Amazing does not even begin to describe the experience I have had with Jenny Taylor Photography. From the initial phone call with Jenny to my final viewing everything has been amazing. Her assistant, Christine, is a fantastic communicator and answered all my questions. My hair and makeup artist, Renee, was kind and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Not to mention did a phenomenal job on my hair and make up. My photographer Megan was beyond anything I expected. She was kind, fun, professional and made the whole shoot effortless. I have never felt more confident then when taking and viewing these photos. I would recommend Jenny Taylor and her girls to anyone and everyone!
This company deserves so much more then 5 stars! The staff helped me achieve a level of confidence I have never hit before! They bring out the sexy, wild side of every woman in their own way. They take what you may see as imperfect and show you just how beautiful your body truly is. I highly highly recommend them to everyone! They helped me overcome my nervousness and help you through the whole process! They want you to get that look that you have always been searching for! Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography was a great experience. I decided to do a glam photoshoot, and it was a lot of fun! They really do a lot of work to make sure you are prepared, supported, and comfortable on the day of your photoshoot. They even give you support if you are unsure about what outfit(s) to wear! Jenny was also very hands on with the experience, including scheduling and ensuring you have all of the information and support you need. On the day of the photoshoot, you know everything you need to know to feel good about the plan for the day. The hair stylist/makeup artist and photographer also make you feel very heard and ask for your opinions on hair, makeup, and styling of the photos. Overall, the whole experience was seamless! I would recommend Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography to anyone wanting to do glam or boudoir photos.

As a mother of two my body no longer felt mine and I think it’s something many women can relate to. After this shoot I regained some of that confidence back, I felt sexy, and gorgeous. Recently had the pleasure to win a photo session with Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography. I never thought that I would actually win when I submitted my entry. When I did win, I didnt know what to think. I instantly became very nervous. I have never been very comfortable with my body image and after seeing some of the drop dead gorgeous women on Jenny’s website I thought this cant be for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ StarsI was quite nervous about this shoot. As it was my first, and I had never imagined that I would ever be doing something like this. I was worried it would be super awkward the whole time and that this awkwardness would show in my photos. I must say though, the staff were absolutely wonderful! Megan did my hair and makeup beautifully & Stephanie walked me through each and every pose, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. They immediately put me at ease and everything just seemed to flow naturally. At my viewing I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERY SINGLE PHOTO! I even had the privilege of working directly with Jenny herself! Jenny truly made me feel valued as a client & the entire team ensured that I had all my questions answered. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography to multiple friends and family!! I can’t wait until my next shoot!
I was very nervous about doing the photoshoot, I decided to do it on a whim and I am SOOO glad that I did. You walk in and the atmosphere is so welcoming and everybody was so friendly. Even doing the shoot, I thought I was going to be so awkward because it was so out of my normal comfort zone but the photographer told me exactly what to do and moved me the way that I needed to. I got a few peeks at the photos that were taken and i was very happy with them. Jenny and her staff were super helpful! Jenny texted me before and after the shoot to find out how everything went. It was so nice and personal. Makes you feel like she really does care about you as a person!
I can’t begin to tell you the wonderful experience I had at Jenny Taylor’s Boudoir Photography. I am a plus-sized woman with a laundry list of confidence issues. I see photos of myself and shudder. When the opportunity arose to do a boudoir shoot, I was torn between what my brain was telling me about myself and what I wanted to do.Boy, am I glad I said yes. From the second I confirmed my appointment, Jenny’s staff was magnificent. They sent detailed emails confirming everything I needed to know about the day; so there were no surprises. Danielle met me at the studio the morning of my shoot; and she did my hair and makeup. Talk about knocking it out of the park! She made my hair look freaking amazing (so much volume and body) and accentuated my facial features to look their very best. Lindsay came to do the shoot, and I have never felt more comfortable with a “stranger” than I did with her. Here I was - at my most vulnerable - in an outfit I would only ever wear for my husband - and she was kind, caring, and encouraging. Both Danielle & Lindsay are the hype squad every girl needs in their life.I can’t recommend Jenny Taylor Boudoirs enough. The professionalism and love they put into their clients is unsurpassed. Trust me. Don’t wait until you are at a certain weight or look a certain way. The confidence you will gain from this experience - just as you are - is one that ALL women need!
This was an amazing experience! all the ladies were so nice and uplifting I couldnt have asked for a better experience I worked with Megan, Renee, and Kelly and all of the ladies were so informative and respectful. If this is your first shoot I highly recommend this place as they make you feel very comfortable. It is also all women, no men allowed so its absolutely a place of safety and peace while trying to feel your best
I am so glad that I stumbled across Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography! I cannot say enough about how professional the company is and the quality of work that is provided. Jenny is super friendly, easy to work with, and does an excellent job of keeping in touch. She even provides tips for a positive photo experience. Megan was my hair and makeup artist. She listened to me when I described the look I wanted and did an amazing job of making me look and feel beautiful. When I looked in the mirror the first time, I was shocked at how beautiful I looked! Lyndsey was my photographer. I have always been a little self conscious about my body and she made me feel completely comfortable, confident, and sexy! I had the best time and left feeling amazing! I debated doing a boudoir photoshoot for years, but always put it off. I never knew what made a studio great or where to begin. I researched studios on and off and always found Jenny Taylor at some point in my search. Any photo I saw always looked stunning, hair and makeup, lighting, props, every part of the photo was amazing. I put everything off again for a few more years until recently when the thought of taking boudoir photos came across my mind again. I just turned 33 and thought, now is my chance. I have nothing to lose and it could be an amazing experience. I inquired and Jenny did not let me down! From my initial consultation call to answering any questions I had until my photoshoot, Jenny and her team made me feel so comfortable. There was never a doubt that I made the right choice in studio. When I arrived on the day of my shoot, I didn’t know what to expect. My makeup artist made me feel gorgeous. Everything was flawless, makeup and hair. My photographer was upbeat and more helpful than I ever thought she would be. I had so much guidance with outfits and poses everything was so easy. I had so much more fun than I thought I would! I would definitely use Jenny Taylor again!!
I highly recommend Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography. The entire crew was excellent with communication and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about my shoot from start to finish. Jenny is the owner and was very professional and down-to-earth. Her assistant, Christine, was on top of it to ensure I had all the education/tips and tricks to make the shoot day as smooth as possible and look as best as possible. They even provided me with feedback on outfit choices! Nikki did my makeup, hair, and photography. She is fantastic at all three! She was very detail-oriented, even adjusting my necklace, strands of hair, and taught me how to pose my body for each photo. I had never done a shoot like this before, so I appreciated the expert guidance. My outfit initially had been more conservative, but I felt so comfortable and beautiful that I ended up wearing my lace teddy instead. I loved the various furniture options and the use of natural light. My shoot took place in Arizona, in a beautiful home. The studio was clean, safe, and, although professional, the mood was fun and light, especially with the music in the background. I recently had my viewing session and LOVED all my pictures! I cannot wait to get them! I am so happy I chose to have this experience, and Im glad it was with Jenny, Nikki, and Christine ❤️ .
HAMAZING TRANSFORMATIONI never thought or ever imagined getting Boudoir photography experience. I thought it was only for movie stars and celebrities. Yes, I was culturally blindfolded till I met Jenny Tylor at the Gala Expo in Chicago Feb 2022. With her charismatic self, she was like, “and yes, this is 100% for ALL women staff, and we will help you step by step. I felt more valued, and I became curious to know more.All I can say, the drive to her studio, to the makeup artist, the photoshoot, and the final viewing journey were transformational.My groom will be entertained by my Jenny Tylor Boudoir photos forever! I’ve wanted to do a boudoir shoot with Jenny Taylor for years. It wasn’t for my husband. It was for me. Maybe he would get to be the unexpected receiver of the photos. But maybe I would just keep them for myself.About 7 years ago I even reached out to make an appointment. I chickened out and just couldn’t do it. I never felt I fit the boudoir mold. Three babies later, I REALLY felt that way. But after receiving a text about an upcoming sale, I just responded and handed over my credit card. I was in it now! 🙈I was so nervous but the the emails and text messages from Jenny and her team help to calm my nerves. They walked me through EVERYTHING. They have ideas about where to buy lingerie at every size and price point. They gave tips about what does and doesn’t photograph well. They even let you know when to take care of your…personal grooming! You literally have to choose an outfit and show up. Honestly, choosing an outfit was the hardest part! And showing up is a breeze. The location is easy to find and parking is simple. You feel safe from the moment you pull up. It’s an adorable brightly lit house in a well trafficked business district. No skeevy motels or personal homes here. It is all women start to finish. You couldn’t be more comfortable.Hair and makeup was amazing. You feel like a celebrity. My hair and makeup artist was Renee. She did an amazing job. She help to calm my nerves by just making conversation. I would love for her to follow me around to do my makeup daily!Nikki was my photographer and just WOW! She talked me through everything! I had brought two outfits and she helped me decide which one would work best. Nikki even helped me buckle up my lingerie in the back! She showed me every pose, helped me with facial expressions, she fixed every strap and stray hair. I was terrified but she made it so easy. She showed me a couple of pictures on the back of the camera and I was shocked. They were so beautiful! It gave me the confidence to really enjoy the experience.I loved every second of this experience. You feel special the entire way through. You would never know that you are not the only client JTBP has. The service it’s just that personal. If you are on the fence about doing it, JUST DO IT. You will NOT regret it. It was an amazing experience. At first I was scared and was not sure if I was still going to follow through. When I got there Danielle made me feel welcomed and my nerves calmed down. While I was getting my makeup and hair done I was wondering if I would like how I would look and I did . If you want to feel confident and get out of your comfort zone I recommend it. I can’t wait to get another shoot done!
I cannot thank you enough. I was so excited to win this giveaway and be back in the studio after almost 10 years! I started out this shoot as am anniversary gift for my husband and left knowing it was more for me! I needed to feel confident and sexy again. As a mom of two boys and working in Healthcare, my go to is very little, if no make up and a mom bun is my go to! I loved every minute of being pampered and making time for me to feel beautiful! I was put at ease from the moment I stepped into the door. Megan was such a sweetheart and kept the conversation going the entire time she transformed me into a bombshell! Lyndsey was so easy going and friendly I felt like I had a girlfriend doing the shoot for me! I am grateful for her help and expertise, because I dont know how to make a sexy pose for the life of me! Let me start by saying this entire experience was COMPLETELY new for me, and I hadnt been that nervous in quite some time. I am not a girly girl, and I prefer to be behind the camera. But from the moment I walked through the doors until I left I was treated (and felt!) quite literally like a bombshell. The confidence boost this experience gave me was incredible! From start to finish, there were no missed steps at all. Christine made sure I was prepared and confirmed everything before I even got there. Renee did my hair and makeup and I never wanted to take it off, even though I dont wear it normally. She did an excellent job of listening to my requests and preferences (and life story haha) and pushed me out of my comfort zone just enough to give me fantastic photos. Megan was my photographer and there arent enough words to describe how at ease she made me feel. Incredibly professional, she knew just how to coach me through everything, even facial expressions! When Jenny showed me the final products I was BLOWN. AWAY. 10/10 for the whole experience, would definitely recommend, for any occasion you can think of!
I was nervous about doing a boudoir shoot but I knew it would boost my confidence in my body and my self image ( it did x 100). I am really happy I chose Jenny Taylors studio as they held up to their reputation and quality before, during, and after the shoot. While getting prepped with hair and makeup, I was made to feel much more relaxed and ready to do the shoot. When I saw how beautiful I looked after the prep work I felt weight lifted off my shoulders and I felt ready to show of my look. The shoot it self was a bit of a work out but a ton of fun. I felt really happy and relaxed by the end of the shoot. I am Soo thankful for the studio and their awesome work!
