Was in town to see Family, Looking g to make this Quincy IL My new relocation. We went into this Store and everyone was very Friendly and Professional in making Ill visit exceptional. I just want to say keep up YOUR Standard of Customer Satisfaction. Was very impressed. Being Public Relations It a GREAT Thing to see and I totally Appreciate it. Your Store Nailed it!! 4 -16-22 Ordered a 7 layer salad for Easter. It was embarrassing what they sent home with me.jam packed with lettuce ,but barely any dressing. Their quality has gone down hill.The purpose of 7 layer salad is everything is ready.It was not worth the price they charged me.I did call the store . My call was transfer to someone name jake. Never apologized about the salad issue.
Customer service is a little bit lacking except in the meat department Ive known them guys forever very friendly overall good experience
This was my very first time in a hyvee store. I had heard so many great things about it and its employees. It didnt disappoint. It was a great store. It had so much in it that I didnt expect. It was stocked, clean tons of stuff. It reminded me of a Fred Meyer store from the Northwest or a Crest Foods from OKC.
Just got back from hy-vee a few moments ago we got a couple items & one of those was a tart from the pastry display and I thought it looked a little dry when I got back home I took off the top cream stuff that was hard only to find mold underneath. NASTY
New to the area. Stopped in for a specific item I was looking for. Very organized, fresh, energetic, helpful, people with a at ease environment!
Great staff, helpful & friendly; good meat/ produce selection; great for savings; LOVE to earn savings on gas. Checkout & bagging teams are on point. Bakery is A+. Meat crew is the best, all-around, no contest. Produce team cant be beat. Floral section is the highlight of any shopping trip. The team in charge of aisles, stocking, online shopping, helping guests, & checkout is OUTSTANDING. The crew in the parking lot with carts have been the lifesavers with grabbing me a cart/ electric buggy, & even helping me get my trunk shut in bad weather. Hyvee on Harrison in Quincy, IL cant be beat. Awesome management team & customer service department.

Its a good store. Use to be a top flight store. Unfortunately just like everywhere else its become the outhouse. Out of this, out of that, Im sure its of no fault of theirs. Supplies are limited for all nationwide right now.
This is by far one of the nicest grocery stores Ive ever been to in My Life. Theres another location more commonly known on Broadway is bigger, but has nowhere near the ease the organization as this location. Also must say staff is very well trained and politely orientated

I absolutely love shopping at hyvee. The fuel saver rewards are an extra perk added on top of all the amazing deals they already offer. I do all of my grocery shopping here and i personally buy at least 10 steaks from their meat counter monthly. The quality of their products and the capabilities of their staff is above excellent. I love how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are and how willing they are to help with any and all needs. I highly recommend this store to any and all shoppers.
Best fast food service in the evening. Have trouble at McDonalds Burger King and Domino all the time
I always liked HyVee stores for their extra cleanliness. But I picked up one of their pizzas for the first time and was NOT disappointed! One of the best pizzas Ive had in a long time! Everybody has to try one of these!
I love this Hy-Vee location! Always have had friendly service there.Keep u[ the good work.... Side note I eat more plant based protein(I still have a burger, etc. every now and then. My cheat days), somewhat of a vegan based hybrid diet. You could increase that section even more. Just a suggestion.
We were traveling from Georgia to Iowa, so we know about the Hy-vee stores very well & this store didnt disappoint us at all. We bought a few groceries then hit the little food court, there was a wide variety to select from. We chose their roast beef dinner & we had plenty to eat. We really enjoy shopping at the Hy-Vee stores.
I really like this store and its location.The service is good. And it is across the street from the scenic South Park.

2022-04-22They have everything you need and then some things you don’t need. They even have a pharmacy that you can drive-through. The store was very clean and well organized, good selection of fresh vegetables. Good selection of meats. Good prices.

2022-06-30Prices are tooooooooooo high! Its the closest store to my home and we use to love to shop here. But with prices getting so high we are going to have to find another store to feed my family. Which sucks because gas is crazy too so its just going to impact our family even more

2022-02-19Great Hyvee location with great selection of all products. Can be easy to get in and out no matter what youre after. I just was able to grab a dozen roses for Valentines day without trekking farther than 20 feet into the store. They usually keep a full staff at the registers so you can avoid the self-check out lanes that while convenient seem to always require staff intervention. On the way out theres a Starbucks by the door, unless you have already ate at their little restaurant. They have just finished restructuring some of the items so its taken a bit of getting used to as some items are in awkward locations (i.e. sale items at the back corner farthest from the main entrance).

2021-12-16Quality. Take a list. All looks good. Be careful at the meat counter. You will like it. Too much. Get everything else first. Those bacon wrapped sirloin are big bang for your buck. Look for them in flyer

2022-02-27One on Harrison is awful the people who work there arent very friendly. They wont help you take your groceries to your car, want you to drive up and then wait forever to get your groceries. Not convenient at all.

2022-05-04Very disappointed in Hyvee right now over taking out various sections of their Deli hotcases and leaving us with only fried options..Blaming it on cutting cost..Find a better way instead of punishing your loyal customers and employees that you are currently laying off..VERY VERY disappointed..
