We were so pleased with the design, signs and banners they created for our charity golf outing. Well be using Impressions Count for all of our upcoming fundraisers.
Impressions Count did a custom order of Wedding Thank you Notes for me and my husband. I worked with Randy, the owner, and he did a fantastic job. He did proofs for me so that the picture I was printing on the project was just right. The project was done in a timely manner and was exactly what we were looking for.10/10 would recommend to support this local business for all your printing needs!

Called in for a same day order, the staff was very polite and helpful! Received a notification when the prints were done and was treated great when I picked them up.Very positive experience and I will be coming back in the future for sure!
When I called Randy to let him know that my seniors Class of 2021 sign had blown away, he immediately offered to reprint one for us. When I went to pick it up, he wouldnt accept any payment because I had to wait for a few minutes for it to be ready. Impressions Count has quality products and are very responsive! I would highly recommend them for your printing needs.

I needed help printing for my eagle project and Randy and his team were very helpful. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and gave helpful tips for making signs and printing. The staff was very kind and knew what they were doing and went above and beyond.
This shop is open and working.They are effecient , hard working and deliver on time. Highly recommend. I got a book laminated. Great price. They do photo copies and banners for me also.. Been using for years and never had a problem
The owner and staff are really nice. They may not be quite as versatile as Office Max when it comes to on-demand printing, but the significantly more reasonable cost and environment make this shop my number one stop for all printing needs. This business also strives to help the community by supporting various projects.
HORRIBLE EXPERINCE WITH DAUGHTERS WEDDING INVITES!!! If you have a print job that’s important you you RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS and find another printer.They tell you One thing when you go in to ask about the job that you need done and then it takes forever to get that job.They act like you’re bothering them if you call to follow up on when you’re printing will be done. I paid extra for a raised lettering and you actually had to run your fingers over the printing to feel that it was raised you couldn’t tell just by sight. They also were supposed to print the address and name and addresses on the envelopes to be mailed and when I picked them up and they looked fine but after I mailed them people weren’t getting the invitations 2 to 3 weeks later. I finally got a hold of one and you could barely read the name and address the ink had faded off of the envelope. When I showed Randy the owner this he just said I can’t control what happens to the envelopes after it leaves my shop like I was going to sabotage my daughter‘s wedding after going to the expense! He blamed it on the post office he was unwilling to do anything to make it right and just kept denying any wrong doing by his shop. I had written a review shortly after this happened to me in In October 2017 but shockingly the review disappeared off of his site and the one I put on yelp. Again I just warn people not to use his services to be warned he won’t take any responsibility if something is not right and you will wait a long time for your order to be finished!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!I first went into the shop to have some small mailing-postcards and envelopes printed. It took over 4 weeks to complete!I submitted my order online and asked please let me know a quote and when my items can be expected to be completed. I did receive a quote but no time-frame, so I assumed I would refollow-up in a week. After trying to follow-up - 4 WEEKS LATER - I was told they were completed! Wow - long time for a simple black and white job - but thought maybe it was just a busy season, whatever. Price seemed ok-ish, so thought Id give another shot.Second time, I go back HUGE MISTAKE - I submitted my order which is for an event (as in it has a deadline when it needs to be mailed!) and 4 WEEKS LATER I am told me ORDER WAS LOST!!!!! And can I please re-submit everything, and they will bump it up yadda yadda. A week later (going on WEEK 6) still NO ORDER!!! The shop never offered any discount, or follow-up except once.My suggestion to the shop:GET ORGANIZED! As a business you are supposed to be a professional at your service/product - that means keeping track of orders, customer service, follow-up, etc. NONE of this was received.No wonder people choose to drive 10 miles out of the way to go a Staples or Office Max - at least they dont lose orders!!!! Unless you have time to WASTE, and essentially dont care if your order doesnt get done ever - DO NOT GO HERE!I would like to say that I gave this shop multiple opportunities to rectify their actions (or lack of) prior to posting this! I prefer to use small business shops whenever possible because I like to support families and my local community - however, now I can understand why so many small business fold, and especially during the recent economic issues customers cannot afford to have their TIME WASTED! This is exactly what happened to me!

2022-05-21They are the ONLY OPEN PERFECT PRINT SHOP, even on Saturday. Randy is great to work with. They do apparel, printing clothing, signs, vehicles, promotional items. In business for 36 years! A real gem hidden in Antioch! Worth the drive

2022-03-30Our dog got lost on Friday, I called Impressions Count (in a panic) as soon as they opened Saturday morning to have “Lost Dog” signs made. In just over an hour, Randy had 200 made for me!! GREAT QUALITY, different sizes and some waterproof! Randy was so polite and helped calmed my nerves.Over the next 3 days, I received multiple calls regarding sightings of my dog. They ALL said they called because they saw the signs we put out.After 3 days, our furry family member was FOUND and is now home safe and sound!!! I cannot express my gratitude to Randy and his staff. Because of his wonderfully made signs, and SUPER QUICK SERVICE my dog is now back home. Forever grateful.I also found out later Walgreens would have charged more than double for signs and the quality would have been terrible!Thank you Impressions Count!!

2022-02-07I stopped in the store last minute the day before Christmas Eve to see if I could have a shirt made for my dad. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and they quickly drew it up for me & had it printed! I was so pleasantly surprised that they had it ready to go within 2 hours! The customer service was top notch and all of the employees were so kind and attentive! I will recommend this printing shop to everyone! My dad LOVED the shirt & even though it was just a gag gift, my dad has been wearing it non stop because he loves it so much! The printing was amazing quality & he will be able to wear this shirt for years! Thank you for helping me give the best gift for the best Grandpaw!

2022-07-28My last 2 orders werent done when Randy (owner) said they would be. I would like to keep my business local, so I gave it a third try. I sent camera ready files in the format Randy (owner) requested with cut lines to be quoted on June 27th and despite 2 visits June 27th and July 7th and a separate email on July 7th and a separate phone call, they have entirely forgotten to even quote the job. Unprofessional and disorganized. I have no choice but to go elsewhere. To save yourself disappointment, and if you want the work to be done in any sort of timely fashion, you might want to do the same.

2022-07-30You told me you would call me when my sign was ready I never received a call . Said it would be ready by Thursday. I personally saw you outside an you never said my sign was ready. I went in Friday you were closed before hours an then never opened on Saturday for me to get my sign. Or contacted me in any way. I addressed my sign needed to be ready by Sunday an you said no problem at all. I would like a full refund for the sign . I paid over 80$ for something I never received. Or was made in the time restrictions we went over ..

2022-06-01I sent a PDF invitation provided to me from Etsy and they were able to print and cut each invitation for me. Really appreciated the extra step they took. I will be coming here for all my printing needs!
