeks is the waiting period after your last tweez (place which is oriented in best results and client satisfaction would be honest about it).4. I asked about their laser and if it has a dual system. The lady (Director of the place!) didnt know what I was talking about, so I explained its the cooling system; then she confirmed that it does. And went over about the cooling gel (that is not what I asked, in fact the laser theyre using doesnt offer dual system).5. She said people need at least 10 sessions to see results - how old is their laser? Average is 6, in some cases 8.6. She spoked about people coming to them because they waisted money at some other places with no results - interesting as online LightRx is the place with such complaints.7. She gave me pricing and asked if I wanted to have my 1st session right away. What if I was pregnant? She didnt ask me about that! only explained that if I became pregnant I should tell them right away.8. As I mentioned, I went to 3 different places, other 2 were booked to the extend I had to wait for 2 weeks. This place - you can get in same day with 30 minutes advanced notice. Some people may find it as advantage. I think they probably dont have much business and would do/promise anything to keep it running.9. Last, when I called lady said I would need touch ups every 6months; when I came in, they said I may need touch ups every 5 years or so. 5 years - really??? And - get your stories together!10.The Director called me less in a week to follow up - the caller id was some painting company.I gave 2 stars, because they were nice, but be careful as I have a feeling their only intention is to get your money.
I have had a great experience in the beginning but they keep trying to upsell you!Change in staff happened frequently. I feel this may have been the biggest scam that I have fallen for! More treatments more treatments and I am not heavy. I thought it would at least tone my stomach, not so! Be wary of how many treatments you will need.
I dont know whats good about this place .. Just never got a chance to find out. Have been waiting for the call from the for virtual consultation already for 3 weeks. I called them literally 20 times and my appt got moved twice. Never received any calls back . And the problem is that I paid my money already for 6 sessions . Maybe you guys can react here ???
Have been going to this LightRX for some time now and, as a first timer with these services, the experience has been great. Knowledge of the employees bis great. They take the time to explain to get you best results and very accommodating to schedule appointments when you need them. Would definitely recommend going here.

Terrible experience not friendly at all, when I checkin, they where to busy discussing their schedulingstaff problems who is taking time off and didn’t pay attention to us. Too many of them doing nothing butthey were people waiting, no time for us but time for a Starbucks run. I’ll finish mine package only because I already paid, but no coming back , another annoying thing she pushed an upgrade package over and over.After seeing how they work , why would I do that.BAD CUSTOMER service
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I went for consult which was nothing like how a consult should be. It was waste of my time and the lady did not know how to address customers needs. I would personally not go here since they do not understand and value customers time and would not recommend anyone.
I have been coming here since May . I have not seen much results . I have paid in full . Hoping that It will work . The staffs are nice but not everyone is very informative . The place is clean , spacious and all amenities are there . I will be updating the stars according to my results and experience.
Laser Hair Removal was not effective at all. $3,500.00 and 3 years later I am still shaving daily. I was promised the phenomenal results for all the areas but unfortunately I was left with nothing. I wanted to love the place and the results, but unfortunately the laser hair removal did not work for me. I have a light skin and dark hair so I should have made a perfect candidate, but unfortunately nobody could tell me why it’s not working. The hair came back after each session. I had 20 sessions total. The technician ladies changed constantly, especially in the beginning I had a new technician every single time and it did not feel good to meet a new person each appointment. Then the scheduling issues. It was hard to schedule an appointment, if they cancelled (like their laser machine broke down once), they cancelled their appointment and rescheduled me in 2.5 months since my previous appointment. Also, I was never provided a copy of my contract. Upon my multiple requests, I never got a copy from them via email or even a hard copy. The experience felt like scam. I do not feel like coming back at all because 20 sessions is already too much and I did not feel like it was effective. I wish they told the truth to people about their Laser Hair Removal. I would call it Laser Hair Reduction, but not removal for sure.

2022-02-18I’ve been to LightRx Naperville 3 times and each visit the girls were super sweet, informative and professional. The establishment is always very clean and welcoming. Eva, Jordan and Dolly went above and beyond at my most recent visit. Seriously, they’ve created a dynamic team of super sweet ladies that are truly passionate about what they do! Professionalism and exceptional customer service is hard to come by nowadays-these ladies are definitely bringing that to the table along with passion and kindness! 5 STARS LADIES!!! 🥰👏🏼

2022-06-09My experience at LightRx has been wonderful each time. The staff are very friendly, and the building is always very clean. Jordan is my go to for laser hair removal. She is very professional, personable, and goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable.As far as treatments go, I have definitely noticed a decrease in hair growth! I still have to shave, but I have a few treatments left. My hair grows in slowly and very thin, so I dont shave as often as I did prior to starting treatments.I would recommend LightRx to family and friends!

