Wassap wit hoots on Cicero that’ motherphukkaaa dirty all the tables were dirty we had to take it to go and the lady at the cashier was kinda rude
Terrible customer service by Jada specifically, who told me it’s their policy they are unable to remake food for orders delivered by third parties. Jada informed me she would speak with her GM Angela, then lied upon calling a 3rd time to resolve their mistake and said only the Alexus was the manager was in store and could not speak with me per policy.. Jada stated their location is so busy she was unable to correct the errors they made in cooking, packaging and double checking to ensure they sent out the correct food. I offered to pick up the correct food and proceeded to argue for 25 min they were unable to remake food to correct their mistakes. So I was left without my food and no refund. Terrible, terrible service from Jada, Alexus, the cook, the saucer, the bagger and cashier that alll missed catching a mistake on their ticket. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend this location.
The service was fast maybe cause no customers. But a little too fast.Waffles fries😞 luke warm and the 4pc chkn tenders as the taste was bland the skin was also real soft. , falling off as I bit into it....not crispy😐 . The mustard dip watery like salad dressing not thick. Next time I will try something else.

I was at first unsure about ordering here and spending my money but I gave it a try and I can just say I will be back sooner than later! The food taste exactly like hooters just more family friendly and a fast food type environment, The cashier that helped me was Jocelyn, she was very kind and took her time explaining things to me whenever I had questions. She also made sure everything was in my bag before handing it to me so I didnt have to! The restaurant was clean and well maintained.
The food here is great! The customer service is amazing, especially from Alexis! She always has a smile on her face, has amazing mannerisms & always acts professional with her job! She’s an outstanding employee! I’ve never had problem when eating here. I absolutely love it!
We ordered 20 wings, 10 boneless, and fried pickles. The 20 wings greased through the container and the bag, the boneless wings were so small they reminded me of popcorn chicken, and I ordered and paid for 4 blue cheese dressing and got all ranch. Definitely would not go back
It started with the moldy orange placed in my blue moon. I had a choice of White Castle, Taco Bell or Popeyes, I wanted something different so I chose Hoots. After waiting for wing and shrimp for 35 mins, and additional 20 mins for the fries that they totally forgot about. They charged over $50 for this meal. Employees are doing more socializing than working. #nothingworse
I order my food at 3:45 pm and my food suppose to be pick up at 4:14pm I didnt receive my food until 4:54pm I was so upset 😩

I ordered through Grubhub today and I was brought the wrong order and charged for it. When I tried to call the store, the girl put me on hold and left me on hold until a recording came on. I tried calling 8 times and 8 times the same girl put me on hold. I couldnt even speak to anyone about my order. I would like my refund and that girl should not be working there. I order from this store all the time but I will not be ordering from here again. This was ridiculous and inappropriate, I DO WANT MY REFUND.The response from the owner is not acceptable, Im sorry. Part of my complaint was the inappropriate treatment from your store. This location has terrible service, it is the responsibility of the restraunt to get the order correct and make sure everything is there. I have spent my money here several times and given this location a chance to get it right. This is about customer service from a paying customer. You want to make things right, make sure those you have working here take pride in what they do.
Went to the Hoots on Cermak and Cicero and it was the worst experience ever. Don’t get me wrong the staff was nice and answered all my questions, but the food was horrible. The fried pickles were not battered and fried properly, and the Buffalo wing sauce was all oil and had no spice to it. This was my first and this is my last time eating there.
I have been to hooters but never the HOOTS version and I must say that I am HOOPING AND HOLLERING for joy that the food it’s awesome and taste just the same maybe even a little bit better than the regular restaurant and the staff is so nice and cater to your every needs will definitely but a new spot of mines to hit up
The food here is good! They have great costumer service. Specially from Leslie. She has one of the best costumer service in here. She is really polite and always has a smile on her face. I love coming here because of the costumer service. I definitely recommend eating here!
Terrible ordered a take out order they didnt give me my drinks & they did not give me the correct flavor wings! Its 10:30 pm n i call and complain about my order being wrong and they said there was nothing they can do about my order!! I ordered bbq wings and they gave me hot! They wanted me to go back at 10:38pm after I had a long day to show them my order was wrong. The person on the phone did NOTHING TO HELPFries were very stale too

I LOVE Hooters so I was a bit skeptical to order from Hoot’s after reading the reviews here on google, I still decided to take a chance and order on DoorDash. To my surprise it was AMAZING it taste just like at the Hooter’s restaurant and I’m shocked people are leaving bad reviews. If you don’t usually eat Hooters maybe it’s not for you, but for me it was delicious! In my opinion it might be better because you get the same Hooter’s taste but with value because they offer meals that come with a side and drink. Honestly can’t beat it! Thanks Hoot’s and keep up the great work!

