Home Run Inn Pizza in other cities:
Went in to eat... requested a booth on main floor to avoid all stairs... there was a wait of 20 minutes... no problem... we waited. After 20 minutes, we went to inquire and were told the staff had to attend to large parties, so there were no booths available yet on main floor as we requested. Host offered a booth on the upper part of restaurant (but we had someone with mobility issues in our party that cannot manage stairs very well) and were told again 20 minutes or so...we decided not to wait for 40 minutes when initially we were told half that time... unfortunate. We recommend to only go there if you have plenty of time to waste.
This place was an icon from my childhood.Time has gone by and the pizza still is the same. Looks like CoVid-19 really trimmed their menu down, but I was surprised by the pricing of the pizzas. It was never cheap, but the costs to eat in eclipse comparable delivery options. If you like it you like it, and I do like it. Just need to get used to a more expensive trip there.
We created our own pizza, and it was delicious. However, if I can give 0 star to busser, I would. When we walked into the restaurant, he directly told us what time they will close, and he stared at us rest of the time. It would be nice to be greated at the door and let us enjoy our food and time.
Im so glad Lou Malnatis is close by. You get a super great pizza at a far more reasonable price.Yeah, the Home Run Inn pizza was great. But the price was like you were buying a bar of gold. The salad was likewise great. It was big but so was the price. And you get one tiny container of salad dressing. I asked for another, considering the size of the salad, and I was told it would cost a dollar. A dollar for that small container of salad dressing? No way! Like they werent making enough off of us with the price of the pizza and the price of the salad! I took more than half of the salad home after I ran out of dressing, which I had used sparingly, by the way.If I want Home Run Inn Pizza in the future, Ill look for the frozen ones ON SALE, as they are also expensive.
The food is always good especially the pizza without a doubt. Love the “odd ball” pizza menu. The service is usually good, nothing to complain about. This is no doubt a family friendly atmosphere. Here’s the kicker, unless you go at a time kids are in school then this place is chock full of kids, kids running around, being loud etc. definitely ruins the experience when you can’t hear the person talking across the table from you. Better off pickup if you’re not into the noise levels being on the high end. The decor is dated, worn in places especially tables and chairs. Not an eye sore but definitely noticeable.
While I always enjoy the food, I was surprised they arent back at full menu including pastas, soup etc and by how much the prices increased. 2 pizzas, (1 14 chicken BBQ, 1 14 half and half) garlic bread, small harvest salad, pitcher of rootbeer, 1 beer and 1 vodka lemonade. 101 before tip! Thats crazy. It will be sometime before we come back and no extras for sure. Crazy price increases. I understand loosing money during Covid but come on man, a family of 4 pizza dinner, 125$ dinner. Ridiculous. Im not into getting you your profits back at this rate. Caveat Emptor.
My friend ordered for lunch and it was a pizza with onions pineapple and Alfredo sauce. This was so good. I was lucky she let me have leftovers.I am hoping I can order the same with spinach onion ricotta and Alfredo sauce. But I would like paper thin crust. Can that be done? This was the best pizza I have had. If you say yes I will be ordering soon but only like paper thin crust 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Food was good. Service was mediocre. Bathrooms ( at least the male one) was discusting. Bathroom was filthy from top to bottom and there was no toilet paper. The restaurant provides hand sanitizer by way of two large hand pump bottles by the front check in desk. Great idea( if there was anything in the bottles. Our table of nine had to wait quite a while for silverware because they didnt have any clean ones on hand.To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
Ive been going to Home Run Inn(s) for over 40 years, their Pizza and other menu offers are consistently the Best around! Im hoping that the Pre-Covid Lunch Buffet is back or is coming back, it was the Best! Good Luck too All(Food Service) in the Future Post- Pandemic! 🤞🏻
Sad to say that after I hour, we were ill. Dont know if it is MSG or additives in the pizza. Our mouths were dry. We were drinking water and soda from 10:00 pm when we arrived home throughout the night. Neither of us slept steadily. We both had a massive headache, our mouths were dry. We ordered a large ground beef extra cheese black olive. The pizza looked good. We lived on Tripp in 1968 and ate Home Run Inn twice a week for 20 years. Old is gold. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA AT HOME RUN INN IN THE FUTURE. You will be told about fresh ingredients but WHAT ELSE IS ADDED THAT IS NOT TALKED ABOUT???