2022-07-17I’m on my fifth session of laser hair removal and my results are not really showing, my sessions varied in results due to different girls doing the procedure each time. I think it depends on who you get and the girls need more proper training, half of them just rush through your session and don’t do a good job. However, on my last session I had a girl named Claudia, she did an amazing job and was extremely thorough, I will be continuing my laser hair removal sessions with her from now on as I’m actually seeing results with one session from her. If you’re getting laser done there I would highly recommend her! Just ask for her name when scheduling your next appointment so you can actually get your money’s worth.

2022-04-09Posting under my husbands account. I’m the one receiving services. I started a month ago and I’m not even half way through my treatment so I can’t speak to the effectiveness yet but I really like the clinic & staff. Everyone has been friendly & helpful. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable. It takes me 45 mins to get to the clinic and my last appointment I was 30 mins late due to a traffic accident. They still saw me that day for treatment! I was very appreciative of their flexibility and understanding that day. I look forward to seeing my final results.

2022-03-03I have been going to this location for quite some time for treatment of scarring on my face. I have noticed a significant improvement in the scarring and my skin in general. Samantha is wonderful and very knowledgeable! I love seeing her regularly…she has helped me so much!

2022-09-05I wanted to wait until I finished my entire treatment to write a review. I’m typically not the person to write reviews, but wanted to make sure that my experience was shared. I bought a package of 10 laser hair removal sessions for the Brazilian area.Initially, in my first few sessions, I experienced hair thinning so I was starting to get excited about the results. I continued on through the first 5, but I started seeing a fall in the results and not much different after each session. I brought this up to the individual completing my treatment and she said she could adjust the settings a bit higher for this one. We did and I still wasn’t noticing anything. On treatments 6-10, I continuously was questioning each person every time why I wasn’t getting results (you have a different person each time), especially as we approached the 10th session. One person shared with me that it depends on skin color, hair color, and hair thickness which I knew but my profile was typically the best candidate for hair removal. Another individual explained that it’s misleading to call it hair “removal” and should be considered hair “reduction” because usually not everyone receives complete removal. I finished my 10th session pretty unhappy with my results and the amount that I invested in these treatments. After the individual explained the hair reduction explanation, she told me to give it a couple more sessions and see if I notice anything different (these now had to be paid out of pocket since my package was complete). I completed 2-3 additional sessions with no improvement in results, so I stopped going. After time and money invested, I was growing hair back every couple of weeks and while it was not as thick as it was before, it still needed to be shaved thoroughly.Luckily, the individual that I used to get my Brazilian waxes from prior to starting laser hair removal, recently purchased a laser and began treatments. I went back to her and started doing laser again after explaining my previous experience. After 2 sessions with her, I have very limited hair growth in between the 4-6 week treatment period. I was shocked at the results so far and completely different experience.I want to share my experience so everyone else can make an informed decision on deciding whether to go to LightRx or not. Like I said, I don’t normally post reviews, but this is not a cheap treatment to experience poor results and then have to pay someone else the price again to get the results you were looking for.

2022-04-14As someone who has experience in working in a medical spa and getting laser treatments, I would say my first experience wasn’t the best. I’m not exaggerating when I say my treatment took less than 20 seconds. I even questioned the girl doing my treatment. That’s it? Just one pass? This was my first out of 6 treatments. I will change my review if my experience changes

2022-09-16I use the services of this company for my full body hair removal I had 15 very painful sessions with not much results I still have 80% of my hair but the rest is coming back and I been going there over 1.5 years. My frustration is so big, I did some extra sessions as the manager offer me extra but the problem is the laser which is not exactly a professional laser more like a red light , I spend over $5500 and so much time don’t mention thet the pain literally is making you cry. There excuses is ,, you’re not a responder to the laser,, excuse me ! I have dark thick hair and my husband is also not a responder because we both don’t have no results and this is not an excuse .If I go to the professional laser what is not using culling gel and red light but the actual laser and I’m coming back after three sessions with no hair will you give me my money back ?I hold on to this company for so long because I just cannot afford an extra $5000 to spend, but I can’t take no more burning my skin, i’m gonna need to save and go to a company from real references because this days it’s very hard to trust anyone, when I sign up with them they check my skin and hair type and they said that 6-10 sessions will be more than enough well I had 15 and was not worth.Be careful… I do not recommend this company at all, I also try some Facials for tightening and was just lose of money.

2022-04-16I waited until I finished my package to leave a review. I’ve had laser hair removal elsewhere but the lady that did it moved so I decided to try lightRx. I kept thinking it might get better and I had already paid upfront. I had no results. I got burnt on a several visits. There was never the same person. Ever person was upselling and upselling. The girls that did it were nice but it didn’t seem personal at all because there is only so little time during the treatment to upsell and they used it. When I would mention there wasn’t any change I would be pushed a lifetime package for $2,000+ . Why would I want to spend that much on something I’m not seeing results with? I don’t know if it’s the laser or the inconsistency of having someone new each time doing it differently but for laser hair removal I would go anywhere else.
