Cute store! The staff is friendly and the store is well maintained. However, I find the music overwhelming and loud. 😂! I find myself getting very stressed out after only a few minutes of being in there and I just can’t think straight! Maybe it’s because I’m a young mom who goes there for solitude....or when I am there with my kids I can’t hear anything and they are yelling to be heard. I am a musician and no stranger to loud music...I just think a store like this should be more relaxing and not blaring techno pop.

HomeGoods is a fun experience. Lots to see, with an ever changing inventory. The store is clean and organized well. Nice selection of furniture and home decor. The quality of a lot of the furniture is only marginal.
I always find something unique here. Cute little rabbit plates for my girls to use for snacks ...Easter is close by! Not a good selection of sheets today, maybe next time. Cute dish towels. Always something! No good choclates? Thats unusual.....theres always next time!
So I purchased a flatware set at the Champaign, IL store for my daughter, who was leaving for college. I got home and couldnt find it. Thought maybe I left it in the cart and someone stole it. I spoke with the manager Tim about the loss. He felt so bad that he gave me a whole new set. A couple of days later my daughter called to say she found the set! I returned it, but just wanted Tim to know how much I appreciate his kindness. I return to the store frequently...so many wonderful treasures. Glad this store is now in our town!

I wish I can give ZERO, that is a zero return policy store. Something I haven’t seen in any store.I purchased electric Kettle that was too tall to be filled from my water filter, so I decided to return it right away. I stopped by the store to attempt a return, the answer was “ we cannot return it, it has been used” I explained that I didn’t used it and I opened it to try to fill it with water. First Bob the cashier refused to return it in a rude way, I then asked him to call his manager thinking that someone can help... the manager arrived his name is Ellen and that what made me decide to write this review, I haven’t seen such a manager in my whole life, came out yelling “ we can’t do the return, it is used” I explained that I didn’t use the kettle, again. He insisted that this is the meaning of “used”If you’re planning to purchase something from this store, make sure to like it and it fits your space before you buy it, if you opened it and didn’t like it then prepare to deal with unprofessional people.Will never shop there again.

Had a really wonderful experience checking out with the employee Curtis at this HomeGoods. He was incredibly kind and helpful and laughed at my terrible jokes. Really great staff and service.
Does not carry any Christian anything. Not an angel, nor nativity scene, nothing. So we left without purchasing anything. Too bad, we had our cart filled, but couldnt find the most important things we needed.

2022-04-12Love this Home Goods! The employees are so kind here! I was having a bad day and went into Home Goods to relax only to drop a jar of their marinara sauce and cut myself. The employees their were so nice to me. One helped me with my cut and get clean while I think another cleaned the mess I had made on the ground. 10/10 service.PS: I am also very sorry about making such a mess and appreciate you so much if the employees who helped me are reading this. You really made me day better.

2021-01-20Homegoods has so many great finds, if you love shopping home decor this is an affordable option for furniture, lamps, art and everything in between. Dont bring your compact vehicle bring the SUV so you have plenty of space to load all the treasures you are destined to find. The store is neatly organized so dont rush your visit, ensure you have plenty of time to look around throughout every section.

2021-08-25Came in to get a specific item and decided to browse to see if I wanted anything else. As I was coming out of an isle a employee was speed walking towards my direction for whatever she needed, I halted as not to run into her and said sorry. Then continued down the next isle, apparently this was the isle she needed as she brushed past me to put an item away. I work the exact same job for a different brand, I understand how annoying it is for customers to be in the way while trying to stock. But you didnt say one word to me, you could of at least said excuse me. I was half tempted to put the cart back and walk out, but I know everyone has their bad days, so I decided to buy what I needed and give the store another chance next time.

2021-08-20Whoever works on 3:30 August 20. The cashier is very inefficient. I bought two items and returned one. I asked her to process my return, it takes 30 seconds I will bring the item (a coffee table). She does not trust me and does not agree to process. Ask me to check it out first, then I have to bring the table in, get in line again to be processed. I dont know who is right or wrong, but does not appreciate the way customer service works !