Food is phenomenal! I wanted to try a new wing flavor and Alexis recommended honey Thai chili pepper and she hit it out of the park! It was so good! If you EVER need help, make sure you ask for Alexis!!
I received a confirmation email that my order would be ready at 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:35 and was told it would be ready in five minutes. At 2:55 pm my food was finally ready. Hoots no longer offers tots or 911. The reasons justifying my longer trip to Hooters instead just keeps growing. Hooters still carries both tots and 911 and the food has always been ready when they say. Hoots needs to try a little harder to keep their customers.
Dont ever have a problem with quality here. I do have issues with accuracy though. Its come to me having to check the bags before I leave now.. Pretty frustrating, especially when Im starving! Every other aspect is great! Just need to remedy the accuracy issues..
This place is a nice and simple wings eatery. The food doesnt take terribly long and the flavors are good. Some of their extras are a bit over price but you can decide if you want them. Only problem Ive had was when they charged me in the front for table service when I had to go pick up my own food and order it at the counter. That isnt table service. The waitress where also very distracted talking to each other or the cooks which was annoying for when we wanted our drinks, napkins, and check.
Food was amazing and service was even better! Leslie double checked my order to make sure everything was correct, kept a beautiful smile at all times, and was very friendly to any customer that came in! Will definitely be returning!
I love Hooters buffalo sauce on shrimp and wings. I was really expecting the same hot buffalo sauce, but it wasnt even close. The wings taste under cooked, I can taste the batter, kinda floury, and not spicy at all. Wheres the Hooters sauce?? P.s. I ordered 30 and I get 1 ranch? At a dollar per wing I think we deserve at least some more ranch..
I have been coming here ever since it opened and never had an issue. But for the last few months, I have been having the worst experience. I would call in my order and wait 15 mins before driving the restaurant. But when I get there, they can’t find my order and I get stuck waiting for about 20-30 mins for my order again. Unbelievable. Worst customer service ever.
Great staff and cooks. They great you nicely and food is on point. Just bare with them where in a pandemic. And there backed with online orders like most places. Uber eats, postmates,Grubhub. I see people come in and there ignorant to all that. We should be more understanding.
Once I realized that they were a baby Hooters I knew that I would like it. The service is pretty good no complaints no problems for my first time. No attitudes all smiles and knowledgeable employees. The music was enjoyable as well to dine in. I could see the workers had on gloves and the necessary aprons and hats to handle food and it look very clean.
Poor costumer service, nobody smiles, no how are u today, you would think just by the name hooters, a good place to come in and have some wings and beer,but no thanks any more.

The wings had barely any sauce on them! The fries were so cold and soggy probably old wouldn’t be surprise. And the ranch was literally watered down it was disgusting! Never ever coming to this wanna be hooters again! Rather make the drive to a real hooters this place is a joke!
I enjoy this Hoots. My other go to is Hooters in Lombard and I actually prefer the wings at this Hoots slightly better. Its shortened menu is just fine for us and I usually order online and pick up and its always done and there hasnt been a mistake on my order. Staff has been fine as well. When it first opened we ordered maybe every couple of weeks but now its less but still the quality is still the same. I recommend!

Took them 30 mins to make one chicken sandwich when there’s like 7 people in one kitchen. Most of them just standing around. Quick service, decent staff. I dont think anyone smiled when I went in. Lol I got buffalo shrimp, it was good. I also ordered 10 traditional tmi wings. They were also good. I remember Hooters wings tasting great about a decade ago. Somethings different this time around. Nevertheless I will be back sometime.

