Have had brakes worked on numerous times, without ever really fixing the problem. Transmission is clearly failing but since the codes they need arent showing, Im driving an unsafe vehicle untill it fails enough for them to read
We love our new vehicle, the Nissan Armada!!! Eric, Andy, Wes and the entire Illini Nissan team were excellent to work with and made our car buying experience a pleasurable one. I would recommend them for your car buying needs for sure!
Not only do I feel I got a fair value for the work the work was done exceptionally well. I didnt realize how much the work needed to be done until it was, and greatly appreciate everything. I feel everything recommended was necessary. I was also beyond thrilled with the efforts to make sure my financing was correct even though Illini Nissan was not at all at fault for the situation. While I would have preferred to not involve them, the far far exceeded my expectations and won my loyalty as long as I am in the area.
Eric Graham was my car salesman and has helped me with over the last 3 years. He has been amazing, honest, and upstanding. I always enjoy my time at Nissan.
Zach, the salesman listened to what I was looking for. He found the exact color inside and out, with more amenities then I expected.My schedule changed the day i said i would pick up the car. The finance person stayed passed the closing time and made sure I understood all aspects of the purchase.Great experience.
I was charged for an oil change that was supposed to be complementary. The rep was talking to me at the time of visiting the cashier and I didn’t even realize I was being charged. I called within an hour of realizing this and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I will never bring my car to this location again**update**After my review, I was contacted by the General Manager of the location and was able to get my next oil change free of charge. I have since returned and this is now the only place I go to for my oil changes. I will say though, the people at the counter when you first walk in aren’t very welcoming. I wasn’t greeted and was completely ignored by two employees for about 2-3 minutes at my scheduled appointment time. That is why I give 4/5 stars.
I typically never write reviews however my experiences I felt as though needed to be shared. I was employed with Illini Nissan for roughly 5 months. During this time I faced a lot of life challenges in which lead to me leaving the position. However I will say it time in time again, Illini Nissan has THE BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. The entire time I was there, any challenge I faced, they were there to support me. They are simply some of the most understanding people I think you will ever meet in a workplace. They care about their employees, and it clearly shows time and time again. I would highly recommend this job to anybody. It’s hard to find employers who still care about their people. But this place goes above and beyond to show their employees how much they care about them.Thank you Illini Nissan for my employment, my next vehicle purchase will only be coming from you guys!
Although the service I have received at Illini Nissan is top notch, I was very disappointed by most of the employees not wearing masks. There have never been as many cases of COVID in Champaign County as there are presently and this display of total disregard for the safety of their customers, in my opinion, is disrespectful and clearly dangerous. I do understand that everyone has a right to their own opinions, but I do believe the management of Illini Nissan should require their employees to wear masks when interacting with customers.
Battery died and called to see if I could get my truck serviced. They were on the verge of closing but made time to put a new battery in and get me back on the road.

I had an unfortunate situation, and all the employees at Illini helped turn my day around and assisted me in purchasing a car that suited my wants and needs in a vehicle. They were kind, professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the help from Gary, Kim, and especially Eric. Eric and Kim even followed up with me to ensure I made it to my destination okay and to see if I had any questions regarding my new car. Great Nissan and great people working there!

2022-03-10Gary started out great with the replacement of my Leaf battery. After wards he and the Service Manager, Mr. Weaver, did not return the messages left for them. I had to call them back in order to get an answer for why the new battery was not holding a charge. As it turned out, I was able to find better answers to my questions online. I was also disappointed that the car was returned to me with the low tire pressure light on, and a large black, tar like line down the drivers side of the car. I asked for the Nissan cameras to be reviewed, with no reply from the dealership. Gary told me that they could not take responsibility for the black line- Even though it sat on their lot, under their watch, for about two weeks. They would not do any detailing on it to try and remove it, unless I would pay for it to be done. Over all a disappointing experience.

2022-07-17We had our Nissan Rogue break down in the middle of a trip. Illini Nissan actually had a rental car so we could continue on our trip. They did a great job communicating with us about the issues with our car and were very helpful! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

2022-05-31Cars are hard to find these days and I was happy that Illini Nissan worked with me even though I was out of state and was flexible with their schedule as I arrived later than expected. I really appreciated the time they took after the purchase was done to go over all the features of the car with me.

2022-03-31Everything went smooth and quick. I have had nothing but good experiences with buying and servicing vehicles here. This recent time I found a small scratch on my car that I am certain was not there prior to my service, but I have no proof that it happened there.

2022-06-10I did not end up buying a car, I instead chose to keep my current one, but Efrem was a great salesman. He was super nice and worked really hard to understand my wants and needs and was overall a great guy.
