We have been with Dr. Hurley and Dr. Volk for over 5 years! Their team has seen my son through 2 sets of braces, and my daughter also has been under their care. They are a kind and warm office. They are flexible and my family loves them! They kids are very comfortable with Dr. Hurley, Dr. Volk, and the whole team! My son recently got his braces off and he has a beautiful smile! My family will stay with Smile Doctors through my daughters needs, and beyond. This is a well-run, organized, friendly, and highly recommended establishment! :)
We were recommended to Smile Doctors by a neighbor and we have had nothing but positive experiences with our process. They have been extremely accommodating with everything from financial arrangements to scheduling emergency services to fix situations such as a broken wire or bracket.As they offer several locations, its easy to work around various appointments to ensure you get the special care that interlaps with your busy time frame. We look forward to seeing their completed work once my sons braces come off!

The office staff is always so welcoming. My daughters braces have been off for 2 years and she needed a replacement retainer. I called the office and they got us in right away. It was a quick appointment for her impressions to be done and will be a quick turn around for her new retainer.

Multiple people in my family have gone to Smile doctors and the results have always been great! I was recommended Smile Doctors by a family friend, and at first I was hesitant from past bad experiences with orthodontists offices, but this was by far the best experience Ive had. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I received the best care from the beginning to the end of my treatment plan. Not once was there someone unavailable to answer my questions, and the doctors are unbelievably accessible. Oh, and if youre a bit of a germaphobe like myself (especially during COVID), youll be pleased to know that I had zero concerns in that department even just after my first visit. Highly recommend!
Amazing people and amazing service! My daughter was quoted a 16-18 month treatment time and sure enough, her braces came off after 17 months! Her smile looks perfect! We never had any trouble scheduling appointments, which was very important to me as a working mom. I highly recommend this practice!
Everyone here is always friendly and I never have to wait for my appointment. They have done a great job on both my boys’ teeth. I would highly recommend!

I couldnt imagine going to another orthodontist for my Invisalign. Beginning at the front desk staff to the clinicians and to the doctors, everyone always is so kind and caring always. I would 20/10 recommend my children, family and friends to come here!
The office went out of their way to help me when my son had a scheduling conflict after his braces were removed. All of the staff are very friendly and professional people. I also take my daughter there because we had such a great experience with my son.
My permanent retainer is 15+ years old. Two glue spots came off and they fixed it. They did a great job and I would go back again.

2022-03-09The staff here is super nice and professional! They truly care about their patients and do whats best for them! They ask if you are happy with your smile and if you arent, they do whats best for you to make sure you are happy! Went in with a broken permanent retainer after it being on for 10 years, coming out with two new invisaline ones! Also affordable payments for people without insurance. Happy grateful customer. Choose here for your orthodontist needs! :)

My daughter gets anxious with dental work and they always relieve her fears. They are gentle and patient and explain everything wonderfully. 2022-03-09I got my braces on about 6 years ago and every appointment was very professional and the staff always made sure to take care of me. I got my braces off in the time that they told me they would and my teeth are perfect! Today I went in to get a replacement retainer and Stephanie and her trainee Ahaliah were so sweet and kind. They got me in about 5 minutes before my appointment and made sure to scan all my teeth perfectly for my retainer. I recommend this ortho to everyone!

2021-08-24Best experience ever! We went for a consultation for braces but since there was no need to wait my son got braces the same day. I’m used to a couple visits before there’s any action. The office is very clean, and seems like all equipment is the newest out there. The girls were super nice & PATIENT! I had to take my crazy two year old & Jessica kept her entertained while also explaining the whole process for my teenage son. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

2021-08-11I’ve been coming to Hurley & Volk since 2014. My braces experience was a breeze with team the only pain I had was when getting my braces tightened. The after treatment with my permanent and nightly retainers have been a wonderful experience with keeping up to date that my teeth stay straight and clean. I highly recommend Smile Doctors across all locations for you and your family members if orthodontic care is what you are looking for.

2020-08-13I have never been to a dental clinic that welcomed me with ease! Everyone was so friendly from beginning to ending and I was treated as a human being! The care for my daughter was AMAZING! Their service was prompt, and made my child feel so safe and eager to get her braces! I’ll need dental work as soon as I’m done paying for my daughter and without hesitation, I know who to trust to make me feel safe, and treated with respect! I highly recommend this dental office to ANYONE who is scared, but want to feel secure and anyone who just wants to be in a positive environment!!! Keep it up Smiles team!!!

I Did Most Of My Treatment In The Algonquin Location But I Also Visited The Hampshire Location Which Was Amazing Also Both Places Always Took Very Good Care Of Me To Be Satisfied & Comfortable With My Braces , I Highly Recommend Them They Do A Great Freaking Job !!! 2021-05-03If you are looking for a friendly, professional and all-around great orthodontic team, go to Smile Doctors! I’ve been with this group for treatment through 3 children and myself. Dr. Nicole Gange and her staff are wonderful to work with. They’re always happy to see us, the staff has no issues booking appointments around the school day or fitting in emergency appointments. I feel they take that extra step for accommodations that you may not find elsewhere.
