I take my 2021 IS 350 F Sport for its 5k service, I was told the only service required at the time was a tire rotation. Since we purchased a tire and wheel plan I went ahead and scheduled a curb rash repair for the front driver’s side wheel (location before the service). A week and a half later just out of curiosity checked to see if there were any more damages to the wheels since my appointment is in 4 days and to my surprise the damage is still on the front drivers side. So I waited at the dealership for and hour and a half for them to bill for a service that was never performed. Makes me think what other services they bill for and never perform. It’s not like us as customers can see what’s done to our vehicles. Really bad on your part Lexus of Naperville. And the only reason you get 2 stars is because my service advisors was courteous.
Last week Wednesday, I was scheduled for a 6 month service appointment. My initial experience with purchasing my car went very well. Hani was personable and very professional. That was appreciated. Unfortunately, during my service update, I had a different experience.1. I experienced two separate issues or noises coming from my vehicle. Upon reviewal of the invoice given to me, I noticed there was only one repair made on my vehicle. Supposedly the one repair made fixed both issues. What I dont understand is that I was charged three separate times for one repair.2. The most disappointing is that I still hear the noise. I have yet to hear the other noise because that occurs in windy weather conditions.Not only was I told that the goal of Lexus was to avoid additional unnecessary charges, but Lexus also states on the website, At Lexus of Naperville, we take as much pride in our customer service as we do in our vehicles.I did not experience the customer service Lexus of Naperville takes pride in.
Mohamad el tayim is one of the best managers I have ever met at a car dealer. very nice, professional and polite, him and his team are all very helpful. I sold my Audi q8 there and the service was top notch and they gave me what my car is worth, unlike many dealers that would rob you out of your car. Will be doing business there moving forward.
I want to give a special thanks to the sales team for helping us get the car we wanted .Sal was patient with us and answered all our questions and tony worked so hard to the find the car within our budget .They were all friendly and welcoming from the minute you enter to the second you leave .
I had an opportunity to visit this dealership to get a car for my son on the 14th of March and was immensely impressed by the hospitality- beyond expectations.We usually walk in with a pre conceived notion that the Sales person is going to push the car he wants to sell but it was absolutely just the opposite.Apurva Yagnik and Junaid were superb - way beyond my expectations- they listened patiently to my needs and my budget and worked with me to get me a car for my college going son in exchange to a used BMW…I never felt I was out of place. Apurva worked with my budgeting and getting me a good deal from a bank of repute and I did not have to do anything other than enjoying some hot coffee out there.I was in an out in an hour or so…unbelievable..Hospitality at its best - I once again would like to thank Apurva and Junaid for all their help and support.Wishing them all the best !!
I can stay here all day while waiting for my ride to be tuned up and ready for the next 6months/5k miles. They offer free Starbucks coffee (caf/decaf medium roast), bottled water, soda dispenser, popcorn, a small café (I arrived at 5pm on a Tuesday so maybe they close early?), and of course they have an exquisite showroom showcasing their latest models to lure you into buying a new one.
Adding to Nicks already impressive portfolio, here is mine..Ive been in the Lexus family for a number of years and after a short stint of shopping around online, I actually on a whim decided to purchase my first ever new car. Lexus of Naperville was one out of two in my area that had the exact color option and packages/trim that I was interested in. Anyone that knows anyone that knows me, can understand I am quite OCD to the details and its always the little things that matter. My inquiry was responded to by Nick by the very next business day (I inquired online via Saturday or Sunday after hours). I went in on a Monday morning and within 2 hours, I was outside with a new car.The sales experience couldnt have been anything less than that - it wasnt sales, it was the build of a new relationship. Never once did Nick or the finance team try to pressure or annoy me into purchasing anything I did not need nor want. Sure, they did bring up a few items that may pique my interest but that was it. Shortly after my purchase I did notice a very light scuff in the interior, this was remedied immediately and I also have to give my hats off to the service department for their quick and accurate turnaround.This may be the start of a new relationship and Im proud to say it started and was first earned by Nick. Lexus of Naperville has a top notch relationship manager in their ranks, I hope he is going to stay with continued success.