Hello Jenny Taylor and Team!I wanted to take a quick moment to thank everyone involved with my recent photo shoot. I have to be honest, this is something I always dreamed about doing but never had the courage to go through with. As soon as I booked my session with Jenny the excitement set in as I began shopping and trying on different wardrobes. Any questions or concerns I had prior to my shoot were answered so quickly, I felt like I was chatting with a close friend! On the day of my shoot the nerves began to set in but rest assured I was put completely at ease as soon as I walked through the door. My stylist was AMAZING and so personable. Again, I felt like I was hanging with one of my girlfriends and getting pampered at the same time! My photographer was equally as awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! She helped me with every little thing from start to finish from dressing, how to place my hands and legs, where to look and when to smile. I can honestly say, besides my wedding day, I have never felt more beautiful and confident with myself and let me remind you I am 7 months pregnant 😂 I never took pictures with my previous pregnancies because I didn’t like the way I looked and I will forever regret it. But these photos I will be able to cherish forever! Pregnant or not, this is hands down on my list of best experiences EVER! I cannot wait to do this again in the future! From the start Jenny and her team had great communication. I pulled in nervous and not wanting to get out of the car with heartbeat racing. This was so out of my comfort zone. I have been divorced for about 2 years and came out of an unhealthy marriage for so long and wanted to feel beautiful and have some confidence. From the amazing team that did my hair and makeup to the photographer my heartbeat slowed down and we laughed. Jenny’s team is utterly amazing and so loving. They took the time to work with me and help me embrace this shoot. I can’t wait to see what the pictures look like, but more importantly made me feel like someone who I wanted to be and gave me a piece of confidence that I have been missing for over 15 years. I just want to start by saying I was very nervous and unsure going into my shoot because this is way outside my normal comfort zone. That being said... My sister is the one who talked me into to doing this for my husband for our 15 year anniversary. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by a friendly face and a warm friendly personality. Which helped to started easing my nerves right away. Then I was asked what I was hoping to accomplish with hair and makeup. I was clueless... I don’t do makeup ever. So she was very patient and understanding and I told her to do what she thought would look beat but not make me look to much different than my normal self (I didn’t want to shock my husband too much). She did an amazing job explaining to me what she was going to do. She also made sure that I knew the makeup might look like a lot but it would look more natural in the photos because of lighting and what not. She made me look and feel beautiful. Then on to the part I was dreading... being in lingerie in front of someone I didn’t know. But to be honest I had a blast. The young lady made me feel absolutely stunning. She kept telling me how beautiful my photos were looking. I wasn’t uncomfortable like I thought I would be and ended having a lot of fun! I honestly didn’t expect to have that much fun with as nervous as I was going in! She made sure I was comfortable with everything and I tell you honestly I was not graceful with some things but she made me feel better and told me there was no way to be graceful getting in and out of some of the poses. She made sure everything we did was in my comfort zone. And when there was one particular thing I wanted to do (I came in with a picture of a pose that I wanted to do with one of my husbands favorite jerseys that I wanted to duplicate) she matched it perfectly! She kept looking at her camera and shaking her head through the whole process telling me how beautiful they were turning out and how amazing I looked! I felt like a model a beautiful amazing model! Overall the experience was exhilarating! Something I never would have done turned it to something I’m very happy I did! I would definitely do it again.
5 stars! I seriously cannot even express how amazing my shoot was. Megan did a phenomenal job on my hair and makeup, and Stephanie was legit the best photographer ever. They both made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in the door. My shoot was around the holiday season but it was purely a gift to myself. Ive followed Jenny on fb for years but never worked up the courage to do it until now. If youre on the fence, dont be - you will feel like a super confident bada** and not regret it one bit :)
The Team at Jenny Taylor is absolutely amazing!!! I decided to do a just for me Boudoir photoshoot after a big blow to my confidence. From the time that I asked for more information to the time I walked out of the studio I felt like I was the center of attention. These ladies provide a wonderful experience. My photoshoot at Jenny Taylors was seamless and enjoyable from the moment I booked it. Everyone I met and spoke to made me feel so at ease and comfortable. They took all the nervous feelings away because they all were so confident in what they were doing I could just go with the flow and follow directions. My experience with Jenny Taylor Boudoirs was amazing! Megan did my makeup and hair perfectly! I was nervous to do my first boudoir photo shoot but after working with her, I felt totally comfortable. She made me feel like a model. The studio is clean and secure the entire time during your shoot. It’s all female staff which made me feel more comfortable and they take your privacy very seriously. If anyone is thinking of doing a boudoir photo shoot, do it through Jenny Taylor! You’ll have a blast and time will fly by! I would definitely do another photo shoot!
I wanted to do something special for my fiance for our wedding. I had a friend who worked for Jennie in the past & I always see the ads on Facebook & Instagram, so I thought my fiance would love this! When I first booked the session, it was really easy! Jennie was helpful picking out a package and she emailed me all the information on dos & donts & what to wear! That was super helpful as I was realllllllly nervous about my outfits! Once I got to the studio, again really nervous on the day of, Megan (hair & make-up) was so down to earth! we talked & laughed & she was so chill! she calmed me down & talked me through everything! She literally transformed me into a supermodel! when i looked in the mirror, I didnt recognize myself! Next, I met my photographer, Lindsay! She was amazing!!! I laid out all my outfits and she was so helpful with the accessories and getting dressed! She talked me through how she was going to help me with poses & fix me throughout! Overall, It was an amazing session! I would definitely do it again! The staff was amazing! From Jennie to her assistant Christine, answering all of my questions & reassuring me that it was going to be fun & not to be nervous! You dont even remember you are in those little outfits when you are inside that shoot! Definitely a 5 star business! Every woman should try this at least once.... but once you do, youll want to go back again!
5 stars! Being a plus size girl this is something I was nervous about doing. I took the leap and Im SO glad I did. The process from the hair and makeup all the way until my last outfit change was smooth! Megan was amazing! She made me feel gorgeous the entire time and also made it feel like I was just goofing around with one of my friends Ive known for years which made so much more comfortable! If you have any doubts about doing this whether its your size or a comfort thing.. take it from a plus size shy girl... Do it! You wont regret it, this is definitely the right place!
Renee and Megan made me feel so confident and comfortable in my own skin. Boudoir is way out of my comfort zone, but I immediately felt like I was hanging with my girlfriends. Before I even got there, I had been guided through the process by Jenny, Christine, and Renee. They answered all my questions and made me feel prepared for my experience. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Because I felt so comfortable, my photos came out absolutely gorgeous! Jenny worked with me to narrow my choices, as there were so many good ones! I would highly recommend this experience not just for your partner, but for yourself. It is an out of the box way to boost your self love and self confidence. We are all bombshells!

From Jennys assistant Christine who takes care of you & all of your questions, to Renee who did my hair and makeup but also made me feel like I was just chatting with a best friend the entire time, to Nikki who is hands-down the most awesome photographer (for real, she had me thinking I was the natural at modeling by the end)... this team will take care of you and make you feel like a gorgeous bombshell. It was an amazing experience and one Ill never forget. Oh, and the pictures came out incredible, I really cant wait to give them to my fiancee!
I have been wanting to do a boudoir photo shoot for years. Years ago, I discovered Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography on a Facebook and instantly knew this is where I wanted my photos to be taken. After taking my photos recently, I really wish I did them sooner! From the moment I booked my appointment, I was counting down the days and could not contain my excitement. Everything Jenny and her team have to offer is amazing. The day of my shoot I met with Megan and Renee. Renee did my hair and makeup, made me look completely flawless. I even told her I do not want anyone else ever doing my hair and makeup, she did such an amazing job, I would book her for every event. Megan took my photos, and knew exactly which poses and what worked best for myself and my outfit. She made sure my, outfit, hair, and makeup stayed perfect during our session. I would love for her to take my photos again in the future. Both Megan and Renee are the sweetest to talk to and work with. Jenny and Christine also have followed up to make sure everything went well. I love how committed and dedicated everyone is and can not wait to come back again.PS if I could describe everything in one word it would be “jaw-dropping.”
My husband and I had a couples photography Budoir shoot done. The level of professionalism from the hair stylist to the photographer to jenny herself when viewing our photos was top notch. My makeup and hair was gorgeous. My husband and I never once felt uncomfortable during the photo shoot. The photographer was engaging and fun and our final product photos ended up amazing! Im so incredibly happy we did this and captured our beautiful bodies together on camera. A moment in time we will cherish as we grow older together. I highly recommend jenny Taylor to anyone thinking about this. And if you think your bod aint ready for photos like these, think again! You will love yourself and your hubby in every photo because Jennys team is just that incredible at posing you in the most flattering ways. The only negative we felt during this whole process was when we met with Jenny. She is a great saleswoman, but we definitely felt rushed during our session and felt like jenny tried to play on our emotions to make a sale. Once we went through our photos once to try to eliminate the ones we didn’t like, she hardly wanted to take the time to go through them again so we could continue to try to compress the ones we really liked. Basically seemed like she just wanted us to purchase what was left after the first run through. My husband and I did not like her sales tactic. Jenny Taylor Boudoir made the process very easy and fun for a first timer! I was extremely nervous for my shoot but ended up having a blast! Megan did my hair, make-up, and photography and she was AMAZING!!! We chatted a lot while she did my hair and make-up and she made me feel so comfortable. She is so great at what she does! Because of Megan, I felt beautiful, confident, and respected during my shoot. Everything was very clean and sanitary. I will definitely be back to do another shoot and recommend Jenny Taylor to every woman I meet! This was a wedding gift for my Fiance and I cant wait until he sees the photos!!
I had been following Jenny Taylor on Facebook for a while and always hoped I would have the confidence to do a shoot one day. After years of following, I finally decided to go for it, and I am so glad that I did! I loved everything about the experience. Going into it I was a bit nervous, but once I walked in and got my hair and makeup started my nerves went away. Megan did my hair and makeup as well as my photos and she was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! Megan guided me through the entire process and after only a few photos I felt like a natural. I honestly have never felt more beautiful and confident. If you are on the fence about doing a shoot, just do it! The hardest part will be having to choose your photos at the end because they are all so amazing!
WOW!!! Just Wow! I can not even put to words how amazing my experience was! There’s so so many words I can use to describe my experience but to bring it down to one I would have to say it was “life changing”. Yes those are two words but trust me it’s worth the praise. I’m a 29 year old female who’s never been comfortable with my body or with how I look. To say the least I have some of the worst self esteem issues and am my own worst critic. From the minute I stepped into the photo shoot, to hair and makeup and to finishing the shoot, I felt so beautiful and attractive. I almost cried after seeing my hair and makeup. It was just amazing. The girls… wow again just wow. The conversation was fun and happy and I love how they made me feel as if I’ve known them for years and we were just catching up. It helped calm my nerves and feel relaxed. Having done this shoot was an amazing confidence booster and I’m still riding the high from that day. I finally see what others see. And I feel amazing because of that. I’m so so so grateful I checked this off of my bucket list. Worth every minute. Definitely something I will do again!!
