Land Rover Schaumburg gave us such an astonishing experience purchasing all our Land Rover vehicles! We worked with Jacqueline who is friendly, fun, and professional. Also to mention is Jaylin who is also very nice! Hunter helped us get to know our cars and he is super nice as well!Overall a great experience totally to buy your Land Rover from, definitely returning in the future!

We had a great experience buying our first RR Sport at Land Rover Schaumburg this week. Kevin Gerhardt was a great sales advisor, very easy to work with and took the time to answer all our questions. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend going to Kevin for your Land Rover or Range Rover needs.
I found my “dream car” on line at Land Rover Schaumburg, Illinois. What an amazing operation. They didn’t have 1 or 2 Landrovers but 1 or 2 hundred. No shortage of cars in Schaumburg.I’d been looking for several weeks over 5 states on the east coast and At the last minute I googled the chicago area since we were traveling there from Maryland. They had the exact car I’d been looking for and the price and mileage were good also.I set up an appointment and my whole experience was amazing. I Drove it away the same day. They were so accommodating and I love love love the car.Jacqueline was amazing from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend her and this dealership. David was so friendly and accommodating! We came in to look at a car after work and couldn’t get there until 6. They stayed with us late to go through the process of purchasing and we did not feel rushed at all. They worked with us and gave us a fair price while also informing us of all of our options. We most definitely recommend Land Rover in Schaumburg !!
Gave my car in for service for the same issues several times. The car is total trash. Don’t buy certified Range Rover. Nothing that will actually break is covered under this warranty. Unlike bmw and Mercedes Range Rover certified warranty does not cover your back up camera, parking sensors, door sensors (to lock and unlock the car), back up camera does not work most of the time and many other issues. This dealer told me that it’s a $3,000 software update the car to fix the issues. And yes I still have these issues because I did not want to spend $3k. Then the start/stop didn’t work properly. The car has stalled (sometimes in the middle of an intersection) many times. They tried to fix it 3 times costing me around $400 for a new battery. Still doesn’t work. So as part of my routine to drive the car I turn off the start/stop every time. It’s a ritual now. The alignment is still off even though they did it twice. I can go on and on. Range Rover quality is terrible but what’s worse is their dealers cannot repair their cars. I’ve never had any high end car experience like this every before.
Adam Reed and the rest of team at Schaumburg Land Rover were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in the process of purchasing my 2022 Defender. I am very happy with their level of professionalism and customer service and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.
Heres a new one. I called service asking if a repair was covered by warranty on a car that I bought from them and they told me that it was so I made an appointment and dropped off my car. Days later I received a call from service telling me that in fact the repair was not covered. I ask that they do not repair as my car is getting older and the repair was not really necessary. When I went to pick up the car they told me that there was a $200.00 diagnostic fee that I owed. I explained that I told them what was wrong with the car and that they told me it would be covered by warranty. Logic did not sink in with them and they insisted upon me paying $200.00. They got the $200.00 but missed out on a sale and any future business from me. I just traded the car in at Land Rover Lake Bluff where I was treated like a valued customer.
Honestly the only good employee is hunter the rest are not the greatest. I had an appointment some how gets canceled and wants me to wait another 6 weeks. I tired selling my car back to them because I’m tired of all the issues and hassle and they low ball me thousands. They say they have the best customer service honestly this is some of the worst in Land Rover called up Rockford helped me out right away to resolve my issues and they also created more issues and hassle than I ever wanted to deal with. DON’T BUY OR SELL OR HAVE SERVICE HERE!!! You will regret it go to another dealership.
Hi Everyone,I am living 10+ years in USA and i visited more than 100 dealer in my life. So i didnt see like that customer satisfed in dealer. Adam assistant to us for finding our dream car. He didnt try to just sell and move on. He gived to %100 satisfied serving and gived to us all detail tecnical detail which was looking cars and also he gived to us on future what kind of things we will waiting related cars. So he was very experienced about Range Rover cars and etc. I m highly recommending to Adam getting assistance to getting your dream car. Also i forgot the name but i wanna Thank you also 1th and 2th Manager too.