Went in to look at a new car and I must say we have never had a nicer experience than we did at Lexus of Naperville. Dan in sales did an amazing job helping my wife and I find the right car and listened to what we wanted and didnt rush to just sell a car. The deliver experience with Michael Comer is one that Ive never encountered. He showed us features to our car we never knew or would have found on our own. He even showed up features on the car we traded in. I dont think youtube videos or reading an owners manual (who actual reads it anyway), could have shown us all these features. Go in today and see Dan and Michael, youll be glad you did.
Had a great experience : I was looking for a larger vehicle as our family is expanding soon,driving by we de decided to stop and check out the new RX and NX , I was dressed like a homeless person as I was coming from work ( once I stopped at a Mercedes dealer dressed like that - I felt the hard looks and had the feeling that someone will kick me out :) that made no difference in customer service at Lexus ... Scott was the person who assisted me and my wife . He was very professional and spent almost 2 hours showing us different cars in different colors and options . I never had the feeling that he just wants to push me or to rush on decision - zero pressure .Everything was open and the paperwork was fast and smooth, no ratty dealership fees , no pressure on plus sales.On the very next day Scott gladly took his time to help my wife to set up the application, hook up the phone , explain all the features, set up the navigation ( a great after sale service!)Nice and roomy building with a pleasant music , clean with well trained employees , great customer service and open on negotiations! - 5 star dealership !
Scott and I rearranged our schedules to come in and see a specific vehicle listed at this location, and our Sales Consultant Joe was very patient and answered all of our questions. We ended up going back the very next day and buying the car. Joe is great! We also were impressed with Michael’s knowledge about the car! Overall great experience.
I recently purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. Sal was the salesman , he was wonderful. He was attentive , kind , and very detailed . He made sure I knew everything I needs to know to drive safely. He paired my phone with the car . And even went out of his way to offer a beverage . They were also able to beat my work credit union for financing . When I went to pick up my car it had a big red bow on it . I bought used but it sure didn’t feel like it . I would highly recommend this dealership and Sal he was great !
I live in NH and flew to Chicago to buy a car from this dealer. I cant say enough about how good the experience was made by salesmen Nick Gerlack and Dan Foster (honorable mention to Moh their sales manager too)! Ive bought many cars in my life and most car sales people I tolerated but never trusted! These guys both went above and beyond before, during and the real surprise was and still is how helpful they are after the sale!!! The rest of this industry should pay a visit to Lexus of Naperville to see what a best practice dealership is all about!
Shady dealership, live in Kansas, had a deal going with a purchase of a RCF. Had the owner drop off of the car for a prebuy, Mohammad Taiym the use car manager bought the car out from underneath me and my wife. Told the client because he had a 2k lien it would be easier to sell to them than a private party. Also the current owner of the RCF gave Mohammad the chance to buy the car months ago, but he only offered 41k, I offered 45k, but after the car was at Lexus for a prebuy because of me, Mohammad upped his offer, the morals to this dealership is shady and I will def. not recommend anyone doing business with them. You try to make a deal happen and being out of state and a Lexus driver, owner and purchaser, you would expect a dealership of this caliber to have morals. Go else where people, this dealership is low and should not even be selling the brand.
I had an APPOINTMENT set for 5:30pm. I Even called before heading out to see if the vehicle was Still available before driving out there! It was still available. I Drove 1 hour/48 miles from my location, just to arrive and get Told the vehicle was Sold! No Courtesy of Calling me while in route, No professionalism. I called Twice. Im sure they have Called ID & had my phone number written down. Yes, they are correct that Used vehicles are 1st come, 1st severed, But when you have an appointment set up At least give the customer the courtesy to call & inform the vehicle is Sold. Wasted 2 hours of driving & fuel. I expect better treatment from this dealership. I was wrong. I’ll check other dealerships closer to your area before visiting this one. Congratulations, They played themselves.