I recently had a boudoir session with Jenny Taylor, and from the day I booked my session, Jenny and her team were just so kind and helpful.Okay, I am not the thinnest of girls so when I walked into the studio I was so nervous and scared. I kept asking myself “What am I doing here?!” I will admit I don’t have very high self-esteem….BUT … let me tell you, that all changed thanks to Jenny and Nikki!!!As soon as I got to the studio I was greeted by Nikki and she started doing my hair and make-up. Nikki was so sweet and kept a conversation going with me, which I thought was great. She could tell I was nervous and kept assuring me that everything would turn out great and that Jenny would make me feel comfortable! Nikki is so talented at what she does; I was just in shock at how beautiful and natural my make-up looked. My hair was just as amazing as my make-up; she really did a wonderful job!!!It was then time for my pictures! I was still a bit nervous especially because I have never posed before so I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Jenny then started taking the pictures and within no time I felt very comfortable, I was over being nervous, and was enjoying the shoot. Jenny helped me through the whole shoot by telling me how to pose and making jokes to get me to laugh, I seriously had a blast!!! By the time I knew it the shoot was already over and everything had gone so smooth!Before I left, Jenny showed me one of the pictures she had taken of me. The picture she showed me literally brought me to tears. Jenny is so awesome at what she does, her pictures really do capture your inner and outer beauty.A few days ago, I went back and met with Leila (who was also sweet and kind) at the studio to view the photos Jenny had taken of me. Again, I was in complete shock, all of the pictures she took were just so amazing, beautiful, and seriously magazine quality. I cannot wait until I get my book back to look at the pictures again!I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone and everyone who has considered getting their pictures taken by her. Had a wonderful experience at Jenny Taylor Boudior’s Photography. I went to the Naperville studio. I was greeted by Meghan who did my hair and makeup. She was very sweet and instantly helped to make me feel comfortable and eliminated my nerves. She listened to what I said I like and don’t like. We laughed and chatted while she worked her magic. I felt so beautiful when I finally turned around. I still felt like myself but a Bombshell version of myself. She is so incredibly talented and I loved that my hair and makeup were the last things I needed to worry about. I was so happy with my hair and makeup and couldn’t wait to begin the next part. Then I met Stephanie, my photographer. She explained how everything worked and helped me feel even more confident in my skin. We laughed right from the start and I knew I was in for a fun and unforgettable experience. She was also very patient and so sweet. She knew exactly what poses to do or not do do. I really felt like she made my photo shoot into the success it was. I’m sure I would have been happy with another photographer but I truly felt so incredibly grateful she was my photographer and I don’t know how anyone else would compare! Meeting with Jenny was the icing on the cake. She is an absolute sweetheart and helped me decide what to do with all my photos. It was just the best experience ever. I actually booked it for my Husband’s 40bday and V-Day, or at least I thought so. Truth is I really did it for me and my Husband will also get to reap the benefits. By far a 5 🌟...I was feeling very anxious and nervous the moment I parked in the lot. When Renee (my hair and makeup artist) met me at the door, I immediately felt comfort and relieved. Her positive energy and welcoming vibe made me feel so comfortable. While getting my makeup and hair done I felt like I knew Renee and Megan for years! They made me look and feel beautiful than ever before! The moment I stepped into the studio to change for photos, I was nervous again. Not having done this before, I felt out of place and unsure. The moment Nikki and Lindsey greeted me with kindness I felt at ease. Nikki told me exactly what to do and how to pose. Even when i told her I didn’t know how to pose or do a sexy face, she told me I could! In that moment I felt sexy, beautiful and confident again! These women are truly gifts on this earth. There was no drama, no judging and no negativity! I felt happier than I have felt in a long time! I highly recommended doing a shoot!!!
As a frontline healthcare worker in the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic, I have not only gotten accustomed to being covered up from head to toe but I’ve also gained at least 19 pounds. When the opportunity arose to do a boudoir shoot with Jenny Taylor, my initial thought was “Absolutely not!” I was 100% uncomfortable with the entire idea. First of all, I barely even like to look at my own body. Second, having a stranger photograph me in a setting where I’m completely uncomfortable is a hard no. A friend of mine fell in love with her experience and desperately tried to convince me to go for it. To be honest, I just wanted her to stop asking me about it, so I reluctantly said, yes.I remember booking the appointment on the phone with Jenny and her telling me before we hung up that I was going to love it. Yeah right. Leading up to my shoot, I kept asking myself why I had even agreed to go through with it. But as I started to put my outfits together and make preparations for my shoot, I slowly started to feel a little bit excited. The morning of the shoot, I seriously thought my stomach was going to fall out of my butt. I didn’t even eat breakfast because I thought I might throw up. I even considered cancelling as I drove to the studio.When I arrived, I was greeted by Megan, who was immediately warm and welcoming. As she did my hair and makeup, we started chatting. It honestly felt like I was catching up with an old friend at a coffee shop. Before I knew it, I was completely relaxed and actually enjoying the experience. Shortly before Megan finished my hair and makeup, which looked fantastic, Stephanie came out to introduce herself and chat with us. Moving on from comfortable, I started to feel excited.When it came time to get dressed, or undressed I suppose, and take pictures, I told Stephanie that I was putting my trust in her. We immediately clicked so I felt confident about being completely open to whatever ideas she had for me and any poses she wanted me to try. This was the best thing I could have done for myself because it made the experience absolutely incredible. It was so much fun!I wish ever woman would do this for herself! While some may think that I have a flirty personality or a sexy aesthetic, I can assure you that I do not. My preferred style is legging/sweatpants, sweatshirts, and messy buns or ponytails. I could not wait to see my pictures and once I did, HOLY COW! I could not believe that is was me and that I was capable of looking and feeling so beautiful!
I have been thinking about doing a Boudoir shoot for a while now and with my Wedding around the corner I figured now was the time. I have been through hell and back in the last few years, my confidence was in the toilet and I needed change. After having lost around 43lbs I finally felt ready. I had contacted Jenny back in September about a shoot but familial issues prevented me from completing the shoot before my wedding in November. Jenny and Christine were fantastic about changing my dates and were absolutely accommodating from step 1. The day of my shoot I arrived at the Naperville location, (cute place btw!) I was greeted by Megan who was to do my hair/makeup/photos. She was super friendly and a breeze to deal with! She made me feel so comfortable and the whole process was like hanging out at a friend’s house goofing around!Flash forward to yesterday at my viewing, and holy wowza! My pictures are fantastic, Megan said I was photogenic, but now I see what she meant.Overall: I had a great experience from the moment I filled out the form online. If you do a Boudoir shoot once in your life, Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography is the place to do it. Worth every penny!
I always saw the ads on Facebook for boudoir shoots and always wanted to do one. I finally took the leap and won a shoot. Arriving on the day of my session I wasn’t nervous but very confident in myself. From entering the building I was in awe with the space, the hair/makeup artist greeted me and guided me through the process. I talked to her about what I kinda had in mind even though I was going through this open minded. She had a great personality and kept the conversation going throughout the time it took her to get me “all dolled up” as I like to call it because when she turned me around I was shocked, but in a good way. I was in love with what she did and how I looked. After that I got to meet with the photographer and it all just seemed so easy. I felt really comfortable amongst her and felt myself let go of reality for a bit and really get into the whole experience. I would highly recommend any women to do this because it’s such a confidence booster even if you have confidence already. I would definitely go back and do this again.

I have always said I wasn’t ready or I could never feel comfortable enough to do a boudoir shoot but I am so glad that after a conversation with Jenny I said “why the heck not, let’s do it!”Throw away the self doubt, the worry about the weight you said you’d have to lose before you would consider, or any of the negative talk about yourself. I promise you, from the moment you walk in the door, sit down in the chair to get glammed up, and see yourself for the first even BEFORE your photo shoot — you’ll already have a new found pep in your step!I had the pleasure of working with Megan for hair and make up and I let her have creative control over how it was done. Don’t be concerned about how you should pose, where you should look, or what to do with your hands — Lyndsey will talk you through all of that! This girl knows what she’s doing! Just shake it off, relax, have fun, and when all else fails — laugh it out! I walked out of the studio feeling like I could take on the world. Like whoa! Such an empowering feeling!!!After my shoot I schedule my gallery viewing with Jenny! Oh em gee, I am not kidding when I say I was BLOWN away! The photos Lyndsey took were absolutely stunning! I mean STUNNING!! I am SO glad I took a leap and did this shoot! It wasn’t for a special occasion or anything in particular other than to just do it for myself. You will not walk into the studio unprepared! Before my shoot, Jenny, Megan, and Jenny’s personal assistant Christine, all reached out to share some pointers on how to prepare for my day and it helped me realize hands down I pick the right team to work with! I just sent the email back to you and Christine, but I wanted to thank you again here as well! I headed into my shoot yesterday with a pit in my stomach, nervous of what to expect, dreading the fact that I had gained the “quarantine 15” and wouldn’t look good, and just felt overall nervous. Immediately, Megan made me feel happier talking with me while applying my makeup, and complimenting my natural curls. Then Stephanie arrived and was like a breath of fresh air surrounding the room with even more positive energy. Lyndsay arrived as well and was too cute and sweet! Then as my shoot started, the pit came back... but Stephanie’s direction and advice was perfect, they both complimented me constantly and made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease, and before I knew it I was having a blast!! They tried so many poses with me and each one was fun and just made me feel more and more confident. Stephanie even went out of her way to replicate a shot of Marilyn Monroe that my hubby LOVES! He will be so excited!! I truly feel like everyone I have spoken to and met has gone above and beyond what they needed to and really care about what they do. I have been a follower of Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography since 2013 and never though I would actually do a shoot but while I was going through a divorce it was exactly the extra spark I needed to love myself again! I was nervous sitting in hair and makeup but Nikki made it so much fun and it felt like I was hanging out with a best girlfriend! Then when I received my portfolio back after my shoot I was blown away by how each photo was AMAZING! I couldn’t believe how Nikki captured my natural beauty - more than I ever thought possible. I was super nervous about doing a boudoir photo shoot. Jenny Taylors team was helpful, listened to my concerns, and made me feel completely comfortable. I decided to book a shoot with Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography at a time in my life when I was battling anxiety and depression due to a chronic medical condition that lowered my self confidence and made me feel very body conscious. I was nervous the day of the shoot, but the girls I worked with made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. My makeup artist truly listened to my wishes for my makeup and did a fantastic job. The photographer I worked with was very helpful and made me feel confident and sexy. Doing the shoot helped to boost my confidence greatly. I am also very appreciative of how Jenny creates such a positive atmosphere for her company - the experience was second to none!
I absolutely love the entire team. From the moment I inquired about the shoot, hair/make up, the shoot itself, and the viewing after; all of it was simply amazing. Christine and Jenny both made everything super easy to start. Megan did a fantastic job on my hair and make up- Then made my entire shoot absolutely incredible! I absolutely LOVED my experience with Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography. I scheduled a photo session as an anniversary gift for my husband. I researched numerous places online and Jennys website was by far the best. Every picture on the website was classy and gorgeous. Even so, I was nervous about everything regarding my shoot. Jenny and her staff continuously helped my nerves by helping me decide what to wear and even what not to do with regular emails and text messages. Their level of communication far exceeded my expectations.But, I was still so nervous when I pulled in the driveway for my shoot. I do not have the best level of confidence about my body. One thing this shoot did for me was make me feel absolutely beautiful and sexy. My stylist brought me in and made me look stunning. Truly, I didnt even know I could look that sexy! Then, the shoot itself started. It was so fast and comfortable. Jenny made me laugh and feel beautiful all at the same time. I was worried about feeling and looking awkward but it was so much fun! Even though I was nervous, I am so happy I did this. The experience was awesome from start to finish and I cannot wait to see my photos!!! Since then, it has always been a thought of doing this when my turn came along. Jenny Taylor and her team are awesome people to work with. They reached out to me a few times before my shoot, I had outfit questions and they helped me without feeling awkward asking!The morning of my shoot I was super excited. Getting my hair and makeup done by Nikki was perfect. She knows what she’s doing, listened to my requests, and made me look absolutely beautiful, better yet, a Show-Stopper! I love the entire experience at Jenny Taylor Boudoirs, which is why I went back for another shoot! It is such a fun and unique experience. The staff are very personable. This was my first experience doing a photo shoot and even though I was nervous, i had so much fun! Megan greeted me and did my hair and makeup. I had an amazingly wonderful experience! Jenny was my photographer and it made everything even more perfect! She was able to visualize everything, her instructions were so easy to follow and it was so much fun! Everything was done in such a way that I was completely at ease during my session.Her and her staff completely erased all anxiety I had about doing this shoot. The tips and suggestions she sent me beforehand were critical in helping me find the best outfits. I loved my hair and makeup! She was so right about the pink lipstick! I dont normally wear bright colors but it was so perfect in this shoot!
