Have went to Lina twice and shes amazing. Since I am in the military, I move around a lot and finding a new nail salon as some of you know, is one of the most challenging experiences. Everyone here seems to do a great job, so I highly recommend this nail salon if your new to the area or just want to switch things up.
Received dip powder too thick. Called to reschedule for someone else to do thinner and was told they dont do that because people come back and complain.I went to another nail salon and was told i wanted a Natural dip powder. They did a BEAUTIFUL job with the natural dip powder...2 visits already and i will stay with them. Was NEVER told from anyother salon they do not do natural! Very unprofessional and also very limited supplies! Did not have any color one asked for. This other place has everything. What a difference!Read ur reply and I understand no business owner likes a bad review. However, i need to add, there were 2 of us that heard the persons response on the phone as they were on speaker. The other individual, a retired nail tech, was shocked to hear the response given. How do u expect us to return to correct this, when so turned down on the phone? Yes, i too am glad we found a competent nail salon. Ty.
I love this place! I did a pedicure and a foot massage. Both turned out AMAZING! The employees there are so sweet and considerate. I already made an appointment to get my hands done.
I found my new nail place! I didn’t get the woman’s name but I got dip and it’s the best my nails have ever looked, she did a great job covered entire nail, and the shape is perfect! Thank you
This is the perfect nail place! Its clean, organized, and has amazing customer service. I had no idea that my nails could ever look this good. Everyone has pride in their work and the quality is tops. Kyle is not only an amazing tech but a true artist. His designs get me compliments up until the moment I go back. I followed him from another location and will never go to anyone else!
Terrible costumer service. Lady was incredibly rough with my fingers and cut me several times. They also don’t do any designs.
Beautiful job on my fill in, nail fix, no chip manicure. Shape is what I desired and I was very relaxed. I love the no chip color options for the mood changing polish.Im use to paying $25 for a fill in from my regular place instead of $35.I do want to come back and try out a pedicure bc its hard to find a place that does them good for a good price.
As soon as you walk into Lia Nails, the level of professionalism is top notch. The entire salon is beautiful with modern, classy décor. Not only is the design of the salon attractive, but it is clean. Clean to the point where you know everything they use is sanitary. That is usually my biggest concern with nail salons. This nail salon however, goes out of their way to make sure everything is welcoming and presented organized. Their quality is probably the best you will find in the Chicagoland area. They keep up to date with the newest designs and in-style looks. If you come in with any picture from Pinterest or any current trend, they can do it. The owner, Kyle, makes sure every one of his employees have the best training. You are sure to be pleased if you visit this nail salon. I bet you any dollar that you will even become a regular client of theirs.
I feel badly for leaving a negative review, but want to provide my experience in the hope that both customer service and quality improve.I have been to Lia Nails twice and have had issues both times. During my first visit, I got both a pedicure and a dip manicure. My manicure technician finished the service when I noticed there was a small piece of black debris in the nail. I showed it to him and he said that nothing could be done. However, after speaking to the receptionist, a second technician was able to fix the imperfection with no issues. I appreciated that they rectified the situation.This second time though has been the most frustrating. I received a dip manicure, and about a week and a half later, the dip had small cracks throughout. Additionally, 8 of the 10 nails also had peeled so that spots on the shiny topcoat looked matte. One nail also just completely fell off.I called today to see if they would do anything to rectify the situation to fix the service, and was told that it wasnt within the 10-day guarantee. I asked to speak to the owner who said that either my nails werent right for dip or that there was an malfunction in the products purchased, or I was hard on the manicure (slightly laughable given that I am very pregnant and my most accomplished activity each day is taking the dog for a walk around the block). She also clearly didnt have the time or professionalism to listen to my issue. I completely understand that issues happen, but I would have thought there would have been some effort or responsibility taken, or a promise to make it better or work with me. All in all, Ive had two disappointing experiences and would not recommend to anyone.
I love love love this place. The staff are all very friendly and happy ton work. The work they do is the best in the area. I should know, I have a habit of giving all salons a fair chance.I walked in and they were up front saying they had no openings until a certain time. I made an appointment And, as it should be, was serviced right away.
Made a reservation a weeks in advance to see if they could accommodate our party of 6 which they worked it out so they could. When we came in for appointment and we were seated promptly in the pedicure station. I loved how clean this salon was. They used the plastic bags and had all new utensils for each of us which is a HUGE plus. Thank you!
This nail salon is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! My sister and i came here for the first time today and i got EXACTLY the picture i showed Candy, my nail technician. She was amazing, they were all professionals. 10/10 recommendation and we will be coming back!! Thank you guys so much!!