Terrible experience pretty much all around. The only thing wasn’t awful was that Christian the service advisor is a good guy. After bringing the car in 4 times over the last year for this issue they finally fixed it. The other 3 times they even went as far as basically telling my wife she was imagining the problem. Turns out the CV axle was destroyed and needed to be replaced. We have driven Land Rover’s for the last ten years and never had any issues until Ziegler bought the place. This last time they even kept the car for more than weeks. During that time I was even able to speak with the GM of the facility and gave them every opportunity to show me that they wanted to keep me as a customer. They failed.
I would recommend Vonce to anyone. He did more than just simply sell me a car. He provided an experience that you don’t normally get at a car dealership. He helped me narrow down the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. Before coming into the dealership I had many concerns. Vonce went above and beyond to address each need and I walked out not only with a new vehicle but a person I trust to be my client advisor going forward for all of my car purchase decisions!
My husband and I were in the market for a new 2022 Range Rover Evoque SE, and had a difficult time finding what we wanted from some of our local dealerships in WI due to low inventory. We just so happened to find a car that checked all of our boxes at this dealership. We inquired about the vehicle and got a very fast response from a salesman, Adam Reed. During our first phone call he seemed very motivated to answer our questions and see if it would be a good fit. We also mentioned that we would be looking to trade in my 2019 Ford Explorer and would appreciate an offer for that as well. Shortly after submitting their questioner, they came in $5,000 less for my current vehicle, than a local dealer in WI. We were very taken back by their offer given how pristine my vehicle was, but it was no big deal! We proceeded with letting Adam know we would not be trading my vehicle in; however, we would like to move forward with purchasing the 2022 Range Rover. Following this, his responses were very laggy, and lacked customer service. After a few email exchanges he had asked where the car would be titled (he knew it would be in WI because we needed it delivered, and that was all we talked about during our phone call). I gave him our exact address so he could give us an all around number after tax, title, fees etc. which he then wrote back saying the dealership will be “penalized” by Land Rover for selling a vehicle out of their market, and that would cost us an additional $6,000 on top of MSRP. He never ever mentioned this “penalty” when we first inquired about the car and us being located in WI. Need I mention this additional amount was not due to delivery, and did not include tax, title, etc. After speaking with Land Rover and another dealership not far from them in IL, this was complete bs and known as price gouging. After letting Adam Reed know we are no longer interested, we never heard a word back. They’re thieves. Luckily, we purchased a brand new Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover Hinsdale and had the opportunity to work with Jason. Not only was this vehicle all decked out and a step up in model, it also came in a few thousand under Schaumburgs MSRP for their Range Rover that overall had less to offer. Jason at Hinsdale did everything digitally, and coordinated for the car to be delivered to our home in WI. We feel so much better supporting a salesman who’s honest, motivated to help, and overall just a great guy who will be sure to receive our business in the future. Due to Adam Reed, and Land Rover of Schaumburgs business style, they lost out on everything all together and will never receive good recommendations from us. They’re crooks and liars. Not good business!
Got a used car as an out of state buyer they worked with me to get the car shipped to me. But they tried to charge me for LoJack service without asking me if I wanted it. Also the car showed up due for an oil change and I found out the rear passenger door didnt shut properly, after being told the car had no issues. When I was looking at the pictures of the car online it showed 2 keys but only 1 was sent to me, I asked about the 2nd key and havent heard back from them.
I took my evoque there to get a new turbo assembly put on (which cost me $5000). A week after I get my vehicle back the check engine light came on, and when I checked the code it said turbo overboost. I talked to my rep and he informed me that it might be due to a turbo boost solenoid going bad. Silly me thought they would have be bring it in so they can fix it, considering they just put a brand new turbo assembly on. Nope, the rep said thats not something that comes with the assembly! So of course the rep said they would need to do another diagnostic test ($250) to check for sure, even though they did one before putting on the turbo assembly. This proved they care more about getting every dollar out of their customers more than they care about customer service/satisfaction.
As an out of state buyer their communication has been TERRIBLE. Purchasing from them, so far, has been a two week process. As a customer, my response to anything asked of me has been immediate. Ive had to beg and plead by texting, calling and emailing anyone who will answer me. When I do get a response, its sorry, were busy. Its clear that all customers are not treated the same.My financing has been approved, the title to my current vehicle has been sent and received by them; they already have MY car listed for sale on their website and I have nothing.The only question I have been seeking an answer to is When will I get the car I purchased??????