I recently had a photography session with Jenny Taylor Photography, and I just wanted to let you know what an amazing experience it was! From the moment I walked in the door I felt glamorous! Nikki was fantastic with my makeup, and did a perfect job with my hair. Jenny took the photographs, and was wonderful! As a mom of 2, it can be super intimidating to do a boudoir photo shoot. I wanted to do something for my amazing husband for our anniversary. Ive known him since we were 5 years old. Little did I know I was also doing this for myself! I drove up early and sat in the parking lot. As I was drinking my coffee, I thought of a million reasons why I should just drive away (e.g., not pretty enough, my body isnt the same as when I was 20, I have no clue what Im doing) But as I walked into the door I was greeted with a warm smile from Megan my makeup/hair stylist. She was soo easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. As I sat in the chair while getting my makeup done my amazing photographer Lyndsey introduced herself. She made me feel so at ease and I began to settle my nerves more. Megan doesnt know but when she completed my look and went to go get Lyndsey, I teared up because she made me look so stunning! Lyndsey also, was an angel she walked me through on how to pose and facial expressions because I was lost haha! Lyndsey made me feel beautiful and confident! Both women made this mother feel so beautiful again! We kind of forget that I feel beautiful feeling living on a day to day routine basis and this gives us such a confidence boost! I can never thank Jenny enough for guiding me through this process and pairing me the best team! Words of advice Dont be afraid to book an appointment because you are in amazing hands!
Just had my 3rd shoot at Jenny Taylor’s Studio! I’m absolutely in love with my photos and how amazing the whole experience was. I have very low self esteem and doing these photo shoots have made me feel amazing about my own body.I highly recommend not wasting your time and money going somewhere else!Jenny Taylor’s studio is truly the best out there!
I initially signed up to have a boudoir shoot at Jenny Taylor in order to get a photo album made for my fiancé as a “night before” gift before our wedding. This shoot turned out to be as much for him as it was for me, maybe even a little more for me. I walked into this shoot feeling much like every other bride feels four months before their wedding, doubting my body and thinking that I need to get in better shape, and need to lose weight to fit into my dress.I walked out of the shoot feeling like a Victoria’s Secret Model! I felt more comfortable with my body and myself than I ever have. I am a firm believer that everyone should have a boudoir shoot done for themselves at some point in their lives, and if you have the opportunity to do it with Jenny Taylor’s amazing staff, then I strongly urge you to do it here. The studio was inviting, comfortable, and safe feeling, with a private parking lot and a well-labeled entrance. Sandi did my hair and make-up and was also my photographer. It was so nice to have that time before to get to know each other and get comfortable. Sandi walked me through all of the make-up and hair decisions, and made me feel comfortable asking for any changes if needed (I didn’t, she did an amazing job). She talked me through poses, and always made sure I was comfortable during the shoot, and offered me a lot of sneak peeks and instruction, as well as a generous amount of positive feedback and praise.I felt so comfortable and confident during the whole shoot and it shows in these gorgeous pictures. Intending to only get an album made initially, I ended up walking out of there with an album and the digital versions of my entire collection. I’m so happy that I will get to have these to keep forever, and to surprise my future husband with on special occasions. Whether you are doing this for someone else or for yourself, it’s really an amazing experience. It’s life-changing to be able to see yourself the way your loved one sees you back.
I had my first (ever) boudoir session. After looking around at different companies I decided that Jenny would be the best and I’m super pleased to say that I was right! Jenny was awesome! The whole experience made me feel warm and cozy! You can really tell that she cares about our privacy and wants to show us how beautiful we each are!The whole process was super simple and they walked me through everything. They gave me their phone numbers so I could contact them whenever I needed. I literally had access to everyone in the palm of my hand, but there really was no need because the emails covered everything in full and as long as you read them you were set! The emails were so detailed and answered almost every question I could have asked.I was extremely nervous when I went in for my session. I have suffered with anxiety and depression for a long time and it has shattered my self worth, so I was nervous about how I was going to look and how everything was going to go. I was also excited, I have never done anything like this before and I want to work on my confidence issues and knew this was a great way to address them!First person you meet with is your make up artist, mine was named Megan. Megan and I clicked, she made me feel like I was important and she really cared. She listened to all of my banter and even gave me some great advice! She is truly a wonderful person! Not to mention she made me look and feel TRULY SEXY.Once all glammed up I met my photographer, Stephanie. She beyond helped me! She demonstrated each pose for me so I knew exactly what I was doing and would come over and lay things just right to make sure they were going to come out just right! She talked me through the whole thing and truly made me smile and laugh and have a great time!The viewing session is a couple weeks later and I can tell you my jaw dropped when I saw myself. I never thought I could look so good and confident, absolutely beautiful! I want to go back again and again to do these shoots! Honestly the best experience I’ve had in my life so far. My primary motivation for booking a session was to make a fun surprise wedding gift for my fiancé, but it turned out to be an incredibly valuable gift to myself as well. Having spent 5yrs in the Marine Corps and having a lot of natural muscle, I have struggled with my self-image at times, worrying that I am too built and that I don’t look feminine. From a body-image and self-esteem standpoint, experiencing the photo shoot and seeing the pictures in the viewing session was life changing. When I first heard about Jenny Taylor Boudoirs, it was 7 years ago and I was about to get married. I thought that a Boudoir shoot would be the perfect gift for my husband-to-be. Although I was nervous I remember feeling comfortable and in good hands. Jenny captured some amazing pictures of me as a “Bombshell.” Something I never viewed myself as. My husband and I love our photo book. It was an amazing experience and I am so glad I did it. Just yesterday I had my second Photoshoot with her company. This time I went with the “Glam” look and wore a sexy dress. I also got my hair and makeup styled by Nikki. No doubt when she turned the chair around to show me the finished product, did I look and feel fantastic. Although I am older now, Nikki made me feel just as beautiful and young as I was seven years ago. I also was photographed by Nikki. I can’t express how grateful I am that she is a trained professional all around and took the time to help me pose and perfect my placement so that my pictures will turn out great. I absolutely recommend Jenny Taylor Photography! They are the most professional staff I have come across by far. They are in constant contact with you from first inquiry to even after your shoot asking how everything went. It being my first time doing something like this I was nervous at first but Sandi made me feel super comfortable. Turns out she was doing everything with me-hair, make up and the photography! That made me even more comfortable! She was very encouraging throughout the entire shoot, complementing me and telling me how beautiful the pictures looked even raw and unedited. I even received a text right after the shoot from Jenny herself asking me how everything went. I wish I could give more stars because honestly 5 is not enough! I found out about Jenny Taylor through a family member who had Jenny do her wedding photos, then again came across her company again on Facebook! I have been an avid follower for years and have always wanted to do a shoot but never had the nerve, I didnt think I fit the part. Finally, after 2 kids and losing my groove, I wanted to do something special for myself and my husband. I went in not knowing WHAT to expect and having little confidence that I would be able to do it, but left feeling like a million bucks!! My makeup artist was SO sweet and she did an amazing job, I didnt even recognize myself! She made sure I looked exactly like I wanted to and even added a little extra cat eye when I requested it!! My photographer was incredible! She was so easy to work with and kept me laughing and having fun! She never let me feel like I was anything except perfect, even though Im sure I wasnt always! Both women were so beautiful it was a little intimidating walking in, but they made me feel so welcome! Im glad I decided to take the leap and do it, they made me feel (AND LOOK) beautiful and gave me a huge boost in confidence! I know I will recommend it to all of my friends! If you are thinking about doing it, DO IT FOR YOURSELF you will not regret it!!!
*Leaving this review on behalf of my wife*She ended up doing this for our 5y anniversary. This was a confidence builder for her, to allow her to see what I see (which is how she put it). They had a special going on which had the hair, makeup, shoot, and micro pics for 600$ which was like half price! Sounds like an awesome deal so she booked it. This is completely outside of her comfort zone which im sure is common with many women. The photographer did an amazing job with pictures and capturing beautiful angles and backdrops. She was extremely nice and professional.
I was lucky enough to have THE Jenny Taylor for my Jenny Taylor Boudoir shoot. Meeting her was great, it felt like we were already friends. Jenny was helpful with her recommendations before the shoot, and once we started everything was a breeze! She made me feel comfortable and confident, and knew all of the best poses for me. The pictures speak for themselves. Ive done a boudoir shoot from a Groupon and it turned out so bad that I never even gave the photos to my husband. Had a shoot today with Megan as my hair and make up artist, and Nikki as my photographer. Everything was great! they were very personable and professional.My hair and makeup was amazing! Megan asked me if I had any preferences, I didnt know what I was looking for, so she put her expertise to work and it looked great!!Nikki was so sweet and took her time showing me poses and explaining exactly what to do, but always making sure I was comfortable and doing what I wanted.They both made me feel comfortable from the beginning, helping me with whatever they could ❤Thank you ladies!I was on the fence about getting a photo shoot for a while, but I am so happy I did! My first thought and feeling of doing this photo shoot was I can’t and I’m not skinny enough or beautiful enough to do this. I am a mother of two, I got news I needed surgery, and I started loosing my baby weight. I picked up the phone and told my self, “why not?” I would never imagine myself doing this, but I needed to do something for myself and it’s a bonus that my husband gets the pictures after! I had all these thoughts and nerves until the second I was met at the door by my stylist and photographer. She talked me through everything, made me feel like I was just hanging out with a friend, and informed me of everything that would be going on through out the whole shoot. I’ve never felt more comfortable than I did that day! From the beginning of the day, to the last second I was there, I was always reminded I was beautiful and I can do this! Megan made me feel like I was a million dollars and because of my 5 star experience, I will be back! It’s crazy how one person can make all your nerves and thoughts disappear in the matter of seconds! If anyone is nervous or thinking you can’t do it or not comfortable, trust me you can! They make sure you are comfortable, safe, and treated the way you should be or better!
My photo shoot with Sandi was amazing. She not only made me look beautiful but she made me feel beautiful. She was so excited about the photos that I was excited too. I thought I was going to be nervous but instead I was relaxed and had a blast. It was one of the most empowering things I could have done for myself. I seriously think every woman should experience this once in their lifetime. All my insecurities were gone and I still feel amazing about myself. Jenny Taylor Photography is the absolute best place to go for a boudoir photo shoot. The all female staff makes you feel like you are with your best friends from the moment you make an appointment to even after you leave. All nervousness disappears once you walk in the door the day of your shoot and the makeup artist and stylist transform you into a bombshell! I was amazed at how comfortable I became once the photographs began because all you have to do is listen and you will have the most gorgeous pictures when you are done. Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography is absolutely AMAZING!!! They made me feel like a goddess. From the moment I stepped into the facility, I was constantly complimented on my makeup, hair, beauty, outfits, etc. It really made me feel special. As I was getting my makeup and hair done, the stylist made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves (since I was a little nervous). With it being my first time getting my hair and makeup done professionally, it was an excellent experience. When I looked in the mirror for the first time, I was amazed at how beautiful she had made me.During my photo shoot, both Nikki and Jenny made me feel completely comfortable, even though I was in lingerie. Their expertise on how to pose me let me know that my pictures were going to turn out amazing. When they showed me a few of the pictures on the camera, I was astonished that I could look sexy. Over the past few years, I have been struggling with my self-image. I never considered myself to be beautiful or sexy. However, this photo shoot really helped me gain confidence in myself, and helped me see how beautiful I am.I really enjoyed posing for both photographers, getting my hair and makeup done, and the overall experience. I cannot believe how fabulous how my pictures out, and I would love to do this again in the future!They are a very legit company; you do not have to worry about anything. I had a great experience with my shoot. Sandi did my hair, makeup, and photos - and also helped with the poses. I admit I was nervous since after having 2 kids, I wasn’t fully prebaby weight - I was a little self conscious but Sandi reassured me throughout the process. They also let you know before your photoshoot to make sure to pick lingerie/clothing that you are comfortable with since if you aren’t, it will reflect in photos. I was very aware of not to have a spray tan, etc. before the photos due to the natural light - this is so important to know beforehand and they advise you with everything you need to know.Sandi had music on the photoshoot and it definitely helps the energy! She made me feel comfortable and I felt great! After the shoot I met with Kelli for my photos viewing and she was great, too. She gave me suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to pick, etc.I would do it again and the company is great - and you don’t regret it! Beautiful photos and my husband loves my photos, and I do, too! It’s important if you’re doing this to make sure the company makes you feel safe and they did.
