Been going to Innovative Orthodontist for years. So far, 4 family members have/had the pleasure of receiving their services including me (got Invisaligns in my 40s). Some braces, some Invisalign. Always great service. Always accommodating and return calls promptly. They treat each other and everyone like family. Lots of long term staff which is a great sign. Highly recommend!
After bidding on and winning a set of braces at a charity fundraiser through Dr. Ibrahims office, I was somewhat skeptical of receiving a great experience for my daughters braces since we were not paying the normal price. The exact opposite was true! We felt like Dr. Ibrahim and her staff bent over backwards to give us the total treatment, even when we required some additional straightening tools which added on to the cost. The process was completely smooth and the results my daughter received are excellent. We were also seen on time, appointments were over quickly and the waiting room is very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Buyer Beware!This is a bait and switch practice.My treatment was originally 18 months which ended up over 3 years. I was referred to this practice to see to see Dr Ibrahim for my treatment which I ended up seeing her maybe 3 times over the 3 years. (I have a family orthodontist I could have gone to as my fiancé went to him but she came highly recommended). Throughout my appointments I was continually treated like a child with my cheeks pinched calling me cutie when I would actually see her. I am an adult patient, I was never shown the respect of an adult. Each time at my visits I was never informed at the appointments what would transpire just hands in my mouth. Continually, I would hear the staff stumbling over my treatment needed. No notes were put into my chart so the staff never understood what my appointments were suppose to be each time. I would have to tell the staff, “no, you’re doing something you did last time”. I had multiple appointments that the staff would ask me why I was there and what I needed done after they are the ones who made my appointment. I had at least four appointments where I came in for an appointment or to pick up my trays and I wasn’t on their even schedule or they didn’t have what I was there to pick up. Each time I had the confirmation texts that were sent to me 24 hour before to which I confirmed only to show up and them tell me sorry go home. Who cares about my time or the hour car ride. After countless attempts during my treatment to reconcile my grievances with not only the managers (Angelis) and Dr I herself, with no notes ever noted, I finally got a short response from Dr Ibrahim breezing over me and telling me she is sorry for my feelings. I have emailed her twice since only to be ignored as I have asked for a refund due to my horrible experience.Unlike most other patients I paid in full before my treatment. So maybe because I wasn’t paying every time I came in I was pushed aside. Think before you commit, and pay with caution.
This office is an amazing practice. They set-up a virtual visit for my child as we currently can not go into the office due to COVID-19. Edmund called via face time and spoke to my son and reviewed protocols with him. It was a great way to connect and this office knows how to use technology to keep treating their patients. If you are looking for a high quality relationship with the most up to date technology to make your treatment quick and successful call them. My sons treatment was just under a year for braces, it cant get any better and his smile is amazing! Thank you IOC doctors and staff for creating a beautiful practice full of energy and hard work!
We had such an amazing positive experience with our first child so we knew there was no other option with our second, and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for our third. Lets start with the office, super clean and entertaining during wait times, which there really isnt much of. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and always pleasant no matter what kind of day theyre having. All of the equipment is top of the line, state of the art and most up to date, even visionary equipment there is. And the most important part, Dr. Ibrahim herself. She truly is the best of the best and a master of her trade. It means so much to my daughter to not start high school with braces and Dr. I was so sensitive to that, starting her invisalign treatment to keep her confidence. And I of course am comforted knowing that she is receiving the best care available. And to top it all off, she has the best bed side manner. If youre looking for an orthodontist, look no further, youve found her! Cant recommend her highly enough! Couldnt be happier with the care weve already received and know we will receive in the future!
Such an easy and pain-free appointment! Everything was seamless, and state of the art, with the friendliest touch. You walk in, and are greeted with a kid-friendly waiting room, knowledgeable staff and prompt receipt. We went for a consultation for my 10 year old son potentially getting braces. The staff was so kind, they took him to the back, and performed the exam. X-rays are not only simple, but so advanced! Dr. Ibrahims consultation was able to show us exactly what was happening in my sons mouth in laymens terms, and I loved that she spoke directly to him, not just me. He was engaged in the conversation, the decision, and ultimately, is responsible for his own oral hygiene, so that was very refreshing. Right then and there, they verified benefits, gave us an estimate and were able to decide on a treatment plan, AND he actually got his braces on SAME DAY! The Training Lead Edmund placed on his brackets, and he was so knowledgeable, patient, and quick! Everyone in the office made us feel confident, and like we were a part of their team. Were excited to see his results in a few short months, and well definitely be back for our other 2 finger suckers!

