Good people and they are pretty quick on loading the trailer. They have parking but dont think you can stay over night. Have a scale on site but is weigh in and out but they dont give you the numbers.
I was there first thing at 5 a.m and was out by 6:15. Scale approach could be extended out a little. They lady working the scale shack was friendly.
Great outlet store. Always lots of things at great prices. Worth the drive.

Checking with the guard wasnt a problem. However getting loaded. Been here since 7:30 finally got paperwork at 11:30 i mean cmon man.

This relates to truck gate. Not company products or services: the staging area for trucks is the most unsafe and unorganized set up i have ever seen. Forcing drivers to make unnecessary blind side backing maneuvers and then get onto a tight scale without enough distance to straighten up is a recipe for serious damage to equipment. I have 20 years experience and i didnt feel comfortable. I can only imagine a new driver trying to operate here. Fix this issue before someone gets hurt or trucks get damaged!
They’re only getting two star because their customer service good. The people are really nice. This is the only thing I have to say good about this place. other than that loading here is a disaster. I had 2 PM appointment I show up at 1 PM. They give me the door right away I get really excited I thought maybe they’re going to load me right away but no that’s not that is not case I sat on the door until 6:30PM until they start loading. they’re just really slow.

One of the worst places to get loaded if youre a truck driver. This place is 10 times slower than my grandmother was. Be prepared to lose about 8 hours of your time from appointment time, sometimes even more. Avoid this place if you can!!! The more truck drivers that refuse to come here, the sooner people in charge will realize that something is not right.

If you are a truck driver and choose your own loads, dont come here. Had a 1300 appt, arrived at 1230, waited until 1500 to get into a dock. Was promised to be loaded by 1600, checked back in at the office at 1530, and was then told it would be 2000 or later and I could leave my trailer overnight to load if I wanted. 8+ hours to get a trailer loaded is ridiculous, if it was not ready they should have the common courtesy to notify my broker instead of taking a days revenue from my family and I. I called my broker at that point and left with my trailer. I am blacklisting this place will never pull my truck in there again.
I need to take investment advise from this great company.
This is the worst shipper I ever been to. Slow aint even the word to describe them. I wouldnt recommend them for nothing. Truckers stay far far away. They need to have a negative rating
I must say, these are the BEST tasting nuts I have ever tasted. They are fresh, seasoned just right and to top it off, the packaging is KID friendly.All their products are of the same quality and taste.Well done to this company!
I come here a lot. Always long wait and unfriendly staff. Security wants to know your shoe size and gives lots of attitude even when yourself is being friendly. Then when you get inside to check in for the second time the lady at the desk is always rude once again even if yourself is being nice. Good luck happy waiting.
I’d have to say the guard shack dudes were nice; office lady not so friendly, no communication with warehouse ppl you enter a door into a cage drop off your ppw in dock your assigned wait till your light turns green get your signed ppw from the cage ! Very tight delivery for sleepers mostly because of trash bins in the way made more for day cab backing ... I’d like to shout out to the 2 guys who helped me ! Fast unload very nice !,

You can no longer scoop yourself, nuts are still the freshest you can buy. I come here for all occasions. Today, its peanuts for my homemade taffee apples.
When you pull in park and walk to the guard shack. You will need driver license and trailer plate number. If they have a dock for you she will tell you and give you a paper. You pull up on the scale and wait for her to tell you to pull off. Then you go back into the dock and take the paper she gave you inside. When you are done make sure you seal it before pulling back to the guard shack. When leaving pull back on the scale and she will look at your seal.
Worst place to pick up the load I Weight for 7 hours in the security guard said if you wanna leave leave we don’t have the dock door available will give you a call when we are ready 😡😡😡😡
How long does it take to run a fork lift in and out of a truck?Seriously, this company needs to get a clue.Drivers time is worth a lot more than an expendable fork lift driver or dock worker for $12.00 hr. from a temp agency.Im sorry but Fishers and all other big name companies cry about making less millions, then hire cheap temp workers and screw over hard working individuals that live by the hands on the clock.I got an idea, how about FISHERS gets to pay the detention at $50. per hour then they will hurry the F#@% UP.