I dont get back to Chicagoland except for about once a year. Grew up with the place, so I may seem biased, but I cant find a pizza that I enjoy better anywhere. Would be 5 stars if it wasnt so expensive. My local grocery stores will have the 12 frozen pizzas priced much lower than the 8 HRI restaurant pizzas. Since I dont get to dont in there but for once a year, I dont mind paying more.
I grew up eating Home Run Pizza at the original location on 31st street at Kildare. I have visited their other locations in Bolingbrook and Berwyn. Neither come close to this location. Its as close to and possibly better than the original location in Little Village. The staff is very friendly. Shout out to our regular server Oscar! Wonderful young man!
Placed first delivery order from Home Run Inn, Darien. They were very pleasant on the phone and did get the pizza exactly like I ordered it. However, I do not like using third party delivery services. They never mentioned that they use Door Dash for their deliveries until after I placed my order with more than a 20% tip (found out via a text message I received). I asked how long they thought it would take for delivery (because if too long I was just going to pick it up myself) and they said no more than one hour. So after an hour I checked the Door Dash link they sent and it showed the food was not even picked up yet. I called Home Run Inn and they said the driver was just here and left with my order. They said they always quote an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes (not what I was told when I placed the order). The driver arrived with the pizza 25 minutes late. The pizza was cold. Its unfortunate this happened because the pizza tasted good. It would have been better if it was on time and warm. It would also have been better if Home Run Inn was honest with their customers and when you call for delivery they inform you it will be coming via Door Dash and will be at least 90 minutes. Will not be ordering delivery again.
Excellent pizza!!! Very kind people. We usually order carry out. They are kind, happy, and always get my pizza done just right.I know you are a chicago family run business. I hope sometime youll consider expanding to Arizona. As my close family member lives there now and can get a frozen pizza. While very good, freshly made is excellent. They miss you!Thank you to the friendly people at this location. Always greeted with a big smile. Again, the pizza is the best!!Highly recommend.
We ordered over $100 worth of food for delivery. After an hour and twenty minutes I called and they told me it was ready but still sitting at the restaurant. I was then disconnected. Waited but no one called back. I called again and they said no one could delivery it. But we could pick it up. Fine. But why wasn’t I called and now the food has been sitting there For who knows how long. Just strange to let a large order just sit there and not call the customer to say it’s not coming. We cancelled the order. Our friends had the same experience a few days ago. It’s a shame because we grew up eating home run inn and loved it.
Ok it’s math time!If you “build your own”, why is a large - sausage, onion, mushroom and green pepper the same price as the Nick’s Super? It’s the same pizza but they charge you $2 more for the Nick’s Super. The breakdown:Large - 20.50Each ingredient(4) - 1.75Equals $27.50Versus a Pat’s Super, $29.50 of which I didn’t order. Why the two dollar difference?! Now if you do this consistently, you have a nice profit. Can someone please explain?!
Unfortunately, I must be honest, I was DISAPPOINTED to the WORST DEGREE!!!😢It was my fiances first time eating it and I had raved about HRI because I loved the frozen and the hot in Westmont.I was even disappointed with the cupcakes bc they were dry, but the garlicky butter was delicious. We spent about $50.00 (give or take), but that is just the way the ball bounces and I guess everyone and everything has its bad days, but unfortunately I cannot support HRI anymore bc I WILL NOT TRUST it too be delicious!☹️God bless HRIs continued success!🙏
You can never go wrong with HRI! Had the personal pizza and normally would just get a pizza to share. The crust is different. Its thinner and crispy and I enjoyed it! HRI does a great job with social distancing. Theres sanitizer at the table plus they do ask that when speaking to your server, for you to put on your mask. Not a big deal. Staff went above and beyond. Thank you!