I was so nervous when I decided to click on the Jenny Taylor Boudoirs ad on Facebook. I mustered up the courage and did. Soon I got a text from Christine contacting me to set up a time to talk over the phone. When she did call me I was still shaking in my shoes, because it was Jenny Taylor whom I was talking to. Jenny made me feel so comfortable talking to her, like if we were long lost friends. I set up my photo shoot appointment. I received the Jenny Taylor Secrets email. That email was very helpful in picking my outfits. It had all the information you could ever need and some. When I arrived at the location, I was so nervous I wanted to turn around and go home. I then met my photographer Nikki. She was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed. She eased my nerves. Make up and hair were done. OMG. I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror. She made me feel so gorgeous during the photo shoot that I did not even realized how much time had gone by. I would say ladies... “Go for it!!!” It’s the best thing I have ever done. I give Jenny Taylor 5 stars. It was so easy to get into contact with her. She helped me with any questions that I had. She provided me with multiple documents too that would help me understand and know what to bring and do for the day. She made me feel good when I signed up for my shoot. By contacting Jenny, I recieved one of the most fun experiences I have had. I had Danielle and Nikki and they were both amazing and super friendly. Made me feel great about myself and made the whole shoot go smoothly. Danielle did my hair and makeup. I give her makeup application, eyelash application, Personality, and overall quality and the way she listened to my ideas a definite 5. Nikki was my photographer. I had a blast with my shoot. She made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous in the beginning but was super excited. She helped me with all poses and everything. Felt great after shoot. I had my first shoot almost 2 years ago, I always hoped to do another shoot but I didn’t know when that opportunity would come. Megan did my hair and makeup (which btw I haven’t had my makeup done in 10 years bc I’m so OCD about it) and when she turned me around, I instantly felt like a bombshell 💣. She is so easy to talk to and I instantly knew I was in good hands! Megan was also my photographer and I never thought I would feel so comfortable being in lingerie in front of someone I just met! She gave me the best direction from where to look, how to pose, how to smile, how to attach garter straps 😂. I literally didn’t have to think about anything but listening to her. I stumbled across a Facebook posting of Jenny Taylor Boudoirs a few months ago and thought it would be a great wedding gift idea for my hubby-to-be! I was a bit skeptical at first because a few people had told me that it was pricey to do a shoot. I backed away from the idea for that reason and kind of moved on. I then continued to see more Instagram and Facebook posts from Jenny Taylor and thought, why the heck not itll be fun! Boy was I right! I talked to Jenny herself over the phone who helped get me scheduled for my photo shoot. She was so sweet to me, patient while I asked her a ton of questions, and very detailed explaining the days activities to me. I arrived the morning of my shoot and met with Sandi who was WONDERFUL. She spent a lot of time making sure my make up and hair were perfect, constantly made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything.The photo shoot itself was so much fun. Talk about feeling empowered, confident, sexy and beautiful all at once. It is a very clean, cute, safe environment to be in and its 100% female staff makes you feel all the more at ease. My friend was actually the one contemplating doing a boudoir shoot and started talking to me about it. She showed me the Jenny Taylor website and I immediately fell in love with the idea. This is so not something I would do because I am very self conscious about my body but once I saw how beautiful all of the girls were, no matter what size, I knew that the Jenny Taylor team could do the same for me! After my first phone call with the consultant; she answered all of my questions and immediately made me feel more comfortable...especially with all of their efforts of privacy. The process was so easy and I was kept informed at all times of what to expect, what I needed to do to prepare, etc... Surprisingly I wasnt nervous at all walking in the door the day of my shoot, I was so excited I couldnt wait to get started! Sandi did my hair and make-up and we chatted the whole time, she was so much fun. I loved that she took the time to hear me out on my several reasons for wanting to do the shoot. Nikki then helped me get in to my outfit and I was never once uncomfortable being in my lingerie in front of someone I just met! It was just like hanging out with a girlfriend instead! I am the typical person who hates every photograph of themselves...I usually try to avoid having my picture taken because I know its just going to make me feel bad about myself. I knew that I wanted to give my fiancé a boudoir photo album on our wedding day; the challenging part was to pick the perfect company to do it. At least I thought it was the challenging part, but shortly into my research I found Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography to be the obvious choice. I LOVED that they have their own private studio, all-female staff, and they offer packages that include everything from the hair and makeup to the photo shoot to the album. Jenny Taylor really was a no-brainer for me.When I scheduled my session, I was provided with different options in packages and guided into picking the perfect one for me. I received my “Jenny’s Secrets” email the same day which included details of my package and the day as well as great tips on picking out outfits and accessories. I loved that Jenny provided her personal number to communicate directly with her. If I ever had any questions, Jenny was just a call or a text away and was always very prompt at replying. If Jenny ever needed to contact me, she would text first to make sure my fiancé was not around and it was ok to talk.The morning of my session, I was super excited, but a bit nervous. The nerves went away as soon as I walked in and was greeted by Leila. She was so friendly as she was doing my hair and makeup. We talked like we had been friends for years. She really put me at ease before my shoot started. When she was done and I saw my hair and makeup, I was blown away. It was perfect!!! I looked and felt absolutely beautiful!!! There are many words I can use to describe my experience with Jenny Taylor, but if I had to settle with one, I have to say it was EXCELLENT! I have never had more fun doing a photoshoot than I did that day.First off, Jenny is probably one of the nicest, sweetest person you could meet. She is bubbly and energetic. She treats you more like a friend than a client. She is thorough, punctual, and professional - all while maintaining a kind disposition. Her team is equally sweet and warm. Megan, who did my hair and make-up, was super friendly and is excellent at what she does. I told her what I wanted, and she delivered. I totally looked like a hollywood version of myself! I was stunned - and stunning!Her studio is the perfect venue! It had so much natural lighting that it literally makes you LUMINOUS! And it was January and foggy!! It was very appropriately decorated; the very kind of furniture you would want to have lingerie pictures taken on!I was a bit nervous coming in, but within seconds of meeting the staff, I felt very at ease. The shoot itself went very smoothly. Jenny knew just how to bring the bombshell in you. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable.I did a LOT of research before deciding on a boudoir photographer. I have always wanted to have a Boudoir Photo shoot done since 2004 but I didnt want to go to a male photographer. Finally in 2012, I started researching on Google for a female boudoir photography in Chicago and I saw a few listings. One of them was Jenny Taylor Photography. I compared prices and packages, as well as checked out their portfolio. I liked Jennys portfolio the best because her style is very classy and I have read that she was featured on The Knot Magazine. I love how she shoots women of all races, body shape, and sizes. Her clients looked beautiful after the make-over and I was excited at the thought of having my own boudoir photo shoot done one day. So, I sent an inquiry about the packages, prices, themes, location, etc and Jenny replied right away. She also called me up and we talked about what to expect. At that time, she only had the studio in Naperville, but that location is too far from me and their available schedule didnt work out with my work schedule. This year, I was excited to learn that they just opened up a new studio in Chicago. My girl friend and I attended their Facebook 10K Party last July and we were so happy to have the opportunity to finally meet Jenny and her team. We were able to see their album samples and what the different packages were like. We both booked our photo session on that day.On the day of my photo shoot, I was really, really nervous and freaking out. When I first drove up, my hands felt cold because I was excited yet nervous, and giddy because I cant believe Im doing this. Ive never worn my lingerie since I bought it last Valentines Day. My boyfriend hasnt seen it because weve only been dating for 3 months now. I just calmed myself down that everything will turn out beautiful. When Jenny and her team were ready for me, I came up and was greeted by Leila. She did my hair and make-up. Leila made me feel very comfortable by talking about things that were important to me. Ive had a glamour shot done years ago but nothing compared to this boudoir make-over. I would definitely do another photo shoot with Jenny probably when I get married one day. I decided a while ago that I was going to do a boudoir shoot as a present for my fiancé as a wedding gift. As it got closer to the shoot, I realized this was not only for him, but for myself as well. I was doing this to feel beautiful and confident about my body.I was feeling excited and nervous before my shoot. I walked in and was greeted by Nikki. She instantly made me feel comfortable. Booking a session with Jenny Taylor Photography was one of the best decisions because it was not only a gift for my husband, but a fun experience for myself. I was treated like a celebrity from the moment I walked in the door. They listened to all of my concerns and did an excellent job answering every question I might have. The professional makeup and hair was the best way to start out the session and they did an unbelievable job of transforming me into the bombshell they promise! Jenny and the other photographers are extremely professional and know exactly how to pose you in order to get the best shots. I completely forgot that I was wearing lingerie during the shoot because Jenny walks you through exactly what to do and makes the photo session as fun as possible! I do want to comment that everything with the shoot went so smooth. I was very apprehensive about the whole process as I am not a professional model. I think every women struggles to feel comfortable in their body at whatever state they are in or the age that they are. We all want to feel beautiful and sexy, especially for that certain someone in our lives. This experience was so comfortable and exciting from the moment I walked in the studio. Jade was there to greet me and she was so relaxed and pleasant. She went over her makeup ideas and what would work best for me. I was so excited to see my hair and make-up completed! Wow, what a transformation!! She is excellent and what that does to your self-esteem is amazing. Next was the actual photo shoot. Jenny you really have a gift as you are so genuine and made me feel so relaxed. You made it so simple with your instructions, I felt like I had been doing this for years and I was a pro. Then I saw the final pictures. They were beautiful and gorgeous and I couldnt believe that was ME. This was such an awesome time for me. I would highly recommend this to every women wanting to see how beautiful they really are. It was a very memorable experience and I LOVED every moment of it.

