The staff was really nice, tarot, incense, bracelets,necklaces, oils and etc!
They have a pretty good selection of items, and I enjoyed my time while shopping, but the only interaction I had with anyone who worked there in the like 40 min I was there was checking out, in which the guy spoke to me pretty condescendingly over a really small issue. I asked a question, as their card reader kept timing out, and he answered pretty irritatedly both times. It wasn’t that serious but being that he was the only employee who even spoke to me while there, it was a bit off putting. Of course everyone’s human and dealing with their own things, but that’s mainly why it bothered me, as going through difficult things is the main reason I was shopping there lol. May give this place another shot at some point but again since that was the only interaction from anyone there, I felt a bit alienated in even shopping there.
This shop is really cool. They had just about everything you could possibly need here. There was alot going on as well and not sure if they are always this busy at opening time on a Saturday but I can understand why that is. Good vibes will probably make this a stop everytime I come down to this neighborhood.
Really well stocked store, with decent prices on most items. I frequent this store alot actually. AT LEAST weekly. And i do tend to spend a decent amount everytime im in there. This has led to comments about when i only spend $25-30 such as Oh your not going to buy the whole store today Or Oh do you have a smaller budget today It has also lead to a particular employee (F with short hair) coming up to me everytime im there when shes working and will just put things in my little basket saying that i NEED them. And many of times she has tried to push Moldavite on me despite having no connection with it when holding it. I love most of the staff here, and the items and prices are great. But there are some lose ends. I have also been overcharged many of times by Jeff. He needs to be re trained on the knowledge of the prices in the store.I prefer to just avoid him completley when checking out.
Great staff, I drive over an hour to get here (I’m a regular too), so I can definitely say it’s worth the trip! I like the selection and how friendly the staff is
I love this place to the moon and back. I bumped into Just Witchys when I was still in uni which was 6 years ago. Its such a cute and quaint place to shop for witchy things from crystals, herbs offerings, to candles, incense, books, smudge sticks, and oils. Some of the herbs can be a bit pricy but its mostly because theyre ethically sourced and I totes support that. I always try giving myself a budget of no more than a certain amount when shopping here and I always tend to go overboard because theres just so many options! The shopkeepers are so kind and helpful whenever I come in and even know their stuff if you have questions about a certain item. Which is great as there are some shops that sell these kinds of things but for a trend, whild their workers have close to no knowledge of most of the items in the shop.The only thing I wish theyd do more of is the social distancing due to COVID. Its a very small shop and its always packed when I come in. I have to double mask just to feel secure enough to shop in there for long.
There arent enough words for how I feel after leaving this store, but Ill be amiss if I dont at least try!From the second you walk through the doors youre filled with a sense of peace and belonging. I came to purchase items for others, but Im the one who left blessed, and with a heart as full as my stomach—and that says something because Im seven months pregnant!The interaction and support I got from Kelly and Julia has left my heart warmer than my favorite coffee. Not only did they speak highly of my soon-to-be daughter, (who reacted with the cutest of kicks!!), they encouraged my soul. I write this with the happiest of tears in my eyes. Pregnancy is full of highs and lows, but I feel empowered after leaving the store.I cant speak highly enough of this store. And Ill never forget the March 9, 2020 full moon as being one of my favorite interactions Ive ever had. I cant thank them enough for putting a smile on my face!!!
I was in today for the first time and Kelly helped me. She was incredible! It felt like she knew me for my whole life and everything she said to me hit home and she knew exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about this store!

I love this place. It doesnt help that I work right down the street. They have books, oils, crystals, incense, herbs, spices, literally EVERYTHING you could hope for/need.Their dog is often at the store too. He is very calm and loves new people.The staff is very friendly, funny and knowledgeable.
Had a reading with Lydia, she’s wonderful. Definitely recommend her and another lady but I can’t remember her name. Also, the shop is very peaceful and everyone I have met there is very friendly!😎

Folks are great. Theres a nice aroma from the incense. The moment I walked into the store , I had a feeling I was going to love this place. I started shopping with them 8 yrs ago & still keep coming back for more charms ! 😅

I love this place!!! They have a variety of stones, oils, and herbs plus so much more!! Plus every time I go the people there are always very polite and ready to help you out if needed!!! The only thing missing in my opinion is that they dont have a variety of card reading decks like they use to...

The shop was nice, but they only had tiny book selection with not much on Wicca. Otherwise very nice and filled to the brim with crystals, incense, herbs, and jewelry.

Love it! Need a certain stone, they have it. A book on herbs if your not sure which u need, they have it. Polite customer service and wonderful atmosphere, granted. This place is great for witches and pagans. Or even those interested in the meta physical.