Manager was great. However the buffet never had enough of food. Chef was not ready for the opening within a half an hour of opening we had to wait 20 minutes for food to be brought out. Only 1 item at a time .No pizza really? At least pizza should have been coming out. We had a party of 10. Birthday party. Like I said the woman manager agreed with me. Chef never was able to catch up. Make me your secret customer and I will improve that place. Good food when you can get it out of the kitchen. I have over 30 years of management kitchen experience
Screw this place. I selected curbside order, it asked for a description of my vehicle so I filled that in and parked directly in front of the doors. Waited until the end of my pickup window, no pizza. Checked my order online, said it was ready? Went inside and was told I needed to call. The is no sign outside telling me to call in nor did it say this during the order process. The hell with these people, what a terrible way to treat customers.
Had a very bad experience here tonight. Came in with a group of 7 and the service was very poor. Waitress took a long time to take our order. We ordered 3 pizzas and they took FOREVER to come out. Other tables were getting their pizzas first even though they arrived after us. No apology or acknowledgement of the issue. Staff overall looked very apathetic/unhappy. When the pizzas finally came, one of them was lukewarm and the other was scalding hot, I burned the roof of my mouth. This leads me to believe that the goofed on our of our pizzas and just kept the others warm while they had to remake it. Wont be back here.
My bf took me here after wanting to try the fresh pizza since the frozen version was my fave for years. The appetizer were buffalo fries and the pizza was artichoke and garlic white cheese pizza — it was aaaahmazig!!! Best pizza ever!! The crust was awesomely tasty just like always. Everything was fresh. Added bonus: the buffalo fries were amazingly awesome as well.
We had a great time at Home Run Inn. Our waitress, Leah S. took really good care of us. She made sure that our glasses were never empty. She checked on our order to make sure that it came out in a timely manner and that everything we ordered was correct. We chatted with her for a bit and she was really upbeat and pleasant. Of course the food was excellent. Good food is one thing but it doesn’t matter if the service is no good. Kudos to Leah S.
We ordered a 14 inch pizza today for pickup. It was not what HRI pizza is known for. The dough was definitely their frozen pizza dough. Shame on them for cutting their quality during a time people are trying to support them. We paid $28 for a 14inch. We have been eating HRI our entire life. From 31st to Darien. Unfortunately we will not be ordering from there again. So sad to say Goodbye to something that was so good.
Not only are they not able to get your order correct. They want to charge you for items you didnt even receive. I called and spoke to the so called manager and she was like oh, they must of forgot it and we can credit your credit card $1.00 ... Wowww, $1.00 whole dollar.. Smh.. If you want your order correct please do not go to this Home Run Inn. I know I will no longer be ordering from here.
Zero stars, yesterday we walked in, girlfriend and daughter’ 5 minutes in nobody approached us so girlfriend and daughter decided to wait outside for a patio table.10 minutes later I’m still inside waiting for somebody to sit us but no... I saw a guy drinking water at the end of the bar, I asked him if there was anybody to help us, him instead of helping he said I’ll get someone. Not busy at all, one table outside, two tables at the at the bar and two tables in the main dining room, just unbelievable horrible experience, employees at a restaurant should never walk by a guest without asking if they’ve been help. How do I know this? I’ve been in the industry for almost 30 years, either you have the personality and charisma to work in a restaurant or you just don’t have it.Is not science but it takes dedication to be attentive and helpful to the guestsIs a though business to maintain consistency and great service and you guys here DO NOT HAVE IT.!Finally we decided to leave, right when we were getting in our car somebody is yelling “you guys wanted a table”? I said is too late now.How you guys stay in business I don’t know, but if you don’t train your staff better in this hospitality field you won’t last.