This place is amazing. They take very good care of their customers. As a pedicure newbie I like that they educated me on what was beneficial for my nails not just doing whatever service I wanted if it would be detrimental to my nails. And the foot massage at the end lol....amazing! Definitely get your nails done here.
Pretty good place, fairly clean. I liked the woman who did my nails but they didnt really have enough dryers for ppl getting regular manicures. I waited for a long time to try and get them dry and when I went to pay I smudged a few. I felt bad so I gave a generous tip, but instead of completely redoing the nail they just tried covering up the smudge which really didnt work. Overall would recommend for pedicure, prices were reasonable and you get money off for cash payments but not worth for reg manicure.
Best Nail place in Naperville hands down!!!! V the nail tech/lash specialist is sweet, professional and a nail perfectionist. Kyle is highly educated about nails and provides fast service!! I will consider this place for anyone looking for dope nails!!!
I absolutely love Lia Nails. I usually see Nini and she is incredible at bringing to life all the crazy requests I have! She’s always on time and takes her time when doing my nails. Location is clean and rest of the staff are nice. They are taking all the appropriate COVID-19 precautions which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this nail salon!
This is the first time I have used this salon for lashes. The girl that did my lashes is called Vi. She is a very professional and sweet. Vi was able to decide on the type of lashes that fits my eyes. I personally dont like overly dramatic lashes and what she did was just the right amount for that enhancements for my eyes. They were pretty long lasting as well. I did it back on December 8th and they lasted for like 3-4 weeks (maybe longer if I actually took care of it)
Awsome place. I get my nails done by NiNi. She never disappoints goes out of her wat to get my nails perfect. Will be a long lasting customer. ABSOLUTELY recommend!
I use to come here all the time. Unfortunately the person that did my nails for a year doesnt work here anymore. However I decided to give it a chance and explained to the person that made the appointment exactly what I needed. She gave me someone that told me everything she wasnt going to do after we started which was super frustrating. This was my birthday gift and to help me relax. I was everything but that especially when I saw a hair on the armrest of the seat I was placed in and the hot towel she used on my feet had hair too. Just so unsanitary and with all thats going on I was just plain upset. Time to find a new place.
I have been coming to Lia Nails for 3 years and they are absolutely fantastic! It is always clean, staff are always nice and accommodating! I leave there so relaxed every time! Scout is incredible and always does cute designs on my nails!
This is my third time visiting this welcoming salon! I am a young college student from the Naperville area and I love the service and selection at this salon. I had the privilege of having several of the nail techs here and I’ve loved each and every single one of my experiences. I have never experienced a problem or issue with my nails or my service! They always find time for me amidst my busy schedule! I love how clean the place is kept and an added bonus is they have great music! The only problem is that they have so many colors to choose from I can’t decide!
Kyle did an excellent job with my manicure. I used the dip powder and he made my nails look elegant and classy. The salon was busy, but that must mean that everyone knows how good they are. I would book an appointment ahead of time. I would highly recommend this nail salon. My manicure cost $40, but dip powder stays on and does not chip until you decide to take it off.
My daughters and I love this nail salon! I have never had a better manicure. Everyone is so friendly and professional as well as talented. Would highly recommend Lia Nails! We always get compliments on our nails and they last so long❤️❤️
Even though I live about 30 minutes away, I always come back here because of their great color selection and cleanliness. They always have their pedicure sinks lined with plastic and during Covid they had barriers up.
LIA Nails is a lovely, clean, relaxing nail salon with a ton of color options and pedicure options. My pedicures last a month, my no chip polish even longer.
I have been to a variety of nail salons here in Naperville and am very pleased with Lia Nails. They use a really good base coat for your nails, which helps the polish stay on longer. It takes about 5-6 days before my manicure will start to chip and my pedicure lasts for a good couple of weeks.The owner and staff are so pleasant; whenever they are almost done with my nails, someone will ask how everything went, which I feel is very genuine. The place is clean and every time Ive been there I havent had to wait long to get my nails done. Prices are reasonable for the products they use on you and the staff there who have done my nails all seem to have a good attention to detail.
Decided to try a new nail salon after receiving a 20% postcard from them in the mail. My daughter and I both went, I got a pink fill and she got a French manicure. Both manicures turned out great. I like mine to look natural and thats exactly what Kyle did. The salon is clean, the staff seems nice and the service was precise and quick. Ive been going to the same nail salon for over 8 years, but I think I found a new one! Will go again.

