I am so pleased with my decision to take the dental assisting course here. The most valuable aspect I would acknowledge is how caring and vibrant the instructors are! Lectures in the morning are so informational and full of detail. With side tips and tricks from the real world of dentistry. The second half of the day is hands on practical work in a real clinical setting. Later on in the course, you will have real experience with the dentist, operating on patients.The staff members pay individual attention on each student. You will learn so much and leave feeling comfortable getting a job as an assistant. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in dental assistant and orthodontics career, you will not be disappointed
Im so glad that I picked this place for my dental assistant training! I learned so much within the 10 weeks that I attended this program. Once a week we would have lecture in the mornings and then clinical in the afternoon where everything was hands on. We were able to practice on each other and even on actual patients while assisting the dentist or orthodontics. You are given lots of opportunity to practice! I definitely think this is a place that people should consider!
Great program and very hands on. I took the dental and orthodontist assistant programs at the same time and I liked the fact that they get you ready for the work force. Awesome instructors and very knowledgeable. I recommend this program for those who are trying to do a career change. :)
My experience as student with Illinois Dental Careers. Was remarkable for sure . I really appreciate the guidance from JOHANNA great teacher and expert of what she is doing . Took the Dental Assisting program as well as the Ortho Assisting program and I have to say they are the best classes ever. I learned so much and the clinical time spend was great! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in the field!
I would like to express my gratitude solely to “illinoisdentalcareers”. It was wonderful experience I had and I enjoyed it a lot at illinois dental careers. It was so good to be able to develop my skills without feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Students who are planning to study the Dental Assisting and Orthodontic Assisting then this is one of the best place for learning.
I really love the orthodontic course, the instructor is really good at making sure that all of our questions are answered and its very hands on which makes learning so much easier.
I took the Ortho prpgram here and Melisa was a great instructor, what we needed to know to pass and do well in the field was provided. Very pleased with the program and would recommend.
Yaroslav is awesome. I went to his school for dental assisting in 2016 and for Othodontic Assisting in 2017. I am both licensed to this course because of his thorough teaching to each students and making sure every students will get full attention and training so we can apply it well to our job. I am very thankful that I went to his dental assisting school and classes coz shes awesome.. Even if Im in Chicago area now..I always refer my friends from Chicago and other areas to see his for taking courses or just refresher course.. Thanks Yaroslav and his team for everything.. I have a great career now that I can be proud of!!! A+++

The orthodontic program that Melisa is teaching is worth taking! She makes learning fun and not stressful. I recommend taking it, you won’t regret it.

Theres low practice and for short class time and they dont have a real dentist doctor as instructor to explain with more details for the first day of school using only reading papers !!!!??

2022-03-12I just finished the orthodontic assistant program taught by Roxanne and Jessica. I’m extremely satisfied with everything. The instructors were nice, helped and took the time to explain all the information. I love that most of the class is hands on which made the learning experience way easier. I’d recommend taking this course to anyone interested working in the dental field.

2020-10-24I found the program to be challenging but the teachers were very helpful and patient answering any of my questions, whether it was in class or through email, they always were willing to take the time to explain things very clearly. They also love to quiz you throughout the class, which I think was very helpful to keep things fresh in my mind. For someone who basically had no knowledge of orthodontics, I believe that I am now equipped with the knowledge and hands on practice to start working on an office. I do think that the course could be stretched out a few more weeks so we have even more hands on experience but overall a great class.

2020-10-24I took the class with Roxanne and Heba. I enjoyed it every Saturday. They had the patients for their students and were very informative while making the class fun. I highly recommend this class! There’s no age limit. I love how they gave us their personal experience assisting as well because it prepared us for the future events. Everyone can attend this class and master orthodontic assisting! I am so happy I joined. You won’t regret it!!

2021-03-05I just finished both programs here and I’m honestly really satisfied with everything the teachers were nice and really helped and explain all the information. I love that they have lots of hands on it made learning a lot easier and gave you good experience. Would recommend going here if you want to be in the dental field!

2019-12-04I just want to share that I took both the dental and orthodontic classes and both teachers are very nice and helpful. They do a great job teaching hands on. Also the lectures are very easy to understand and easy to study. Joanna goes beyond her duties as an instructor with helping you with your resume to find a job in this field.

2019-10-26Im taking the orthodontic assisting class and so far Im happy with my decision. The instructor is very friendly and helpful. She answers all of our questions. Very hands on course which makes me confident in finding employment afterwards.