Bill, Service Manager, could not be more approachable. I see that he literally has his door open for techs and a simple hello. I worked with Adam Reed to purchase a used Land Rover and my experience from start to finish was an A+. For starters, Adam knows pretty much everything there is to know about LR and the brand. He was very polite and professional and just a wealth of knowledge which really helped out in the transaction. New car wasnt detailed very well, dealership only gave me one key (no spare) and are now ghosting me about the spare key, had a noon appointment with finance to pay for the car yet they didnt know I was coming. Whole experience was less than luxury. On a positive note, salesman wasnt pushy at all (much appreciated).
I recently brought my 2020 Jaguar E-Pace here to be serviced and the staff was fantastic. Ruby went above and beyond to make sure that I as well as my car were well taken care of. I couldnt locate my extended service plan paperwork so Ruby took the time to call each warranty company until she located my plan. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. I will definitely continue to do business with Land Rover Schaumburg.

I was in a bit of a pinch this holiday weekend, being from out of town and in need of an oil change while visiting family in Chicago. Ruby and Carlo in Jaguar service took exceptional care of me and my car! With less than 24 hours notice, they were able to get me scheduled for an oil change, and were even able to provide me with a loaner vehicle. They addressed all of my concerns, and explained all the work that was going to be performed. The entire team at Schaumburg was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. The facility is also one of the most impressive JLR dealerships I have been too. The workperformed on my vehicle was done quickly and accurately. I would not hesitate to return to Jag of Schaumburg for any service, and I would highly recommend the entire team to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced!
Bought a 2013 LR4 last week from these guys. Also, bought it from out of state. Mike B made the process very simple. There was even a slight problem with the check from the bank (banks fault) but they took care of it with no problem.Mike got in the car with us on the test drive and explained everything I need to know to drive the car. Also, they offered an extended warranty but didnt push the sale of that. Strongly suggested it, but didnt push the issue. I hate being pushed to purchase something at a dealership.The car was spotless when we picked it up.This is my first Land Rover and I wouldnt hesitate for even a moment to purchase from this dealership again.
Paul Forsyth was a great sales advisor. Upfront with detail of the 2013 GMC 2500HD I was looking at. In my eyes truck was perfect for me and wasn’t going to question the asking price. They took money off and wanted me happy. Will be coming back for a preowned or new vehicle. Customer for life!

Ive been looking for a vehicle for a bit. Researching online with many different choices. Took a change for the first time buying a car online from another state and without even test driving it first. This dealership exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was perfect with a small imperfection of a small amount of dog hair left on the drivers side carpet where I could not see it. Im picky like that. Otherwise, everything was to my satisfaction. Mike Beudel was my sales advisor. He was professional and stayed on top of all my vehicle request and needs. I would recommend.

I have had my Jaguar FPace for only a few months when the front left wheel bearing started to make noise. Ive actually never in my life had work done at a dealer and this is the first high-end vehicle I have owned. Really great and comfortable process. Ruby was very sweet and very forthcoming on a lot of information. Im supposed to go back to the lot where I purchased the vehicle in order to save money. But after such a great experience I might not do that. Thanks again, you were great and my baby runs awesome now.

I enjoyed my time at this location. Ron and Darrin were extremely through and assisted me in making the decision to move forward with my purchase. The entire staff was welcoming. I felt they were more concerned with building a relationship vs making a transaction. As an African American woman, we are prejudge and discriminated against regardless of our income. I didn’t feel discriminated against at all. They took their time., allowed me to test drive cars, presented various options that worked for me. I feel empowered and confident in decision. I’m proud to be a Range Rover Velar Owner.
This was a very pleasant experience! I came from out of town to purchase a vehicle and was a little concerned just because I’d never done that before. However, once I arrived, things went smooth and easy. The vehicle looked the way I expected and the dealership certified it as I’d requested during the conversations prior to me coming. My family is very happy with our experience at Zeigler Auto Group yesterday. We had seen a couple of cars on the internet we were interested in that were available at this dealership. We scheduled an appointment with Ronnie Robles and he was ready to help us when we arrived. He offered to wash the cars we were interested to be able to clearly see the paint jobs as there were water marks from earlier rain drizzles. We were looking for a car for our youngest son and Ronnie patiently listen to what we were looking for, offered alternative options and comparisons, and addressed our concerns. He also gracefully squeezed into the back of the coup while we test drove it. He was very understanding of our needs and did not apply any of the pushy seller tactics you usually get at dealerships. For that we are great full otherwise we probably would have left right away. Instead we were able to negotiate and walk away happy with my son’s first car. Ronnie, thank you for the pleasant experience. Also thank you to Luis who also stuck around to finalize the sale documents and walk us through the warranties and to guy who put on the plates. Overall, a very friendly, professional environment without the harassing sales pitches. I would recommend reaching out to Ronnie if you are in search of a car.
They got right on with my tire repair while I had an excellent coffee in their lovely lounge and worked on the great wifi. After the friendliest most courteous service and a great result (far less expensive than anticipated) I walked out to my sparkling hand washed Jag and went on with my weekend. What a great experience!

It was easy to purchase the car, have it delivered to my home and have the trade in picked up to return to the dealership. The only downside is the phone number given to the delivery and pick up drivers was off by one number so I had no idea when they would show up. Second downside is not having sufficient information about the Finance Company or tag transfer with MVA in Maryland.
The service department was great! Christian communicated the repairs needed, ordered the parts and completed my repair work in a timely manner. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured I had a loaner. My husband and I both drive Land Rovers and we will continue to do so based on the positive experiences we have had at this dealership.
Good follow up from my sales associate, David, and answered all my questions. I do wish they offered more of a discount via the sale of their car and they were not that competitive on my trade in so I sold my old car on my own. But from a follow up and service standpoint during my purchasing process they were very nice to work with.
Jacqueline was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and listened to our needs. She asked questions to really get a feel for what I wanted in a car. We were able to test drive a few different models before making a decision. Also the complimentary coffee was fantastic here compared to other dealerships we tried. I highly recommend Jacqueline if you are searching for a new vehicle.
I thought they would have more courtesy cars for a luxury dealership. We would have to wait a month and a half before a courtesy car was available for a recall and a check engine light fix. The service technician was very nice and explain how there were a lot of cars in to get fixed based upon the recall
I think since this place is so pricey, it would have really good customer service, but it does not. Also, after paying for a service you would think they would provide a quality wash and vacuum for your vehicle, but today they returned my vehicle with black stuff running down on both sides whatever was stuck to my windshield was still stuck after they claim to have washed it, outside particles still on the rug after they claim to have vacuumed it. I asked them to take it back and wash it again which they did, however my vehicle returned with the same issues. Whoever works back there needs to be fired because all 3x I have used their service it has been the worse I have ever come across.

