SO HAPPY. Rajeev, the store owner is the nicest guy ever and knows his stuff. I came in looking to replace the standing desk I got on Amazon because the motor gave out after only a few months. He only sells quality stuff and explained to me how reliable the standing desk he sold me is. It has two motors and is well worth the investment, not to mention he offers a 5 year warranty.. and I wouldnt doubt he will go the extra mile to help you if anything ever happens to something you get from him. I ended up leaving with an incredibly nice chair as well and he educated me on that decision. HUGE FAN and very satisfied with my purchases.

First, I want to say thank you very much to Rajeev for his assistance in my custom built BodyBilt chair! This chair is amazing, expensive yes, but amazing in support and comfort. When you think about how much you spend every couple of years on those office supply store chairs that fall apart, lose their support and just arent comfortable...youll think the price you just spent is well worth it!Rajeev was able to take a serial number that I provided him from a coworkers BodyBilt chair that I tested out, broke down the built code so we could see what it consisted of and then made the modifications like extra cushion support and color change. Rajeev was also on top of the coordination and communication from order, time expediency on the chair build to when it was shipping out from the factory. On top of it, Rajeev is located in Chicago and Im in the National Capital Region (Wash DC) so the entire ordering transaction was completed via phone and email.The reason I chose to conduct my business with Rajeev at the Healthy Posture Store, is because he had great reviews going back a number of years and that I couldnt find a local dealer. A local The Healthy Back store didnt even offer the BodyBilt brand and in fact, offered similar brand that didnt offer the features I was looking for. Additionally, the similar brand floor model that was all beat up was being offered for the nearly the same price as my new custom made BodyBilt chair.You wont be disappointed with Rajeev as hes top notch and provides World Class service!!! Could not be happier with the product and especially customer service at Healthy Posture - dont let the cluttered showroom fool you - Rajeev knows his stuff - helped my wife and I make our custom selections (based on our vastly different heights) the order came in a week early, he delivered it directly to our home and even set up the chairs with us to assure proper posture and ergonomics. In these days of impersonal box stores with little or no customer service - its a pleasure to get service from a pro. These chairs are not cheap, but they are guaranteed for life - and if youre serious about your back, neck and posture - you cant go wrong with this place.
Extremely positive experience shopping for a high end chair at this store. The owner, Rajeev, is very knowledgable and offers a hands-on consultation experience. He walks you through all the options of chairs to meet your needs and sets you up at a desk to feel the chairs as you would in your own home or office. There is no rush and he welcomes all of your questions. This is MUCH better than trying to pick out a chair online based on reviews and is absolutely worth the trip to visit the store in person. The Healthy Posture Store, what a great find...I was in search of an office chair recently and after researching many hours I found The Healthy Posture Store located in Lincoln Square. Rajeev is very knowledgeable, patient and passionate about the office furniture he sells. I’m very picky when it comes to shopping and I like to be well educated in the product I’m thinking of buying. Rajeev took the time to show me his incredible inventory of chairs and narrowed them down to 3 great selections to choose from that would fit my needs. The customer service alone that I received from him was above and beyond and can not be compared to any other place. Not once did I feel like I was pressured to buy any of his chairs. He insisted for me to try them all out to see which one would be best in the long run.I always thought that the high end brand names of chairs were the only ones to get great ergonomic office furniture from, but after finding out about the ergoCentric brand of chairs that Rajeev sells the quality is exactly the same even better. The chair I chose is beautiful and is perfect for my work office space. Rajeev even upgraded my chair to a better fabric option as the other item was out of stock. It took less then a week to receive and he personally delivered it to my home in Skokie. I never thought that chair shopping would be so stress free. I was looking for a full office setup and came across Healthy Postures online. The reviews looked great, it was close to home, and I love supporting a small business. Rajeev was able to help me right away. We discussed my current work setup, what equipment I planned to have, how I wanted to work, and what my budget was. Starting with an excellent desk that will work for standing or sitting with an electronic lift. I was able to select colors for the top and base which he had in stock. Then we moved to chairs. He had me try one for a few minutes and explained how to adjust it. I was able to share what I liked and didn’t like and he selected another chair. This process led to the PERFECT chair! Since I’m on the petite side, he was able to recommend a foot rest to ensure my legs don’t dangle as well. I even ended up selecting a padded mat which would allow me to stretch and massage my feet while standing. All the items had some form of warranty so I’m not worried they will break down right away. He provided a great education and helped me find the exact right set up. I highly recommend you visit Rajeev for any office needs. I am in the process of setting everything up and will aim to take a picture as soon as it is ready.
Excellent buying experience! Raj offered guidance but also gave space and patiently allowed us to make a selection. What youve read about Healthy Posture and Rajeev are 100% true! I got a PHENOMENAL chair - the highly adjustable ergoCentric that I LOVE. Rajeev was so helpful and spent an enormous amount of time listening, educating and helping me select a chair that supports my back, neck and arms. Additionally its beautiful and very comfortable. I actually look forward to sitting in front of my computer! While the upfront cost of the chair was expensive, I took the long view factoring in the hours per day over years that I would be sitting in it which made the chair a bargain! I consider this chair an investment in my health. After two weeks my investment is already paying dividends - Im more productive because my back no longer aches. :) Thanks Rajeev!!
I first went to the Healthy Posture store at the recommendation of my physical therapist. Rajeev was terrific in helping to pick a chair and customize it to my back, which has undergone three surgeries. I like the seat from one and the back from another and he put it all together. I spent a long time there and there was no time pressure. Rajeevs appointment system meant I was the only one there. My experience was so good I did not consider any other store when I went back for a standing desk.