Yesterday night we bought our first Lexus GX460. The sales process itself was pretty smooth, maybe because I went to check the vehicle a night before and then emailed our salesman all requested paperwork before coming to sign the contract.Was a little disappointed that when we came to the dealership with my wife yesterday we was asked to sign some documents right away without seen a car even everybody new that this is gonna be her ride, and she never saw it. I know - it was dark and rainy outside and they should of bring the vehicle in, but never did.Finance manager did a nice job and we ended up buying some warranty on the truck, even it was in good technical condition- but it still was previously owned.After signing the contract weve been offered to transfer all the belongings from our trade in vehicle to the new purchased OUTSIDE !8pm, rain, wind...After we refused to do so, salesman had to bring the car in. Now in the good lightening we understood why they were always keeping it in the shade:- tan carpet and floor mats were very dirty.- a lot of scratches all over.- light color seatbelts are so stained and greasy that I thought before that they were black.I get it! We are buying pre-owned vehicle, but we are buying it from the Lexus dealership! They could clean the vehicle nice so it would be no shame to put it under one roof with a same brand.Unfortunately this is not all.This morning my wife got a ticket for parking on the street by her office without a city sticker. As we found earlier the old sticker was never transferred on the new car. After I called dealership to find out what was the reason - I was rudely told by the manager that this is not their responsibility to do so. OOOOK, but please why didnt you at least tell me: Hey listen Mr.Max we transferred your license planet only the windshield sticked you should peel off and put on your new car. Or at least: sorry we missed it, but we will mail it to you shortly. Please...Right now we are still exited to own a new vehicle. And no matter the experience still looking forward to enjoy our first family trip...Dear managers!You should not let the brand like Lexus appear in situation like that.Next time please be little bit more professional and have some respect to the people who are leaving your dealership after signing 40K+ bill.Best,Max Ryabchun
I highly recommend working with Sal. We had a great experience purchasing our first vehicle from Lexus of Naperville that we decided we didn’t want to go elsewhere for our second vehicle. Sal was so pleasant to work with and was kind enough to fit us into his schedule despite our last minute requests. We took a look at a couple vehicles and returned a few days later once we finalized our decision. The whole process went just as smoothly as the first time. I just bought a certified Lexus and traded in my 2015 Jeep ... after years of disappointing service through Chrysler-Jeep it was awesome to get the customer care that Naperville Lexus provides. AP, our salesman was professional, polite, so easy going and easy to talk to and work with! He definitely made the process run smoothly and really took the time to get me acquainted with my new car as well as show me around the dealership and service center. My CPO is in immaculate condition (you would never know it was 4 years old and pre-owned). I am so excited to leave behind the Chrysler-Jeep corporation for everything Lexus provides!
On 55,000 miles service, we asked to fixed the car hood. Quoted us for over $1,000 for parts and labor. We took it to local mechanic shop, they fixed it for free. It just needed grease on the spring.We almost had accident when we were going home after 55,000 miles service done from the Lexus of Naperville because mechanic didnt closed the hood properly. Mechanics at Lexus of Naperville is not reliable at all.

Im absolutely happy and satisfied with my purchase my Lexus of Naperville. I was working with Sal and he was attentive and found a Rx 350 that met all of my needs. This was my first SUV purchase and he took me to the test drive area which gave me a great feel on how the SUV maneuvered on various terrains. He made the car buying purchase so easy that time literally flew by. I wont forget to mention that Mike gave a thorough technology presentation of the SUV after the purchase. Bought a ES300H last August. The car is awesome. I am averaging over 40+ miles/gallon with a very smooth ride in a fun car to drive. My buying experience was top notch. Everyone at Lexus of Naperville is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I greatly enjoyed working with Sal Lala, my sales rep. Since this is my second Lexus from this dealership, I know the service department will be equally top notch.

Nick Gerlak was the absolute greatest and if I could give more stars I would. Our entire car buying experience was the very best from start to finish (and even past that) Nick has continued to treat us like it’s our first trip in and help with anything we encounter with our car. Including, washes, locating the extra key and changing a battery. He’s been forthcoming with information and is all around professional and personable when we see him. Even the associates that we’ve encountered in the service department for simple washes have been a pleasure to work with. We’re forever grateful for all the associates at this Lexus.
This was my first time at this dealership. The place is clean and contemporary. I was impressed with the professionalism of the senior sales rep Mohammad. He is very knowledgeable about the great RX 350 car I purchased and was patient and thorough in explaining the details about the car at check-out. Finance people are also very helpful. Very impressed with the high-tech touch screen setup on the desk in finance department. I love my new Lexus and I look forward to getting many new cars from this dealership.