I love going here to get my nails done. I’ve never been to such a sterilized salon. I am very particular about the cleanliness of a place so I don’t mind the far drive to go to a place I trust. Not only that, but my no chips last a very long time and they are super meticulous. I also loved the pedicure I got, didn’t need one for another month. They also offer 10 day fix for no chip which was really nice. I don’t ever use that but it’s probably going to be a good option for others. If you’re in Naperville area, you should definitely check them out.
I LOVE Lia nails! I see Misty, and shes just delightful! Ive loved my pedicures so far, she makes my brows look gorgeous, and the no-chip layovers she gives are to die for! I uploaded a picture of a super cool cat eye manicure she gave me the other day. Misty seriously is amazing, and Im sure every one else at Lia is as well! Theyre very clean and professional, and their prices are extremely reasonable! The salon itself is also beautiful. Im never going to another nail salon again!
Just tried this salon today and was very impressed. Clean, plenty of parking, and skilled staff. I received a fill with no chip manicure from Kyle and the results were perfect. Pricing in line with surrounding area. They take their time on each client to give the best results. No rushing here. I will be back. Kyle and his wife are the owners and take pride in their business.
After going a few months without nails and having not much luck finding a very professional shop with extremely skilled nail techs....I landed here. Its everything I read and exactly what I was looking for....Kyle was AMAZING!! Professional, extremely skilled and super efficient. I love my short almond shape nails and I can’t wait to bring my daughter to my new nail shop!!
This is my favorite nail salon to visit and sometimes, Ill drive two hours just to get my nails done there. Ive had an amazing experience every time Ive gone in, which is very tough to find where I live. I got an ombre full set manicure with ballerina shaped nails and they turned out incredible! My nail tech, Kyle, was working avidly to make sure the ombre was done correctly and conversed with me the whole time. He was so friendly, I didnt even notice the time go by. If youre looking for a consistently well done ombre full set, I highly recommend this place!
I got a no chip here and it was definitely my best expierence Ive ever had getting my nails done. Kyle is hands down the best. He took his time and made sure everything was neat and perfect. This will be the only place I go to get my nails done! Plus its clean and big.

My daughter and her friend used their money to get their nails done here. They both left so disheartened. They were told pay $5 extra to fix the nail technician poor work. The nail technician cut the nails to short then told them its $5 more. To add insult to injury the shape of the nails were very uneven and the polish was full of bubbles as if the polish was old. I am so disappointed because these are teenagers learning to be consumers and to have to pay their money and be unhappy about their purchase. I believe the nail technician took advantage of these ladies. She should have owned up to her error and corrected her error. There are other salons that will get there business. We will not return to this place again. In my personal opinion this business took advantage of these young ladies. Shame on you they are 14 years old.
I absolutely love going here! Ive been multiple times and gotten various services and each one was perfect. They are very passionate about what they do and it shows in their work. The salon is very beautiful and calming. They have excellent customer service and pay great attention to detail. They have great pricing and always do their best to get you an appointment. I highly recommend going here.