Rajeev was absolutely wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, informative, and so patient with all my questions. I purchased an electric standing desk, and it has been a life changer for my work from home capabilities. I went from a static desk with shoe boxes used to raise my computer screens, to a very solid desk that raises and lowers at the touch of a button. I am 6 foot and the desk height while standing is perfect. Easy to put together too, with fine instructions, about an hour to put together. Would recommend Healthy Posture to anyone looking for any at-home office needs (desk, chairs, etc)!
This place is exceptional! Rajeev is a true expert and will make sure you get the right equipment. I needed a desk-chair and was having a lot of trouble finding one that fit my specifications online. At Healthy Posture I was able to find a great chair (with some customizable elements) that fit me perfectly —I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s been great for my back and posture.I also ended up going back to Healthy Posture to get a standing desk and monitor arm-mounts which have changed the way I work!!
My new ergo-Centric chair has arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the fit, comfort and design. I’ve spent years in chairs that were not built for a petite frame and had developed multiple back and hip issues. I found Healthy Posture Store since I just moved into the Lincoln Square neighborhood and walked past the store. I wanted to replace my desk for an adjustable height desk. Rajeev showed me what he sold in his store. He didnt try to hard sell me or upsell me on buying the most expensive option. If anything, he suggested ways that I might save money. I ended up buying a new desk under my budget and a new chair because the design was amazing. Rajeev taught me how to position the chair with the desk for maximum comfort to my back. I found Health Postures Store after searching online for ergonomic furniture for my home office. I wanted to be able to test the equipment and when I saw that there was a place in my neighborhood, I couldnt believe it! The stock here is plentiful and the service impeccable. Rajeev helped my wife pick out a better office chair for our home office on a quiet Saturday afternoon, and its clear he truly cares about his craft. He guided us toward several models that sounded like a good fit but wasnt pushy at all. He took the time to explain why some were so much more expensive than others and in the end we found one that my wife absolutely loved for a great price. Rajeev was a great help in creating a custom chair that is the right size for my body and was kind enough to deliver and help me set up my work from home arrangement correctly. Ive been using my chair for two weeks now and have already seen a big decrease in the amount of pain and neck cramping I have. He helped me pick out the perfect chair and adjustable desk combo for my small apartment, which wasnt even the most expensive option. The Healthy Posture Store helped me custom order a chair from foreign maker Varier. The results were excellent, the shipping was fast. I live in Michigan and this was coordinated through email which I thought was excellent. Rajeevs service in was exceptional.
Like the smooth operation of the desk and the ease of adjusting the desk height. I got the wobbly chair and treadmill so I use both sides of the desk and frequently adjust the height of desk. Really appreciated the thoroughness when Healthy Posture set-up the equipment. The showroom visit was helpful because I could try the equipment and see options for setup. The owner took the time to show me many options.