Almost 2 years ago we went to an orthodontist to seek advice for my son’s open bite and tongue thrust. At 9 years old, we were told that we should wait to see where his teeth grow into, and that he would likely need years of braces, possibly with head gear and combined with miofunctional therapy. We went to Dr. I for a second opinion, and she provided us with an amazing alternative, recommending proactive treatment with Invisalign beginning immediately. We were excited about the plan that she provided, with less obtrusive appliances, and shorter treatment time. My son embraced the aligners, and did a great job remembering to wear them and keeping his teeth clean. After just the first few months, the change in his mouth was amazing. A year later, we are thrilled with the treatment, the staff, and the results.
I have had 2 kids in Braces my older one has been braces free for 2 years . My second daughter is in phase 2 for her braces . We love Innovative Orthodontics we have been patients now for 4 years Dr. Ibrahim and her staff are soLoving and helpful . I have visited other Orthodontics but Dr.Ibrahim was by far the best and my kids love her and the staff.She explained in great detail what treatment needed to be done for both my girls , Innovative Orthodontics has won the Best Orthodontics 8 maybe 9 years in a row now . The staff at Innovative Orthodontic Centers is always kind and amazing and they have been great at accomodating our schedules around my sons school and sports. Dr. Ibrahim was great ith my son and he always felt comfortable with her. If there was ever a wire or bracket issue we were in the office in less than 24 hours. With his retainer checks and adjustments they are very efficient and its a quick in and out.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! I paid for a $1,200 expander for my 7 year old, which was defective and didnt work. After 6 months they took it out and refused to refund me. I refused to get a new one in her mouth as i do not trust their practices at this point. I will never go back there for any of my other children!Edit: I have already called the office and spoken to them. They promised me with a 1 1/2 minute voicemail that I would be refunded, then called me back 2 weeks later to state they would not be refunding me.
Dr. I was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and absolutely awesome throughout my treatment. Her and her staff make sure you leave the clinic smiling every time. They use state of the art technology and you sense that from day 1.I was 23 when I started my Invisalign treatment at Innovative Orthodontics. I visited at least 8 other clinics before deciding to go with her and Im very pleased with the decision and most importantly the results! If youre thinking about changing your smile, I highly recommend you schedule a consultation. She gives an honest and accurate opinion regarding what treatment option is best for you.P.S. Had an amazing experience with Dr Manal Ibrahim and her team!! Appointments are short and sweet, worked around my schedule. Always an informative apt, LOVE my results so so happy with how my teeth look was so self conscious and now cannot stop smiling. So happy with how they look and how easy it was. Let me start by saying that i live in the city and i drive to Innovative for my orthodontic appointments. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE. I’ve had a few consultations in the city and there is no comparison to this place. First, Vanessa was very friendly, relatable and explained the process very well. Then, i met Dr Ibrahim and i was completely sold. She was excited to meet me and seemed genuinely excited to help me achieve my end result. I can honest say i look forward to each appointment and watching my smile evolve. The assistant are knowledgeable, very friendly and always willing to help. There is no doubt that I’m in the right hands for my orthodontic treatment and if you are searching for treatment look no further.