I loveee this shop! I recently moved to Naperville and was really nervous finding a new nail shop. I tried a couple places and walked out due to them not being clean. Lia nails is so clean and have amazing nail techs! Kyle is my favorite. He does my nails and their always shaped perfectly. Everyone does an exceptional job and makes sure you leave satisfied. I had pedicures and full sets done. Definitely check this place out, you wont regret it and youll become a loyal customer.

This place is the BEST. I come all the way from the city. They take their time with you no matter how busy they are. Its more of an art to them than a job. The customers happiness is their priority. I also constantly get asked where I get my nails done because they look so nice and perfect. 5 stars would DEFINITELY recommend!!
TERRIBLE customer service. We have visited Lia Nails several times and been pleased with the quality of the work and the salon. I have even encouraged several others to use their services. NEVER AGAIN!!!I scheduled appointments for myself and my daughter on a Tuesday afternoon. When we arrived at 12:55 for our 1:00 appointments, we learned that they had given our appointments away to walk-ins because I did not confirm. We have never been required to confirm in the past. The manager called me 20 minutes before the appointment, but somehow I was driving and missed the call. I was extremely irritated, but asked when they COULD get us in and his response was, we cannot, were booked. I believe the entire point of making an appointment is that your time is guaranteed! I understand if we had arrived late, but our appointments were given away before our scheduled time. We left and I will never return.I will share this negative experience with as many people as possible. In an area saturated with nail salons, it is not wise to treat customers sopoorly!!!REPLY TO YOUR REPLY!!!!! (Because apparently you have disabled my ability to reply!!)WOW!! The fact that you would call me a liar is even more proof of your TERRIBLE customer service!!! I did not “ignore” any calls. I happened to have my phone off because I was asleep after working all night! And unfortunately, I did not actually receive your calls before arriving at your salon because I assumed I had an appointment!!! I have proof of EVERYTHING and I am happy to share!!! I received a voicemail that said NOTHING about giving my appointments away. And you are forgetting that I have a witness, my 14 year old daughter, who saw and heard everything and has shared our experience with all of her friends (who were your customers!!!) You may not “need” a customer like me, but your actions just cost you several! You are a poor business manager and it’s a shame that YOU actually have to lie to justify your inexcusable actions!!!! I hope people will see through your lies and you will get what you give!!!!