I purchased an electric adjustable height desk and a LifeSpan walking treadmill from Healthy Posture on Lawrence Avenue on Chicagos North-side. Not only do I LOVE my purchase, the actual purchasing process was painless and efficient. I found Healthy Posture (HP) listed as a authorized dealer of LifeSpan on its corporate website. I called HP and made an appointment with Rajeev, (owner) the same day. Three days later my equipment was installed and I was working while walking!I believe I received an excellent price, and the excellent service I received from the store made it ever more of a value. Rajeev was extremely helpful; he educated me on the different options, provided pro and cons on each, and patiently allowed me to walk and experiment with floor models. The installation was part of his service (in you need or want it). And when we discovered a bit of a problem with the desktop holes not exactly matching the frame holes (manufacture issue) he immediately brought a new one to take care of the issue. Could not have been happier with my experience at HP.As for the equipment. I am a 54 yr old athletic woman with a job that requires way too much sitting at a computer. I had seen a few walking desks in my clients offices and decided to give it a try. I can type, conduct conference calls, read and watch movies on my iPad all with no problem whatsoever. I walk anywhere between 1.5 and 1.6 miles per hour, and after approximately one week I had worked my way up to 10K steps a day, easily. In fact now, 2 months later, I often walk 12-13K steps a day. My only compliant is that the LifeSpan step counter needs to be reset after 10K steps, but since Im not using it as exercise equipment its not a problem for me.
Was looking all over Chicagoland for a store that had a Varier Gravity Balans chair in stock, so as to be able to actually sit in and try out this unique chair... Rajeev Agarwal, Owner/Proprietor of The Healthy Posture Store gave me all the time and info. needed to try out the chair... was so happy with the experience of sitting in this chair, in its various positions, that i bought the floor model so as not to have to wait for special order... Brother Raj delivered the chair next day and helped me get it set up in my apt... am enjoying sitting in it, as i write... will soon be reclining in the chair for rest, relaxation and meditation... Shopping at this store was a wonderful experience. The proprietor is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I didnt want to go to a big box store for something as important as an ergonomic chair, as Ive been having muscle strain due to using a bad chair to do computer work. Free delivery, set-up, and informed advice. Fabulous!
The storefront while not the nicest or most glamorous of looking venues, does provide what it needs with a minimalistic design.Its a bare bones floor space with some products for demonstration that can shoppers can see and try out in person, I purchased a walking treadmill from the store,and the staff helped arrange for delivery, in an efficient and timely manner.They were good at working with my schedule to be delivered after typical hours, and understanding the purpose of the purchase.The Staff wasnt entirely knowledgeable about the inventory but was not afraid to look things up which is better than just pushing the sale with uncertain information.The pricing is also quite competitive so that is a plenty good reason to go in if looking for a specific item they carry.The only major improvements I could comment on is perhaps a better layout as initial impression when walking in is a bit too bare bones clutter and may turn some customers away.Also a little more off the top information about products might be helpful so there is less time back and forth looking up information about the item.Overall I would recommend this storefront to those looking for more specific or niche office work items, so if youre looking for ergonomic/exercise/specific designed office furniture this is a good store to check out