I think my overall experience would have been a 5 star had it not been for the bad customer service received over the phone by the manager Cynthia. I went to the restaurant on my lunch time not knowing it was order anything you like for free. I placed an order for wings and mozzarella cheese sticks. I get back to work just to find out no mozzarella sticks were not in my order. I then called the restaurant to inform them and I speak to the manager, who by the way was very rude. I informed her of what happen and her answer was that they were having issues making the cheese sticks but they were working on it. I then asked if I can come later to pick them up after work and manager answered that if it was before 2pm then I could. I said well I cant before that time and rudely she told me that the food was free from a certain time and that I should expect for things to go bad on a day when they are giving food for free from a certain time.I work in retail and believe me even when we give things away for free we dont treat our customers that rude. Over all the food service was fast and everybody else was friendly. Perhaps they should give proper training to the manager when assisting customer complaints over the phone.
The hot Buffalo wings were good and the bbq boneless wings were good I ordered crab legs and my clusters were still cold they did not steam them all the way I know to go way before closing next time but then again I will not EVER VISIT Here again and I will be giving a call first thing when they open

Dont bother with this place. The employees are rude, they totally flipped my take out order and told me thats what you ordered because I must not have known what I ordered, and told me I had to bring it back and to top it off the wings were cold and disgusting. It wasnt worth it. I spent a lot of money just to have them get my order wrong and to basically get told I didnt know what I was talking about. I could have just went to dine out at BWW and could have spent LESS MONEY and actually had HOT food. Extremely disappointed with the service, food and management. The manager on duty Tiffany was too flustered to even handle my complaint she quickly diverted to me taking it up with the GM Brook for a resolution. Terrible management and customer service. Based off the reviews looks like Im not the only one that agrees THIS PLACE SUCKS!! For this being the first HOOTS they definitely need to get their s**t together because theyre setting the standards really low!
I have been here a few times and the food is always hot, delicious and fast. The persons taking my order have always been nice and helpful. I went to the Hooters in Oak Lawn recently and it took 45 minutes to get my food after ordering. You will avoid that by going to Hoots instead.
Love their traditional hot wings. Get them double dipped if you love the sauce.
I had ordered an Order to go. The good thing was that it was ready when they said it was ready.The food itself was not great at all. I dont leave from this location, 5min tops. When I opened the food it was dry and sauces on the wings seemed to have been on them for the entire day. Right after eating my stomach was not right. Dont think I would be ordering from here again.
Love the concept. We didnt have long to eat so wed have passed up a regular Hooters. Love the fast casual! All the negative reviews I read I think mustve been made up. Everything was great!
I like the wings and foo but I think it is overpriced. My lunch meal which included the 10 wings meal with the fries and a fountain drink was almost $17, for lunch! My hunch is that that’s one of the reasons the amount of customers during peak lunch hours was dismal. I make an okay working-class salary but I still can’t afford to have a meal combo at your establishment more than once a month. I suggest you find a way to offer a combo with 5 wings, a side and drink for under $10 WITH tax included. A lot more people would go. Then asking for tips during the checkout POS system for an already pricey meal was the nail in the coffin—BEFORE you realize they don’t actually bring you anything to your table and all while the employee is watching how much tip you choose. Pay your staff better so they don’t have to rely on our tips for just handing us a tray of food. Not sure if I’ll go back. Not a good value.
I came to give a bad review but as I finish up my wings I think thats unfair to judge one time experience .. I order the 10 piece got home and there was no ranch in the bag. . The cashier usually ask but didnt this time and I totally forgot to ask to , so as I walk back from the gas station with an over price bottle of ranch i wanna say you guys rock my wings were amazing like always..... I didnt tip either so I think it evens out tho.... Ill be back thank gour

Very bad service and very lazy people especially the two at the register my order was already ready. I was standing waiting, but these two were too busy talking. They should get fired! APRIL 1ST AT 10.10 PM I WAS THERE AND NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Also at the kitchen I was paying attention some guy was shaking bowl with the shrimps he drops them and picks them up and puts them right BACK on the bowl thats is disgusting. Do not recommend it.