Just ordered a curbside pick up. I called, someone answered promptly and was very polite. Upon arriving home, my order is totally incorrect. Boneless wings are half x-tra small, the rest are an okay size. The pizza? Ridiculous. I asked for HALF of one type of meat and a SEPARATE half of a different meat, yet they are mixed together all over the pizza. I really would like a refund. It’s not a good mix, and literally makes me sick just looking at it....
Great atmosphere, accompanied by excellent service. Seems everyone helped everyone from the time we walked in and were greeted , to the time we left and wished a good night. Jaclyn was so attentive and had a smile that made me smile. She would bring things to us before we even needed to ask. Her manager Kathy was checking in on tables and their dining experience or needs. 1947 pizza with garlic butter crust is by far the best pizza. Definitely returning and asking for her.
I love this place! I have dined here for years, both with family and friends. The pizza is flavorful and fresh...baked just right. Both staff and the management team are fully engaged and dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time. Im definitely a fan of Jaclyns long island ice tea. Cheers!
One of our favorite places to pick up a pizza on the way home after a busy day. We usually stick with extra cheese and they actually really give you a lot of extra cheese which is fantastic. Our order is always hot and ready exactly when they say and all of the staff on the phone and in person are nice and helpful
Friendly staff whose very attentive and they anticipate your needs. Theyre also really good with kids we had four under, ten years old, in our party of eight. We all enjoyed their buffet. We started with soup they two to choose from. There was a nice selection of salad items. There was chicken fish and pork with steamed vegetables including asparagus yum my favorite. And of course they had several different kinds of pizza. Dessert was fresh fruit and cookies.
All they have now is Pizza and wings for entrees. Waitress said it was because of Covid. What?? Covid has nothing to do with food. All other Italian restaurants serve pasta and sandwiches during this pandemic. So that is a crock. I understand when it was take out only to have a limited menu but not for inside dining. We left and will not be back. Might as well rename your place to Only Pizza.
High-quality consistently good food, plenty of choices and lunch buffet if you are in a group or in a hurry! Today I reaped the harvest of being a regular- they sent me a birthday email with a gift card for a free pizza! Dawn took excellent t care of me, which is part of their magic. Wonderful waiters and waitresses tuned in to your needs!
Great changes are happening at this restaurant. The service was really poor, the past 2 times we came to this location. I tried talking my family into going to a different restaurant tonight, but the kids wanted to go to Home Run Inn. I was anticipating poor service, but to my surprise it was excellent! Jody, who served our table, was gracious, smiled and because of her we had a great dining experience. Fun and good food is what we enjoyed tonight. We ordered cheese pizza for the kids, but for the 3 adults we ordered Lauras favorite. You have to try this pizza, it is the best!!!The kids enjoyed Jody; she made sure they all had the crazy straws for their drinks, and extra cherries for their cookie monster. Thank you Jody . . . We will ask for your table the next time we dine again.
One of my Favorite Pizzas. Always delicious and consistent. *This location is hands down their Best*Buffet MON - SAT (11-2) is a great deal. Pizzas offered on Buffet: Sausage, Cheese, Pepperoni, Margherita, Sausage w/ Veggies. Two soups to choose from with multiple salad options and fish, chicken or beef options. No need to save room for the desserts offered on buffet, they are not good.
I must be used to the Frozen Home Run Inn Pizzas! It was good but kept saying this doesnt taste like the frozen. We all agreed liked the frozen better. Crazy!Expensive too! 9 Bucks for a pitcher of Sprite? Large 1/2 Sausage, 1/2 cheese, pitcher of sprite, and bill is 37 bucks! Ouch! Then more money on the arcade games for the kids.If you have kids go to Chuck e Cheese. It tasted good. Just not 37 Bucks good for the little you get.
