I ordered a beautiful lift recliner, and it was delivered yesterday. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly, and they were very good about telling us how everything worked. When I visited the showroom to purchase the recliner last week, the staff at the Naperville store was great to work with - knowledgeable, patient, and so pleasant. All in all, working with Hartland was a wonderful and stress-free experience. Thank you to all.
I visited Hartland on a Sunday with my elderly mom looking for a lift chair. They had a great selection there to try out in store and that made a huge difference in the process of buying. Thanks to excellent service from the staffperson who was there (sorry Im totally forgetting his name and he was 100% awesome) we were able to purchase a floor model, disassemble it and and get it into my car to expedite everything. Great service + great selection.
My parents and I received excellent service. We came in several times to look around, and every time Sam and Malvina were very helpful and attentive. My father loves his new recliner and side table. They were even able to deliver and set it up in their homes the very next day. When the time comes to get my dad a new power wheelchair, we will definitely be coming here. Such a friendly, helpful company -- at both the Naperville & the Crystal Lake stores. They found a product for me that Ive been all over searching for. Especially Candido & Yvette -- theyre EXCEPTIONAL! I hate to call them employees -- theyre both so kind & helpful that theyre more like FRIENDS!!!
Staff were very helpful in the showroom but the chair was not delivered on the day promised. It took a few phone calls to finally get it delivered the next day. It’s a great chair.
Neli and Malvina were wonderful to work with at the Naperville location. My husband and I stopped in seeking info on mobility scooters for my MIL and received a wealth of information. We also needed to purchase a cane for my dad and was educated on the various kinds to meet his needs. Very friendly, energetic and knowledgeable on their products. I would highly recommend stopping at Naperville location to work with Neli and Malvina again. They helped make our purchase for our elderly parents with great comfort and ease.
What a great shopping experience we had at Heartland in Naperville! The store has a huge selection of medical equipment for all types of medical conditions. Sam was super helpful and gave us a great deal on our purchase! He has excellent product knowledge. We told him what we were looking for and he found the perfect transport chair for us! Mulvina demonstrated all the functions of the chair which was so helpful! We are so glad we found this store and would highly recommend it to anyone!
We had an emergency situation with our granddaughter, who needed a wheelchair. Mark Gascon of the Naperville Office could not have been more helpful !!!!!!!!! A five star rating is not not enough !!!!!!!!!!
Went to this store today to purchase a bathroom safety product the woman and the man working there were so nice and helpful.They had vast knowledge of the products and explained things in detail.They have a huge supply of medical productsAlot more than their competitors, very good and honest pricing.Highly recommend.
This medical supple place is great. I had a emergency with needing some supplies most companies either werent open on a Saturday or couldnt deliver until next or Monday, but I called before hours and received a call back as soon as they were open and helped me out with my situation. Also there staff was very friendly and helpful with what I needed and had a ton of stuff I saw on their showroom that could be of use. I highly recommend for medical supplies for family, friends or yourself. Thanks again for you help!!!
Could not ask for more kind and devoted people to help me and my family with a difficult situation! I ordered a power lift chair from Wayfair and it was defective when it arrived. The second one they sent to us was defective in the same exact way and would not function at all. Heartland had many models on display that worked, were fully functional and available for delivery as well as in store pickup. Provided you have a large enough truck or SUV to transport the product. Can not thank them enough for their support. I would recommend them 100% as they are so kind and helpful. Thank you to all the people working there and God bless.
Working with Hartland was a pleasure. We worked with them for a lift chair rental and a lift share purchase. Our contact person at the office was Sam and he was so helpful and patient and provided a lot of important and helpful information. We also had the opportunity to work with 3 of the delivery persons including Carlos, Candido and Bill. The delivery crew did a splendid job. They were all very polite and respectful of us and our home. We were so impressed that we asked Sam to send us a supply of his business cards and brochures so that we can share them with others here in our condo Community. We were also pleased to learn that they only carry 2 brands of lift chairs....Pride and Golden Technology....and Which are the 2 Best brands on the market. We were also impressed with how quickly they were able to get the rental chair and the purchase chair to us. We also appreciated that Sam told us more than once that if we had any questions or concerns to simply contact him. It was truly a pleasure to work with this company and its representatives.
I have tried to order a mobility scooter on line, and after three attempts it became clear to me that there are a number of sites on the web that do not know what good customer service is. One company i called I was put on hold for 45 minuets every time I called. when I got to talk to the person to order thew scooter I waited 30 days and no scooter, it took me 2 months to get my money back. I had about the same luck with the others. I thank called Hartland in Naperville Il. And the person I talked with asked me questions about what my needs where. After our conversation he suggested the same scooter I tried to order from the other companies. Hartlands price was $ 400.00 less even with the delivery. When i asked when I could get it , he said on Sunday. I ordered it on Friday evening. I said I will believe it when i see it. Well it came as he said, and the two men that brought it where outstanding. They took the time to go over the scooter and showed how to take it apart and put it back together, they made sure that I was comfortable with the whole process. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Great customer service and follow up.
I called them on Monday looking for a medical lift chair. My salesman Raymond was wonderful. He helped me through the entire process and my chair was delivered Tuesday the very next day. From the beginning to the end they were so knowledgeable and professional. They never just tried to sell me whatever. Even the delivery men were so very nice. They followed my instructions exactly and set everything up perfectly! I highly recommend Hartland. They go above an beyond to try and satisfy any needs or requests. Thank you Raymond!
The young man who helped me did a great job of explaining as well as showing me the points of taking apart and putting back together my power scooter. I like the way it comes apart to load into my car. The other salesman explained the proper maintenance of the battery to get optimal usage.
I recently purchased my lift chair from hartland medical. I did my research ahead of time and had a few options picked out. They had all the options to try out. I picked my chair and must say Sam was a nice sales associate. They delivered it the same day because in their warehouse they had the exact same leather chair that I wanted. All around great service from sales person to delivery drivers.