2021-10-12I am in the process of setting up my apartment, and hence needed a chair for my desk. Seeing as how most of my work requires me to stay stuck to the desk, I wanted to get a proper ergonomic chair. I found Healthy Posture on my walk around Lincoln Square, and had the amazing customer experience. When it was time to buy, I knew I was going to back to the store. I’ve only ever been used to having store owners/staff sell me things I couldn’t afford, but Rajeev was the absolute opposite. He wholeheartedly helped me find a chair that fit my needs and budget.Coming to the product, I’ve been using the chair for a week now, and gosh! it’s the most convenient chair I’ve used in ages. Supports my back, comes with height adjustments, and wait for it - comes with arm rests! Added to the chair, I also bought their laptop stand. It’s made my reading/work at the desk so much more convenient. It can be used both while sitting and standing, and it’s super light so it can be used on any kind of table.I would truly recommend this store to anybody who is looking to buy from a variety of ergonomic products.

After I told him my issues with my other chair, he then knew what I was looking for and showed me a great selection. I love my new chair! It’s obvious that he cares that his customers get the best experience, and he works to fit into any budget. I bought a chair, foot rest and adjustable standing desk, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality is outstanding, and I am noticeably much more comfortable working all day. The chair is the most comfortable (and stylish) desk chair I have ever owned. 2021-10-31I had a fantastic experience, and Im loving my new chair. Rajeev, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable and suggested a few options that fit my specific needs. Ive had a hard time finding a good chair at other locations because I am on the shorter side and have some back and hip issues, but I think I finally found the chair for me! The store has a good selection, and the prices are reasonable. I cant recommend it enough!

2021-06-01Thrilled with the new electric sit/stand desk and stool that I bought from Healthy Posture Store yesterday! Rajeev asked questions about my current home office setup vs. what Id like to have, and showed me a whole range of desks and adjustable-height seating options. I sat and sampled everything, and didnt feel pressured to make any decisions. So glad his store is in the neighborhood - always glad to support local business, and the service is top-notch.Hes got a stockroom full of options - I was able to take everything I wanted home with me on the same day. All told, I bought the desk, stool, standing mat, and a laptop stand for optimal ergonomic positioning of my two screens.Assembly of the desk was straightforward and only required a Phillips-head screwdriver.

I’m so pleased with the electric sit-to-stand desk, chair, and other accessories that make for a much more ergonomic set up. They were a great investment and I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. Rajeev delivered the items to my home shortly thereafter.

2022-01-01I should have visited this store in 2020! I had been using random chairs in the house for working from home and in desperate need for a proper ergonomic chair. I am petite (5”3) and struggled to find a suitable design online and hesitated to spend over $1k for a Herman Miller without trying it first.The store owner was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He demonstrated different adjustments available for each chair; he gave many tips and advice on the options for better desk setup. It was a pleasant shopping experience and we tried a variety of chairs within my budget. My husband who is a gamer also got a chair to help with his posture. I highly recommend this store for anyone who works from home or sit at a desk all day!

Back/neck pain be gone!I came in this past weekend and the store owner, Rajeev, helped me (i) understand how to properly sit at a desk, (ii) how I should pick out a chair and (iii) how to relieve strain/stress on my back and neck. Finally, a place that sells chairs for people who arent 6 feet tall (Im 54)!I purchased a high quality chair which fits me perfectly (get the ergoCentric - worth every penny!), a foot rest (best $39 youll ever spend!) and a desk stand, which instantly improved my posture when looking at Zoom/Webex calls.The service was excellent - Rajeev is a kind and hard-working man, who truly cares about his customers. In addition, I believe I paid a fair/good price for these items. Now my home office is set and Ill be back to furnish my work office. Im telling everyone about this wonderful store - check it out! 2022-03-26I would highly recommend the Healthy Posture Store! My sister recommended it after her office chair was replaced with one from Healthy Posture and her back pain resolved. I got the BodyBilt Task Chair and it allows me so much flexibility with my work. The arms, angles, everything is adjustable. Even when I had issues with the chair months later, Rajeev was so gracious, he asked me to bring it back and he adjusted the settings for me and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Great prices, many options. Love their laptop mobile desks, got myself a 2nd one today!
