Darren and the team are excellent to work with and go above and beyond to assist me in making the best decisions when it comes to my insurance needs. They are very, very quick to respond and, as I mentioned, their service level is exceptional.
We had the pleasure of working with Katie because she handles policies for my mother in law. Because of that experience we decided to move all of our vehicle and home policies to them. Pam and Katie are very efficient, professional etc. They provide great service, I highly recommend them.

Pam and Darren are always prompt, very accessible and informative. I have multiple homes and auto policies with them. Have been using them for over 5 years and are the best Insurance Broker out there in my opinion. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. No joke: funny story, I was at the DMV one Saturday Morning and needed proof of insurance to renew DL and Pam was there to help. One stop shop for all things insurance. Great team and great service.

2020-12-11Darren and Pam have both been great in our search for bundling home and auto insurance.. They were not only extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests, but also had our best interests at heart as they talked us through our coverages and quotes to make sure we fully understood all of our options. Darren will always review our policies at renewal to make sure we are getting the best cost. i had always insured with Allstate, State Farm etc. and my daughter talked me into seeing Darren. He has saved us a lot of money over the years. The companies he recommends are not cut rate and the quality of coverage and service are great. Talk to Darren and Pam , you wont regret it

2019-04-16I have worked with Pam on several occasions. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She looks out for my interests and gets the best plan available. When my renters insurance was getting ready to be up for renewal she researched other options for me and got me the best deal. I love working with her and highly recommend her to anyone for their insurance needs.

2018-09-03Darren and his team found me best auto and home policies (with low premiums) on multiple occasions. They offer excellent customer service. They know their customers and their needs well, i never had to ask them twice for any information or help. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

2020-03-18Both Katie and Darren were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was trying to insure a collector car on and off for the past year and getting nowhere with the big companies. From the correspondence with Katie on several phone calls to the personal phone call from Darren I felt like I was appreciated. We had a agreed value policy in under a week and it was less than I was paying with a big company. Thank you both for all the help.