This is my first car buying experience and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He helped to explain terminology and functionality of certain details within the vehicle, as well as, any questions I had about future service. The financial manager I worked with was also friendly and helpful. We went through the paperwork and covered the details in laymen’s terms. I brought my Jaguar in for a airbag recall and decided to have oil changed. I discovered the next day that the airbox lid was cracked. Dealer was contacted and I brought car in for them to look at it. They took the stance of things crack. I said you guys touched it last. I was just here. Ruby and Christian got defensive even though it was business they took it personally. I was told they don’t hire jiffy lube worker only experienced mechanics. They offered my the part at cost which was 384. The entire process from oil change to cracked airbox lid costed me 600. I will never go back to that dealership again.
Great service department. I did not purchase my vehicle from them..I wish I had..The dealership that I purchased the car from, promised that I could have service done at their dealership. NOT! Ziegler may be farther away, but so far it has been worth the trip. Thank you Hunter for taking the time to help me get the InControl set up and thank you Ruby for all your help.

I had my vehicle in service for steering column issues. I have to say the service was amazing amazing. Stephen Pavlik did an great job keep my up-to-date with everything going on with my vehicle. I really enjoyed walking into Land Rover Jaguar of Schaumburg, the entire dealership is a sight to see. I was automatically introduced by very nice & kind individuals who offered me beverages & snacks. I then met with Jaqueline Easley who was very nice, kind, sweet, knowledgeable & of course personable. I also had the pleasure to meet the manager John who was also very nice, kind, informative, direct & respectful. Even though I did not close a deal today with them, the customer service & hospitality was amazing for my first time being there. I absolutely love Land Rover Schaumburg … I have bought 3 cars from them in past 2 year and never disappointed. Patrick lecinski, Adam Redd is a gem, finance manager has been superb and John Nelson totally supportive. I don’t think a better high end automotive dealer exists. Regardless where you live you owe it to yourselves to check them out before you buy. I will buy from them again and highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
I came from out of town to look at a used vehicle that appeared to be in great shape and I was led to believe it was by the sales manager. It was also priced well above the KBB value so I assumed the price reflected the condition. Upon further inspection, the entire frame had been painted recently to cover up quite a bit of rust and there were 2 places under it where there were holes in the body itself. In addition, the vehicle had suspension issues (track/panhard bar was contacting the differential cover as the suspension cycled). The AC didn’t work. The oil pan had recently been wiped clean and after a test drive, was starting to drip oil near the rear main seal. These were just the initial issues I noticed through a basic inspection and I am not even a mechanic. So, these are all things that would have been noticed by the tech who had it on a hoist and did the inspection when the vehicle was traded in. I’m sure for new vehicles this is a fine dealership, but use caution if you are looking at any of their used vehicles.
Arrived for service with a car that was purchased elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and kept me updated throughout my visit. Waited for about 45 minutes in their comfortable waiting area. Staff checked in on me several times and provided updates. This was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had.
The experience at Land Rover Schaumburg was just great. I would like to make a special mention of Nick Anton who took every effort to make it a win-win deal for me and Land Rover. Nick did not try to hard sell the vehicle yet made sure that I got what I wanted and ended up striking a deal in the end. Love the vehicle that I bought.

Wanted us to do all this extra work on our car instead of just diagnosing what we came in for. Our advisor was very nice but kept telling us his service tech had a “feeling” of something which he wanted to tear the engine apart. We were told it sounds like a timing issue which could have been from bad oil in an oil change we had done somewhere else. He wouldn’t even just do an oil change to see if that was the problem. We will not be going back to Schaumburg.

They were very informative and went over in detail what I was getting and any extra packages that could benefit me. Was hoping just to see the car, if we liked it to just drop a check to reserve the car and come back later on the weekend. No we had to go through the whole car buying process on a Wed. Didnt get out till 9:45 pm. Really didnt plan on not eating dinner. Despite this the sales department was 👌. Good job on describing the car. Going back to learn all the technology.

