Does anyone else lose track of time in Hobby Lobby?? I always enjoy my adventures and generally buy far more than was on my list. Even during stressful Covid times the staff were gracious, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always ask if I know about sales (or items Im purchasing not being on sale) and go out of their way to be welcoming. Always stocked, its rare if I dont find exactly what Im looking for when shopping. Whether youre crafting, decorating, or simply searching for inspiration, Hobby Lobby is your place.
In my 31 years of life, I have never been in Hobby Lobby until today. Wow!! I loved it! Will be going back!

Review specific to the Framing Dept. and checkout:I came in with a painting that was on a canvas that was slightly bent. It didnt fit in any of the frames very well because of the bend and the thickness. Deborah, who has worked there for 5 weeks (she told me) was SUPER helpful. She walked around the department and tried different frames. She was determined to find the perfect frame, and she did!With her help and the manager (I didnt catch her name, but blonde hair and glasses) worked to put on a custom back, new hanging hooks, and wire. It was basically a custom frame and it was only a few dollars extra. It looks AMAZING and Im super thankful for the help.At checkout I was helped by Aaron J. (according to the receipt). He was really careful with all my glass stuff. Everything was wrapped nicely. He was very polite and friendly, and even double checked for me that some of my items were 50% off.Overall, a great shopping experience today and I appreciate Deborah, Aaron J and the framing departments manager. Thank you!
My Go To place for so many things.Never disappointed when Im on a mission for something specific.
This location was great.I didnt expect the store to have electric carts or even any wheelchairs, but to my surprise they did have wheelchairs.They had a wide seat that had a basket that swings down and locks in place just above your lap.Most of the aisles are ADA compliant, but there is a section where the Christmas trees are that is too narrow to get the wheelchair through.Other than that tiny issue I was very pleased with my experience here.If you cant afford Scentsy wax melts, then go here and check out their amazing selection.
Favorite place to shop for home decor and scrapbook items!!!! Always check the ads for the fifty percent off deal of the week!!!! Right after the holidays they always mark the holiday items down! I love to stock up for next season right after the holidays are over!!!!!
Hobby lobby has everything you could need to do crafts, decorations etc one way they need to improve is by having some type of signs or directory showing where different types of items are at in the store.

I was amazed at the selection of everything. Everything I needed just happened to be on sale so I was able to get what I needed at a great price. Make sure to look on line at their weekly adds to see if they have a coupon or what you are wanting is on sale.

A really good selection Hobbie material in the Lobbie.
We went there to browse decor items for our daughters room. We were disappointed in their selection of picture frames for kids, but we managed to find a few adorable accents. Then the power went out in the store, obviously not their fault. It was the way they handled it that was wrong. Frustrated, one of the employees came over to us to tell us we couldnt buy anything. I knew they wouldnt be able to ring us up, so I asked if we could put our three items on hold and come back tomorrow. The employee yelled no overnight holds!. My husband and I decided to leave. On our way out, several people were at the registers putting carts of merchandise on hold for the next day. I commented on this to my husband and an employee from behind us addressed it, I told her an employee wouldnt let us leave an overnight hold and she yelled, who said that?. I told her who and I hope they corrected it. Either way, we were disgusted with their drama and attitudes and we will not be back.

As a fan of gunpla (gundam models) I love coming here to get my hands on them not to mention the mouth watering scents and eye catching views this stores other departments have. Not a large assortment of gunpla which is a shame but the rest of the store makes up for it with its other amazing sections

I love Hobby Lobby and this one gets a full 5 stars. The staff is very helpful and always cheery. There have been a couple of times where I have had difficulty finding staff to help me out on the floor, but when I did find someone they were always very happy to help me with what I needed. Prices are very reasonable - look especially for the clearance prices of seasonal items to get a really good deal. Toys and kids crafts tend to be a bit more on the expensive side, so you may want to wait for a sale on the particular item(s) you are shopping for.
This store is my local Hobby Lobby. It is well-lit, and nicely organized. Mondays have boxes on the floor/restocking to work around in some areas, but no big deal. They have to stock sometime!The fabric and ribbon section ladies are my favorite staff-they know their stuff and are *happy* to help, and know their department. That being said, I also usually seem to get friendly cashiers who are fast and know exactly whats on sale. :)
I love this Store. They have every craft item you can think of. They also have a large selection of home decor. The best part is that when they bring out seasonal and holiday items they are on sale at 40% off instantly! If you go to their web sight the always have.a 40% coupon...on one item... you can print or scan it on your phone. You Can use it as many times as you want. Im not sure if it can be combined with sale prices.