Both times that I have gone they made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and sexy. Megan made me look like a bombshell model. Megan took the time to find out what I was wearing to make sure I had the perfect make-up and hair style for my outfits. After looking in the mirror, all I could say was wow! Jenny is an amazing photographer, she knows the perfect angles to take pictures, no matter your size, you will be beautiful and amazed with your pictures :)I have been to two different studios, both have been extremely clean. She has her own studios, you are not in some creepy basement. She always has new items coming to make sure her studios are up to date and modern. You dont have to worry about someone seeing you from the outside, she keeps it very private. She shoots one person at time, that way no one will see you on the inside either. She also has an all female staff to make you feel comfortable.Jenny has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She does her best to contact you back as soon as possible. Jenny and Megan are both very friendly and keep conversations going to keep you from getting nervous. The fun music playing helps :)Every woman deserves to do this at least once in their life. I first thought of doing a boudior photo shoot after stumbling across it on Pinterest. It was sexy and fun, yet classy, and I knew this would make a perfect gift for my soon-to-be husband... I just had no idea where to start! I went online and looked locally, but the photographers I found didnt offer what I was looking for. I was about to give up until I found Jenny Taylor Photography.I absolutely loved what Jenny had to offer - the all female professional staff, the hair and make up package, the private studios, and the photographs she had taken - the girls looked absolutely amazing. I knew right away that this is where I needed to book my boudior session.I received a phone call almost immediately after contacting them. From that point on, the girls have been nothing short of wonderful. They were so helpful during the entire process - explaining every aspect, answering questions, and helping me figure out my options given my budget.The day of the shoot I was extremely anxious and excited, but from the moment I walked in I couldnt wait to get started. The hair and make up staff was so much fun. She was genuinely sweet, and really listened to what I wanted. When she finished I was absolutely shocked - I could not have been happier with how I looked!Jenny took over from there for our photo session, and I was really impressed by her as well. She seemed just as excited as I was to get started, and within minutes of meeting Jenny, I felt as if I had known her for years. First, off Jennys studio in the City is absolutely AMAZING! It is very inviting, and absolutely gorgeous. The Chic studio is adorned with her famous crystal chandelier, and the details are endless. The view is to DIE for, but I dont want to spoil everything, you will have to see for yourself!!The day started out with getting my hair and makeup done by Nikki. Her work is absolutely incredible, and if you have the opportunity for her to glam you up, I promise you will NOT be disappointed. When I finally had a chance to catch my reflection in the mirror, I almost didnt believe it was me.I was thrilled by how amazing I looked and felt!Jenny took the reigns from there. Honestly, we were more or less engaging in conversation and I hadnt even realized that the shoot had begun! She was great in giving me instructions and suggestions, and the entire shoot just flowed effortlessly together. Jenny is both extremely professional and fun at the same time. She made me feel very comfortable, and beautiful. She is GREAT at what she does!The experience itself was incredible, but the pictures that followed were STUNNING! I almost did not believe it was me. Jenny captured this beautiful part of myself that I never even knew existed. I am excited that I can treasure these pictures for the rest of my life. I was a little skeptical to move forward with a boudoir shoot as this is just uncharted territory as far as I’m concerned. I have only had a handful of friends that have had this done. The settings were not private and seemed amateur. I was looking for a professional company that had the expertise, took the extra time and care and made me feel at ease. I am so glad I chose Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography. The service I received and communications were stellar. I really did feel like a movie star with quality makeup and the care taken to pose me for the photos. While these may seem pricy you get what you pay for. I wanted quality and professionalism and that is exactly what I got! How often are able to give this kind of amazing sexy surprise to your husband!
I cant say enough good things about my first boudoir shoot. I did a lot of research before finding Jenny Taylor. Thank you Facebook. I was a little nervous walking into the studio the day of my shoot but those feelings all melted away as soon as I sat down in the makeup chair and was transformed into a confident and gorgeous version of myself that was hidden under all my self criticism and self doubt. Once my hair and makeup was done I was walking with my head held higher and ready to rock this shoot. I changed into my outfit and had a thought about what if they judge me but quickly shook that away and got started with the photographer. She made me feel so sexy and confident during the entire shoot. She helped me realize my inner bombshell and coaches me through the entire process. If you are having any doubts shake those off and set up your shoot now. 5 stars for the entire staff!!! I cant wait to schedule another shoot.
I am so impressed with the service at Jenny Taylor Boudoir. From the very first communication with Jenny’s assisitant I felt like a VIP client! Sandi, the photographer, was phenomenal and had the best personality and the stylist Renée was so sweet! I love the way my photos turned out and can’t wait to give them to my fiancé on our upcoming wedding day. I am already booked for an engagement shoot! 💕
From the beginning of our relationship we clicked right away. Jenny is one of the nicest, personable, best friends since grade school kind of person. We did our engagement pictures with her and they were fantastic, so I expected nothing less for the wedding. She was amazing. She came to the house early to make sure to get all the good shots; from my girls getting ready, to my dress before I put it on, to us leaving for the church in the trolley. From the time she stepped into the house I was at ease. She took care of everything! I didnt feel like there was some photographer there, it was like another one of my family members was there. She was there for every moment and even pictures that I wouldnt have even thought of. After all the beautiful pictures outside we headed to the ceremony. She was so good at letting me decide where I was comfortable and what I wanted to do. The heat was crazy and Jenny did such a great job of working with us and making sure we were still comfortable. After the beautiful ceremony we went to a local park and it was super fun!! Jenny was super willing to make sure that every picture we wanted to get, we got!! She kept checking the list I gave her to make sure every request I had was filled!! She was so involved in making sure they looked great without being pushy (which I loved!). At the reception, she was right there to make sure that ever picture was great and my entire lists of request fulfilled. I was so happy at the end of the night knowing everything I asked for was done! I didnt expect to be able to see any of the photos for a while since we took so many, but two days later she had a video already! You cant get any better than that!!!! She and her crew were fantastic and amazing! I wouldnt give her 5 starts I would give her 10!!!! I know that Jenny will be in my life forever because of the BEAUTIFUL work she does. I couldnt be any happier with my new FRIEND and would bet my life that everyone would love her as much as we do!!!

What an experience! I followed Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography on Facebook for years. I loved seeing the beautiful pictures and thought I would like to do it...someday. Years passed and I finally decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did, wish I did it sooner. Shout out to Jenny, Christine, Nikki and Stephanie!I chose to have pictures done for the first time as a surprise anniversary gift for my husband. The experience was exceptional. It was the BEST thing I have EVER done for myself! If you need more convincing... keep reading... AND THEN CALL JENNY!!!I first heard about Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography from my hair stylist/friend, Madison, who works for Jenny as a make up artist for weddings. Madison was always talking about how amazing Jenny is and what a talented photographer she is. She also said that the most special thing about Jenny is, just how absolutely sweet she is and how good she makes women feel about themselves. Madison also gushed about Jennys team, saying that she surrounds herself with a wonderfully fabulous group of girls. Madison(who has had her own boudoir session with Jenny Taylor Boudoir) encouraged me to do it, because she LOVED the experience... she told me that when she needs a little confidence boost, she looks through her album and it makes her feel so good about herself.I was convinced!!! I recently had my first ever boudoir session with Jenny. It was fun, exciting and above all else, EMPOWERING!!! For years, I have admired boudoir photos and wished that I could be the type of woman that was confident in myself to have them done. I have had four children within a seven year period and wasnt very secure about my body. I spent 14 years in a bad marriage, where I was made to feel unappealing, unattractive and unwanted. Having a boudoir photo session was never even on my radar. After ending my marriage, I met and fell in love with a wonderfully supportive man, who made me feel appealing, attractive and wanted. Even though I had regained so much of my self esteem (thanks to my new, fabulous man) there was always that nagging self doubt, that I had experienced for years, creeping back into my brain.I can say now, with utter certainty, that nagging self doubt has been eradicated... BY JENNY TAYLOR!!!The experience alone was such a confidence booster! I just saw my photos yesterday! I cant even put into words how much I loved them! They are simply AMAZING! I will be proud to show my four daughters these beautiful images and show them that EVERY woman should be proud and celebrate herself!!!When I first started to seriously considered doing this, I spent a lot of time looking at Jennys website. I was convinced that I would be self conscious being photographed by such a beautiful girl. That nagging self doubt tugged at me as I drove to my shoot. Is she going to judge my cellulite? I cannot say enough great things about Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography! I was a little skeptical at first because I have never done a shoot like this but decided to step out of my comfort zone.I went to the Naperville location and met with Sandi who did my hair, makeup and photography. She was AMAZING! I went in with an open mind and told her I have no preference on how my hair and make-up should be- I just let her do her thing and she did a great job. As soon as she turned me around I was in shock! I felt so beautiful and full of confidence. During the photo shoot she was very professional and made me very comfortable. I am viewing my photos in a few days and I cannot wait to see them!!The only downside to this company is they are pricey, but you get what you pay for! I was hoping for less expensive hardcover albums or cheaper rights to the pictures, but I am going to work with what I got.I got to view my pictures yesterday and WOW! I had to pick 16 from 90 something and they were all amazing. I ended up ordering the entire disc because I could not decide- the quality of the images is just amazing.I am very satisfied with the services and would HIGHLY recommend!!

Everything was professional from the minute I booked the appointment, the tips, the support in planning all top notch. Soon to be turning 39 and going through a divorce, I decided to do something just for myself and “brave” the experience of my first boudoir photography shoot; on the recommendation of a friend, I booked a session with Jenny Taylor Boudoir Photography. From the moment I walked in to Jenny Taylor’s studio in Naperville, I felt at ease, like “one of the girls” – not an outsider, or out of place, at all. It was very much akin to hanging out with friends at a slumber party as a kid, but on a much grander scale – getting my makeup done, listening to great music, chatting about life. Leila did a fantastic job with my makeup and was SO fun to spend time with while getting all glamorous! Jenny Taylor, herself, was my photographer, and she is fantastic at what she does. She knows how to set up beautiful shots, and I felt extremely comfortable working with her. I didn’t have to force a smile during my shoot; Jenny knew how to make me laugh, and the experience was so great that smiling came naturally. I thought I’d feel slightly mortified walking around in nothing but my lingerie in front of a virtual stranger, but somehow Jenny wasn’t a stranger, and I never have felt more comfortable in my own skin. I was very excited to do this for my fiance as a wedding gift, little did I know that this would be more of a gift for myself! I did my research on photographers and found everything I liked here. All their social media sites were personable, and a huge thing to me was that they didnt photoshop me to look like a barbie doll. They edit out the small imperfections to show how truly beautiful I am! Through out the whole experience i felt like I was their only client, no matter how many girls they were meeting with that day. While I was on my way there I just wasnt sure if I should be nervous, scared, excited or all of the above but once I walked in Nikki made me instantly feel like a bombshell. I was greeted by a huge smile and warm hug. The nerves just melted away. Having the perfect hair and makeup only added to it! Once I was in front of the camera I felt incredibly sexy and more beautiful than I ever have before. The girls here build you up and show you the beauty that was always in you. I would definitely recommend this to any woman for any reason. If I ever get the chance to do this again I will take it in a heartbeat!