My daughter has been a patient for just under 2 years and the service is just great. Everyone there is so nice. Had my first appointment here today and have to say this was the best dentist office I’ve ever been in. Everyone was so welcoming and although they were beyond busy I not once felt neglected or overlooked. From the staff taking my X-rays to the women explaining the process and even the doctor herself, all so wonderfully polite! I not once felt rushed. I am so excited to start my treatment. Great team!
This place needs to get its act together. Everyone raves about it. It’s too big and unorganized now. This morning, we were told that my child HAD to be there for a bottom new retainer check. It was $150 so I was under the impression that it would be checked for fit as they told my wife that they would be doing. Got my child up early and they simply handed me the bag. I asked about the retainer check and they looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talk about.
Always super professional and kind. My 2 sons (12 and 10) and I, all got braces within the same time ranges and were always accommodated and scheduled together as much as possible, whenever it was possible. Now, my boys are done and in retainers but Im still actively getting treatment though almost done. Edmund, who usually takes care of me is super easy and gentle with my overly sensitive teeth at all times. Dr. Ibraham and Dr. Jin are also simply fabulous plus the most down to earth doctors i ever met. I must say that this team is going to make me keep smiling for a long time to come.
Had several issues with office staff. Discussed their rude nature with Dr. Ibrahim and she was just as bad. My children hated going to the office and when we were done, we were glad to never return. Found another orthodontist for my other children and we are much happier.I would recommend finding another location for orthodontist services.Edited added 1-21-2020...Just now noticed the response to this review from the office 3 years ago. They stated they did not see any complaints in the file. I talked with the office staff several times including scheduling a visit just to talk to the doctor about the issues. If they have no notes in file, it shows they truly did not care because I spoke up numerous times about issues. I hope the office has improved in the past 3 years, but it shocks me that they say, we didnt have any notes. That means you just ignored everything I said including when I scheduled an appointment specifically to do nothing but discuss the issues with the doctor.
Dr. Ibrahim is an excellent doctor. As a physician myself, I sought out the BEST person for Invisalign treatment. I did seek out other options and met other orthodontists in the area-however, Dr. Ibrahim delivered an amazing smile to me in half the time others said it would take. In about 6-7 months, my teeth were perfect (and other doctors even told me traditional braces for a year were needed for my teeth). At first I was skeptical of Acceledent, but honestly that is THE reason I completed treatment in half the time. And it feels great on your teeth, like a daily massage. Dr. Ibrahim is kind and connected with her patients and treats each person so well. Even if I see her on the street in downtown Naperville, she remembers me and says hi! I would only go to her for Invaslign - after all my research - she is the most qualified provider who delivers great results with using Acceledent and innovative techniques.
We decided to go with Invisilign for both of our kids. Could not be happier with the results!! Happened to be in the middle of Covid and our son didn’t need to be in the office as much as if we had done braces. His smile looks amazing and the process has been smooth! Definitely recommend!
My daughter was very nervous about getting her expander, etc... The dental assistants are all very professional! They had her at ease. So thankful!My son actually started falling asleep getting his braces on. They were so gentle!Connie at the front desk is wonderful too!