I love the store. Great selection of oil paint supplies. Great selection of home decore. This is wherein go to have paintings that I have purchased direct from the artist stretched and framed. Always done right. Great place to get Xmas paper from... thick, good looking and usually has a grid on the backside. Only complaint is one employee there has given attitude and mean states to a child with autism that was in the store with me, not cool.

Great prices on plain colored t-shirts for any size. I will not buy plain t-shirts anywhere else. Has alot more things for crafters who work with fabric designs. Unique place to buy gifts.
The framing department, especially the nice people who work there are the reason I shop at hobby lobby. Most of the other stuff Im not interested in. Framing prices are competitive, although we have bought mostly during sale time. The frame work they do has been very good. Just dropped off another picture to be framed and Im positive it will come back looking as good as the others we had done.

The employees are always attentive to me and have great information when I am looking for something. I love the way they display their merchandise. I could go there everyday and see something new! My favorite store, I go there before anywhere else for my craft needs.

Always a joy to shop here.We had a hand-painted picture that we brought back from Africa framed here. They did an excellent job! The frame is perfect for the picture!We enjoy shopping here. The nice people who worked here is one of the reason I shop in here and course there are lots of craft items you can get here. The place is clean and spacious. The ambiance is very inviting to spend your afternoon looking around for craft items and decoratives.
Very clean and well kept store. Amidst all the holiday chaos, the store was well stocked and very pleasant to shop at.
Last time I came to this Hobby Lobby in October, a very helpful associate (did not catch his name) matted and framed a small drawing for me on the spot. He did a quick measure, taped the picture down a little, wiped the fingerprints off the glass, and this took him less than a minute or two and at no charge. I was told this service is always offered, so I ranted and raved about it to my friends and came back again today. This service was the one and only reason I came back to the store. However, this time around, I was told by an associate at the framing desk that if I wanted my small photo matted and framed, I would need to wait 4 to 7 weeks. Im not sure what happened between now and October that prevents this associate from giving me any assistance whatsoever, but I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back, as I have no other reason to.
Eventually found what I needed. Bought greenery that wasnt as nice as I j.g ad wanted but I had to have it. This was the only store that had any at all.
Caution your wife will leave with more than she intends to purchase. That means even if shes just getting ideas shell leave with something! It is a great store and its fun to go together and get decor for the house.. but its expensive enough that you shouldnt make it a habit. Use caution and youll come out all right 😃

I love Hobby Lobby because no matter what Im working on they will have what I need. From crafting to renovations to hobby supplies to decorating (seasonal and non), I can always find what I need, plus 10 things I dont need :). The prices tend to be a little high, but with their constant sales and coupons I can be thrifty and still get the items I want or need.
This Hobby Lobby location is consistently clean and always seems to have enough employees. The selection of various craft supplies is superior to other craft stores, though they dont have as much fabric selection as Id like.
Had everything I needed and I restore antique radios so Im always looking for replacement fabric for speaker covers and small jewelry tools to help work on the intricate wiring on these old radios

Very quiet store, not a lot of people in it usually. The staff is hard to find because there isnt much if it and the manager I encountered was less than pleasant and just appeared to not want to be at work, especially not dealing with customers.Hobby Lobbies in general are a bit overpriced on their furniture and home accessories but their I LOVE THIS YARN brand of yarn is exclusive to HL and very soft! It comes in a lot of colors and thicknesses and is cheaper than other yarns.Dont forget to use the 40% off coupon thats always on their website or in their app. Oh, and download the app to keep up with sales ;)

Went to hobby lobby on Friday 10-11-19. I asked for a location for a product. First they said its either in the sewing area or over by crafts. I said I didnt want to walk all over the store because I was hurting. And then was told in the sewing area. It wasnt there and I had to walk to the other side of the store. This is the last time I will step into this store. I had to drive over 30 minutes to go to the store and their customer service is the worst. I had more help at Michaels than this store. If they cant help a disabled person to keep them from walking all over the store then I will go to your competers.
They don’t celebrate Pride month. The local store installed blinding lights on the outside of their used building. They all aim out onto the street blinding my Wife as she drives by at night. They don’t care about the community.

There is many things to choose from when decorating any room in your house. They also have a large variety of arts and crafts, tou can find just about anything here that will add to any projects. They have a wide variety of photo frames to choose from as well as my favorite shadow boxes. Its best to come here when they have sales because depending what you are buying there are items that get pricey.
I could spend hours here, decorating my house. Years ago, the yarn drew me in. Now, there are only popular needles and the yarn doesnt go on sale like it used to. I still love to visit, but I dont buy as much. The variety of products available is decreasing.