Hands down the worst car buying experience I have ever been through. Raul the “manager” is the most deceptive salesperson I have ever seen and his employee who I won’t put his name is only there to get your money not give you the truth. Will never go back to this dealership ever again.
Let me start by saying I work insane crazy hours with my job as its extremely demanding. I inquired about a vehicle on their website that I had been after for 8 months and could never seen to nail down as every time I found one it immediately sold. Once my inquiry was placed online, Pat immediately called me and walked me through the whole process. Provided a proposal and authorization form within the hour. I have never bought a vehicle without test driving it first but I felt a level of trust and professionalism I have never had in the past. Pat kept in constant communication with me all day until I arrived at the dealership. I was adamant that I didnt want to wait around and do the typical dealership experience and they made the process so incredibly easy there. I walked in toured the car ( he even recommended a sweet option for custom interior that im going to probably do) worked with pat and his team to finalize everything and was on my way home to fort wayne Indiana again. Its extremely hard to impress me but these guys are the best. As with all things in life you get what you pay for and if you ever have the pleasure of working with these guys youll understand. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Land Rover Schaumburg. The initial experience was positive until I purchased the vehicle and in no less then 24 hours experienced issues with the car. The ac was leaking and soaked the carpeting and padding in the front of the vehicle. I had issues with the electrical and discovered other things that the supposed multi point inspection should have addressed. I communicated this to the dealership and the sales person I worked with. These issues were readily obvious so I know the dealership, sales team, and service chose to ignore these issues and just left the problems with the buyer to deal with. I have since contacted Land Rover Schaumburg and theyve been completely unresponsive. I spent additional money to fix all these things that should have been taken care of. With so many other dealers out there and competitive vehicle pricing; there are definitely better options with choosing another dealership to do business with. My experience with Land Rover Schaumburg was unprofessional and disappointing. This dealership lacks integrity and I strongly caution any new or used car buyer to think twice before doing business with them.
The door wouldn’t shut on my 2019 jaguar XJ. It was drivable because of the safety latch. I called Schaumburg Jaguar to tell them the challenge and they told me to bring it right in. It was late in the day and they still told me to come in even though it was probably inconvenient for them. They arranged a ride home for me while my car stayed there for two days The problem turned out to be a door latch. And they ordered it and had it fixed a day later. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and they said thank you warranty covered this. These guys are great I would recommend them to anybody. This is the way the service department is supposed to operate.
I can say enough good things about this dealership! I attempted to schedule an appointment to test drive a Defender but, was told it was FCFS. With this in mind, I immediately drove over to see it. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and worked hard on giving me a great deal without even having to ask. Mike and team went above and beyond to work us through the process, within the very short timeframe we gave them. This was not my first or even second Land Rover purchase but, I wouldnt go anywhere else after this.

I had spent 3k on the diamond service for my Range Rover. I was very disappointed when I picked up the car. The car was kept in the snow, it was not cleaned. The service person had indicated the car would be cleaned from the inside & outside. The gas was on empty, I had to rush to gas station to fill up my tank. I had a history of taking my car to Land Rover when they were affiliated with Motorwerks, I never had any issues. This was the first time I went to this dealership since they switched their affiliation to Ziegler.
An awesome buying experience. I recently purchase a 2017 RR Sport that I found online. The price by very competitive with other vehicles. From the initial interaction to the final pick up Angela Nicoll was wonderful. Provide me with all the information on the car electronically and answered all of my questions. Being from Nashville, I was not close enough to inspect the vehicle myself, but had a friend do it for me. Angela took the time to go through the entire car with him. The car was impeccable when I arrived to pick it up. Angela was kind enough to pick me up from the hotel, provided me a complete walk through with Kyle (great job) and even got me prepared for my 7+ hour drive home with waters and snacks. Highly recommend Angela and the team.

Buying the car here was great, but the service has been TERRIBLE. Since August the in control program (The app to start the car or lock/unlock the car, etc) stopped working after they did some upgrades to the car. I brought the car three times since then and the issue as of 10/26 has not been resolved. Kyle the service specialist has been playing phone tag with me since every time I have called I had to leave a voicemail or a message with the receptionist or a manager such as Raul. He doesn’t bother to call back to the phone number I gave him personally the first time I spoke with him and the one I left with several people I spoke with. Kyle he blamed the cleaning crew for “probably throwing away the sticky notes on his desk”. Two different dates I left messages with him. No call back. Third time he claimed Raul the manager never gave him what would have been my third message. Well I personally asked Raul when I went to drop my car off and Raul had a different story. Bottom line it’s frustrating and upsetting when someone is laying, not doing their job, or just don’t care to help the customer to resolve the issue. More frustrating that I purchased the car in May and I have not been able to use this application since August!! Kyle originally said it wasn’t service, but the sales department that needed to help me out, then sales said, “nope” it is service, Kyle Called manufacturer’s corporate team, and they ended up saying it is the service department who had to resolve the issue.Picked up my car same day (Saturday) because it was “ready”....got in the car and find out I can’t use the app still. They asked me to call AGAIN Monday to speak to a service specialist.
My experience here was everything of a fast, easy, superb, patient & spectacular array of events. I had doubts about filling out the application because I tried to get approved from two other car dealership & I was denied. I had recently taken out a car loan in January & I knew it would be tough getting another one with the way my credit looks. Darren, the sales rep, encouraged me to fill out the application & give it a try. He said, Lets see what happens. Wow...surprisingly....I WAS APPROVED!!! We talked numbers on the phone before I took the hour & 15 minute drive to make sure it wasnt a waste of a trip. When I arrived, the staff gave me a warm welcome & Darren & I got right to the paperwork. He walked me through all the paperwork page by page & thoroughly explained the totals. During the test drive, he showed me all the key components to the car that made me even more excited about the financing the vehicle. Darren said I had nothing to worry about & his word was bond. The finance manager, I cant remember his name but I think it was Joe, was also very thorough when it came to finalizing everything. He gave me additional offers to make sure the vehicle will have future care, from warranties, insurance & tire/rim protection. I would highly recommend the Land Rover Hoffman Estates to everyone for purchasing or financing new & used vehicles. Dont let the companys name steer you away, like I almost did.

