I really liked the laid back attitude and environment of the sales team and dealership. My Salesman Greg and the finance manager Brian are great. These guys worked hard to please me. I love my 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. It gets great gas mileage and everything I need in a vehicle. I definitely will return for my next vehicle and will refer friends and family.
Worst service ever I called for a key fob a 30 minute job once you have the part they told me my part was in so I towed the vehicle there. My vehicle has been there 2 weeks never once got a call for an update I had to call each time to see my vehicle status…. Just to find out it’s still not done an a parts on back order never once was told by anyone
If I could give this place -5 stars I would. When we bought our Yukon from them we were made all kinds of promises that were never kept. This place does an awesome job at telling you want you want to hear and then when it comes down to it, they don’t keep their word. I would seriously discourage ANYONE from purchasing from here. The service department is a little bit of a different story; They did what they could to help us but the sales/management team is a joke.
We got out of Subarus, first time since 1982. Salesman was a straight shooter and really worked on the deal. Must say was disappointed in the condition of the interior, looked like it hadnt even been touched, just washed. Salesman wasnt very happy, so he set me up appointment to get detailed, free of charded to me. Problem solved. Jeff was our salesman, I feel I got a good deal, Thanks Jeff.
I am not satisfied with my experience at all. The salesman was good but my overall experience wasn’t. I explained up front that financing had already been secured and I needed to stay within a certain amount and needed a purchase order to take to the bank. Being assured the car I was looking at would meet my needs I was sent to the finance office. Obviously this dealership does not believe in purchase orders. There a sales pitch tried to convince me of all kinds of insurance I needed, which raised the price even more. I declined all of the extras and made the mistake of signing the paperwork. Don’t ever shop for such an investment when tired and not feeling well! The next day when I went to pick up the car nothing had been done except the finance hadn’t gone through. They had to go to a different bank and could not use the one I had pre-approved financing with. The bottom line is I ended up financing $18000 instead of $13000 which I had been led to believe. I won’t even go into the junk heap loaner they gave me! I made a mistake dealing here and I hope others are more careful and wiser.
Patrick was great! He and the team at Landmark worked with me to not only find the right vehicle but also the best deal possible to get me in and driving as soon as possible. They are beyond professional, courteous and honest. I will definitely be returning when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.
Horrible work environment! Don’t work for this place! They DO NOT honor or respect worker rights. Feels like your in a communist style environment. Multiple slow days and unsafe conditions. Late nights with barely any staff around. Sales staff is fantastic but the management is unprofessional and lazy. Multiple issues that need addressed. Will be contacting the BBB soon. If you don’t believe me go see for yourself. Train wreck waiting to happen long story short.
We had a great experience with Frank! He treated us like family and didn’t pressure us to make a decision. He even played with our 2 year old son while we were busy discussing warranty and financing options. It was our first purchase at a car dealership and we had a 5 star experience! We will definitely always come back for future car purchases!
From walking in the door at Landmark Cadillac, was a better experience than at Ford anytime. The people are friendly and willing to help. Got the deal done and was a great experience. It’s a shame they have to be associated with the Ford dealer, due to it hurts their reputation.
At Cadillac Landmark I worked with Jeff. He was a God sent. He walked me step by step through the process. I am very satisfied with what Jeff found for me, he made me feel very comfortable and important. I would recommend them for anyone who is in the business of finding a good reliable vehicle. Since last summer, my husband and I have been looking to replace our 2011 Jeep Patriot. Ive been very attached to my car and nothing we looked at was worth giving up a vehicle I loved. When my husband gets bored on Sunday afternoon, he likes to drive around the various lots just looking. He spotted a Chevy Captiva in my favorite color--bright white! He wanted me to go look at it and I declined his invitation.Monday morning we were running errands (both retired) and he drove over to Landmark Auto Mart and pulled up next to a beauty. We met a very thorough salesman named Dallas that day, took a test drive and I knew we had found the car for me!To say that we were treated well is definitely an understatement. Every aspect of our experience was absolutely a pleasure. We got the trade amount we wanted and financing by Rob at 1.99% due to his work with a local credit union. He explained everything to us in understandable language. I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for a no pressure experience.My husband has been back and forth handling some details and hes always treated with respect. By the way, Bill Griffith, service manager, and I worked together in the past. I know his character and his work ethic. You can count on Bill!
I purchased a 2019 Cadillac XT5 and what a Fantastic salesman I had with Thomas Melton. He worked so hard for his customer to ensure I received EVERYTHING I asked for and more. Sales Consultant, Carlo De Leon was one of the most courteous and professional salesman we’ve encountered. He was professional at all times and always considerate of our needs. He was very patient with us as we looked over several cars, not once pressuring us for a sale. Carlos made sure we got exactly what we were looking for and even helped us get a couple of rebates. The experience of buying a new car can be time consuming and overwhelming at times. I appreciate Carlos took the time to make us feel at ease about the whole experience. Landmark Auto Outlet definitely has an excellent salesman in Carlos. We look forward to purchasing future vehicles with him.
Don’t give them any personal information. I went there once to get the AC fixed in my car. All it needed was a recharge and they billed me $326.It only took that one time of me being there. Now I get letters, phone calls, even texts from them asking to appraise my car, buy one of their cars, etc. They will not stop hassling me. I’ve tried asking them to stop but it has not. I will have to go there in person and complain.
I am glad to read so many people who have had good experiences at this dealer. Mine was not so good. I found a car through their website that I was very much looking to try to make a deal on. called and talked to a salesman and made an appointment. I printed the car history report from their website which showed no accident history, and also showed the car owned by them since 2012 after bought at auction. When I showed up and got ready to drive the car, A very nice, low mileage Lincoln MKZ, I was first surprised to find the car not even detailed. A lot of scraps and crumbs in the car and carpet. Then, I walked around and found the entire front end damaged all the way across and up into the hood from an accident. I asked the salesman when the accident happened and he acted like he knew nothing about it. Then I told him that seemed a little odd since the car had been in their possession since 2012. He acted like he didnt believe me till I showed him the history report I got from THEIR website. They were asking top market dollar for this vehicle, and their was no mention of an accident on the vehicle history report. A total waste of half a day for me, since I live an hour out of Springfield. Im afraid I would have a very difficult time trusting anyone on their sales staff after this experience.