Went here a couple of times because it is near my house and convenient for me. But don’t let their good ratings fool you like they fooled me! Half of the good reviews are from the people that work there! They have probably a good 25 colors to pick from. I spent over $100 for my nails, toes, and eyebrows for my wedding and my nails chipped at my own wedding! What a joke...
I absolutely love this place! It was recommended by a friend and after my first appointment the decision was made that I had finally found a nail place that was incredible. I recently tried the dipping powder and it is amazing. I have very brittle nails and after 1 week they still look brand new!
My mom and I visited Lia Nails for the first time last Saturday. What a delightful experience! Our Manicurists Scout snd Misty were very nice and did our manicures quickly and beautifully. They were very friendly and conversed with Mom and me making our visit very welcoming. I would recommend Misty and Scout as excellent manicurists. I plan to visit them again during my next visit to Chgo!
What an amazing experience! Kyle was simply the best! After searching around Naperville and Aurora for months looking for a nail salon I have finally found the perfect one! Kyle was so detailed and explained each step he took! My nails were finally done the way I wanted them, absolutely perfect! Lia nails is a 10 I wish I could give more stars on the rating scale!
I have seriously been to just about every nail salon in Naperville. No place has compared to Lia Nails! They are very professional, talk to you while you’re being pampered, and honestly create a positive, happy environment with lots of laughs! They take their time and make sure you are very happy and content with their work! Nothing ever feels rushed or awkward at this salon and it makes the experience so much more relaxing! I recommend Lia Nails to everyone! 10 stars!
Owners are so friendly, everybody is so nice here. Nice service. I get nice looking deep in powder gel and exfoliate spa pedicure. I just walk in without appointment and they took me for 10 min.....try it!After a few visits I can recommend KyleUpdate:After coming here for almost 1 year, the thing is getting change. They start to be unresponsible, uncoperative, messed scheduled, not doing like before. They started to be so busy and I can say in some hand they dont care about customer like before.So, for $80 that I left here every time I deserve a better treatment.I found new salon for my nails and now I really see what is deep in powder. In Lia Nails they put on the top just basic top coat with uv lamp and thats why my nails chip and lose shine when I did it in Lia Nails.Stay away from this, dont be fooled with reviews like I was.
My mom, grandma and I make the drive all the way from Midway to come to Lia nails. Their pedicures surpass any other nail salon we’ve been to and their color selection is so extensive that it can be difficult to choose which color I want 😊 Kyle and his staff are excellent nail technicians and very friendly. They take as many walk ins as they can accommodate (7 while I was at my last appointment). Also the salon is very clean!
I work in Naperville. There are lots of nail salons in the same general area. Ive tried several and have never found one that I liked. Today I went to Lia nails. I was greeted promptly and didnt have to wait long at all. Steve did my no chip and I am very satisfied. I am usually picky about polish and shape but he took his time, was very neat and made sure I was completely happy before I left. Also, their prices arent bad compared to others in the area. The salon was clean and everyone there was friendly. All equipment came from sterile packaging. I really liked it there and will definitely be returning.
Love this place!!! Always clean and friendly. My mom doesnt speak Englisu very well,but they always find the way to understand what color/shape she wants. She lives in Chicago but her nails are done in here.
Never going anywhere again. It’s a bit far from my house but so worth it. I don’t know the last time my feet have been this soft. Maybe when I was five. It’s a cute salon with good prices. The girl I had wasn’t very personable but not rude. Everyone else working there seemed talkative though. I don’t remember the girls name who did my mine but it looked like they were all doing a great job. Highly recommend this place.
1st time here, met my nail tech Missty who was very polite. Made an appointment and total wait time was 5 minutes. I didn’t encounter any issues and as long as my nails hold up I will return. Total service was $30 which included removal of 2 nails. I ordered a gel fill in all natural. Thank you Missty for a pleasant visit.

Im so glad I discovered Lia Nails! The shop is very nice and clean. The employees are very friendly, attentive, and do incredible work. I was greeted immediately when I entered the building. The nail technician helped me pick a color, talked to me about what type of look I wanted, and walked me back to the pedicure area. The pedicure experience was great. My nails were shaped perfectly, the leg and feet massage felt incredible, the paint was very neat and perfect! I got a no chip manicure. I loved the fact that they had the lamps in the table made it very easy to dry. The nail technician was very gentle yet thorough with removing my cuticle. Once again my nails were shaped and painted perfectly. I geeatly appreciated the tips I received on how to keep my cuticles moisturized and prevent them from cracking. The nail technician took her time, even when the salon became busy I never felt as if my mani or pedi was being rushed. Overall I have had a great experience both times Ive come. I will be a frequent customer.

I went here with my daughter the day before Mothers day, the place feels and looks like upscale spa , the service was excellent and relaxing , our pedicures were the best we have had in a long time . I recently moved to the Naperville area and was looking high and low to find my new “home” nail salon. I went to many other salons in the area, but in the first few moments of being at Lia, I knew I only wanted to go to them. Best set of Pink and White I’ve ever gotten!
This is my new favorite salon! I told my boyfriends mom about this new nail salon that had opened up across the street and I had received a flyer from them so we decided to get a mani-pedi each. We did have to come in and make an appointment for later in the day because they didnt have any open walk in availability. We started with the paraffin pedicure (an upgrade but worth it) and my feet have never felt so soft. The ladies that did our feet were delightful and held a conversation with us while I was cracking jokes left and right. Then we had our nails done (no buildable gel (like acrylics)) so I went with acrylic even though Im not a fan, BUT I can honestly say Im a fan of them now. My nails are symmetrical and just how I wanted them. Kyle did them and he was fast and accurate, but still took his time to make sure his work was flawless. I will CERTAINLY be back here!!!