This is unquestionably one of the tastiest place in the area. Anytime I come to this place I am highly pleased. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of food they provide. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Ive read the reviews but wanted to check it out for myself. The menu was a little bit confusing. Ordering wasnt a hassle but being asked if you wanted to leave a tip was a bit of an issue. If we walk in and we have to place an order at the counter and then have a seat and wait for a number to be called and no one services us at all, after placing a order..why are we being asked to provide a tip? The food was okay except my tater tots were overly seasoned. probably wont come back

Pretty decent sit down place. Has a good menu variety. Plenty of open seating. Great boneless chicken! Their tater tots are crispy and are a good alternative to fries. However, I dont understand why they opened this in Cicero, versus in another area, like North Riverside, which is just a few miles west.

So I got up and asked again and was told well i didnt charge you. Ok so how much is it? .87 cents. Walk all the way back to get my change to buy a ranch. Then the girl from the back apologizes and I pay for my ranch. Too much of a hassle. No wonder this place is always empty.

Pros: Fried Pickles, Wings, Shrimp, CashierCons: the casual dining experience.The food is good, but theres some confusions over the fast casual experience. Food is brought to you by a server, but when youre done you throw away your own trash. Thats not the problem. The problem is that most places give you disposable plates, but some of the serving plates are not disposable so you have to sort it. But their tray area isnt very big, the trash cans make it difficult to toss out remnants of food. Will go a few more times and update.
Its Hooters but without the super busy atmosphere. Menu is 1/2 of what a regular Hooters menu is. Still all the essentials are here and a limited alcoholic drink menu and a self-service soda station.
Food was decent. It was cold but the lady remade it promptly and without cause. She did promise to add more but didnt. We were fine because we didnt eat all we had.

The food was good. I asked for bleu cheese and got ranch. I took it back and the young lady kept insisting it wasnt ranch. She then walked to get the correct dressing and mumbled something to another employee who then started laughing. The soda station was flooded but there was someone tending to the area. The restroom was filthy. There was urine all over the seat and barely any tissue so I decided to just wait until I got home to use the bathroom. I would expect cleaner restrooms considering that there wasnt any more than 6 people sitting down eating and no line
Food was okay but not like hooters..its more of a fast food restaurant (in a bad way)..it lost its appeal with hoots..maybe its this hoots..they forgot my curly fries..imagine you trust the employee when they hand you your order..drive home to find out they forgot your fries..a key product you sell with your chicken wings..i called and tell them..there only solution was that i drive back to pick em up..no discount for there mistake no apology..its crazy..theres a popeyes right behind it..ill go there from now on
The food is great! But the service is terrible, manager is horrible! I placed my order before 15 minutes before leaving on break, my order wasnt placed according to the manager until 12:17pm which was the time I had paid in the store. I didnt receive my drinks with my orders and I still waited 20 minutes after I arrived so I could get to work have 3 minutes left to enjoy my lunch!
We come in, order. Get our food and I’m missing a fry. The manager then decides to look at my receipt like I was a liar and a scammer and gives me a side fry when I ordered a small fry. Then! Here comes the best part!! He tells me to wait and that he’ll bring it out. I take a look at the fries he brings and most of them are undercooked. He also salted them like he’s never salted food in his life. Since they had no customers I don’t understand how my order was messed up. First and last time I’ll ever be here sorry. Food was horrible and service as well..... we were called out by a number to pick up the food in front, so I got up and got our food and drinks thinking thats the way its supposed to be..... it threw me out that other people orders there food and they took a seat and there food was taking to there table. I felt so uncomfortable because of the service that was giving to me and my family. We were the only Mexican family there and treated us so different from every one else! Very disappointed and will NEVER GO BACK!
Fresh food all around and great servicing too. They have chicken main courses for the most part. Optional sides like pickles, tater tots, curley fries, mozzarella sticks, and wings. Unlimited refills on drinks, small bar section and clean building run by good managers. The workers look happy to be there for you and will answer any questions you have for them.
Three times I have ordered boneless wings online for pick up. Each time they have given me bone-in wings. If you order online better check your bag before leaving the restaurant.
Went on a Tuesday and they have a deal wherr you can buy 10 boneless wings with curly fries for $8 or $9. I was able to choose two sauses for the wings and was not disappointed. My partner chose the same deal and we ended up sharing a total of 20 boneless wings and 4 different flavors. We also bought a side of blue cheese dressing, ranch, and 2 cheese sauce dips, along with a large fountain drink. All came out to a total of $27. My partner and I were full before finishing the food and were also impressed by the ratio od chicken over breading on the boneless wings. I am definitely going again ad if not...then Im ordering in.
Ordered online in order to save time as my lunch period is only 30 mins. Came in 5 mins after my promised time only to find out my order hadn’t even been submitted by the cashier yet. Ending up waiting another 15 mins for my food. Kind of counter productive to provide online ordering option if scheduled times are not going to be upheld within reasonable timeframes