We traveled from Lafayette to this dealership due to this dealership providing one of the most reasonable rates for the pre-owned vehicle we were looking for.One of the most motivating factors was before we even looked at the car, I had several questions and was even given differences in comparable vehicles I was looking at (that favored another one in price and options).Our sales guy, Bern, was fantastic! He was never pushy in the emails or in person, which made us compelled to make the trip. The overall experience at the dealership was great. We needed time to think it over so went out for dinner which was so gratefully reimbursed by the manager. We were shown how to use everything on the car before we left. Afterwards, there was an issue with the tires that no one had known about. The dealership paid for this expense as well.I love my new car and the experience I had at this dealership! You will definitely feel welcomed, have your questions asked and feel at home while you are there in the brand-new dealership. Chris really took care of me from the moment I made an appointment. I was interested in one of the used diesel sedans and he was very knowledgeable about them along with any other questions I had. The whole process of purchasing a car can be a long and exhausting one but they really made it as smooth as it could be. James also was able to help me with breaking down the numbers. I made my first big purchase of a vehicle yesterday. I was a bit nervous and not sure how the purchasing process worked. A Pleasant and warm reception. Shame the TV is only used for promotion clips on dealership cars on a perpetual loop. Seems a bit cheap for a high end brand of dealership, that they will not allow waiting customers the courteously of a regular TV showing news on sports.

I specifically asked for a loaner and also rescheduled my appointment so I can get one, I didnt want to travel on ride share cars because of Covid-19.So, I went in on time, handed over my car for service, expected to pick up the loaner and drive back. The answer I get from the dealer, we have a problem with loaner situation, I cant give one right now. Oh!! Im not sure but my assistant manager checked out the only loaner we have. There is only one another but somebody smoked weed in it, so we have to send it for detailing. Im not sure who is important to to you guys, a costumer who needs a car, has reserved a loaner in advance and paid for a car service, or your assistant manager. They finally put me up in a shuttle service, I couldnt refuse, cause I had to get to work. I feel cheated for believing these people would honour their commitment.The only 2 starts they get is because of Christian, my service advisor, who was couritious enough to follow up and get my car ready before end of the day.
Issues with vehical as soon as I got it home. Discuss with sales guy numerous time. Sales guy said someone from service was looking into the problem and would call me. I here this 2 or 3 time. Never got that call.Would not recommended this dealership. Sales guys was good but quality of inspection was terrible and basically avoiding a problem was their end game.I live out of state from this dealership.I gave up on calling them more.
They may be selling stolen cars. I bought a used BMW from them January 2021, its been 4 months and they have not sent the title to me yet. I call them weekly about it but they keep giving me the run around. I can not get plates for it so it just sits.Not sure why they are incompetent. Just get me the title! 4 months is plenty of time
Extremely courteous service. Took my vehicle in on time. I was beyond the service window due to personal reasons and they graciously took care of my service even though they would not be reimbursed by Jaguar. Vehicle was serviced quickly and returned washed and looking great. Very pleasant experience.