I chose to first travel to this nail salon because of its five-star reviews. While it looked like a well-kept nail salon, I waited a short while before being greeted; there werent any receptionists upon entering. To my disappointment, the man who greeted me was self-absorbed enough to not make time for prospective clients; he turned me away, saying that the nail salon doesnt except clients after 7pm. If thats the case, then Lia Nails should either lock their entrance at 7pm or change its hours to closed at 7pm. Because having gone out of my way, exhausted after work, I thought to step into an open-hearted business, but I found myself to be mistaken. Is this nail salon arrogant enough to think that they can profit from dismissing a first-time, newly arrived customer? I may be one person, but youve lost more than one potential client.
I previously had great experiences here but today was not so great. I booked an appointment at 11:30a and was not serviced until I reproached the receptionist desk after 20 mins of waiting. [This previously happened during my last mani session] Once sitting in my booth, I asked Technician, Kyle, if he would be able to draw mini symbols/designs on my nails. He said yes, but once I showed him the heart-shaped images, he laughed and said, no, I cant do that. I showed a simplified alternative of a circular swirl and he again, said no. I replied, okay, Ill go with the nail polish instead. He asked, what shaped nails did I want and my response was could you follow the contour of my original nail? He seemed pretty sarcastic or inattentive because his response was, well, is that a new shape? So, I demonstrated what I meant by showing him the silhouette/outline of my nail. Then, he told me what shapes he can do on my nails for filing them down. He filed my pinky first, which looked pretty fine but once he got to my finger and thumb nail they were completely distorted and filed extremely low to the point that I pulled my hand back to look at my nails. Then, he thrusted his chair back and told me that he cant do my nails. I responded, okay and walked out of the salon.Throughout this session, Kyle seemed very impatient with me and uncompromising. I came in to get a simplistic design on my nails for my birthday but everything seemed to be far-fetched. Maybe I wouldve had a better experience with another Technician but unfortunately things didnt work out that way. In the future, suggesting another Tech that would be able to fully service your clients needs would be ideal, instead of dismissing their expectations. Thank you

This was my first time at lia nails, the service was amazing. Every one was super sweet and personable!! They even helped me pick colors. Also, I got a no chip mani and pedi and my nails looked ON POINT. I def recommend this place.
Not overly thrilled. I picked this place based on reviews and stars. Dont let it fool you like it did me. I did the dipping powder like I do at my regular salon. I just decided to try somewhere close to work and avoid rush hour traffic. I dont know if maybe my girl was new? 1. My nails are usually square, but after asking 2 times to even the tops I gave up. They are still not straight and I was running out of nail. 2. Not the color I choose but we were too far into the process to undo it. I like nude colors and picked a very subtle light pink similar to a French tip base. It was labeled #2. They finished like a pepto bismal/light easter egg pink somehow.3. Not sure if they just do it a different way but she put a gel top coat for no chip on it and is now a sticky rubbery weird texture.4. The work area had not been really cleaned from prior clients. I get there will be some dust but it was covered in dust and what not.
Love this place! Kyle is the most personable and professional nail tech I’ve ever had. He never fails to disappoint. I get so many compliments and won’t ever think about going somewhere else!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They were very rude and unprofessional. I tried to be nice and give them my business anyways since it was my first time going . Upon me going to the wax room I saw cockroaches in there . I will NEVER go back, that is the most nastiest thing I have ever seen and experienced in my life . This place needs a serious health inspection.

This was my first time I went there yesterday. It was really nice experience. I would like if they can clean the toes and remove the dead skin from toes and fingers . But overall really nice experience and very clean.The staff is very professional. I had very good experience here. Really satisfied.

Terrible! Ordered a pedi and mani, was told they had no time for my mani in the middle of my pedi. I glady said ill go somewhere else, they said they would fit me in.. During my semi mani they argued with me about doing my cuticles and said they would only just paint my nails ... terrible piss poor customer service!

2022-02-07I love Lia Nails - they do really high quality work with my manicures and pedicures - my gel manicure lasted up to 5 or 6 weeks. Everyone who works here is very professional and nice and I always feel like I get Five-Star service. Been getting my nails here for the last 6 months even though there are a ton of other salons closer to me. Love them. Updating to post a series of nails over the last few months!