These guys are 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!! I needed a medical lift for my Mother. I looked everywhere and could not find one anywhere near me, as I live in NWI. They I stumbled across Heartland in Naperville and they had exactly what I was looking for in stock! It is a bit of a drive for me but it was far better to drive a little over an hour than to wait 2 weeks (for the lift we needed now) from a local vendor. And not only did they have the lift but they assembled it for me and showed me exactly how it operates! Heartland you and the staff at the Naperville location were life savers! Thank You for being there and having the lift we needed in stock. Now only if you would open a store in NWI, that would be AWESOME!!! As there is NO ONE here that has the inventory that you do! Malvina was very friendly warm personality and knowledgeable about the products sold at Hartland Home Medical Supply. I stopped by their store to pickup a walker for a loved one and she went step by step about each feature on the product and based upon the need we picked the one which best would fulfill the requirements. Melvina was very kind and attentive to our personal needs. I bought a lift chair at hartland and the customer service was on point. Customer Service is very important to my family. I was surprised and happy when Sam greeted us at the door. I liked that he didn’t push his most expensive model at me. Rather he showed me all the different models he had available. And the best part of all was that the chair was delivered for my grandpa the same day. Thank you Hartland.
I bought a lift chair for my mother, they delivered it to the assisted living facility. Very professional and coordinated with staff and she loves the chair. We got the lowest price for the chair and we know since researched it all over the internet. They are First class, thanks Sam and Ray
We needed a recliner for my father who just had surgery. They really came through for us. He says it’s the most comfortable chair he’s ever sat on. Got a great price and next day delivery. They really took their time to answer all of our questions and gave us honest advice.