My wife just bought a Honda Pilot Elite today. We visited a few weeks back, Nick Gerlak was our salesman. He provided us personalized service, addressed all our concerns and showed us a few cars. We loved this one but we were concerned on the price. We went to a few other dealerships and ended up coming back. Nick kept in touch via phone and we were able to get a price we were comfortable with. We received a great extended warranty through Lexus that will carry over to Honda service center (in case of any car issues). Highly recommend this dealership.. Stopped by to look at a used car, Hani helped me go through all the process and accepted all requests I asked even putting the car on the lift to check the underneath of the car. He was a such good guy, he was patient, friendly and honest, asking if I needed any drinks, coffee, water, etc. I thought he would’ve given me a cup of water but he gave me a bottle of water. I was taken great care by him, this was the greatest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I really liked the car, but I didn’t buy it eventually because the price was a little beyond my budget. I felt a little guilty, the whole process was close to two hours. Good cars and great people. I will definitely consider stopping by if I need a second car!! Highly recommend this dealer to anyone!!
My wife and I were looking to purchase a used Lexus which had all the safety features available. We had visited 3 other dealers before we visited Lexus of Naperville. We traded in our vehicle for a used certified Lexus. The car still had 33 months of warranty on it and we got a very good deal. What impressed me most was the salesman Sal, who literally knew every detail about the car we bought. There was no pressure whatsoever. The finance manager, Sean, was as courteous as Sal and was able to get us through the paperwork in 15 minutes.We are two very satisfied customers.

We brought our 2016 Lexus at LEXUS OF Naperville and love it! We are not happy with the Tire and Wheel Protection With Cosmetic Coverage Service Agreement.Upon purchasing the car, we were quickly directed to another room where a salesperson urged us to purchase this service agreement for an additional $995. We were verbally informed that this would more than pay for itself...especially when it came to windshield replacement.Well, 3 years later, we need a windshield replacement. Surprise! The plan does not include windshield replacement, only windshield repair. (We should have noted this on page 4 or 15 (fine print) which we were given after we had signed to purchase the policy and under some duress because we only had that day to be able to get this good deal and we needed to leave to drive 6 hours back to our hometown)We were rushed and ill informed. We learned never to purchase any type of protection plan from dealerships. We are not happy with Lexus of Naperville and will not support your dealership in the future!
Dan Foster is the reason I deal with Lexus of Naperville. Hes friendly and very knowledgeable. He makes the time spent at the dealership, fly by. The dealership is the cleanest Ive seen in my life. If you guys ever go into the hotel business Ill be your first customers. The service department is also a pleasure to deal with, right down to the cashiers. Purchased CPO 17 ES350. Sal was my sales guy. He was knowledgeable, attentive and very low pressure regarding selling me a car. Took much more of a consultant/educator approach about the different models and features. I really liked that. This dealership is part of the Wolf auto group (Lexus, Toyota and Chevy). My experience a few years ago was also really good when I purchased my CPO Camry. Very nice people to do business with. I also like their test track. Really cool way to put your prospective purchase through some testing without endangering the general population. I highly recommend this dealership.

I went in there ready to purchase a vehicle on 2/27/2020 around 8:20 pm and I dealt with nick who created a horrible experience from the minute he introduced himself. He racially profiled me, I guess he doesn’t like Middle Easterners because he did not want to give me the time of day. It seems like he was already profiling me because he didnt think I was serious about purchasing the vehicle. I told him which car I was looking at, the price and that I was ready to do it and he didnt seem interested at all. He did not feel like speaking to me or showing me the car. As I was speaking to him he had a very demeaning and sarcastic tone. When I asked to test drive the car because I wanted to ensure that there was nothing wrong with it due to it sitting there for 2 months and the dealership keeps lowering the price. He then mentioned that I can not test drive the car until my credit is run. He kept mentioning how the car is at a great price and when I told him that I found a newer one for around the same price he didnt believe me. He sarcastically pulled up his computer browser, looked up the car I was talking about and he then bit his tongue. He then continued nitpicking and looking for reasons why I dont know what I am talking about. Horrible experience, definitely would not go back there and he lost a potential $38,000 sale due to horrible customer service.
Took my RX for service this morning and when I picked it up couple of hours later found out that my navigation SD card was stolen and Lexus didn’t admit it making me feel like I making the Falls claim. No apology and making me pay for a new card with the discount price. But still, some of their employees did it. This SD card cost $200. So watch out. Very disappointed.