2022-05-26I am SO happy I found this place! I had sustained a crack in one of my acrylic nails and went to my original nail salon that had put on the acrylics and they told me they couldnt/wouldnt fix the nail. I called 3 other nail salons before calling Lias and was told the same thing. All I wanted was a professional to look at it and tell me how bad it was because I feared it had cracked down to my nail. Thankfully Lias told me to come in and one of the girls was able to fix it in less than 15 minutes.

2022-02-26Just beware the customer service at this place is extremely BAD!!!! The owner is a DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE individual who just yells when told the truth, and tells you to go somewhere else if you dont like it. Appointments are not kept, and the quality of work is bad!!! I did a gel set that lifted 10 days after it was done, and the only response received was that it was because I had my nails in water which I never did. DONT COME HERE!!! It is not worth your money..

2021-07-29I am in LOVE with Lia nails.I have been going since my sophomore year of high school because I am a nail biter and they have never made me feel bad about my short nails (they are difficult to work with and i’ve had bad experiences before). I’ve done chip, acrylic, dip, pedi and it’s all been pleasant and sanitary. I even went for prom (walk-in) and they were accommodating and wonderful.I wanted to talk about my latest nails by Candi(?). Even though I have been using them for years, I moved and went to a lady in my neighborhood. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and she cancelled on me literally four hours before our time. Because this was for my birthday I booked an appointment for the same time at Lía’s and they were available and kind. They even called an hour before my appointment to make sure I didn’t forget. It was an hour before closing but Candi told me not to worry and stayed after for me to make sure she could get my nails perfect (i attached the reference image). All the technicians make great conversation (i’ll say they all have interesting lives!).That’s not even the best part. I got my birthday nails on June 20th. The pictures I took are from July 29th, almost FORTY days after my appointment. I’ve never had nails stay this long (and i’ve had a lot of fake nails in my life). Because of my design the nails don’t look grown out from afar and I still get compliments. Two nails broke off but that’s because I work at a restaurant and opened bottles and boxes too aggressively. I’m literally thinking of buying nail glue to put the fallen nails off because the remaining ones seem like they’ll stay for at least a week more. I will say it was more expensive for the nails than the other lady, but with all the products available and durability of the nails, I am happy with what I paid.Overall amazing experiences, and if anything does go wrong theyre happy to help!

2022-05-15My wifes NO CHIP NAIL POLISH chipped after not even 24 hours. The polish itself just peeled itself off her nail. Also her other nails are chipping as well. First time and last time going to this business. We paid 147 dollars in total for the both of us to get our nails done and this is the result? Laughable and poor products used.

2018-09-011. Kyle was amazing. Very attentive, talented, kind, and gave me nothing but great vibes.2. Shop is beautiful. High-end stations and a lot of them and the shop is clean and is put together very nicely.3. They have a receptionist!! Which means they mean business!! Shes a sweet heart and helped me remember my appointment by giving me 2 reminder calls.4. I havent felt this good coming and going to a nail salon. This is my new spot and Im telling everyone!5. Make an appointment because theyve got a good size clientele - which is a great thing. Since Ive been here it seems like a lot of regulars. Couples, young and old.Kyle did a wonderful job with a new set of gel nails and no chip manicure. He was so attentive to what I wanted and never assumed anything. He made it known I was in charge. He was very natural with his techniques and he didnt hurt me once. - I have found my guy.Long story short- I am a picky and particular type of woman, with the If you want it done right, youve got to do it yourself, attitude. I am never pleased with my nails when I shop-hop as I just moved from Hanover Park to Naperville.But Im sold on Lia Nails. And getting my nails done is no longer going to be a huge stressor for me since I know Im getting what I want, no doubt.Thank You to Everyone at Lia Nails!!

2021-11-15Great nail salon!!!This is only the second time in my life that Ive had acrylics on, and the guy (I didnt get his name) did amazing! Way better than my first time at a salon in Florida. Very attentive and gentle, and my nails look amazing!I got the no-chip option because Im very rough with my hands sometimes, and its day 5 and theyre holding up great!Thank you so much!!!
