Tried returning something I purchased online, Ahmed told me I could only exchange. Customer service is non existent.

When u walk into store worker look at u like u cant, afford shoes never have 10 or 11 only have small feet size

Its a shoe store. Look at what you like and order online at at least 25% markdown. And youll have a better return policy. The showroom is well kept and the associates were helpful.
Found a shoe I liked on clearance at a great price. They didnt have them in my size so the clerk ordered them to be shipped to my house for free. Cool.

Every time I come to Louis Joliet mall location, the staff here always have horrible attitudes and act as if they don’t want to help anyone. Never again
I bought some white converse and only wore them 4 times and they ripped out of nowhere. Im disappointed because I had just bought them and just wanted my money. Not coming back here again.

2018-05-14I love Finish Line, its a great shoe store. When you become a member you get rewards to use towards your purchase. Plus they have great sales, a few times a year or more. There is a end of season type of sale just starting and they have shoes marked down on sale and then another 25% off of the sale price. I usually walk out with a few pairs for the price of 1 expensive pair. Great store, I highly recommend it.

2022-01-20My first time visiting this place, it was very crowded which had anxiety on 1000. The workers were all over the place. Finally got help then he never came back. I ended up finding what I needed by myself. Prices are a little high but I would definitely go back when its not as crowded.

2021-12-08Nice place for trendy new kicks. Reasonably priced. They didnt have the size I needed but it was quick and easy to order what I needed from the store and have it shipped for FREE to the house.

2021-03-19Great selection and very helpful employees. We even got a couple good deals.EDIT AFTER JD RESPONSE: Not sure if this is a PR/Social Media team or the actual manager of the Joliet Mall location, but please make sure the manager knows that every employee was proactively helping customers and the store was packed.. Because they stayed open 30 minutes+ late, and did not rush ANYONE in the store. Never felt a bit uncomfortable. We didnt even realize the time, they were all so polite. Let someone know that that team is exemplary, please. Thanks for a fresh great new store and great people.

2021-07-23Don’t waste your time! The store has deteriorated into a wasteland of zero customer service, the staff is often in the back or just not attending to customers the selection has horrible since the previous manager Chris has left and even the product selection is worse now I don’t know who the management team is now (since they’re never on the floor) but they need a reboot fast. Will not be shopping at this location again unless I am desperate for an item. The other locations are much better.

2019-05-24My boys go through shoes quickly! Love the Winners Circle, it helps to save $ on their shoes! Their feet seem to be growing every month! We always return to Finish Line, they greet you right away and never keep you waiting. They are very helpful and will even order the shoes for you if the do not have your size in stock. Definitely our Go-To shoe store!!

2019-08-31They were super helpful! We needed to return something that didnt have tags or receipt and fortunately being a part of the VIP Club they were able to look up the transaction and do the return for us. If you buy something here, sign up for the VIP, its free! And the staff was super friendly.

2020-12-31The assistant mgr corrected an insult that I spewed ummaturely what made me feel worse is the shoes I specifically came for the young lady told me that what I saw idms what I could get walked away to help someone else Mgr was very attentive asked if he could help Insaid No she said... he said lets see if I can order them for you. I AM WAITING ON THE SHOES I WANTED. I appreciate his hustle. Ill be back for more.

2020-11-01I was calling to see if they had the shoes that i wanted. The employee that picked up the phone was so rude and i mean so rude. I asked him if they had had air jordan 1s and he told me They came out 2 years ago. That doesn’t tell me if you have them so I said do you have them and he told me what do you think they came out to years ago. so rude y’all need to get on him
