Good service. Staff is always very professional. So great to have access to professional grade hair care products in the community. This is my Go To beauty distributor for all of my professional hair care needs.
Theyre so personable. I was glad to see Deep Brilliance and CHI Color. My natural clients need the moisture. Two Canadian women were buying some to take back home.
This was a nice store with very friendly service. Unfortunately, they have a very small selection of hair, and they dont sell braiding hair. They only sell tracks. Ive read that black-owned stores can have a hard time getting contracts with Korean hair distributors, so some of them struggle to stock hair. Im not sure if thats the issue here. But because that could be the case, I dont hold it against them. I would definitely go back for styling products. The young woman who helped me was also nice enough to refer me to another black-owned store (BJs) where I could buy what I needed.
I have to say Jordans it the best African American owned beauty supply sore every, I have consistently done business with them for over 12yrs they are always courteous and will ship my purchases to me promptly. They will always have my business professionally and personally.

They are very professional and helpful! I have been shopping here for years and they have remained the same. They have majority of the professional products, its a professional store for cosmetologist but they just opened it to the public.
This is my go to supply store .. And not because its black owned and operated.. Because it has a knowledgeable staff who does more than sale you a product they can explain the benefits as well.. Gotta love the Jordans

Every year less and food.for $45. You get skimpy food. Popeyes Chicken to sandwiches _ really.instructors not prepared. No models.. water and coffee only...Cheap Nd low each year. I just have not go there if I can help it

I’ve been attending Jordans Continued Education Classes and purchasing their professional products for at least 20 years. I have always been very satisfied of their customer service. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient and willing to answer questions. 2019-12-28I called to inquire about hair for box braids, passion twists, etc., The woman who answered the telephone tells me she didn’t know if they sold the hair, but mentioned another type of hair. Okay, so why do they have someone answering their business line who are useless to inquiring customers and does not know their inventory?Then, she tells me to call back in 1.5 hours, because that is when the person who knows their inventory will be back. So senseless.. Here I am trying to avoid going to the Koreans, by Buying Black and Jordan’s is pretty much telling me to go to the Koreans. Truly ridiculous..

2014-12-08Love this store. We have been customers at Jordans professionally and personally for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Products that I cant find I can always get at Jordans. When I enter the store Im treated with respect and appreciation as it should be when patronizing any store.