I personally have been with them for years (due to my inability to comply with treatment) and coming from someone who has made more mistakes then I hope the person reading this review will, you wont regret your choice to sign up with the wonderful people at Innovative Orthodontics regardless of your age. Under the care of Dr. Manal Ibrahim and all of her wonderful assistants, you wont only get the most innovative (pun intended) treatment, but the people there will make your day better. They take the perception and stereotypes that come with going to the dentist for your kids, and maybe even you if youre an adult, go away. choose them! Theyre awesome!

The environment at the office is always very welcoming and relaxing over and above the expertise and professionalism of Dr. I and her staff. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative Orthodontic Center of Naperville. My son and I saw a different orthodontist last week and left feeling nervous and quite honestly uncomfortable with what we were told. I spent the days following googling all of the terms he used and procedures he recommended and all seemed a bit old fashioned and brutal. I needed another opinion and googled “innovative orthodontists near me” and there they were! Innovative Orthodontic Center of Naperville! I called immediately and was able to get in the next day! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. My son was not nervous at all and the treatment they recommended Made us totally comfortable. My son left with his top braces and will be getting the rest done in the coming weeks 😁. I highly recommend Orthdontic Center of Naperville, we could not be happier!!
I would highly recommend innovated orthodontic Center!!It seemed like I had everything under the sun.. open bite, cross bite, tongue thrust, crowding and more. I had so much going on that Dr.I made mention she will be using me as a case study for one of her presentations. I have always been told that the only way to correct everything, I would have to have my jaw broke and realigned. That was something I absolutely would not do. I went to both of the offices for my treatment Shorewood and Naperville. Dr.I and Dr.Gin worked together on my treatment plan and they were able to fix it all just by using Invisalign and rubber bands. My consultation was 10/2018 and today 06/20 ( would of been done sooner if it wasn’t for Covid) I have completed my treatment! I absolutely love my end results. I can not thank them enough. Dr. I, Dr. Gin and the staff made me feel like family. I will miss going into the office and seeing them.
I have been Dr. I s patient for almost 3 years for invisalign treatment. The office is great and all her supporting staff is awesome. They always try to work around your schedule and find an appointment for you. My teeth look great and Dr. I delivered all what she had promised. The only downside (if you have to look for one)- the practice is huge and Dr. has a LOT of patients and I mean A LOT. So she spends only a few minutes with you and if you dont ask her all the questions at once when she is at your chair, too bad for you. However, if you slow her down, she will answer all your concerns in the most polite and comprehensive way.Conclusion: I feel no regret in choosing her for my teeth reformation. EXCELLENT clinic!
At IOC they are very friendly, clean and well balanced staff. The plus to having ortho treatment during a pandemic, I am able to send my son up to the office by himself and I know he is well taken care of!! Previous to sending him up I get about 2 reminders to take the Covid questionnaire, and I know immediately when he is done, bc I am sent a text to reschedule and in seconds my son is walking out the IOC doors!!! Seamless process! Thank you IOC!!!
I have been waiting to find a perfect orthodontic treatment plan for years, and Innovative was undoubtedly the right place. Treatment has changed my face and smile. Very pleased with the results. Able to complete invisalign treatment in approximately one year. Staff and physicians alike are extremely friendly, supportive and enthusiastic.
I did a 9 month program of Invisalign treatment with acceledent and I am absolutely amazed with the results of my teeth! Dr. Ibrahim was amazing and her whole staff made the process so easy! Seriously a piece of cake and everyone should go to innovative Ortho centers if you are thinking of braces or Invisalign! You won’t regret it! I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Im 6 months into my ortho treatment with braces. I just found out today that if I wear my rubber bands as directed I may be able to get my braces off in 6 months! Connie is so sweet and Julie is my favorite technician. That would mean treatment for crooked teeth and my overbite in 1 year! They are kind, attentive, always remember my name and case, and best of all they are state of the art. I recommend spending the extra money on acceledent and custom wires. I paid around $6500 and I think its well worth it.
After extensive research and Invisalign consultations with different dentists, I chose Dr. Ibrahim. She is very energetic, has a can do attitude, and planned a personalized treatment plan that has given me definite results. I am half way through my Invisalign treatment and I am very surprised at the fast progress I made so far. Dr Ibrahim improvised and straightened my teeth without ANY extractions!!! Im a current Invisalign patient with Dr. Ibrahim. She was willing to listen to my concerns about my treatment plan and make adjustments. We met together to discuss my options and what was possible. She is passionate about orthodontics and shes working hard to help me have the best smile I can have.
Pay for all of your treatment upfront if you can! If you do sign an agreement, make sure that you keep a copy of the agreement!I just had a conversations with Christine in finance and this woman is very rude! This place was taking unauthorized payments from my account and when asked for a copy of the financial plan she refused to give it to me. Then... had the audacity to call me back and admit that I did not have those dates in place and made up some thing about a verbal agreement. Everything that has been don’t had been written now all of a sudden there is a verbal agreement? Lies. Also, she told me that she sees that my braces are coming off soon and it’s not going to happen. I said okay. Very very rude!!! I’m done with this place.
Getting the Invisalign braces for our daughter, from Dr. Ibrahim at Innovative Orthodontics was the best thing we ever did! When we started the process with my daughter, we decided she was getting regular braces, and we were not going to spend more money on the Invisalign. The one issue we did not think about was that our daughter has ADHD pretty bad. With Dr. Ibrahims help, knowing our daughter from appointments over the years, she helped us realize that the feeling of the braces in her mouth was something she was never going to be comfortable with. Because of the ADHD, this is something that would cause us a great amount of turmoil and frustration over the next couple of years. Against our will we decided to spend more and get the Invisalign for her. 1 year later she is all done with treatment, her teeth look beautiful, and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE!!! Thank You Dr. Ibrahim!
Dr. Ibrahim has been great! She was able to correct my severe spacing with Invisalign and Acceldent in only 6 months, no refinement needed! Previous to my consultation with her, another orthodontist quoted me 24 months! The staff at the Naperville office was always friendly and professional. I have no complaints!