Ive been following Jennys studio online for years, but was always too self-conscious to pull the trigger and book a session. I never felt confident enough in my own skin because of weight issues, self esteem issues, and mental abuse issues. I never felt deserving, or pretty enough. My self-esteem tanked at the end of 2019 when my then boyfriend cheated on me while I was on a Thanksgiving cruise with my family. He went back to his ex-girlfriend, and I was heart-broken and numb. He told me about it on Christmas Eve, right before boarding a plane to Florida to visit my family for Christmas. I cried for days, didnt eat for about 8 days, made Christmas pretty miserable for everyone, and upon returning home, all I could do to stay functional was to get back on the treadmill and start working out. Running made everything go away- I didnt think about Mike. All I thought about was making it to the next mile. I was sad for pretty much all of 2020 because Mike kept reaching out and I wasnt strong enough to cut ties. I still needed that bond for some reason. I got to a very, very low point in the summer, and in short, my girlfriends, who I affectionately refer to as the fiercest girl-gang on the southside of Chicago, essentially kept me sane! Well, that breakup was a blessing in disguise, because 1 year later, I lost 75 pounds, bought myself a Peloton bike, got a raise, and met an amazing man recently who treats me like a queen (ironically, his name is also Mike 😂, and that is truly his only downfall!) In fact, he knew I was so excited about my shoot, that when he came to pick me up for dinner later that night, he brought me flowers and said, when we talked after your shoot, you were so excited and said that everything was so perfect, so I just wanted to keep your day going as perfect as possible....I mean...really??? I didnt know that there were men like this out there because God knows I hadnt met one!! So, the timing of my shoot was exactly what I needed. I think the universe knew I needed it. Ive been through a rough divorce, other horrible boyfriends, bad experiences, etc., but nothing compared to the Mike situation. It broke me, but I rose up. My shoot reminded me that NO ONE can ever replace me, I am so worthy of everything good, and Mikes rejection was actually Gods redirection to finding myself. I felt like a brand new woman walking out of the studio yesterday. I felt like a version of me that I kind of knew existed, but had not met yet. I felt a level of confidence that I NEVER felt before. My spirit and energy is just so different now and I know it will show in my pictures, and I have a feeling Im probably going to cry when I see them. Ive come a long way, and this shoot was the BEST gift Ive ever given myself. Itll be the gift that keeps on giving and I cant thank Jenny Taylor Studio enough for helping me take my love for myself up another level. Nikki rocked my hair and makeup, and brought out a version of me that blew my own mind! She is a true genius at what she does. But her talent goes beyond making the outside of a woman look beautiful- she brings out your inner beauty because her energy is contagious! She didnt feel like Jennys staff member that was assigned to me- she felt like an old friend who I was catching up with while she did my hair-thats a rare connection to feel with a stranger. Her energy carries over into the shoot because I felt so comfortable, and Nikki captured my newfound confidence on film! Im beyond grateful that I can now add JTBP to my already fierce girl-gang! My gratitude for what you did for me goes beyond words, so all I can do is offer my sincerest thank you, and please keep doing what youre doing so other women can feel worthy and deserving of all things good. From the moment you express interest in a photography package to the booking, checking in before and after the shoot, and the entire experience is nothing but positivity and an exceptional group of women turning everyday women, like myself, into someone who gains confidence into feeling like I just might actually have more beauty than I let myself see. Everyone I have spoke to or worked directly with has been an absolute pleasure and treat you like youre important not just another dollar sign. When I first saw Jennys site I really wanted my wife to have her pictures taken. When I first brought it up to her she was skeptical. She saw Jennys site and saw the same great work that I saw and thought she would give it a try. She became more excited as the time got closer to her appointment and I couldnt wait. I remember her phone call afterwards saying how awesome it was and that I was just going to love it. And I sure did when I saw her album. I loved it. She wanted to do it again she loved it so much so she did another shoot with Jenny in CA. This time I had no clue about any of her outfits and this was all a surprise. Once she got back from her shoot we set up a meeting with Jenny to review the photos which worked out great because Jenny had her input and helped us decide which pictures to put in her album because I would of liked to of put all the pictures in the album. She looked amazing and I couldnt of been happier. I always thought my wife was sexy and Jenny really brought out her sexyness with these pictures. Jennys work is fantastic and you get what you pay for. When I got to meet Jenny to go over the pictures she was very friendly and professional I was glad to of found her. Im sure this will not be the last time we go to Jenny. We really love Jennys work and couldnt be happier. I wish we would of found her sooner. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.
I have to share my story on how AMAZING and surprisingly comfortable it was.. I was contemplating going for a year to do a Boudoir shoot for my self and my husband. I am very self conscious and was very nervous to go so I postponed it for a year.. I have wanted to do this forever but as I called around most studios wanted to meet up in hotels or random places. I did a lot of research when I came across Jenny Taylor, I made my appointment with Michelle, she took the time to carefully walk thru everything with me and it was like talking to someone I knew for years. I received several emails and texts from Jenny herself and the team with tips and guidance that helped me ALOT! any question I had they covered for me..the night before my shoot Jenny and Nikki texted and assured me it would be Great! I barely slept from being so nervous.The day of my shoot I arrived at the studio to be welcomed by Nikki, she was Like one of my friends very chill, very welcoming and very helpful. she made me feel at home. It was a comfortable feeling, from make-up, to hair, to the actual shoot, it went so smooth and easy,I saw a sneak peak on one photo and I go back in two weeks for my viewing and I am excited!I am a professional business owner, mom of 4 children and was happy to find such a classy, clean, friendly, comfortable studio!I am actually wanting to go back again, and thought I would never say that! I just had a baby a year ago and of course was going through the rut of not feeling sexy and getting used to my new tiger stripes and baby pudge that I havent managed to lose yet. When I was turned around from my hair and make up being done I was completely blown away! I couldnt believe I was the beautiful woman staring back at me in the mirror. The day only got better from putting on my lingerie and helped into poses that made me feel like the sexy goddess that I am. In my search for the best gift I could give my husband for his upcoming 50th birthday, I stumbled across Jenny Taylors website. I had been searching for a place to have boudoir photos done and preferred a one stop shop kind of deal.I was planning to use a friend of a friend, but he was male and I really did prefer a female. Secondly, he was not able to provide me with resources for hair and makeup. I looked at some groupon deals but they did not have the appeal that Jennys website had.I loved that it was an all-female staff and that everything was included so that I did not have to do my own research and find a makeup artist or hairdresser. After filling out my contact information, I was contacted shortly after by one of her team members to discuss the details. Most of the communication was via text and e-mail. I did speak to someone once who was able to answer the questions I had at the time and take my down payment.I had such a great experience with Jennys personal photographer, makeup artist, and hairdresser! She made me feel very comfortable and did not make me feel embarrassed or awkward…of course I personally felt that way, but I was half naked in front of a stranger trying to get my sexy face on…lol!Overall, my experience was an awesome one. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is the pricing of everything. I really wish it was not as expensive as it was, but I look at it this way. 5 stars for Jenny Taylor Boudoirs. This is something I would NEVER do for myself. I am the most un-photogenic, awkward, tomboy I know. NON OF THAT MATTERS. The minute you step in you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Her team is trained to an impressive level. They are extremely detail oriented and LISTEN TO YOU!!! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I will preface by saying that I rarely leave reviews on any platform but just the booking experience alone pushed me to incredible frustration and I wanted to make sure no other women ever felt the way I do right now. I found Jenny Taylor Boudoirs through a Google search and inquired right away. I received a text from someone named Christine to set up my phone consultation. Since I wanted to book right away, I asked about chatting on the phone ASAP. But she told me the soonest time they had available to talk with me was 3 days away, on a Saturday at 10am. I am a busy, working woman with a toddler. Finding quiet time on a Saturday is a near impossibility. But I set up the consult and set up my day’s schedule with my son so that I’d be able to take the call with no distractions. I received a confirmation text from Christine about our call at 10am on Saturday. 10am on Saturday came and went with no call. I texted Christine asking what was going on and she just responded with “oh. let me check.” And...crickets. A while later I get a text from Jenny on a different number. Telling me to watch a video and respond when I’ve watched it. I do so. She then says she’ll be calling me before noon. 12 noon comes and goes with no phone call. I text to ask when I can expect the call. Jenny responds and says she can call me between 3-5pm. I tell her 3:15 would be best because of how my family’s schedule was planned for the afternoon. She then responds saying she will only be able to call me at 5pm. I tell her I will be feeding my family dinner then and won’t be able to talk. I ask for the booking information via email since we’re having trouble connecting via phone call. She refuses and says they only do phone and in-studio consultations. After wasting an entire Saturday, I’ve decided to go with another company. Jenny Taylor made it very obvious she doesn’t want my business.BOTTOM LINE:Don’t even waste your time inquiring. They’ll make you feel like an unworthy peasant and that your life needs to be put on hold in order to book a session. There are other photographers in the area that create far superior art AND can make you feel like a powerful woman. Skip over Jenny’s predatory ads. It’s not worth the headache.
Most people do not take the time to write a review unless they are unhappy. Well buckle your garter belts because this is not one of those. I decided to surprise my husband for our twentieth wedding anniversary with this photo shoot. So I google Boudoirs in IL and hit the jackpot. I clicked on Jenny’s website and saw beautiful tasteful pictures. So since this was a surprise I wanted to communicate through text and phone calls. They worked with me so I could surprise my hubby. I was given a timeframe when someone would contact me and sure enough I received that call. It was Jenny herself. I was so surprised and honored that the owner of the company took time out of her busy day to speak with me. She explained the whole process and really made me feel at easy. Oh course I had a lot of questions after we spoke. Jenny and her staff took the time to make sure I really understood everything.So the day of the shoot I was so nervous and really scared what the heck was I thinking. I am not a young, lean woman with curves in the right places but I put on my big girl panties and went in for the shoot. I am a wife of 20 years, mother of a sixteen year old son and working two jobs but I got this right? I walked in and met with Sandi the awesome and wonderful person who made my day so special. She did my hair, makeup and photo shoot. I was blown away by her talent. Who was this person in the mirror. Oh not in a bad way of seeing myself but in I remember her from 20 plus years ago. Who doesn’t love to get dressed up and look great. Sandi did so much more she took the time to make me feel comfortable in my skin so when the camera starting clicking my mojo kicked in. She gave me a sneak peek of some of the shots and I was so overcome with joy, I just wanted to cry. They know how to make you look your best in every shot. I can’t wait for my husband to see these he is going to flip. This is something we will have for many years to come and I wanted to keep the MEOW in our marriage. I am sure he won’t be upset that I spent money this time. Hehe.So if you are thinking should I really do this the answer is heck yes. You will feel beautiful, empowered, excited and thrilled you decided to do this shoot. I have absolutely no regrets if anything I would do it again. So much fun and freeing for the soul.Five stars may be the highest rating on paperwork but my experience was over the moon and off the charts.Thank you Jenny, Sandi, Christine and your wonderful staff for your caring, respect, heartful hospitably each and every one of you showed me. I have been to this studio 2 times & have had the best experiences with both my photographers! My first time was with Nikki & my second time was with Megan. They were both so great to work with & my photo shoots turned out amazing! I highly recommend!
It’s my 4th time doing this & decided to try something new.Decided to go with Jenny Taylor as I believe they were the most persistent.My initial call was great, very friendly, enthusiastic and really lured me into going with this company for my shoot.Time up to the shoot was filled with text messages, email blasts and my Instagram feed being blown up with Jenny Taylor.A bit cultish if you ask me, all the women kept asking me:”did you talk to Jenny, Did Jenny email you?”Umm.. No, no she didn’t.She set up some time to talk to me but never follow through with a call.Why would it make a difference?Am paying for photos not to speak to the owner.She going to change my life?I just want photos!They make you fill in paperwork and disclaimers as if you are purchasing a home.Regardless if they rush you or not, READ IT!, ask questions, ask COSTS have them show you the end product and examples.It’s a big investment of almost $2,000 so make sure you do your research and not get disappointed like me.The women who did my make up and photos was extremely talented, she made the experience relaxed and fun.I didn’t appreciate the fact that there was a girl in there training who lacked a personality, had to stay in poses until she figured out how to use the camera.Please do your training on your own time, it takes away from the experience.Photos were taken and a week or so later we went in to view the photos.Great job on the color photos but the black and white had trail marks on them so looked like my head was in two places.All she said to stick with the color so we did.After we were in there for about 45 mins, we were told that we can choose a package of Usd 3,000.00 additional to what we already spent to own our photos and be able to print them out OR we can just stick with what we paid for, the “Thank you Micro files”.I decided that we spent enough on the photos and decided not to shell out anymore as there was already a hefty price tag for the shoot thinking the end result that I would receive would still be great.I mean, if it wasn’t why would you offer it??But as soon as I decided that and told the women, she quickly changed her attitude towards us.Didn’t walk us out from the meeting just said thanks and that was it.Told me we would receive the email link for the photos within 48 hrs.I had to reach out to the initial person that assisted me to inquire what was taking so long.Now here is where I have to laugh……Paying close to $2,000 I would hope that the these “Thank you Micro files” didn’t display your logo on the center of the pictures or even on my body.Have some tact when you are placing a logo as that really loses the thrill of the photo.I’m literally laying on a bed looking at your logo on my leg. SEXY!Turns out the logos are placed and as large as you see it on their website.I think you should worry a bit more about the customer experience and quality of the end product no matter what package you chose.Its like you are paying a hefty hefty price tag for someone to do your hair and make up and play photographer as if you don’t shell out that extra cash you will get subpar photos.And when I mean extra cash, spending up to $5,000 to have pictures taken of myself is extreme.It’s not that I want to be a model and need a portfolio, I just wanted to surprise my husband with something special of myself.After looking back at this entire experience I think it’s gross that you charge women that much money and when I complain about the placement of some of your logos you pass me around to 2 different people and tell me basically, it is what it is.For $5,000 we better can fly first class to a 5* all inclusive resort in the Caribbean and I will let my husband make pictures of me in bikini rather than funding Jenny’s trips.I have used a few different companies here and in Europe and have to say paid far far less and received a far far better product.Owned my photos and even they provided me with a beautiful photo album in some cases while paying way way less than I did here.