We had a meeting schedule to go to test and buy a car. 5 hrs before arriving they call me that the car is sold. Why schedule a meeting if it will be first come first serve, just go and dont do any appointment. I would be ok if they call me and tell that a client was going to buy the car that if i wanted to reserve it with a deposit then it was my choice, but they just called me and mention so sorry but car is sold. Very bad treat and service.
From start to finish our experience with Land Rover Hoffman Estates was fantastic! This was our second time leasing a car with them and we will definitely be back. We were extremely impressed with how smoothly the process went and how each staff member went out of their way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and were happy. We were lucky enough to work with Adam Reed both times and can’t say enough good things about him. Adam was well prepared for our appointment and had both cars ready to look at/test drive upon our arrival. He was very knowable and answered every single question that we had in great detail. The rest of the staff that we worked with including David Lecinski, James Russo, and Jacqueline Faul we’re outstanding. So much so that when we left the dealership, I literally turned to my husband and said, “well that was super easy”. I will say probably the most impressive thing during our overall experience was that Adam Reed personally came to our house and picked up my car on a Sunday night and swapped it out with a loaner car so they could accommodate our busy schedule and get my rims powder coated (we live an hour away from the dealership). He also personally dropped my car back off 48 hours later at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Talk about excellent customer service!!!
Great dealer, great service. Rich Aigner is the man to see if youre looking to buy a vehicle, hes a really nice guy and knows what hes doing. Had a little issue with the car I bought and was given a run around, but at the end they did the right thing. Because of all the trouble that I had to go through I am leaving a 3 star, otherwise it wouldve been a 5. If you find a car online and it happens to be at this place, I would recommend going in and checking it out. They let you take the vehicle for a PPI and when youre ready to buy the process is quick and they seem to be upfront about things.
Vonce Isom was my salesman. Very pleasant, welcoming, warm, and smily 😁Raul shepardized the appraisal. Very easy going and accommodating.Louis was in charge of the deluge of document signing and thoroughly review the protection packages as expeditiously and humanly possible. Hunter also very pleasant and welcoming.It was a distant drive from my residence, but I do feel I made an erstwhile and informed decision.😊
I purchased a 2021 Range Rover Sport as a surprise for my wifes golden birthday. Vonce Isom went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth and efficient as possible. I have a very busy schedule and Vonce was able to speed up paperwork to limit my time in the dealership to items that were absolutely necessary. He took special care of me and my family. The followinf is my experience at this dealershipMr. Katsikas and Mr. Tomsa,I am very disappointed about the service that has been provided by Zeigler Jaguar Landrover. I initially inquired about purchasing a 2017 Porshe Panamera September 7, 2020 when it was advertised on Autotrader. I was contacted by Mike Angerame ( Sales Advisor) and he answered all my questions in regards to the vehicle. I made an offer on the vehicle, however he informed my that the vehicle had been sold. Last week (Friday), I was contacted by Mr. Angerame and was told that the deal fell through, the price was lowered and it was available if I was still interested. I requested maintenance information, Carfax and additional photos. I was provided all of the information requested and I additionally had a friend go to the dealership and physically check the vehicle out since I am out of state. It was difficult for me to speak with anyone on the purchase because Mr. Angerame advised me that he was out of town. However, he advised me that Raul Tomsa would contact me and assist with moving forward with the purchase. I left messages for Raul and was able to finally speak with him. I spoke with Raul and he stated that he or James would mail out documents that would need to be executed and returned. He stated I should receive the documents no later than Tuesday. I have yet to receive any documents. Additionally, I chose to finance the vehicle with my credit union because they offered me an interest rate of 1.9%. Per James Russo, they would not be able to compete with that rate. Monday morning, I proceeded to contact my credit union to advise them that I had found a vehicle and wanted to move forward with the purchase. They notified me what information they would need and I provided this information to the finance manager. I never heard back from anyone. Communication had been horrible but I figured it was because Mr. Angerme was out of town.Later, I spoke with Mr. Angerme and provided all the documents requested of me (copy of license, copy of insurance card because I had the vehicle added to my insurance). I sent multiple copies due to the various individuals that I was dealing with (Raul, James, Mike, and several sales advisors). James, Raul and Mike stated that the paperwork had been sent via fed ex, but I learned that it was never done. Mike stated that he would provide me with tracking information. I was never provided this information. I informed Mike on yesterday what my credit union needed to finalize the deal and execute wire transfer. They asked for a letter of guarantee to be filled out (very simple form which I emailed Mr. Angerame) and a copy of the front and back of the title. Please see attached email, I received back from Mr. Angerame. I was very disappointed in Mr. Angerames response. It was unprofessional, highly offensive, inappropriate and disrespectful. Mr. Angerames attitude changed when I sent him my identification. Was it because of my race? It was as if he was trying to back out of the deal and/or provide horrible service so that I would back out of the deal. I was purchasing a $70K vehicle and being provided the worst service in all my buying experience. To date, the credit union still has yet to receive a copy of the title as requested. Raul advised me of what the dealership needed, I cooperated and understand that there are laws that have to be followed per individual state. Just like Illinois has requirements, Texas has many of the same requirements regarding purchases. The credit union rep was only trying to get a copy of the title because per Illinois law, the dealership has to do the paperwork and they wouldnt be able to complete the title work. I do not believe that I was treated with respect. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the organization you all represent. If it is your intention is to only sell vehicles to certain individuals, please advise. I will gladly move on and cancel the deal.I never received a response from management after this email.
I highly recommend Land Rover of Hoffman Estates. My wife and I were in the market for a new car, upon our arrival we first met the General Manager John Nelson, John made us feel right at home, he introduced us to David Lecinski, Thank you John! David is a consummate professional, was extremely product knowledgeable, polite and most importantly patient as he expertly guided us through the multiple makes, models and option packages we were considering including arranging that each of the cars we were considering we’re all lined up for back to back to back test drives. We never felt pressured or rushed during the complete process. At the end of the day (literally) we made our decision and completed our purchase. This was by far the most pleasant automobile buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend Land Rover / Jaguar of Hoffman Estates for your next purchase, I would strongly recommend you ask for David Lecinski, you will not be disappointed. No disrespect to the rest of the team but in my opinion David proved to be exceptional.Great job Mr. Nelson as I am a big believer in the tone of an organization is established by the man in charge. This was one of the better car buying experiences we’ve had. We worked with Patrick Lecinski and he was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but the entire process was pressure free. He made sure we were completely satified with our purchase and since our purchase he has called us twice to make sure we didn’t have any questions and were happy with our vehicle.It was great that there was no pressure to buy, which made the process more enjoyable. Everyone we met was friendly and once we made the purchase, we had several of the salesmen come over and congratulate us. Working with Chris Peterson was a pleasure. Being an out of state buyer and never having seen the Jaguar XF in person Chris provided answers to my numerous questions. Videos and pictures, both inside and out, we’re provided without hesitation. Never having purchased a car without personally ‘kicking the tires’ and being 500 miles away, Chris and his team were great. I flew to Chicago and was met at the airport by Jake, a very professional young man, who drive me to the dealership I arrived at theIr beautiful spotlessly clean facility where my car was waiting, showcased behind a glass walled delivery bay. WOW!!! The delivery was first class and exceeded my expectations. In our COVID new normal... mask we’re worn with social distancing by all and I was very comfortable. The best part was my 9 hour drive home in my new Jag with a KILLER sound system. Great Job!!! Many thanks to Chris and the entire Zeigler Jaguar- Land Rover team.