Had a very thorough and great consultation for Invisalign. However the total just didnt fit in my budget. I also felt a little pressured to decide to go with them for treatment and I didnt like that too much. But that aside, its a great place if you can afford it!

She is extremely talented in her field and her obsession with perfection will land you the best results you could have ever imagined. My teeth/jaw have been a major issue in my life for the past 4 years. Within a 2 year period, I saw 3 surgeons who told me they would have to do surgery that may not work in the end, 3 orthodontists who told me this couldn’t be fixed orthodontically, and a physical therapist to try and relieve to pain with acupuncture/TMJ therapy. The pain continued to get worse, with no luck finding anyone who could actually help me. A little over a year ago, my mom told me that my cousin worked at an ortho center in downtown Naperville. I immediately contacted my cousin asking for her doctor’s information. I set up a consult for the following week with Dr. Manal Ibrahim. We sat in the consult room for over an hour talking about my case and what these doctors have told me the past 2 years. She looked at me and practically laughed. She looked me in the eyes and guaranteed me that she would fix my mouth. I was a little skeptical at first because she told me she would fix this mess with invisalign and rubber bands, while these other doctors were telling me my case was so bad that I would need jaw surgery. We agreed to trust her on her word, and go along with the process. I got scanned for invisalign that day, and began my treatment a few short weeks later. Not to sound dramatic, but it has been a year, and 1 month and Dr. I has changed my life forever. I am no longer in pain, and I can smile with confidence. If ANYONE needs work done, she is the lady to go too! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Dr. I & her wonderful staff for taking the best care of me! She is a true miracle worker!! 😃--
My experience with IOC was great! They were very professional, I made them aware of what was important to me and they made everything happen in my favor! Connie and Tina were a huge help when deciding which route to take far as which style of treatment and financing! Cant thank them enough! Also Angelos was great when putting on my braces although o cant chew my food right now lol, but I know its all part of the process! All in all I would highly recommend this office! Oh and cant forget Dr Ibrahim, she was great as well!

What a blessing each and every person is at Innovative! My son was altar serving at Easter Mass and fainted. Falling face forward onto the marble/stone floor of Saints Peter and Paul: He cut his chin open to the bone and his teeth and braces cut into his lip. We thought he’d lose some teeth but Dr. Manal Ibriam (who was in Mexico) answered her cell while we were on our way to the ER. She calmed me down as a mother, walked me through what to do in the emergency room. This is all on Easter Sunday. On Sunday evening Amelia the treatment coordinator from Dr. LaVacca’s office got in touch with us to let us know they were expecting our son Monday morning and everything would be ready to take care of him. At 7:45 On Monday morning , I received a call from a sweet Innovative employee that asked how my son was feeling and were looking forward to seeing him at 8:30. They removed a part of his braces, took X-rays of his teeth, which by an Easter Miracle was not broken! Dr. LaVacca moved the tooth back, they replaced the braces and he was finished by 10:30! They were FANTASTIC! I mean EVERYONE! The owners, the staff, the doctors and their employees! THANK YOU! Thank you, thank you! I have 4 boys, only my oldest goes here because of getting braces. My husband and I will move all of our boys over here as soon as possible! They are the best! I want my kids to have the best care and treatment. Thank you Innovative Orthodontics! Invisalign is the best!! Dr. Ibrahim is the best too!! Shes an expert on Ivisalign and she made my smile perfect. Not only that but she made it happen in a shorter amount of time than we had planned. I would highly recommend her and Innovative Orthodontics of Naperville for anyone thinking of having their smile fixed!!