Me n my friend went to the one on Cicero.. N we ordered wings,loaded tater tots that was missing cheese had more sour cream than anything,n medium shrimps,etc..So we sitting at table waiting on our food..So as we sitting there.. The cashier calls our #....so b4 u sat dwn..we noticed that one of the waitress/server brought one table they food.. but when our food was ready.. they made us come n get our food from the counter.so we like y we had to get up n get our food.. when the table across from us..food was prepared while we were still sitting there eating they didnt have no more food that we did..They (waitress/server) brought them they food.. So I addressed it to the manager there.. N his respond was.. If they busy..u have to come up to get ur food...Remind you the time we was therethere yesterday evening around like 6-7pm. It wasnt crowded .. three girls were up there talking among each other..so we still sitting there eating our food..we noticed everybody that came to dine-in.. they food was brought to them.. N again this place was not busy at all..So me n my friend felt some type of way.. because y we had to come get our food.. But everybody elses was brought to them..🤔🤔..I really didnt appreciate that.. Made us feel like something.. N we spent like $50 in there yesterday.. They place is to expensive n they sell everything by them self.. Like ranch sauce,celery..I think if u spending that much money in there. Y u cant get sauce free,n celery free..n whomever cutting they celery or veggies.. needs to go back to cutting school.. Cuz those celery sticks was so thick ..I couldve cut them myself over again n made like 3-4 more celery sticks outta one.. This hoots mistreats their employees with no regardless of their seniority or new comers, there is a lack of communication and repect towards others. They should really really REALLY get their act straighten out.
I tried Hoots for the first time last week. When my friend and I walked in we were not greeted at all. I ordered wings and did not like them. They were dry and 7 out of my 10 Wings were the actual wings from the chicken. For the price, service, and quality I would rather go accross the street to Wingstop next time.
Way quicker but the same quality as the regulars Hooters restaurants. We eat here weekly and love it!

Great restaurant when you want Hooters but dont have the time. The have traditional sauces. Ive taken the food to go and also ordered in. Both times it was satisfying.
Food was OK, but they are heavy handed when seasoning. Too much made it too salty. This was my 1st time and I will give it another chance, I hope its better the 2nd around.
Only giving one star in order to write a review, food gave me food poisoning. I had the crab legs , I called and informed them ... the lady said I can fill out a incident report . Don’t eat here!!!

Went to this place thinking it was going to be a greate place to grab a bite, well it was a disappointment. First of all they gave me cold chicken which pissed me off and what place has their restrooms looked. The only good thing here was that they had beer.
I get the hot shrimp and fried pickles. Both are on point and delicious..
They have the best wings that Ive ever eaten and I cant wait to go back. You all should go there if you are looking for somethin good to eat
I love thier food but this whole thing of getting in line then sitting waiting for food and serving ourselves drinks, napkins, utensils etc. Like Burger King/MxDonals etc. is what kills the whole Hoot experience. This is just another fast food restaurant without waitresses 🙄

I’ve ordered from here twice and I’ve gotten cold fries before and they always take long. Seems like the people that work there are fairly new to this working or running a restaurant thing but they’re nice.
I love the food there and the service was excellent. I suggest you go if you want some quality wings. Dont get lost in the sauce.

Worst place ever. They never open during open hours place online . They never answer phone calls. The phone most of the time sounds busy. They are never helpful.. I have had bad service, but this has place has place itself number #1.. I will never want to eat, or order from this place. Rather drive to a hooter restaurant.