2022-04-08Got the coolest giant tapestry for my daughter’s room here! We absolutely loved this place! Highly recommended. Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. We weren’t sure where to find some of the things we were looking for or even the correct names of some stuff but they knew exactly what we meant and immediately directed us where to go. The customer service was above and beyond! And the products were very cool and high quality. Prices were great too! LOVE IT! Both of my daughters were super happy with all of their purchases!

2021-07-16First time in this store after hearing so many positive things and looking at google reviews and I’m still shocked at everything I saw, how many people were there, and just the entire experience. I was greeted soon as I walked through the door and was continuously helped throughout my time there. I asked questions and they were very upfront and honest with their answers. I received a bunch of help trying to pick the right crystals because this is my first time buying crystals! I’m so thankful for this store, and the staff! Will be returning I’ve also told my friends. 2021-10-23I want to like it. But it’s not for me, I’ve visited twice now, I’ve never been greeted but the people who enter after me have been greeted and asked if they needed assistance finding anything. Last night I went in around 7pm specifically wanting to purchase some of the herbal wands for smoke cleansing and the entirety of my visit 3 individuals were sitting in the small area one laying on the floor ( mind you they already had made their purchases and had their bags in hand) I’m not the type to intrude soo I wasn’t able to purchase any wands. It’s a really small shop always seems busy with people soo don’t expect to go and be able to focus or resonate with anything many are receiving readings behind a curtain and it’s hard to not to ease drop on someone’s personal dilemma and the worst part about the store is the heavy smoke in the air that leaves my mouth tasting like perfume or rose buds all the way home. The fireball in the corner was my first red flag 🚩🚩🚩

2020-10-17I knew what I wanted when I went to the store , but I decided I would look around, nice things inside the store , small store , friendly service, the mood was great and smelled wonderful. Yes I would recommend Just Witchy’s store , not just for a holiday ,but what ever you might have in mind! While your there check out the different incense and sages, ( SageHaven)

2021-03-18I’ve been coming here for a while and had mixed experiences. Some wonderful & others not so pleasant. I was ecstatic to go here as they appeared friendly & helpful. BUT some, not all have become personal & can be intimidated by others who practice the same services they offer. I would never try to steal their business as I have my own & I’m in my own lane. I would think this community of people would embrace the gifts of everyone who shop at their store and not focus on putting others down who doesn’t work directly for them. But this is just another typical place who’s been around for many years and scared to lose business for their own personal selfish reasons. I’ve had their services and buy their products. I’ve shopped at several metaphysical stores around the country and have never been insulted until coming here. At other similar stores I’ve met amazing kindred spirits as it isn’t easy connecting with people on this journey. I’ve exchanged numbers with customers in stores without ever feeling weird until here. My last visit, I was looked at with evil eyes for speaking with someone about the gifts we share. They even went as far to listen to our conversation while we were outside of the store. When this customer was ready for their appointment, Jeff had the audacity to try to wait for this customer to just end our conversation on his terms as if we were children. As a black woman I felt extremely uncomfortable & will never go back. This was definitely an experience I’ll never forget. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this sort of behavior from Jeff. In past visits I’ve dealt with them trying to force the most expensive items on me without my consent & them talking down on services that wasn’t performed directly by them as if they are the only ones capable of giving the service. The way they speak down on others is really childish. Yes, they have lost a customer & the referrals I’ve sent their way. Its sad, but apparently my worth is a threat to them. Thank you for being helpful on your own terms. Thank you for being selfish with your community when you’re already abundant in the field. Thank you for showing your true colors on a consistent basis.

2021-04-09Came here the other day just to browse at some crystals, and fell in love with the place! They have a variety of high quality spiritual items to choose from for great prices. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.. Highly recommend :)

2021-06-06I started shopping at this store in approximately 2003 when it was this cute quaint store in the other location. When they moved to the new location I was excited to see what improvements would have been made. Unfortunately the shop lost its quaint witchy vibe and is now just another metaphysical store. You cant shop half of it because its so crowded with displays. Especially the incense and candle display. Its right in front of the checkout and if someone is checking out you cant even see the products. Theres a lot more statuary that wasnt at the old store. It doesnt have the pagan/witchy atmosphere that it used to have which Im heartbroken about. Im very disappointed and unfortunately I will no longer shop in this store. I wish you the best of luck but this is where we part ways. Its like saying goodbye to an old friend.Vicky and Austin

2021-04-25I placed my order online and then called the next day to ask the size of the Crystal I had purchased so I could fit it into a cage pendent. The woman I spoke with was impossibly kind and gave me a cage pendant to go with it. Professional, kind, and a diverse stock of spiritual items, this place is amazing. Hopefully one day I can make it out to see the store in person!