Malvina was extremely helpful. Demonstrated the products I was interested in, and answered my questions. Later had to call the store with a couple of more concerns and Sam had satisfactory solutions. Very accommodating and helpful. They know their products and do an excellent job of explaining how to use them, highly recommended.
I bought the Pride LC358 to sleep in, because I could not lift my legs into the bed. I expected to have to wait a week or two, but they brought it out the next day. Amazing!It was perfect for my needs for a couple of weeks, then suddenly stopped working. Apparently, there was a broken wire on the controller at the spot where the controller plugged into the chair. I called to see about getting the controller replaced and was told it would cost me $150 because that part was not covered by the warranty. By wiggling the wire back into place and keeping people away from the back of the chair, I was still able to use it.Then two weeks later, the entire electrical system in the chair stopped working. It was more than just a broken wire. It started by only going backwards and not forwards. Then it did neither. It was a Sunday evening, and they could not get a technician out until Tuesday. I had to be lifted in and out of the chair with a Hoyer lift, a great inconvenience to my son.This thing has a battery backup, but the entire electrical system had stopped working, so it was useless. It would have been so nice to have a mechanical backup and be able to crank it up and down when the electronics went out. Unfortunately, none of them have any such backup.Hartland decided to swap out my defective chair for a new one. They say the chair and controllers have a full year warranty. The owner also said they have loaners for times when repairs take a while. Its not the stores fault that the chair was defective, and once the owner found out there was a problem, they did a fast and thorough job of fixing it. Therefore, Im giving the store 5 stars.
My father was being discharged from the hospital last minute and I frantically calling around everywhere and Hartland Home Medical was the ONLY company that was willing and kind enough to not only deliver the same day but go the extra mile in finding the right chair for him over the phone. I could not give enough stars for how grateful we are that my father was able to come home to his chair! The delivery guy was very professional and I didnt catch are name but he was sweet and very informative as well.
Just bought a lift chair from Sam. Great experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and patient with us. They have a great selection to choose from and the store is conveniently located off Ogden Ave. Also many other products to choose from in a large space that is well stocked.
The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the appropriate wheelchair to meet our needs and they submitted all the paperwork for Medicare! The w/c they recommended is perfect.

They were incredibly helpful and kind, my mother was unexpectedly released from the hospital on short notice, Heartland came thru in getting a hospital bed delivered in less than 24 hours- miracle!! Thank you for being so kind during a very stressful time.

All I got was promptpersonable and accurate help on the phone and in store. No pushiness, just aid with my prolem of a blown bi level 4 1/2 year old cpap. Told me the sad truth that Medicare and Blue Cross back up wont cover replacement unless it was a full five years old. But their price for a newer model was good, so I just sprang for it. I could not go another night without a machine, and Ray set me up with the best within 10 minutes of walking in.
Very professional staff. Have worked with them a few times regarding the delivery and pick up of furniture needed at my home. All experiences were positive, and I would recommend to others.

What an amazing place this is. On a Sunday they brought me a knee scooter to Chicago after I broke my ankle. They saved me so much pain and energy from crutches. Thank you! This is definitely a go to place for anyone needing assistance with equipment.

Also Mario was very professional and prompt with delivery and setup of my medical rental bed in my home. He also made sure that I clearly understood how to operate the bed before he left my home. 2022-07-03Miss Malvina, was an amazing receptionist helping my mother and I out trying to get a rental wheelchair.My mother broke her ankle on July 1, and we had tickets to see Halsey on July 3. We traveled from Kentucky hoping that in Illinois we could find a wheelchair for my mother to be comfortable and stillenjoying the concert while she was enduring her injuries.After researching multiple locations most were closed until we saw the Heartland Medical Center which was opened until 2.My mother and I want to sincerely shoutout Miss Malvina. She was very supportive and gave us the necessary equipment to ensure my mothers safety while attending the concert. Not only that, she offered assistance even when the store was closed on July 4th.Since we are from Kentucky, we were wanting to rent the wheelchair for one night. However, we had to leave the fourth and considering how gas prices are traveling is going to be difficult. However, Miss Malvina went above and beyond and offered for us to drop it off at her residence to make it easier on my mother and I’s traveling.Miss Malvina and her staff are very nice and sincere. I will say that for being in Illinois for one day. This center is worth everything. The staff are dedicated to ensuring their customers are treated with care. I recommend going to see these amazing people with any equipment or care you are seeking
