Excellent service and immediate as the name says.
Specifically talked with assistant over the phone about transferring health records from old doctors office to this one. conversation was clearly for kindergarten immunization and physical. When I arrived the waiting room was full and all people were clearly waaaay closer than 6 feet apart. no covid 19 questionnaire was given nor was anyone directed to wait outside. the exam rooms were more like a house than a doctors office and dirty child finger prints were visible on the walls. the doctor proceeded to give the exam all the while no-one is telling me they dont give vaccines there. I wouldnt have made the appointment had I known that vaccines cant be given along with the physical. I was told to go to the Mchenry health dept. Which vaccines are pushed all the way past december. Over all i would never pick that place for any of my kids pcp.
Arriving 1 hour before closing time (3:30 pm) and no one in. It was closed early. Unbelievable.
Excellent place and the best primary and immediate care service available in Illinois ! Highly recommended

2022-04-28Awesome doctor! She was recommended by a friend. I hadn’t been to a dr in so long and Dr Jabeen listened to my concerns and was so respectful. Very helpful! Her nurse Patty drew blood and it didn’t hurt at all. She sees you on time too! I highly recommend her.

2022-06-29This place is a jokeThe doctor is never available. When I went they did nothing I wasn’t already doingI had an emergency and asked to come in and they said the doctor wasn’t working at 9am on a TuesdayDo not come here!They just give you some pain relief and say come back in 2-3 weeks and see what changes.

2022-04-05She ( Dr Jabeen) is an awesome doctor, fantastic bedside manners, great staff, honest cares about her patients she spends time with patients and not rushing in and out of patient rooms. Very well respected physician .... I wish I could give her more stars

2021-09-06This facility is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, we were seen immediately, and had a thorough examination… in and out very quickly!! They were able to confirm insurance benefits on the spot, this will be our go to place in the future.

2019-02-13Im a little disappointed with this clinic considering Ive been going to them for 10 plus years now. I recently took my daughter also and they charged me a $10.00 late fee for a $4.26 amount that was due. Yes, I over looked it but I called several times and the clinic was not answering or close. Why doesnt a clinic of this caliber have a website set up to make payments online? Instead you would rather collect an amount which is ridiculous.

2021-09-27Well the staff was nice but after taking my son there they didn’t have the stain for his eye as he probably had a scratched cornea in a lot of pain, so they sent us home. Did nothing. So I would like my $50 copay back. How does an urgent care not have the necessary supplies to help with basic care?

2021-09-24This is a first class service, very professional staff and results with certificate of a PCR test in 15 minutes. I travel internationally and need a PCR test to get into some countries. This is a great way to get it done without having to wait in line at the drive-through at CVS or Walgreens, and hope you get your results within 24 hours. Highly recommend!
