Gity and the staff at iBeauty are AMAZING! They have been very informative about every procedure I have done and have offered so much additional skin care advice. They are always willing to answer any question I have even when un-related to the service I am getting. They truly care about their clients and want to ensure the results are to satisfaction. They are also are very flexible when making appointments. I have a very demanding work schedule and they have always worked around it and been able to get me in on a day/time that works best for me. I have been going there for nearly two years and highly recommend!
I don’t usually post a review when I see minor issues with a service. But ibeauty clinic was not one of those instances fot sure! It was a disappointing experience! I just wanted hair removal on my ears. They had a discounted package as they call it so! Service? Not satisfying at all! You can’t simplify sell a car with a discount and say in paper we are not sure if this is gonna move! Although I missed a session the quality of service for the first 2 was just disappointing. And the time interval between sessions were forever!NOT recommended or just go at your own risk!!🤦♂️😬😤
Great IPL photofacial experience (I went for severe redness on my face). I found this place on Groupon but have already recommended it to friends and plan on going back for another session. I had a prior traumatizing experience with an IPL session in another clinic (outside of Chicago) but I was willing to try again, and am so happy I did! Gity at iBeauty was patient and thorough in her process. She did an excellent job and I am very happy with my results, especially combined with the brightening serum I purchased from the clinic. I am so happy with my results from this treatment combination!
I had an overall great experience here. The ladies at the front desk and the lady who did my facial were all very friendly and helpful. I have very sensitive skin so I was hesitant to do a Microderm but Im so pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming back here for more services!
Received a dermaplaning facial with peel and it made my skin feel amazing. She also suggested a type of laser for my skin to get rid of hyperpgimentation. Service was quick and painless. I just gave 4 stars because it wasnt exactly relaxing. I know that this isnt a spa but maybe a little soothing sounds or warming blanket would make it more relaxing. The service was excellent tho
Gity was great! She reminded me of my mom — tough, but kind. She’s someone you know is trying to help you get your best skin.I’ll be back in a month to continue my treatments with her!
I went iBeauty Clinic for my Laser hair Removal couple of times. I love the ambience over there. Every time I have been there I am always welcomed with sweet aroma and soothing music .Staffs are very friendly and I get good service every time. I have had three laser treatments in my lower legs and forearms and I can already see significant hair loss.I think I got lucky that I found this place.I will go there for other beauty treatments in future for sure.
Wonderful experience! I have been getting chemical peels here over the past year and have seen great results! I had bad acne from medication that deeply affected my confidence and since receiving chemical peels my condition has completely changed. The prices are very reasonable as well, other places ive gone to for chemical peels had charged me double for the same service. I would definitely recommend this place.
Super friendly, I found them originally through a Groupon deal. I dont know how I settled on iBeauty clinic because there are so many fricken laser hair removal deals to chose from, but im glad i did! I ended up buying their normal priced laser packaged for a lot of other areas after my first visit. Super clean, friendly, and feels super safe and un-sketchy. I would recommend to my friends and fam.
I originally found iBeauty via a Groupon, but have been a loyal customer long after that deal. The facility is quite calming and nice. I have had laser treatments, photofacials & chemical peels - all are fantastic. I also swear by their face cream products!!! I would highly recommend iBeauty to any of my friends! Bravo
Ashley is beyond fantastic the facility is pretty hard to find if youre not familiar with the area but if your a cubs fan as I am you can find it. I normally never do reviews however their clientele is small and people need to know how great this place is. They do more than just facial treatments they also do laser hair removal amongst other things. The only problem I think I have is that they hardly ever answer their phones and never check their messages but the facility is neat, clean, and the staff is very sophisticated.
I appreciated the explanation in differentiation of products. The esthetician that took care of me was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease for my first Jeavau/Botox type of service. I already reccomended your establishment to 2 people since my visit yesterday.
I bought a Groupon for a package of 6 for large area. When i called to schedule my appointment, i was told that i needed to have a consultation first before i could start my treatment. I didnt enjoy going to the office only for 10 minutes of consultation. But it wasnt that bad, at the consultation they explained the protocols and what i should be doing and etc. After I scheduled my first appointment, I went in every 4-6 weeks. After my 3rd appointment I started to get few bald spots on my legs, and my hair was taking longer to grow back out. I have a lot of hair and after 6 sessions i say with confidence that almost all of my leg hair is gone. In some areas there is some hair but it takes a long time for it to grow out; it isnt something that bothers me. Im very happy with this purchase, great price and great service. I was really happy with the work of my aesthetician, Gity, she was very nice and definitely knew what she was doing and did it well. The environment of the office is also well designed, clean, and professional. Also, besides laser they have skincare treatments and they have packages for that also. I got one microderm from gity and i loved that too. Im coming back for more treatments. I definitely recommend this place!
I have had a phenomenal experience at IBeauty Clinic. I started going there for a few microdermabrasions but have since recieved blue light treatments and a chemical peel. They have all helped my skin clear up and look better. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about skin care. I definitely recommend coming here.
My esthetician was very knowledgeable about skin and even gave me a complimentary LED light therapy afterward. The only complaint I have is that the salon is very difficult to find.
Ashley and Gitty are definitely the two ladies you want to have take care of you when you book an appointment at ibeauty. The atmosphere is always friendly, and these ladies are efficient. They take pride in caring for your skin, and is always happy to answer any and all questions. Id recommend a friend or few anytime.
Still love this place. marble resting area wasnt heated any more and fancy dryers and straight irons are gone but shower products are still occidental and i still love all the pools and my skin just glows afterwards. wish i could afford the membership.
Ashley is great. She provides advisement without pushing which I really appreciate. I have been seeing her once every 3-6 weeks for peels, facials, and extractions over the past 3 months. I have no complaints so far. Definitely recommend Ashley to anyone.
Amazing results almost instantly! Got face resurfacing done to get rid of scars from acne and an accident. Was super self conscious without makeup, now I can enjoy activities like swimming without worrying what I look like. This truly has changed my life. Thank you so much I never thought this was possible!
Ashley is my favorite thing about ibeauty. my first impression of ibeauty wasnt great. their marketing isnt clear, theres no sign on their store front, they dont check voice mail, & their iPad questionnaire isnt clearly worded. however, esthetician ashley greeted me with understanding and calmness even though i was irritated.i realized that the backend business wasnt her creation and that she was doing a great job dealing with elements out of her control. as for the face treatments, she does a gentle job and obviously loves what she does.the room they rent in this holistic center is clean & the facilities are new and nice. the prices at ibeauty are really competitive. after my groupon package expires, i plan to stay with ashley. go see her!
I love this clinic! The treatments are thorough and professional, effective and careful; the advice and consultations are as well. There are frequent promotions and discounts and Gity is a top-notch aesthetician. Im delighted to have found this place.
I finally found a place to get affordable chemical peels and microdermabrasions. Not to mention, they do a great job! Everyone who works there is nice and knowledgeable. Ive gone 3 times and am definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
Worst Experience Ever! Worst Experience Ever! Do Not, Do Not do any business with this woman. She picked up that phone unprofessionally. Then I showed up to the appointment and she was not there. I waited over 20 minutes for her to arrive. I called over and over, she never answered or called back. She then had audacity to send me a no call no show email. I called again after she did that. Again, she didn’t answer. So unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.