I must say that typically the car buying experience makes my stomach turn. In fact I put off the car buying experience for over 6 months. Fortunately walking into Lexus of Naperville was the best thing to happen to me with regards to this process.My Sales Rep Mohammad and the Finance team (Tony) were awesome! They made the experience fun, personal, painless and expedient. By the end of the deal I felt like family...maybe more than that cause I felt welcomed.The customer service is above reproach and there isnt ever a stupid question as it relates to the vehicle or the buying experience. It is true that Lexus knows how to truly take care of their customers. I would recommend this team of car experts to anyone looking for a great deal and a fun buying experience.Customer for life!

Recently bought a vehicle from here. It was the smoothest experience I have had buying a vehicle. Walked in and was immediately greeted and directed to Nick Gerlak. He asked what vehicle I was looking at and pulled it around. Told me to test drive it and look at it. No pressure sales. Just asked me if I liked the car and what I wanted to do next. Said I wanted the car and he came back with a offer. I countered and Nick said that was possible. Moe, who is used car Manager, came out and ask for a few things. From test drive to drive off the lot, probably was under 30 mins. Everyone at the dealership that I dealt with was extremely professional. Made the car buy experience smooth. The Pontiac van we bought there 8 years ago finally met its maker. We enjoyed free car washes the entire time we had it and only paid about $10000 for it. Used their service department for regular maintenance when we lived there and never had any issues. Our Buick we purchased is still running great,and if we or our friends ever need another vehicle, we will look up Dan to have him find one. Always been a good experience and feel we can trust this dealer. I was told of a few minor issues with vehicle before we bought our car and never needed to do anything else so far. Other places we called assured us everything was fine with vehicles near us and all were misrepresented and not what we wanted. We drove over an hour to get to Lexus and it was well worth it. Someday we may even get a Lexus.
Bought my used car there. Have to say that it was stress free and quick. The car was detailed clean, new tires and brakes.. Car had no dents or stink inside like Ive seen before during my search. The only thing was their finance department gave me 2% more on APR than other banks. This was their best according to Sherri in their finance department. I re-financed the next day.

Sal is low pressure, listens to what you want, has a pleasant personality, and is knowledgeable. He makes the buying process a less stressful experience and enjoyable. This was my first time buying a Lexus and also my first time buying through the Costco Auto program. I did my homework and knew what I wanted before I went. I set up an appt and worked with Robin Zachary. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and what I really didnt need. Being a woman and buying a car on my own, typically we are taken advantage of. I didnt feel like that here and was happy with the experience. And since I was going through the Cost program, there was no haggling which also made the experience much smoother. We bought a certified pre-owned RX350 and were very pleased with our experience at Lexus of Naperville. The showroom is bright and clean and very comfortable. A small feature thats a big deal to this dad is that the mens room has a changing table! Robin was our sales associate and treated us with professionalism. We were able to negotiate a fair price on the car and for our trade in with minimal back-and-forth. We never felt like we were in a high pressure situation, where other sales associates might say Weve had a lot of interest in this car and itll probably be gone in another day. On that note, sometimes I find that sales associates lack an off button either pushing too hard to make a deal or oversharing personal details, but Robin was the right balance of personal and professional. He also went above and beyond, making himself available at a later date to share all the functions of the car with us, since we had to run to an appointment right after purchasing our car. Overall, it was a hassle free experience and I felt that we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back in the future!
I dreaded the process of buying a new car for about 6 months before I finally started visiting dealerships. Luckily all of that dread was for nothing because Lexus of Naperville created a pleasant and stress-free experience for me. My sales rep AP was professional, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and made me feel comfortable about the process. I felt that I was treated with dignity and respect, which is unfortunately not always the case when a woman visits a car dealership.I appreciated that AP communicated with me via texts, as answering phone calls during the workday is difficult- I had a much harder time keeping in contact with other dealerships I visited. AP did not make me feel pressured to make the purchase and he listened to my needs. I was initially not even sure that a Lexus is what I wanted but I’m certain that my positive experience in visiting the dealership and communicating with AP contributed to my final decision. Others at the dealership were equally helpful and pleasant, I look forward to returning in the future!