1st off they put us next to a pole and when asked for a different spot they gave us another option that was just as bad for a family of 3. The restaurant was not too busy to find us a better option. I work in the industry and by far that was the biggest bullshit I have ever been fed. The server was friendly but thats about it, we have a 9 month old and she grabs for everything so instead of a nice meal out we had to keep her from grabbing plates, dirty napkins, empty glasses and then on top of that the pizza we ordered. Then I ordered the strawberry and vodka drink (I cant remember the exact name) and it tasted like all that was in it was the strawberry puree. It was sorely depressive since it was my 1st drink in almost 2 years. Plus if you order half an ingredient they charge for a full ingredient. All in all, it was not worth our money at all and more felt like we were ripped off than anything. We will NEVER be going there again nor do we ever recommend anyone else.
Love Home Run Inn pizza and their buffet is a plus. Lots of choices but lets face it Im there for the pizza!!!! My one hope is that they donate all the leftover pizza rather than dump it all. When we were there and they broke down buffet every pizza tray was full with newly replenished food. Im sure there is a shelter close enough by that they would pick it up. Pizza can be reheated without being compromised too much.
Hate it here. Weve been there like 2 times before the pandemic and to sit there a long time and never got served. We only got waters but the waiters never came back to our table but we saw how they were serving other tables! They kept saying well be back and never did! This was twice!! We had to go somewhere else. We have not been back since and will not go back there again!
Had a good time. This is the closest home run in. Place was packed on Friday night. Overall very clean restaurant. Pizza tasted bit different but maybe they changed the recipe a little. Still very good. Nice staff. Dont forget to check in to get $5 off large pizza. Will be back!
Love Home Run Inn! Even better in a buffet! Great Pot roast, Sausages & Peppers, Pasta, mashed potatoes, mushroom soup, chicken noodle soup, salad, Pasta pudding, etc. The usual buffet items. Ill be going again, especially since they offer it on Monday thru Saturday.
Im very disappointed with the carry-out service. They are very slow & dont seem to care how long you have been waiting. Ive picked up pizza many times but lately, the service is terrible. I even used Doordash to pick up pizzas & the delivery driver from Doordash had problems too! They told the driver that hes picking up the pizzas at the wrong location & they dont have an order from that customer. He told them that this is the correct place. They finally found the order but it was very late
HOME RUN INN PIZZA has a grand slam hit in the Chicagos Best Pizza category. I love everything about this pie especially the buttery crust. Its a trek worthy hike to find one and better yet if near your hometown. The restaurant deco is baseball hence its name. Lots of photos both old and new of players and parks..
Great bar service & excellent pizza. friendly . however when you are sitting at tables all to often servers are chatting or watching tv. Also the backroom employees when on break insist on watching there tv programs and playing video slots while the paying customers who are spending their money so these employees have a job must wait there turn if they want to watch a certain sport on tv or play a video slot. Managements attitude toward the customer is poor. You can wait while our employees party on the clock. Even if the employee is on break the paying customers should come first.
Shame the service is not as good as their food. Wait 15 minutes for a server to come to take our drink order. Waited another 20 minutes for a blue moon because the bartender had to cut oranges. Handed us the check without asking if we wanted anything else. So we stopped somewhere else for dessert.
I absolutely love the Home Run Inn Pizzas. I was weaned on them since the late 50s as a little kid and still fondly remember Nick as my Dads Bartender. I was fascinated bybtge pizza order clipboard that they shoved from the order window down a string up cable to send the order to the pizza cooks.Every time I see some old wicker chairs and small roundtables like were in their dining area, it brings back a rush of memories and visuals of the dogs playing poker artwork on the walls.