2 hours for loading,when checking in at the gate bring your trlr number, trlr license plate number,id and pu or del number,overnight parking available,there is about 10 parking spots in front of scale house,open on saturdays
Good selection, nice staff. Only suggestion would be to make some half-pound bags, just didnt want a whole pound of some things. Otherwise, I think there are great deals there!
One of the worst companies I ever been. Wasted perfectly good 6 hours on receiving. Warning: do NOT accept loads to those slow pokes. Cowboys on gate are very rude.
If I could of, I would of gave this place no stars. Dont work at this place. Not a good place to work. The pay rate does not match the work that is done. The management sucks here. They play favorites here. This place is a revolving door. Very high turnover rate. Place has no organization of any kind . Supervisors are unorganized. People are not trained properly. Write ups just because they can. People, go work somewhere else. Stay away from this place.
Hour to get a dock, hour to load 9 pallets, and going on another hour after getting the green light just to get my bill. Absolutely pathetic way to run a warehouse.
It is a nut processing facility. They roast all sorts of nuts and package them for retail and commercial use. I have also seen granola, pretzels and raisins mixed in with various nuts. The nuts processed there are labeled under various brands, the most notable is Fishers Nuts. I have even seen wild animal feed, a mix of all kinds of nuts with granola, raisins, pretzels and toasted oat rounds. It is a large facility, and they use a lot of temps. MSI has an account to staff the factory, and they shuttle/bus in people from all over Chicagoland, Elgin and Rockford. Can be hard work and boring, but all the people seem real nice.
No touch, (supersacks anyway) just put you bills in your slot, then pick them up when youre loaded. You dont have to deal with anyone, except scale house. Dogs are allowed to exercise in the nearest grassy area. Pick up yer poop.
If you are truck driver keep far from this place. They keep people for 6 hr.No detention, nathing.Take difrend load, do not go there.
Cant get Sweet Cajun Mix cases from their old Home Economist Store near me without ordering 2-3weeks ahead and now cant get Louisiana Cajun Mix at all. Louisiana is the base for sweet, they add butter toffee peanuts and cut the hot frackers. Their lack of support to their Bulk Food Stores has resulted in my loosing market share to a competitor who has their Louisiana.
I cant believe those specials and such healthy treats. My family looks forward to my visits to this store. Even those that live out of state.
Theyre idiots, full of craps. You cant keep a driver wait in waitung zone for more than 5 hours, 4 hours after the delivery appointment and think I work only the hour. Im about to make a scene

Its a good place to unload cos l came late and they unloaded me on time though the entrance is kinda shady and they need to get more security personnel for the truck entrance

2022-06-07Park in staging area in front of the gate. Walk up with paperwork and they call you. Then you drive up on the scale they will give you a door backing is tight and doors are close. You get load drive to entrence to get paperwork and your gone.

2022-09-01The Fisher retail store is a great place to go if you love nuts. They sell peanuts, cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, trail mix, fresh peanut butter, and so many other great snacks at discounted prices compared to buying at the grocery store. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.

2022-05-12Excellent place to come to. Was an hour late due to looking for a trailer with the help of my dispatcher in AZ. They worked in. Have about 42k of mostly mixed nuts for Walmart distribution in CO. 1000 mile trip. Camping out here at the shipper. Of course Im Camping out in my truck. Have a good night.

2019-06-19I dont know how long it took them to unload me exactly but by the time I walked around the building to the nut store in front, bought some nuts, walked back, they were done. I enjoyed getting some nut samples and good prices on nuts while I waited, great experience overall. They also had a drivers lounge with a table and chairs, vending machines and a bathroom. Cant imagine what more a person could want. The parking spots outside the gate could be handy too. I wasnt around long so I dont know if they fill up at night or if theyre weird about parking there too long but worked great for me. Id be happy to deliver here again any time