Easy and relatively painless. Good results. Like many things in life, you just have to put in the time. With Invisalign, there are basically guaranteed results because of how it works (though nobody will say that). As long as you do what you are told.
I went into Innovative Orthodontics in Naperville for the first time last week. From the 1st phone call when I was making the FREE CONSULTATION appointment to walking through the door, I was nothing but pleased. Probably one of the most put together and professional offices I have EVER been to. Mind you I work in the medical field myself so I am usually the first one to critique an office and staff. They welcomed me, took my coat and offered me a coffee . The girls at the front desk walked me through all of my paperwork and it was quick and easy. I was then greeted in the matter of minutes by the case manager who then gave me a tour of the beautiful office and explained everything and every work station in detail. I was brought into her office and we discussed why I was there and what results I was trying to achieve. She was beyond informational and informative about everything they offer in the office as far as braces. Educated on what works best for certain problems. One of the Ortho assistants then came into the consultation room and took pictures of my teeth and then took me to have the panoramic x ray taken ( which no matter what I got to keep ) I then waited for Dr.Ibrahim and when she came in she greeted me with a bubbly attitude and was super sweet and kind. We went over what she thought would be best for me, waited for me to ask questions and that was that. Afterwards we went over what my INS covers and what the cost would be and they gave me 3 options of payments. All in al this place is pretty amazing and I am excited to go back and start with my treatment this Saturday. I have chosen the Invisaline with the acceladent treatment and cut my time in half from 15 months to just 7-8 months. I am super excited to get the smile back that I once had years ago and without having to get the old school metal braces. I recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated like they are family and not just a paycheck.
I was referred for invisalign treatment to correct my cross bite which was causing chronic headaches secondary due to bruxism. After almost 2 years of original treatment and refinement the amazing staff and Dr Ibrahim had made a significant difference in my quality of life. My jaw is noticeably straighter and I wake up with less headaches. As an office, they are always very friendly and timely. The facilities are top notch and I would recommend Dr Ibrahims practice anyone seeking invisalign treatment

Innovative orthodontics centers is AMAZING.Dr Ibrahims attention to detail is incredible.So incredible that after brining my two children to have braces, I deceived to get INVISAGLIN MY SELF.And I used this little vibratory called ACCELEDENT AND MY teeth moved in half the time. Everyone was extremely nice at first......before I made my deposit. I was told that they were in my insurance network, turns out only the head doctor is and not the doctor that saw me. When I called to cancel, less than 24hrs later. I was given the run around and a month later I still have not received a refund of my $995 deposit and I still am unable to speak with the head financial personnel. Last time I spoke to someone they told me the request was submitted and a month later all I can get is transfers to voicemail.Extremely disappointed.
5 star service. Always attentive and reactive to patient’s needs. Top notch operation, staff and equipment.Started with unsightly metal braces from another orthodontist but Invisalign (recommended and implemented for me here) was much more convenient, less painful, faster acting and more aesthetically pleasing. For a professional adult requiring teeth alignment, Innovative is a godsend.
Although Im not done with my time at Innovative Orthodontics, I am content with my time here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the facility is icy clean. I would definitely reccomend Innovative to anyone in need of dental care!

Dr. Ibrahim and her team completely fixed my teeth, which are now perfect. I travelled all the way from the north side of Chicago to Naperville, which was absolutely 100% worth it. I highly recommend this practice!
They broke my tooth and when I complained of sensitivity and pain along with showing the chunks of my tooth and the blood, they said my gum was bleeding from irritation and the pieces of tooth were just glue. They always made me wait a long time for my appointments to begin. They were very ungentle on my mouth (broken tooth and more). I would not recommend putting yourself through what I did.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. My son Michael loves his Ortho assistant Jamie. She is very good to him. Jamie makes him feel very comfortable on every visit.
I absolutely love this place. I finished my treatment about a month ago and I absolutely love my smile. The staff are literally the sweetest people youll meet and they are just as excited about your journey than you are.