I saw on their website that they had a used, 2019 Buick LaCrosse with low miles. Being that this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for including the color, I drove (35) miles with the intent to test drive it and quite possibly, purchase it. Once I got there, I was very disappointed to see that on the passenger side, the door looks like it was side swiped by a shopping cart which left very noticeable scratches on the door and passenger side mirror. There is also a dent in the area that is scratched. Once I saw that, I asked the sales person if there was any chance the dealer would fix it and was told no. I didn’t question that answer since I looked next to the Lacrosse and there was a white car with a cracked windshield which surprised me. One would think that they would at least replace the windshield before trying to resale a vehicle. It was then that I decided it was time to leave.I will add that I reviewed the Carfax and nowhere does it list any damage, any accidents, nothing on the Lacrosse.
We bought our first Cadillac here in 2011. Our car had just got totaled and we were just looking and the salesman that waited on us was really understanding on what we were looking for and did not pressure us at all and said he had the right car for us and he was right. We bought an STS. We stopped back in on 10/9 to get a new battery for my wifes fob and were just looking at the CT6s and a different salesman came up and we talked for about 20 minutes and once again no pressure on trying to get us to buy a car. My wife and I highly recommend Landmark Cadillac. When we are looking for a new car we will go back.
We informed them of our situation with finances and were reassured that theyd do what they could to help us. Waited for at least 5 hours to find out if we were approved and were told yes. Signed the papers and asked multiple times if we were all good before leaving the lot and were told yes. Now 2 weeks later were being told that the finance company didnt actually finance us for the vehicle and now weve been playing the waiting game with no updates to find out what we are to do. Im the actual owner of the vehicle on the papers but refuse to talk to me and continue to call the cosigner about the issues. I sincerely hope that the check that was wrote isnt cashed when the papers that were signed are obviously void now.
I was very happy with how everything went. I had been thinking for a while that I might want to trade but wasnt really sure where to go. My previous salesman in Macomb had retired. I was in Springfield on Saturday the 16th and decided to drive through your lot. Adam Koehler happened to be outside when I drove through, it was after 5 pm. and I stopped and he came over to my window and introduced himself. He ask me if I was interested in looking at anything. He showed me several things on the lot and ask me what I was really looking for. He was very easy to talk to and I gave him my number to call. He called the 1st of the week and said he had some things for me to look at. We just seemed to hit it off I really liked him before I knew it i was bringing home a car to test drive. I consider Adam my salesman he did a great job and Im very happy with my new Cadillac.
I went in to purchase the 2018 Escalade that was priced at $65,775 after rebates & discounts. I test drove the vehicle and began the process of purchasing. Tony, the salesman, was great and understood why I was there. I told him that I had been keeping track of this particular truck since October of 19. I was excited that it was still there and in the price range that I was comfortable with. When he brought the figures back to me, the price of the truck was $79,990. So I asked what happened to the price listed on their website? He went to ask the GM and was told that the price was no longer $65k. Of course I asked for the GM and he told me the same thing. So I asked him, to be clear, tou are selling me a 2018 for the same price that you are selling the 2019s for? He said yes. I asked him how much sense does that make? He then said that he wouldnt even get $65 if he sold it at an auction. So why not sell it to me at the advertised internet price? He said he couldnt do that. I then pulled up pricing for 2018 Escalades and showed him that none of them were even close to $65k. He filled up my car with gas and said he was sorry. He couldnt do it. Needless to say I cant understand why he would not sale me the vehicle at the advertised price. I might have to pursue this further. I have snapshots of the advertised price.
We called to schedule an appointment to do warranty work and informed Bill that we were close to the warranty mileage limit,, at that time he assured us it would be ok to continue driving the car. Upon arrival at our scheduled appointment the car was 248 miles over the limit . Bill then informed me that it could not be covered under warranty and it would cost over $1200. Guess I should have gotten the first phone calls information in writing,, but a business is only as good as its word,, thanks Bill ,, your a great guy, ill never buy another Cadillac again.
SCAM ALERT!!!! I bought a car from them 3 months ago. Agreed and signed a contract for $8100 for a used car. 3 months later the car salesman, not the manager. Texted me and said I wasnt approved. And that I needed to send an additional $1000 to get approved. Or they would come get it. The police said the way they had said it was very threatening and criminal. Said it was a form of extortion. Come to find out the reason I was getting denied financing was because they changed the amount of the loan, adding an additional $3000 to the loan. Hoping I wouldnt notice.
I will never buy another car from these crooks again. The car was listed at one price then we sit down to talk numbers and they Jack up the price by a couple grand, they suck at communication the car was damaged during shipping so I was without the car for almost a month I had to constantly call the body shop for updates as the dealer wasnt even calling to say anything. I love the car but I would not recommend buying anything from this very unprofessional group, to think I was wanting to support local businesses...Never Again. Oh yea still waiting on my safeguard etch window ..Dont Buy Here!!!!
I just bought a used vehicle from them and I am more than pleased with the service. Ian and John helped me get into the perfect vehicle and I had a few issues with the car and they took care of everything! I will recommend them to all my family and friends. THX LANDMARK CADILLAC STAFF, SALESMAN TIM R. FOR MY 1ST TIME PRE-OWNERSHIP. After my former work car had brokedown. I came here in search of pre-owned vehicle. Upon test driving it I had noticed some problems with engine vibrations at stops. I also have a work detail needed since purchase? Got No further response to check on what it might be yet? I hope me and my young daughter will be safe driving about and the payments were not the best with the loan company I got through them I could COMPLETELY DROWN, after 6-7 successful monthly payments. My only hope is that i can Get into a better refinance payment plan not saying Im not GRATEFUL BC I AM but....Or else I may think this is: A WING AND. PRAYER CAR OF MY DREAMS? OhOh😳☝