From my sales guy, Darrin, to Hunter, helping me understand my F-Pace, to the manager giving me extras & whatnot! The purchase process was seamless, and they got me more than right!!! You can’t beat better customer service! With an emphasis on Darrin Little!!! A great sales rep! And all the others seem just as cool 😊 Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed buying my truck from there, and would totally recommend this dealership to anyone!

2022-01-28Want to thank the entire team at Land Rover Schaumburg for helping us get our car. From the very first time we met Paul Forsyth, we were well taken care off. He listened to our requirements very carefully, searched with us all the options, took the time to look at the different cars/test drive and go through the pro’s/cons. At no stage did we ever feel rushed. Throughout the process he provided us with the best available information about the car and let us think through our options which we really appreciated. I especially liked the quick and clear communication style of Paul and his team. This really made the process seamless and quick. His entire team was very responsive and always responded quickly to any question we may have had be it in person or via email.A special thanks also to Luis,Ken,Raul, John and Hunter who were always there if we needed anything. 2022-02-18Land Rover Schaumburg is the only place I truly trust with my vehicle. I took my car for wheel alignment issues to a different facility, and they did not know what was wrong. I then brought it in to the Schaumburg location for a second opinion and they had the problem solved in no time!I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by their amazing staff! Stephen T, Ruby, and Carlos.They all have provided excellent customer service, from up to date reports, and helping me with a loaner while my car is being worked on. They truly go above and beyond!I have brought my 2017 Range Rover Evoque a couple of times, and I have nothing but great things to say! My car is always in goods hands when it’s there!10/10!

He showed me how to set up items in the vehicle. Friendly person to talk to. He listened to concerns I had and came up with the right answer all the time. 2022-02-03Went in to get my windshield replaced and had to order it before the appointment. Nobody bothered to call and let me know the part was in to make an appointment. When appointment was made and I brought my vehicle in there was nobody to change the windshield. Had to leave it overnight because the windshield tech would be in the next day. After I received a call stating my vehicle was completed I arrived at the dealership only to find my vehicle still on a lift. Nobody knew why until they tried to return my vehicle and the windows would not roll up. Had to leave vehicle over the weekend and got a call Monday saying it was complete. Returned to dealership only to drive my car back home and problem was still there. The dealership came and picked up my car but said they didn’t have any loaners and would put me on an “emergency” loaner list. After missing 2 days of work with no loaner they finally “found a solution” to the no loaner problem and had me come in to obtain a loaner vehicle from them. After arriving to the dealership there were 3 loaner vehicles sitting in the service area. However the service advisor called for another loaner that was in the back. There were plenty of loaner vehicles there they just didn’t want to loan them out. Vehicle was finally fixed but I will drive further to go to a different Land Rover dealership if I need anything from here on out.

From sending me a video walking around the vehicle to understanding my budget and put me in touch with Louis in finance.