Online ordering through chow sucks, placed order but nothing happened. Tried to Phone the order take a couple tries, long hold times. Takes half hour waiting for it to go when placing order on site. Food not that great, gave me chorro all night long, seriously, not kidding. Staff was unpleasant. Will not order again. Rather go to BWW in Berwyn.

Took my daughter here couple weeks ago, My fries were not cooked fully, my chicken was room temperature , the only thing that was hot , was the side of nacho cheese for my fries , sorry but I wont be back , ever.

The store manger seems to be under the influence of something. She walks in circles. Yells at Uber drivers that they “are just Uber drivers!” She needs to have some communication training.

Ordered wings and they were super greasy. The fries are very plain and cold. Ordered crab legs as well and they were luke warm.

2021-11-10Love coming to hoots, it’s a less crowded version of Hooters. I don’t even have to wait for a table. Customer service is always great super friendly. Clean and organized. I always eat in the restaurant because I believe wings must be consumed as soon as they come out. There’s gaming inside that it can be use while waiting for your food.

2022-03-09I ordered medium Buffalo boneless wings and all I got was dry flavorless wings!!! Contacted hoots and whoever picked up the phone said there was nothing they can do for me. If you do order from this place make sure your wings are how you want them … idiots had one job.

2022-06-19Although the food is better than most places. They location needs a good cleaning. Alot of staff standing and there is dust everywhere. My favorite saying to my staff. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. No one high dusts here at all and guests are sitting underneath it allPlus they allow this homeless woman beg for money from their guests

2022-04-16I placed an order for delivery around 6:30pm and later got a message from DoorDash that my order was canceled and to contact the restaurant. So I called hoots and was told by a young lady that they would help place the order again. From there I was placed on hold several times, at first they would answer and I’d say I was on hold, but then they just kept putting me on hold without saying anything, so I couldn’t even request an update or a refund. After being on hold for *19 MINUTES*, someone picked up and I immediately asked to please not be placed on hold - to please just transfer me to their manager, which to my surprise she said she was the manager. I tried to explain that I was placed on hold with no updates but she was not very sympathetic and said I’d be given a refund and could replace my order after, if I wanted… didn’t even get her name.I have ordered from this location several times and have had mixed experiences each time, good and bad, but this was the final straw. Never again will I, or my family give this place business. I hope they work on their customer service skills so to not waste future customers’ time.

2022-05-22I USED to love this Hoots, so much so that after moving away and not coming here for a while I drove out of my way to get some honey thai chili wings but I was beyond DISAPPOINTED! First their wings shrunk in size, they are like wing dings now. Then I get home and the wings are old! Tough skin, dark meat, OLD! I couldnt even eat it most of it, threw it out, just TRASH!

2022-07-12Went there for lunch today placed my order and before I can sit down she was calling my name I was like wow that was quick and when I got back to work to eat I saw why the wings where old and the fries were cold I was so upset I threw it away didnt have time to go back up there but that was my 1st time trying out that spot on cermak and left a bad taste in my mouth.....I should have took a picture...omg that was bogus

2017-06-19I only have three (3) words for anyone considering patronizing this joint... DONT DO IT!!! Not only is the food just okay, but the portions are super small. I ordered the boneless wings there, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement...Not only that, but they charged me $3.00 for a courtesy cup of water!!! When I inquired about the charge, they attempted to be very evasive, and wouldnt/couldnt give me a straight-forward answer. It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! My son was like this is our only time coming here, right?Hopefully nobody else will have the same bad experience we had, but again, Id strongly advise AGAINST going there... smh

2021-12-19Coming out the show and with hungry kids you order ahead and plan on your order being picked up on time , I got the notification that my order was accepted and was ready at a certain time , as I’m walking in to pick up my order the girl searches for my ticket and find out they haven’t even started it, when I asked the cashier she had the audacity to say we had priority orders, like my order is not important ? Anyways she said it’ll take 5 min after already waiting 25 min already, I understand it’s late and they want to close to hurry and leave but if that’s the case they should stop taking orders sooner not until 11,

2021-12-19My husband I and I just received our order. When I order wet wings (hot), I expect there to be sauce. These were bone dry, literally flavorless fried chicken (no flavor whatsoever, let alone hot). Fries were cold and soggy. What a waste of nearly $60.00. save your money and go to a real hooters. This place is garbage.