Lindsay and Megan were absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend Jenny Taylor to all women who are intrested in a session. I did for a milestone of turning 40 and I will definitely be back! I am totally recommending the studio to all of my girlfriends ♡

The Naperville Location: the only good thing was the make up artist and photographer but other than that the owner Jenny treats you like you are an inconvenience to her after you’ve had your photoshop and shelled out $4,000 for your pictures. If you’re able to get this kind of experience for cheaper I would recommend going elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this particular business to a friend.
Every lady needs to do this at least once! I was so nervous to do this and worried I would feel uncomfortable but I was SO wrong! From the second I walked in the door I felt important. My hair and makeup was amazing and still looked like me. Then comes the photos... Nikki made me feel beautiful throughout the whole thing and super comfortable! Really ladies do this!! One day I will do a second photo shoot for sure!
This was my first Jenny Taylor Boudoir experience an all i can say is WOW. I had an amazing time.The day of my shoot was my 30th Birthday an I recently had lost over 40lbs. I wanted to start my 30s looking an feeling my best. I had so many mixed feelings about going into this shoot. Once i walked in i felt comfortable an excited. Sandi did an amazing job on hair an makeup i was in shock that it was me when she turned me around. The makeup was just PERFECT . Once my hair was done I felt like a million dollars. I was still in shock that I could look like this. When it was time to change into my outfit I started to think OMG I cant do this but as soon as I was dressed an started to shoot Sandi made all my worrys go out the door. I couldnt believe how much fun an how easy it was. Some of the poses I was thinking there is no way this is going to look good ,boy was I WRONG. The poses turned out to b INCREDIBLE. Words do not describe how amazing this experience was. Thank you so much for making me start my 30s with a BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wanted to write this review to not only let Jenny know that her company is amazing and their customer service is impeccable from start to finish, but also to let other women know how amazing of an experience this was for me. This all started as a anniversary gift for my husband of 8 years, but it turned into more of a self esteem/confidence/ self-empowerment for me. I am a mother of 5 children and also a full time nurse, so my life consists of taking care of and giving myself and time to others (which by the way I wouldnt change for anything I love being a mom and also helping others), but I also fail to take care of myself and sometimes as women/moms we need to be reminded of this.I was watching a rerun of Steve Harvey Show and saw the episode about doing a boudoir shoot and the womens reaction to going thru this experience and it kind of sparked my interest. So I went online and typed in boudoir photographers near me and a lot of different photographers popped up. Going thru them it was definitely an interesting search, but when I came across Jenny Taylor boudoir photography website (If you havent seen the Steve Harvey episode it was actually Jenny Taylor who did that photo shoot for the woman) I was reassured because the photos in the galleries were classy and elegant and also that it was all women staff and all inclusive hair/makeup/etc.The day of my shoot I was nervous and somewhat anxious, all these thoughts went thru my head: Am I going to like my makeup (By the way I only wear makeup a couple times out the year), How is my posing going to look Im not a model, and all the other usual things us women like to nit pick about our bodies. When I arrived Nikki made me feel comfortable like we had known each other for years. When Nikki turned me around after hair and makeup was done I looked in the mirror and couldnt believe this breathtaking women looking back at me. I instantly felt like a model and thanks to Jenny Secrets I was able to find something that I felt good in and made me feel like well like Momma got her sexy back . I havent felt that sexy and empowered in a long time. Thank you to Nikki for making my day what it was you are an amazing woman and made my day unforgettable and to Jenny for providing this service to women. Your Company is one of a kind and I recommend all women try this at least once in their lifetime.
JUST DO IT! I was so nervous when i was looking into doing something like this, i totally over thought about it and was super scared! YOU are in great hands and i promise you its worth it. I thought this would something fun and different to do for my boyfriends birthday and it was all for him, its not. It was for me but is going to make one hell of a gift :) Still after a few days i feel amazing, feminine, beautiful in my own skin and Im so excited to see the finished product. The staff rocks, not only do they make you feel right at home, they make you feel like they genuinely care about you! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. So my girlfriend did her 2nd shoot this past week and it was amazing! The photographer, stephanie captured such beautiful, tasteful pictures. I agree with everyone else, Jenny is a very selfish person. For her its all about money, money, money. $5,000? Um no thanks, Ill go somewhere cheaper with better quality. You are a burden to her after shes done with your session.
Loved Stephanies energy my photos came out gorgeous, havent gotten them back yet but I went to go view them and it was hard to tell Jenny Taylor what pics to delete I WANTED THEM ALL lol, expensive but worth it

I had a doctors appointment and saw no parking spots at the doctors building. I was praising the Lord to see one spot available at the business next to the doctors office. I park and walk across the lot to the door of the doctors office. But I learn its just a side door so I walk to the front of the building, no door there. I walk to the back of the building. Yay! A door. And now there is a parking spot. I just cant physically walk back to my car to now park in front of the doctors door. My knees are just on fire with arthritis. I take more appointment and leave. My car is gone! I call the police. They said it was towed. The girl from the photo shop comes out, tells me it was towed, I have to call the tow company. Im crying because I thought someone stole my car, and now crying for the expense of a taxi and the tow company. I sit on the photo shops steps to call the Uber, but no, that is not allowed says the girl from the shop. Between the tow and Uber, $250 later I have my car. Again, praising God that ComEd and NiCore are willing the work with their customers on bill payment so I could get my car, so I can work and keep my job. I praise Jesus for this lesson of humility. Thank you, God. Now for that girl who had my car towed, I pray for only good things for you and your family, that you will be blessed with all that is good, so that you and your family will never have to face and fears, tears or anxiety. I am pray that you never have to know struggle or strife. I pray that your future is filled with the kind peaceof and happiness that only the Lord can provide

I felt amazing after my photo viewing session. There is one picture that is so fantastic I cant stop thinking about it. Whenever I am feeling nervous about a job interview or walking down the aisle, I am just going to think of this picture and know that I got this!

2022-01-24Jenny and her team are absolutely wonderful people. Having been very nervous coming into this experience, Jenny and her team made sure to take care of me so that I am fully aware and comfortable with the whole process by doing check ins before, during, and after the shoot. The studio sets and makeup/hair room are beautifully decorated and the studio itself was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The atmosphere is energetic but empowering, cozy, and warm just like all the ladies that helped me out getting ready and throughout the shoot itself. The photographer had a fun, creative and spontaneous vibe/attitude throughout the shoot. I left the shoot feeling confident, empowered, and beautiful. Overall, very positive experience that I would do again and even have recommend to the ladies in friend group and family.

2022-05-24I was looking for a photography place to celebrate my weight loss and doing something special for myself! I did a Google search and found Jenny Taylor! This place was a true blessing. For those women looking to feel better about themselves and confident, this is the place! Forgetting about the world and being celebrated is a must sometimes and that’s what I was able to do when I was here! Megan had my face looking picture perfect and Danielle knew exactly how to get my picture perfect self to come out! Next year I’m for sure doing this for my birthday yet again!

2022-02-20I was extremely nervous leading up to my session. I tried to talk myself out of it several times because I was uncomfortable with the way my body looked. I didn’t prep by fasting or juicing or anything like that in hopes of loosing a few inches before the big day. I am my worst critic.When I pulled up to the location, I felt so nauseous and my nerves were bad. Then I meet my stylist and she was also my photographer and I immediately felt at ease. Her energy, love and care for me was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and confident! She was my hype woman and my biggest cheerleader for the hours we were together.I left feeling like a new woman. A woman who was beautiful before walking into this session but didn’t see that beauty or felt beautiful until the session was over.Can’t believe I’ve wasted years doubting myself and being insecure about my body. I am my own kind of beautiful and I thank Jenny and Nikki for the amazing work they do. Not only the work they do with the photos, but the women empowerment work they do for everyday women. 2022-05-17I have done 2 shoots now with different photographers and hair/make-up artists. Both times pulling into the lot I was nervous. Let me tell you the second you open the door you hear upbeat music that helps calm the nervous and make it fun. Seeing my reveals gave me more confidence in myself. 2021-10-28If you are looking for your perfect boudoir experience Jenny Taylor Boudoirs is it!! Everything is handled by them so you don’t have to worry about scheduling, hair or makeup. Everyone was so attentive and I felt like my makeup artist really gave me a look she knew I would feel comfortable with. I felt beautiful and even never meeting my makeup artist or photographer before, they both made me feel completely comfortable. Meg my photographer was AMAZING!! She was so patient! She knew the exact poses to highlight my best features. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All around and would recommend to anyone in search of feeling more confident or surprising a loved one. 2021-11-23Jenny Taylor and her team were amazing to work with in such short time. I entered a raffle for fun and ended up being one of the lucky girls to win a photo shoot.With only a week to prep, Jenny called me and talked me through the details of the day. The follow up from Christine, her assistant, Nikki, make up, and Stephanie, photographer were amazing.Everyone made me feel so comfortable and confident in the very safe studio. I did not feel like I was “on display” while changing and getting adjusted in my outfit. Being able to talk to other women that are encouraging and positive made the difference!Butterflies at first but it all switched the minute I stepped in and talked to the lovely ladies. I highly recommend them for a gift to yourself or whomever! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all around!

2021-12-08My experience with Jenny Taylor Boudoirs:I was a previous client of Jenny Taylors Boudoirs back in 2013. I was a guest at her Naperville, IL studio. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Jenny Directly. So, when I was given the opportunity to work with Jennys team again, I jumped at the opportunity. There is a reason why Jenny Taylor Boudoirs is rated one of the top boudoir studios out there. She has an amazing staff and they are down-to-earth people like you and me. I can appreciate their understanding of women and recognizing the fact that we ALL have insecurities about ourselves that we wish we could change (At least for me). Prior to my second shoot, I knew I wanted to go out of my comfort zone. I looked at my photos taken in my last shoot from several years ago and the outfits I chose were safe. This time around I came in with a totally different mindset. I said to myself you are GOING to rock this momma! So, I walked in and I was instantly nervous! It happens! I was greeted by Nikki and she was very warm and welcoming. We went into hair/ makeup and she took the time to get to know me and my story.Once it was time to shoot, I was a little nervous about the fact that my outfits were two pieces instead of one. However, when I changed over, Nikki complimented me on how I looked, and I was able to walk into the studio with confidence. Throughout the entire shoot, I really felt like a rock star. 2022-03-17I’m currently in the midst of planning my wedding, and after I started scheduling my photographers and engagement shoot I came across boudoir - specifically Jenny Taylor! I immediately was so curious and so glad curiosity got me to book my first session. I was definitely a little nervous just because I wasn’t sure what to expect.. but the second I walked in, Nikki and Danielle were like the friends I hadn’t seen in years and were so welcoming. I truthfully can say I enjoyed it all, first two shots I personally felt super awkward but after that I acted as if I came straight from Victoria Secret! After my shoot I messaged my girlfriends telling them they need to book one, I said every woman should atleast once!

My body type has always made me internally self conscious and I was worried about having a negative experience; that could not have been further from the truth. Danielle and Megan are true gems that made my day flawless filled with endless smiles and leaving feeling more confident than ever. To any woman who has wanted to do this but has allowed self-doubts or nerves to take over, please do not listen to that voice. You are worth every bit of happiness and joy that this brings.
