Brought my boyfriend in to cut his dead ends and layered, and the results were perfect to what he wanted. Anastasia made sure to tend to how much he wanted off and what he wanted in his curly hair. She took care of ALL his matting and hydrated his curls beautifully. He loves his new hair. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing a haircut! They will take care of you to the fullest extent.

I visited Rockford Illinois and visited the Cherryvale Mall, came into JCPenney looking to just get my hair trimmed but your stylist Jessica was able to help me quickly come up with a new style for the remainder of my trip and wow… I wish I could travel to Rockford just to have her do my hair again! Salon was immaculate, great products and incredible service. My stylist was truly one of a kind - between her sharing her talents and kindness during a strange time in my life, making me look and feel BRAND NEW, she made a major impression on me and I hope she sees this! I absolutely love the services that JCP Salon provides. My stylist Mario is amazing. My hair is beautiful, strong, and healthy. I even bumped up my services because all I want is him doing my hair regularly. The prices are perfect for my budget and that helps me to get those extras that I like. He is a hair curling, hair coloring genius. I love his sense of humor and the time he takes to get my hair just right. I always leave happy and satisfied with my hair. I have been a dedicated client to Haley!! Her knowledge and enjoyment of her work is definitely felt. I drive a hour and and a half just to get my hair done by her!! She always leaves me feeling refreshed and exactly how I want my hair!! She nails it every time! I would strongly suggest going to Haley for your hair style needs !

Anastasia was amazing. She helped turn my hair icy blonde and did a great trim. She genuinely listened to what I wanted and was very positive for my entire appointment. I would strongly recommend her not only for her great work but for her amazing work ethic. She recently started at JCP but had plenty of experience prior to joining the JCP team. If you like great work with someone with a positive attitude, Anastasia is your gal. I’ll definitely be booking with her from now on.

My stylist Amie, cut and styled my too long, out grown hair style into an easy to care for classy cut! She is very talented. She was willing to share her knowledge on hair products and her skills for hair care too so now I know how to make my hair look great everyday when I need to style it at home. Thanks Amie!

I normally come here to get my hair done Cristine does an amazing job. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair curled by Mario for a pageant a month before and stressed how important it was to me. I got there at 10 no one was there. I left them came back at 10:30 I think just the manager was there trying to get ahold of him. Then around 10:50 she told me she had no one to do my hair I was already an hour behind schedule. She also had no remorse or sympathy. I definitely will not trust a place this unprofessional from here on.

I have been there a few times, and had the best experience every time.Make sure you go and see Haley, She did An amazing job on my hair, and also did an amazing job on my grandmothers hair!I highly recommend! 10/10

This place has a sign on the store that it is optional to have a mask if vaccinated. This apparently does not apply to the salon. I was told I had to wear one or they couldnt cut my hair. This place just lost a customer for life. Very sad business decision. Please spend your money elsewhere.