Always pleased by very accommodating staff and policies. I had owned practical vehicles for over 50 years. I promised myself that when I retired in 2003 I would treat myself to a Cadillac. Never had such personalized, no argument experience until I began dealing with Landmark Cadillac. Cant imagine depending on any other dealership again. Because of their treatment I am never inconvenienced or without top of the line transportation.
The service was honest and no one put pressure on you to choose a car! They are willing to work with you and are willing to put in the effort to give you the best deal possible! The environment was very friendly which i think helps a lot when going through the car buying process..I was not disappointed what so ever and would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Waiting area is very comfortable and there are free drinks and a variety of snacks available for the taking.
Great service. Tiffany was fantastic. We went in for a test drive one day and decided to go home and think about our options. The next morning I was called by Tiffany to follow up on our experience and to make sure that we had her cell phone number.Needless to say, we went home with a car later on that day.
Drove over an hour to purchase a 2017 4Runner after talking to a sales representative and scheduling an appointment. Upon arrival, I was told the tire pressure light was on, but all tires were checked and fully inflated, so was told sensor probably needed replaced. Sensors are cheap compared to the 40k I was spending so not concerned. Took over ownership, drive home and made an appointment with local Toyota dealer for inspection and remediation of light. Turns out there was a nail in the shoulder of the tire, which is extremely hazardous to drive in since it could lead to a blowout. Informed landmark of this and they requested a picture of the nail, since I told them Toyota service was going to replace the tire (I was not going to drive vehicle until fixed). Landmark is not owning up to this problem and totally disappointed in them for not inspecting and remediating this issue before (or after) the vehicle was sold. Safety of the customer should be one of their top priorities, but it seems money comes first.
I worked with longtime Landmark Cadillac employee, Bud Wolfe, to lease my new passion red 2018 XT5. He is an incredible salesman. He knows all Cadillac vehicles like the back of his hand! He was conscientious about my budget and worked with the general manager, Nick Powell, to put together a deal I couldnt refuse! If youre looking for a Cadillac, make sure to ask for Bud! He will treat you right!