Even though theres a lot of Christian materials in there I do not particularly care for the Sabbath or the cashiers at the front end I think the people at their front-end represent the company and they do a really not so good job representing a company that claims to be Christian I dont see Christianity in the store or feel it whatsoever I do love the merchandise no doubt about it as far as peoples attitudes and the overall morale of the store I really dont care for it whatsoever and I wish it was were difference because I would be there a lot more

Not very friendly or helpful,I did get assistance from a lady in the back eventually,but the lady at the front of the store just kept talking to the cashier and gave some poor directions to locate the item.

Wish they carried more diamond painting kits..the ones they had werent very pretty and just put on the side of an endcap... it is the thing right now and can get adults, teens and even kids off game systems. Other then that normal hobby lobby.. it was nice to see as they were moving a display how saftey conscious they were!

Its not easy finding something if you dont know where it is and some guy with a broom was sweeping the floor and would walk right straight for you and he expected the customer to move. Very rude. It wasnt close to closing so I dont think that was the problem. They have allot of fun stuff.

I dont think they live up to their expectations of being a Christian based business whats the weather I found them to be rather rude always doesnt matter whos working I just find them to be rather rude and very untrustworthy of the customers if they didnt have such nice stuff in there I wouldnt go in there and I go in there as least as possible if they were nicer to the customers me being one of them I was going there much more often
Not a fan of the mountains of Chinese imports that Hobby Lobby wrangles in. For about the same price or less, a customer could go to a local art gallery and buy an original painting instead of a print cranked out of Chinese printing plant. Also not a fan of their owning familys religious oddball beliefs and how those views affect the lives of their employees.
Craft supplies are pretty pricey, but their furniture is all super cute and really affordable.
Always able to find what I need and then with great displays I am enticed to purchase impulse items.
Hobby Lobby is a quintessential hobby store. They have the basics like plastic flowers and painting supplies, and the rare like candle making supplies and doll house supplies. If you have a crafty hobby, Hobby Lobby probably supplies it. In Champaign, the people are helpful buy busy. I purchased a Vermont Farmhouse Jr. Dollhouse. They sell them as kits, or pre-assembled. They no longer paint the exterior, but a few painted models are still in stock for the same price. We got lucky and bought it on a 40% off anything in the store weekend, and bought the pre-assembled version, normally $369.99 for $200. Id recommend this store to anyone who is into crafts!
Even though Hobby Lobby is PACKED full with just...stuff..its generally well kept, and they always have some kind of sale going on.

2022-06-21The store had a lot of wonderful products and people working there. Only down a star because the women’s bathroom was so horrendous. I’ve genuinely never been anywhere less hygienic than this Hobby Lobby restroom. I looked in every single stall before choosing the least hideous to hover in. Very grateful for masks.

2022-05-20If you have small children who are semi loud or like to touch, do not even bother taking them here. I was told they are disruptive and I need to be more responsible. Over a staff member being upset I set things on a self that didnt belong there, and truly I just didnt know where my kids got the 2 items from, and we were in a hurry to get out of there and get to an appointment. The manger then decided to approach me with a shelf and say I need to pay attention to what they pick up, the shelf that was missed placed, was not put there by us...Loved going in there prior to this for the sales, home decor, what not, but I will not be returning. Half the staff was rude, yelled at me for my daughter having a basket and putting belongings in it.. asked me what I was really there buying... followed me around like I was stealing, talking under their breath to other employees, and even had the nerve to ask me all what I was even going to be buying anything or our we just playing around. Even though Ive been a customer for years and just on my last two trips there spent over 600$ in total.. and was there just thr day before this.

2022-06-13They have the most amazing staff!! I watched today as a worker had to deal with incredibly rude customer making a mess of her clearance cart. And not once did she act frustrated. I wish she didnt have to deal with people like that, but man she is patient.

2021-12-24I used to go to this store all the time. It was such a wonderful place. It looks like they might be running out of inventory on the models. But if you love remote controlled airplanes or trains or bow hunting then youll be in great shape. You need to get some better models which some are highly overpriced and rockets. But I still love that store. Dont get me wrong

2017-10-26The layout here makes sense, and there is a wide selection of supplies for hobbies and crafting. The staff on the floor has been very nice and helpful every time that Ive been in. Some of the cashiers are as we, but others are very abrupt and act as if they just want you out of the store.