I bought their maintenance plan together with my car, confirming that the plan applies nationwide. Recently, I discovered, via an out of state dealer, that this maintenance plan is willing to cover only tiny meaningless fraction.I asked for refund, and this dealership refunded small depreciated fraction. It turned out that this contract automatically depreciate to $0 in 4 years. If I knew that I would not have bought this service.In the end, I didnt get any service except the first one Lexus motor company covered, and yet, I paid for all the service upfront for nothing, except the refund of less than a quater of what I paid. They ate the remainder for nothing.So if you have any uncertainty that you might move out of state, never buy any maintenance plan from them. You never know what untold conditions might be hidden. Dont trust what you were told just verbally.As a matter of fact, I realize that a dealership is not a place to buy any additional warranties. Check if the warranty is from the manufacturer or an obscure third party company. Even if it seems you might save a small amount of money, you might be better of not sign these kind of contracts paying money up front. Just buy the car, and face the cost yourself later. That would be cheaper than doing it through a dealership, who is basically after your money.

We bought a certified Lexus RX350 this past weekend and we had an incredible experience! Alex our sales rep was awesome! We originally werent sure which vehicle to buy and he took the time and effort to give us the opportunity to test drive 3 different vehicles. We were very specific about the color combination and options we wanted and this dealership had 3 vehicles with these specifications. Chris our finance representative at the dealership was able to get us an amazing deal! I did my research and this RX with these options was the best deal in a 150 mile radius even before they were able to decrease the price even more! Not only did Alex stay an hour and a half past closing time on a Saturday to make sure we got the car that day but he was willing to schedule a later appointment to teach us all of the features of the car when the entire family was present as we would all drive this car at some point. Over all I could go on and on about how great this dealership is! Make sure to ask for Alex! Trust me you will not be disappointed about the price, the car, or the service! Purchased 2013 Lexus CT200h Certified PO and the service couldn’t have been better! Sales rep (Robin Zachary) was a great sales rep, he never pressured the sale or felt like your typical slimey used car salesman. Very kind, always communicative, knowledgeable about the vehicle. The staff was also very kind and respectful during the entire process..even the haggling seemed painless. I’ve purchased 11 vehicles in 20 years and this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had (minus the expected purchase time). Everyone I have dealt with as the dealership has been extremely helpful. The people are genuinely interested in making every visit an excellent experience. They even have an individual, Michael Comer, whose job is to help customers learn to use the many hi-tech features of the cars. Thats his job! He will spend as much time as you need with you, so that you understand how to use all of the great features you paid for.
I have 3 other Lexus stores in my area. Let me tell you why I drove to Naperville for my car. First off hani and Mohammad helped me so much over the phone working my deal. Before I walked in I was greeted at the door with a mask to walk in with and a water bottle it was super hot out thanks hani! He took me to the car I wanted to see and he even parked inside for me and knew I wanted to drive it right away. I was treated like royalty. The hospitality at Naperville Lexus is unmatched. Dan knows Lexus vehicles inside and out. I got an excellent deal on the RX350 I bought from Dan a few years ago I took Dan out to lunch. Thats how nice a guy he is. All-in-all, it only took us 2hrs for the whole process. We were going to trade-in our older car. My mom had a friend that wanted us to talk to first at Carmax. We did. Needless to say, we wasted 2-3hrs of our weekend. We decided to go to call AP again, on a whim, without any appointment set. Upon arriving, he was finishing up with another customer. As soon as he was done, we told him what car we wanted. He also showed us some other options, explaining the differences between this car and that car. The process again was seamless. AP and the Lexus Naperville team helped us with our purchase what Carmax couldnt.ASIDE FROM THE TALL WHITE close to 50s-60s gentleman who we asked if we can open a display car and experience the interior, and just looked at us as if he didnt understand we were asking him a question; AP and the Lexus Naperville team was patient with our questions. Our 2 round test drives. They were accommodating to our comfort and for our safety. I strongly recommend this dealership. Big thumbs up.
I purchased my very first Lexus over Memorial weekend. I had been searching area dealerships for my GS 350. I found what I was looking for at #LexusofNaperville. At the last minute on Saturday evening I decided to make the purchase. My salesperson#HaniDolat as well as Derrick (the finance guy) were very professional and courteous. This place is amazing! I have had my share of uncomfortable experiences at dealerships and never expect to be wowed as I was at Lexus of Naperville. Paul Frank helped me find a car for my picky mother in law. His attention to detail and overall hospitality is something you would expect at a high end resort not a car dealership. When you are looking for a great experience while purchasing a beautiful vehicle then come here.