Placed an order for carry out, the lady up front was an elderly super nice woman, told me that the sandwich will be ready in about 15min, I paid for it and went back to my car to complete my email and other things on the go, came back 25 min later to find out that somehow my sandwich was given away so someone else. Admittedly it did upset me a little, but you cant be upset because an elderly woman made a mistake, she was very apologetic, store manager came out, apologized and refunded my money (I didnt even mentioned that), apologized again and offered to make another sandwich (while I wait) and when I got my sandwich she also offered me a gift card as an apology. Wow, havent had this kind of service in a while. Thank you. I will definitely stop again.P.S. this seems to be a family business, the elderly woman seemed to be the owner, and the manager is her daughter. Anyway, no big chain restaurant will treat you this way, to them youre a card swipe and a number at the end of the day.Update-*** the sandwich was Carolina chicken sandwich, and it was delicious ;)
Love their food, but to- go- orders are a big problem. Ordered a pizza, and vodka Riggatoni. Asked for butter and cheese packets on the side. Every time we order things are missing. It isnt just the older woman, this time a man took my order. Told me everything was there. Got back to work and no cheese packets. UGH. I work in the mall but have a lunch hour and dont want to run back over for forgotten items. Makes me crazy and very amperhensive about placing an order, especially a group order.
There gluten free has gone down hill, used to be real good and i gave the benefit of the doubt but no, 3 in row were yuk, undercooked not done right, then on top of that i go in for pick up 2 women on the phone for over 5 minutes making me wait as my pies are getting cold BAD SERVICE, when a paying customer walks in you put person on phone on hold and take care of waiting customer, the redeeming factor goes to whomever made the red velvet cupcakes best ever and the regular pie we got on point. wow red velvet cup cakes OWN.
I visited Home Run Pizza in Darien ,IL.I had company from Arizona visiting. ,they wanted a good PiZZA.Since I had been at the home run several times for the Buffet ,I Choose Home Run Pizza in Darien. They loved the food and the different 🍕 .The waitress was just wonderful .Had a good time.I will be visiting next week for your outstanding buffet.Thbbuffet.Thanyoy
I have been going to Home Run Inn Pizza since 1975 all the way back at their location on 31street in Chicago and has been my favorite pizza all this time, thank god they didnt change anything once they expanded all this time.I mostly go to the Darien location at this time in our lives and cant get their enough! just wish you would open one near Orland Park, IL in the south suburbs
I like this place because this is the only place I can eat delicious pizza!! I am giving this restaurant a 4 because my family wanted to, but I wanted it to be 5 stars. Ive noticed that Home run in take a great amount of wait to get your food! So yeah! Hehawhawhaw!!!🏡+🏃= Home run in!
Pop was flat, even after I complained, they brought us new drinks out, still flat. Dissapointed I couldnt order mushrooms on my pizza, as they are canned. I dont eat canned mushrooms, we ordered the spinach, garlic and artichoke pizza. It was ok, but nothing to make me want to return.
Great pizza great service , especially the bar keeps, could you a lot less catering to the help when nobody sitting at the bar wants to watch the cub game but the wait staff and kitchen help who are standing around complain and the manager on duty belittles the bar staff for not having it on multiple TVs so the help can watch, I say that if they want to watch TV. To punch out and either go home or become a customer then they can request what they want. Until then if it is of no concern to paying customers that are present and dont wish to watch something the manager should mind their own business and worry more about the help standing around not attending to their own duties
I want to start by saying I love Home Run Inn food- this complaint is in regards to service not the food. I went to the Darien location with my husband and friends. We go often and enjoy the food. Myself and one of my friends are part time servers at a well known pizza place in the southwest suburbs- because of this reason our server got a 20% tip - I can guarantee if this was any other customer he would not have received a $20 tip. Our night started with the hostess leaving a uncharged electronic notebook a the table- it stayed on for about 30 seconds before shutting off- if you are going to use these then look into charging them. Our server was Ricardo A. It took him about 10 mins to get to our table. Ricardo took our drink orders then took another 10-15 mins to bring them- he did explain the bartender was busy. Ricardo was prompt taking and getting our order to us. Ricardo did not ask refill our drinks and walked by our table many times until we had to ask for refills as he was walking by- we had to do this twice. Ricardo did not take our empties when he brought new drinks. Ricardo did not give us appetizer plates and we had to ask another server in the area. Ricardo did not clear our empty dishes and another server came by and did it. When paying we separated the bill- $80 on one card and the remaining $25 on the other. We told him 2x what to put on each card. Ricardo came back and stated he messed up and put the wrong amounts on each card- somehow he remembered what went on each card after he ran the card? Ricardo acted like this was no big deal yet $60 is a huge deal and it could of caused an overdraft of the card. Ricardo did not offer to get a manager to fix it and I had to tell him a manager is able to fix it. Ricardo took over 10 mins to have to manager fix the problem. The manager did not come to the table to apologize. Ricardo did apologize. Being a server I know it is not difficult at all to split a check on two cards- I also know that a manager can quickly fix such a problem and I would of had the manager fix the problem before I presented it to the customer and acted like it was no big deal. If we were just the normal customer Ricardo probably would of been tipped $10 on the $100 bill. I understand people get busy and I have never emailed a restaurant about poor service but this was ridiculous. I think someone needs to talk to Ricardo about this. If we go back I will be sure to not have him as a server.