I should have known better when the salesman that walked out reminded me of the Eugene Levy character on Lampoons Vacation. Bought a used Cadillac SRX, and was told that it had been freshly detailed and serviced. Went to leave that next weekend on a 6 hour drive to our daughters house. We stopped to eat and I was cycling through the drivers information screen only to see that the oil life only had 4% left on it. I immediately checked the oil and sure enough it was black as tar. I had to stop and have it changed at one of those instant places, paying almost twice what I normally would. I also found out later that I should gotten 6 months of free OnStar from them since it was a Cadillac, and OnStar would have then given me another 6 months free. They never even mentioned it. Ill never do business with them again, sales OR service. Buyer beware!!! They are NOT honest.

They had me come there for nothing but a hassle. They kept trying to avoid working on my Escalade wheel and making excuses to a point where I felt like a homeless person asking for money. Little did they know, Im a certified auto tech who works in a much higher paying field than that and KNOW lies and bs when I see it at a dealer. They sure fell into that category - the service guy and the tech who tried to lie and say that an OEM GM wheel lock was not so. Nice one guys - telling me you dont have such an item and I should go somewhere else. Guess you should not tell people you will do things for free on the phone if you cant keep to your word. I will continue to buy GM as I love my Vette and Suv but would NEVER go to this place again. I rather drive across the country for better, honest and friendly service. DONT WALK, RUN FROM THIS PLACE!
Landmark was an awesome experience I got my first car from them and I went back a year and half later and got my new car from them great place to deal with and DJ the car salesman was very nice respectful to me and my wife I am giving landmark and DJ an A GRADE For EXCELLENT For SURE

2022-03-03The only help we received was from our sales representative. 15 minutes tops to discuss the most important information and left in the dark. Lied to and manipulated. Put 5,000 down and none of that got taken off the loan. In fact they raised the price every time we turned our backs. Supposed to pay 17000 and now have to pay almost 25000. Seems like a lot for just (fees). Even told us that we would be at a local bank and sent us to a back across the country. What a joke. Will never recommend this place to anyone. If zero stars were possible youd be it. Not to mention they said if we tried to take it back for being unpleasant with their service we were told it would be considered repossession.

2022-06-29I would never recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I went on Saturday and pulled up in the parking lot. The sales man was outside and never came up to us. He was smoking and looking at his phone. We started walking towards him and he still wouldn’t acknowledge us. We walked into the dealership and stood there for a good minute while another lady was on her phone. I finally got frustrated and said “thanks for all of your help “ to which she replied “ you are welcome “. We ended up working with a sales person from the Jeep dealership and ended up buying the actual car from him. I called today to speak to the general manager and never got a call back. I would suggest if you want good service take your $ somewhere else

2018-03-17Was meeting my wife here to drop her Cadillac SRX off for service. I arrived early and decided to browse the lot Che king out the inventory. I was greeted by Greg Squires a salesperson asking if he could answer any questions. I joking replied no the wife is getting her vehicle serviced and I was just wasting time. I commented you cannot buy a vehicle in Springfield. Greg replied you can here. So after some casual talk my wife arrived. Small conversation amongst us about my conversation with Greg. Well we walked across the lot towards the building when a certain Cadillac caught my wifes eye. Well I dont need to continue this story, we bought the car that night. I also had a great lengthy conversation with the General Manager Tim Grunder, really nice guy. So my wife is the proud owner of a beautiful new Cadillac. Thanks to Greg Squires for proving me wrong.

2022-05-19I brought my car in to have it serviced. Staff was very friendly and got the car right in. Of course, with my luck, they couldnt diagnose the no start issue. They werent able to duplicate it. Unfortunately it only happens when you really need to go somewhere. Ill just cross my fingers! Lol

2021-09-07Down loaded a coupon from their website and took my car in for an oil change. (80miles round trip). I was told even though the coupon was on their site it was no good. This is bad enough but the two previous times I took my car in for service they were disasters. I thought surely they could handle an oil change. Nope, no way. I would not let this dealership work on my bicycle! After buying a brand new car from them I expected better!

2021-08-10Great experience, salesman was very curious and helpful. What was most important to me was the fact that he was not pushy or forcible. He did not keep us at the dealership all day to make the purchase. I never felt pressured and he never gave us bull. I felt that was up front with us at all times.

2017-10-26Due to health changes, it became necessary to trade our Cadillac cts (which we bought here and loved) in for a more user friendly mini van.