This dealership has great service advisers but horrible management. Recently made an appointment to have my car looked at and requested a loaner vehicle. A lady in service management refused and said I would have to wait 1-2 hours for diagnostic to be performed. She said its their policy.I explained to her that in the past, I had to wait for over 2 hours and came out to normal operation. My car was parked in the service bay for over 45 minutes without anyone telling me it was ready.Policies are put in play for the general public. Sometimes to keep loyal customers, you look past all that so they can continue to be customers. Its apparent they would jeopardize customer satisfaction for a mere small request for a loaner vehicle.Wish I could praise this dealership but management has let me down today. Jeff Doladee, Michael Pirelli, and Daryl Nelson in Service are awesome. These guys have always treated me very well. True assets. Sad how talent can be overlooked by poor management. Plenty of other dealerships around and will most likely call corporate to log my experience.
Robin at Lexus of Naperville gave us a wonderful experience! He was not only courteous but was a pleasure to work with. In 2009, I purchased a 2008 CPO ES350 from Nick Gerlick at LExus of Naperville. Nick is now a sales manager there so I worked with a young gentleman by the name of Jay Ahmed. He wwas great to work with, very knowledgeable and informative on the Lexus ES300H which ended up purchasing. The financing of the vehicle took less than 10 minutes and no arm twisting on buying any additional options. I highly recommend the team of Nick and Jay if you are in the market for a Lexus.
I had a most gratifying experience at Lexus of Naperville! Daniel Foster and Sal La La were my sales team. I went into the shop, late in the evening on both occasions. Daniel Foster was very pleasant and patient with me while I was introduced to the luxury of the ES350. I couldnt decide on a color. I was adamant about what I didnt want, but cloudy on what I did want. I finally decided on two colors. When I returned, Sal La La was just as patient and informative. In addition, he was gracious and accomadating. I made my choice without any pressure! I am extremely happy with my choice and am excited about driving such a beautiful vehicle!

In the past 8 years, weve purchased 5 vehicles from Lexus of Naperville. Its the only dealership Ive ever been to where I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience. Each person was extraordinarily professional and caring. We have purchased many vehicles, but have never had a sales experience anywhere near as great as the one we were treated to today. Gary, Michael, and Derek were nothing short of fantastic.Michael Comers skilled presentation of the Lexus brand and the vehicle was art. He delivered knowledge and service at its finest. The more I learned the more I excited I was to drive home in our new Lexus. I am so pleased that we were able to use the Naperville Test Track and shop locally. Worst Service Dept I have ever experienced. Leased a 2020 RX 350 and took it in 3 weeks ago for the 5,000 service. I also had a rattle coming from the top of the drivers door and an apparent oil leak with a large spot on my garage floor. I showed the service consultant the pic of the oil leak as well. He called me back indicating they could not find an oil leak and wanted me to see it while they had it on the rack. I told him that me looking at it would not make the leak go away. They also could not find the door rattle. I literally drive it off the lot and the door starts to rattle again. I make another appointment for today first thing in the morning. I am the first person to drop off my car yet I wait 20 mins for the SAME service consultant to come check me in. I tell him it is the same two items. Again he wants to put it on a rack and show me even though I tell him I have to go to work and dont have time. He insists so I end up cancelling my appointment and leaving. AWFUL SERVICE DEPT!!!!! Not what a Lexus experience should be. The Service Dir, Ben did call me and is working to resolve the situation so hopefully this turns out well!
Purchased a CPO RX 350 yesterday. Nick Gerlak was the salesperson who helped in the process. This was probably the most dignified, transparent and no-hard sell experience Ive ever had in buying a car. I had several questions and things that I wanted to know about the car as well as the Lexus CPO program. Had a great experience with salesman Robin Zachary. He was pleasant to deal with, took time to go over all the features on my new car with me before I left the dealership and followed up afterwards to be sure everything was okay. I had an issue with setting up Lexus Enform and Robin was able to handle it for me on a Saturday when the Lexus Enform customer service wasn’t going to be able to do anything about it until the following Monday. My wife and I had an extraordinary experience buying a car at Lexus of Naperville. We planned on simply test driving a GX460 but Dan Foster answered every question we had, even about other makes and models we were considering. He paired us with the ideal unit as far as price, trim package, and mileage. The dealership offered multiple financing options. Since we were out of state, Dan even drove me to a local branch of my bank on a Saturday. When he offered to babysit my Sequoia for a week so that we could drive home in the 460 and return later, I knew we had found the consummate professional sales associate. I still turn to him whenever I have questions. He always replies promptly.