To the owner I got up pizza to beef sandwiches one was a combination beef the woman that took my Order was very nice Someone In the kitchen just Need to see a picture of OA combination beef sandwich the 1I got was not Was not the 1.I normally get from home run in pizza thanks.
Our waitress was nice, but our pizza was not what we ordered, the pizza took 32 minutes to get to us, the manager came by and said she would discount us for the cooks mistake. Our bill was 41 dollars and only discounted 8 dollars... we did not receive an option to remake our pizza.
The Darien location has a *much* better buffet than does Bolingbrook. Its kind of a shame, since Im much closer to Bolingbrook. But, if Im willing to drive a bit to Darien, so are others, so what is that going to mean for bbrook in the future? Anyway, this is a good HRI to visit - spacious, good pizza, a few video games for the kids...

2022-06-30My family and I had dinner there tonight. Pizza was hot and delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. The remodel looks fantastic and the place is so clean! However our experience was ruined by the awful black chairs at the tables. They are extremely uncomfortable. By the time we were done eating our bums and lower backs were so sore. The seats are extremely small and the metal bars on the sides in back completely dig into your sides. Please invest in some better chairs. The only way Id dine in again is if I was guaranteed a booth or there were new chairs.

2022-06-11They just remodeled the inside but got some terrible chairs that are super uncomfortable but the booths are great! The food is amazing as usual and our server was so nice! Great place! Cant wait to see what it looks like when they finish the remodel!

2022-02-08The food is always good here. We had a party of 20 people and I asked if we could sit and they said 2/3 of the party must be there in order to sit. I said there is 17 of us here right now here right now and they again said 2/3 of the party must be there in order to be seated. I said 15 people would be 2/3. So besides their inability to do math the food as usual was really good the server was exceptional and I would definitely recommend this place

2022-05-17Our server, Moises was awesome! He brought everything nice and warm and kept on top of refills on our drinks. Food was awesome. I do have a complaint about the new chairs they have. They were very uncomfortable. They have no cushions and were not deep enough. My back was hurting from sitting there after awhile. It almost felt like they wanted you to eat and leave right away.

2022-06-26Love the remodel. Food is great. The chairs in your new dining room are atrocious and cheap. I had to get up twice just to stretch because theyre that awful. I usually carry out so not like I eat in there all that much but its enough of a reason not too.

2022-04-24We took our son who is in the Army, and our daughter in law last December.Everyrhing including the service was great. Hes stationed in Kansas,so no Home Run Inn pizza in sight, not even frozen. They load up on the frozen when there visiting

2020-09-08I picked up a to go pizza while I was in town from Texas. Our stores carry the frozen brand so I was excited to try the actual restaurant. They did not disappoint! Delicious flavor and perfect crust. I wish we had them in Texas!

2022-06-20Ordered the garlic fireball and it was good but it was substantially more greasy and the pizza had a lot less toppings than usual and had almost no heat/spice to it. Probably be a while before I try it again especially given the premium price.

2022-06-20The view by far is one of the greatest points of the restaurant. Very friendly and considerate staff that are willing to go above and beyond to help with a nice photo.