Do NOT go here. Do not waste your money. There are better and less expensive offices that will give you great customer service. They claim that communication is one of the core values! What a joke. The worst billing and appointment staff in the universe. If I could give them less stars I would. I have been dealing with them since August. I have 2 insurances and they cannot seem to figure out how to process this.

This place is not worth it. Had come here to get braces and the appointment was an hour and I had to wait for ANOTHER HOUR just so I could find out the price. Even while getting them on, staff continuously leave the patient unattended and are careless with wiring and brackets. Staff is friendly, but the wait and pain wasnt worth it.

Im a DA at another location, and I went in with my friend and I noticed they were reusing itero sleeves for every person. THAT IS AGAINST OSHA and disgusting for reusing sleeves when it says on the box not to do that!

2022-02-17I highly recommend Dr Gin! I decided at the age of 54 to finally straighten my teeth. I was very nervous but Dr Gin answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with the decision to start Invisalign. I am completely done now and am so happy with my results. I thought they were great a couple of months ago but Dr Gin is a perfectionist and I am so happy she is! I get so many compliments on my smile now! All the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Chrissy who always made the extra effort to make me feel comfortable when I was nervous. Thanks to Dr Gin and all the staff!

2021-08-02I went here from the age of 7-17 and always had terrible experiences. The front desk assistants are great, and most other works were fantastic but the acually quality of care was terrible. When I got my braces off for the first time they over scraped my enamel and I was left in so much pain. They ruined my trust in dentist and my comfort around doctors from a vary young age. Can not recommend, I have many other friends and family who have had equally uncomfortable experiences with them. I have not gone to them in 3 years but I know two people who are currently going and still have bad experiences. Take my advice and really think hard before choosing this location. It might be for you but it definitely was not for me or my friends. Hopefully they will leave their own reviews soon with their own experiences but this was mine. Thanks for reading ♡

2021-01-19We were lucky to find this place three years ago for our family’s needs what comes in keeping beautiful smiles. The office is very inviting and comfortable for all ages. The staff is group of exceptional human beings with understanding, care, friendliness and absolute masters of their field. Staff never rush to answer questions and always kindly waiting for you to make your mind about the treatment. And if you decided to change something it is never a problem. My two daughters ages 8 and 11 love going to dentist or orthodontist appointments. We always feel welcome there and it is always a lovely experience!

2021-12-19They offer Invisalign or braces, for the same price. Go with braces, Invisalign here anyway, doesn’t produce the same results, and no matter how many times you tell them that your kids teeth don’t look as straight as they should be, they really don’t care. I’ve seen several kids that got braces here they have decently straight teeth. My son who went through the Invisalign process needs more intervention, and we’re getting them somewhere else, his teeth are nowhere near as straight as they should be. We are also leaving their dentistry practice, as customer service and appointment follow-through is really poor.

2020-12-20Innovative Orthodontic Centers provided me an exceptional experience. I had a very unique personal case and they handled it perfectly. After starting my Invisalign treatment, I accepted a position in Switzerland which I thought would complicate my 2 year treatment tremendously. I was pleased however with their level of communication, adaptability, and willingness to ship internationally to make sure I finished my treatment. I love the results, Im now waiting my final few trays and my retainer. I would certainly recommend them for any orthodontic needs. The staff is great, and Dr. I really knows her stuff.

2020-10-17Took both my son and daughter age 10 for a consultation for braces. I couldnt get over how beautiful the practice was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The kids were taken back for a full exam with the most current and innovative technology. When we met with Dr. Ibrahim she was so informative about each treatment my kids needed to have done to accomplish the perfect smile. The technology they have is futuristic and informative it allows them to identify any problems. I was so very impressed. My kids were so comfortable with their treatment at the practice they wanted their braces put on that day. We cant wait to see the finish product but have 100% confidence in their ability. 2021-07-26Im not the person to leave any reviews, but after my appointment with Michelle from the Naperville office, I feel the need to. I floss maybe twice a month. Needless to say, going to the dentist is always a painful experience. Through the entire appointment with Michelle I felt no pain. She was very precise in her attempts to avoid harming my gums while giving my gums the best clean Ive ever had. Thank You.