Ive been going to Gity for a little over a year now and shes absolutely amazing. Her skin is flawless, so I trust all of her recommendations. Ive been going to her for microderms, chemical peels, regular facials and facial laser treatments to help with my sundamage. The results have been amazing to where strangers on the street complement my skin. She truly knows a lot about skin, and while some people may take it as her trying to upsell I think a lot of people truly have pretty bad skin so shes just trying to provide recommendations to help. Ive never trusted anyone more than Gity and would (and have!) recommend her to anyone, even my closest family and friends.If youre considering any type of facial treatment - go to Gity!! Shes wonderful.

Gity was very nice and answered all the questions I had about my skin type. I had dermaplanning and a facial and my face feel so soft. Ill be going back to see her in a few weeks for microdermabrasion. Im looking forward to it.
I had a microdermabrasion here on 3/10/16. The atmosphere of the clinic is very relaxing and the staff is professional and helpful. This was my first time there and they explained everything to me. I would definitely go back!

I have been going to Gity for over a year. I have been getting IPL treatments which are fantastic, and really LOVE the micro-needling treatments. Gity is very professional, and very thorough. Also, the costs are very reasonable.

The worst place ever. Please dont believe the positive reviews. They are all paid by the owner. she pays everyone $25 to post good reviews. I changed my name as I am scared the owner will try and harm me. The machines are old and dont do a good job and the owner is a scam artist. Please dont waste your time at this terrible business.
Started getting Blue Light Laser here for acne on my face, which is now gone, because of the treatment. Very helpful staff, great products, would highly recommend it!