We spotted a certified preowned GX460 suv on their website...drove down next day to see it. When we arrived it was parked in front of the dealership waiting for us...it was spotless, just been washed. Hani Dolat greeted us...showed us around the car, took us for a test drive, etc. He was polite, professional, friendly, not pushy....exactly the type of person you would like to do business with. On my way to pickup the car, 10 minutes before the appointment, got a call from one guy said the car sold??? And offer me the demo car for $2000 less. No thank you. 2022-01-17Buying a car in times like these, when inventory of vehicles at all dealerships is low, is a stressful experience. We called multiple dealerships and have been to several looking for a decent deal, and when we thought we found one, we had to unfortunately walk away from it due to the extra costs and extra packages that were mandatory due to current market situation. We were already loosing hope that well find a car we want for a price that were willing to pay, and this is when we found Sal (Salvatore Lala) at Lexus of Naperville. He was so professional and so patient, and helpful, and made the whole experience very easy for us. I have to say that its been the best experience I have ever had in my life when buying a car. I just loved that there was no artificial pressure put on us and Sal kept his word as far as the deal and we were not forced to add the things we did not want. Signing the papers was also quick and easy. After that Sal spent half an hour with me, helping me customize the systems in my car. Who does that? Certainly none of Sales Reps I know! I will recommend Sal and this dealership to everyone and will definitely buy my next car from him!

At the time of delivery Tiffany did an awesome job to ensure that all the follow-up was completed. 2022-04-09Went in for normal service/maintenance and did not have the best experience. First, they called me in and they had the wrong paperwork (confusing me with someone else) so they sent me back and told me to wait. I waited for 2 hours in the waiting area and didn’t hear from anyone. I had to search out for someone to ask and see how long it would be after being so patient and they said “the car will be ready in 15 minutes” which resulted in being another 45 minutes for a simple, regular service on the car. There were no snacks in the lobby compared to other Lexus dealerships out of state. Every Lexus needs to provide the same experience and expectation. That’s what great service is about. This is by far the worst dealership I have been to. The people from the office areas kept walking by me and no one cared to ask if I have been helped for three hours. Will not be going back if possible.

2022-02-25I purchased my vehicle and they sold 3 years car maintenance policy and told me that covers unlimited car wash as well. I went for a car wash multiple times and find out that they don’t like customers who are coming in for car wash and try to make excuses. I went multiple times when it’s nice weather outside and all car washes are open but Lexus refuse to wash my car by saying ohh it 31F and we are suppose to operate at 32F. I can clearly see bad face of service folks for car wash. I understand that might be an additional work for you but remember that this service was being sold by your company. I hate that look , I will never go for any of my next purchase of car with them and don’t recommend this place.

2022-06-17I purchased a 2022 IS 350 F Sport here in January. Lets start off with the good. I contacted practically every Lexus dealership in IL and Naperville was one if not the only dealership to not add any markups to the car like tints or blinking stop light, etc. They let me purchase the car at MSRP no problem. MSRP is a deal right now unfortunately so good enough. I spoke with Junaid originally and he was great and my sales consultant was Robin Z. While I was waiting for the car to get here after I put a deposit down, Robin was fantastic. He always responded to my emails or calls right away. I had a great experience with him. Lets talk about the bad. When I came to pick up the car, there was zero Lexus Treatment. There was no red bow, there was not a single person who mentioned the Lexus app, no one showed me any features of the car and I didnt receive any gifts like most other Lexus Dealerships do. It was literally me handing them my cashiers check, which was over 50% of the total of the car, them trying to sell me extra warranties and add-ons and then handed the keys. The experience really bummed me out. Youd think a premium car would warrant a premium experience but I guess they dont care about that. Fast forward to earlier this month, I had the unfortunate circumstance of a rock destroying my windshield. I called this dealership first and I kept being told someone would call me back. It took me calling three times to finally get a call back from Jeff. Apparently only certain service people working can give you a quote and setup a windshield replacement. When he called me, he was very nice but he didnt have any information. He said the windshield is likely going to cost anywhere from $1800-$2200 to replace. I ended up getting it replaced at Lexus of Orland for a little over $1,200. Big difference in price and they handled it instantly when I called. I tried giving Naperville a chance but they didnt seem to care too much. I love the car, but this dealership left me feeling like I didnt buy a luxury vehicle.
