Unless you are forced to do not use this Osco. My Vet telephoned an order for a prescription early this a.m. .My Husband just spent l/2 hour+ there waiting. He was told the Vet was not in their system. They had since early a.m. to correct this. However, they did nothing until my Husband asked for the order. I have experienced many times when orders were not filled even though they were requested either early that same day or even a day or two earlier. On a couple of occasions they did not even have the drug and did nothing to get it until I arrived to pick it up.
Shout out to Ryan in the pharmacy for going the extra mile to help me in a pinch today. Instead of taking the easy way out that so many people do nowadays, he offered a solution to help me with my issue quickly and efficiently after I told him my situation. Thank you for caring about the patients you serve!
This Jewel has a nice variety of fruits and veggies. Also a nice bakery, prepared foods, and deli section. Customer service is good.
Called this morning at 7:15am to fill my prescription and the man on the phone was very rude to me. They either need better staffing or he needs to learn customer service skills.
Thank you Ryan from pharmacy for answering my call and 230am and giving me direction on how to treat my little girl. They need to keep more medications in stock instead of placing new orders everytime. Prescriptions are never ready at the time they give you.
Spoke with Bryan @ the Pharmacy, total professional and very efficient. He was able to identify the error made by the staff of Premier Dermatology.
They actually close at midnight !!!
I like going to this Jewel-Osco because it is close to my house other then that, I do not like it. The prices are not the best in town, so I only come here when Im in a pinch.

2022-05-31In line at the pharmacy today, apparently they closed at 1:00 for Memorial day -Understand that. I was in line with 1 person ahead of me and no one behind me and pharmacist called out that they were closed. It was 1:03 really? You cant handle 2 more customers? Guy ahead of me got a manager from Jewel to get his antibiotics pharmacist said that was the only reason she was helping him. I didnt complain but I think that is lousy ☹️

2022-07-07Carmela. Lane sign closed. Light on. No one in sight but behind service desk. She knew I was there then looking around for someone. I had to ask is this open. After hesitation finishing something then rudely yes it’s open. No did I find everything. No how are you. No by after. Movement like an unhappy robot. Although it would do a better job. Entitlement service at it’s finest.

2022-02-09Drove up to pharmacy drive thru and there was a sign on the window “drive up closed come inside” . Awesome, just what I wanted to do while sick. Went inside and miraculously drive up is now “working”. I was the only one in line and they proceeded to take care of 3 drive ups as I was standing in line- each needing to speak to the pharmacist. As I was walking away, to go outside and get in the drive thru line, finally she came over to help.

2022-05-04Lately, the featured sale produce is not stocked and what is available should be tossed in the trash. If your looking for fresh it will not be available until late afternoon.

2022-04-02The pharmacy is terrible. They dont even call you when an important medication is out of stock and the weekend is 2 days away. Then you have to wait 5 days to get your med. Bad customer service.

2021-03-26Truly a disgusting grocery store. The bathrooms couldnt be more disgusting. The check out conveyor belts were disgusting. The teenager checking me out did not say hello. Also, he did not even tell me the total cost of my purchase. He was just silent. I am very surprised, given this is Naperville. I am from Darien and usually go to the Jewel in Darien. Maybe the store manager should visit that Jewel. Their store, bathrooms and conveyer belts are very clean. I cannot imagine this stores cleaning protocol when were not in the middle of a pandemic. It must be even more disgusting. I wouldnt be surprised if there are mice and bugs in the storage area. Just horrific. I should have walked out as soon as I saw how dirty the bathroom was. Also, just because you have teenagers working at your store does not mean you cannot reach them proper customer service skills. This store is a disgrace to Naperville.

2021-08-06Went here for my Covid test, they told me Id get my results within 24 hours. Called today and now they are saying within 36 hours. Do not test here if you need results fast, I cant board the plane without results. Thankfully, Sarah helped me get the rapid test done so that Im all set to travel

2021-07-24**WARNING** Do NOT TRUST FOR VACCINATION. My son went to this location in July 2021 and specifically requested the single shot J&J vaccine.The person administrating the shot came back to him and was about to inject him but he requested she turn over the package. It was the PFIZER which would require 2 shots. They tried to switch and inject him with mRNA shot. If you go here, be very very careful.

2017-12-16This pharmacy is horrible! I would gove 0 stars but they wont let you! If it werent for being open 24 hours and us having 3 small ones, I wouldnt use it! I had an appointment for my son at 11 am. We left by 12 noon and they sent over a prescription for cream for diaper rash. It is now 8:30 pm and I am sitting here waiting for them to finish it, going on a 10 minute wait! They cant fill a prescription in 8 1/2 hours. And this isnt the first time we have had issues here. From the staff being rude and making inappropriate comments when they thought they had hung up the phone, to excuses that they have 400 prescriptions to fill and the prescriptions are never ready within a reasonable time. Um...not my problem that you guys arent staffed to meet the demand on your pharmacy! 8.5 hours to run the prescription, print a label and stick it on a box. How is that not enough time?! Absolutely ridiculous!