Prior to me coming to I Beauty, I was suffering from cystic acne and oppose to taking medication from a dermatologist , I decided to do several blue light and chemical peel treatments which has definitely worked . Im pleased with my results .

2022-08-22After reviewing numerous businesses, I came across iBeauty Clinic and I am beyond elated that I did. My mom lost most of her eyebrows due to a medical condition and I was very cautious in my choice for her microblading. The communication was so personable that I felt as if we had known each other for years. The service and skill were beyond excellent and well worth the ELEVEN-hour trip (one way). iBeauty Clinic embodies the art and skill of extraordinary customer service, which is a rarity these days.

2022-05-24I hate to do this but I feel other people need to be warned just like I wish I was. This place seemed like a good idea but after being encouraged to do several treatments on my skin, my skin went from mild acne to severe nonstop breakouts!! Theyve damaged my skin so much that now I feel like Im stuck dealing with a problem I barely even had! Do not allow them to encourage you to do all of these severe treatments to your skin, it will damage it more. I went there for laser treatments for acne and after doing a chemical peel my skin has been terrible!!!

2021-03-02Amazing experience! Very nice, clean place with great relaxing music. I had a deep medical facial which I really needed. Gity was amazing. My face looks a lot cleaner and smoother just after one treatment. She gave me great tips on how to take care of my face at home. I can already see a lot of improvement. Cannot wait for my next facial and my upcoming microblading session. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

2021-02-08The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My laser procedure went smoothly and everything was explained to me throughout the process. The office and individual rooms are comfortable and clean. I like that the available appointment hours are more than just 9-5. It can take a while to find parking, so give yourself extra time for that.

2016-09-26I found iBeauty Clinic through a Groupon they were offering for laser hair removal and I am definitely glad I did! I have been very pleased with my experience so far! The staff are friendly and professional and the best part is they are all always on time so I never have to wait for my appointment. The treatment has worked very well so far and I am beyond pleased with my decision to do laser hair removal. I have one more session left on my Groupon and they agreed to extend the same rate to me if I wish to book more sessions! I highly recommend iBeauty Clinic for laser hair removal.

2016-04-17I started sessions for laser hair removal in December 2015. I must say that I am seeing a difference in the hair loss. My experience has been great. The staff are welcoming with fun personalities. They are very clean and neat. My appointments has always been on time. I highly recommend this place to someone looking for a nice atmosphere and experience.!

2016-05-06I-Beauty clinic is fantastic and incredibly convenient. I can pop there after work on the red line and know that Ill be seen right away and that my appointment will only take as long as they estimate. The location is very clean, calming, and welcoming, but the best part about it is their knowledgeable technicians. Theyre very friendly and know how to target problem areas. Im seeing great results. Id definitely recommend I-Beauty for great service at a pretty reasonable price for these higher-end services.

2016-04-01IBeauty Clinic has a great staff! Always friendly and able to answer any questions I have. I have been going to iBeauty Clinic for about a year and have gotten nine laser hair removal treatments on my underarms. The treatments are not painful at all and I did not get any burns or other side effects afterwards. Given how thick and quick growing my hair is, I was surprised when I started seeing results. The hairs began growing back slower and less thick, and are now almost unnoticeable. Though the hair is not completely gone, about 75%, it is a big improvement. I will definitely be going back for more treatments!

2016-05-12I found iBeauty Clinic through a deal on Groupon. Groupon always has laser hair removal deals, so theres a lot of pressure to pick the right place, but when I arrived it turned out this was just their usual pricing! So dont feel too pressured to buy those Groupons before they expire. iBeauty also offers a lot of deals throughout the year, for holidays, repeat visitors, etc., so you dont necessarily have to wait for the online deals to come around either!This is also a terrific clinic. I had a few laser hair removal treatments done here, and while they started at cautiously low frequencies, once they increased the intensity of the treatments I started seeing great results! Everyone who works here is lovely and professional and always makes a point to ask your preferences and lend their opinion! They will give you suggestions about skin care products and are always willing to accommodate your hair growth to maximize your experience.There are a lot of great technicians, and I had a different person for each of my treatments, so that made it difficult to facilitate a relationship with one person who I trusted and who knew my bodys progress. If I had the same technician each time, maybe it wouldnt have taken a few treatments before we found the right frequency for my skin. Of course, scheduling the same technician for each patient is probably a logistical nightmare.In the end, I am very satisfied with my treatment and I look forward to seeing where this technology goes in the future. :)
