Those angus double bacon monster burgers were fresh. Hot. Man. Thats one of the best burgers Ive eaten in decatur the 4 years Ive lu ed here. I guess Ive been missing out. Now McDonalds be missing out on me. Im eating at Hardees. From now on. Thats award winning.
Went through the drive thru ordered a pork chop biscuit... Pork chop was RAW! They did replace his pork chop with a fully cooked one.

Been to the Eldorado location twice. They didnt have the cinnamon rolls either time. The burger was dry and the manager made me confirm my order twice then he made me tell him to place my order. Each time they didnt give a receipt. Weird behavioral. I recommend Hardees attached to Loves truck stop

Hardees has some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a fast food drive through. They misheard our order (we read it directly from the coupon) then berated us and said we were wrong. We drove off without food and went to McDonalds. Mcdonalds got our order slightly wrong but were nice and respectful. Before the coupons at Hardees, our total for three sandwiches and no fries or drink came to twenty six dollars. I dont know how this place even still exists.
Western burger was delicious however fries just so so. But Ill go back for the sandwich
My husband and one of our children were having father son day and went through the drive thru around 3pm, on a weekday. They werent busy. After pulling up to the drive thru our son realized he lost his wallet (he was talking his dad out). My husband handed $20 and his debit card, explained what happened and what he needed... The employee took both, handed back the cash and said I just put it all on the card. His account bounced because he didnt have money in there for that, as it was not planned for the loss of the wallet. The employee was rude to them, no napkins, no thank you. I called the store several times but it would go to a machine that said the inbox was full. Left an email for corporate. Never heard back. Sad... Decatur customer service has went to zero
The onion rings were dry and hard.The chicken tenders were salty. The person waiting on us was not friendly at all and she seemed irritated that we had a coupon. Plus we werent given a receipt. Im done with Hardees. ☹
I ordered 2 single prime rib burgers. No flavor at all. And advertisements are so deceiving. You get 2 or 3 very chewy strips of what they call prime rib. Even the roast beef when you get it you ask wheres the beef. Hardees has gone way down hill. Oh and I was never offered a receipt so I could file a complaint. I thought maybe they put it on or in the bag but nope. Very sad I wasted my money on this

The Food was ok, the restaurant and restrooms were clean, however I didn’t appreciate getting pan handled on the way in and on the way out when I was in the parking lot.
Employee at the drive up window was nice. Had to wait on my order, chicken tenders. Was told they would be hot and fresh. Cold, cold, ice cold when I got my order. Also I was thirsty. Okay so we came here workers in work vehicle refused to allow two separate orders or even walk up to windows for anyone. Unbelievable how essential workers are treated by this company when were are put on the line for yous to be safe. Thank you again. And we will not be stopping at this location again.
I work night shift and this is always a nice change when I forget to pack my lunch. The service is almost always slow, 20+ minute wait times, but the ladies who take your order are always the sweetest and greet you with a smile. The food is always fantastic and fresh. Definitely makes it worth the wait.
Very good food. The service is slow and not friendly at all. I placed an order on 04-28-2020 went and got a 2 for 5 deal the famous star with cheese got home there was only one burger in the bag. Went to store and they asked for a receipt I couldnt find it but I was ordering more food wasnt like I was stealing so Ill just have to double check the bag before I leave.
Not like it used to be. Hardees used to be so good and now it just isnt the same. We got the Mushroom and Swiss burgers . Just not so good anymore. Cant really find anyone who makes them good .
I dont quite know whats going on at this Hardees what I do know is that Ive been here multiple times and have had to wait at least 5 min to get service or get this someone broke the speaker so they cant take orders but theres no sign outside telling you that the speaker is broke so you wait and wait also on night while sitting and waiting for service I called in and they said they ate closed for 30 min smh ...get it together people

Sat in line for almost 20 min. Inside is closed so they are just taking one at a time orders through the drive through when I got to the window I still waited 5 or 6 min and the only thing hot was my fries I had 3 burgers and they were all cold. Probably wont go again
The fries were hot & fresh. But the chicken tenders tasted like a Banquet T.V. dinner.There was a bug frozen inside an ice cube in my pop cup.Pretty much a bad experience today.I am sorry. I wish this was not going live. The staff seams like very nice people.
I dont understand how you can screw up fast food so badly. Even after repeating the order back and saying the order when handing the bag over its still wrong.
Waited for 25 minutes for ice cold food and the other order wrong....feel even more sorry for the person that was in the drive through the whole time we were there! Best part is we asked for our money back and the asst Mgr said she hadnt been trained to do that!!! She ended up opening the drawer and just giving us our money! need to get it together there!!

I waited for 3 minutes at the ordering speaker before I was created and there where no cars a head of me. Then when I got to the window they took my money quickly but then the 3 women including the manager stood around talking for the next 8 minutes and when I got my food it was room temperature and kind of stale. I waited and wasted my time for food that was already cooked and setting under a heat lamp...i will not be going back.
The food was fresh. It took about 40 minutes with only 4 cars to get through the line because it was only one lady inside that I could see. The woman was so unpleasant and dry. She needs to work on customer service and be friendly.
Drivethru has been pleasant lately! Food is always hot and fresh. They have the new $5, $6, and $7 box meals that are good, filling, plus you get a drink and a cookie! Other meal items can be very expensive. I stick with box meals!!
Its a standard Hardees. Beats McDonalds, gets beaten by Burger King, and is miles behind Culvers. People are very polite, but the place is dirty, and the service is slow. Sometimes your pregnant wife HAS TO HAVE a big hot ham and cheese from Hardees, so this is where I went. Couldve been better, but definitely is better than McDonalds.

The food at this Hardees is as good as Hardees gets, which is pretty good for breakfast. But the employees are more unpleasant than your usual fast food restaurant. This is the only Hardees in town and the employees know it. If you want Hardees, youre going to have to put up with them. At best they dont care that youre there. At worst, it seems like you annoy them by coming to their restaurant and asking for a meal. Dont expect particularly fast service either. They are constantly understaffed, which might be leading to the general bad tempers.There are worse places for fast food, but good have a hard time finding a less pleasant fast food restaurant.
Best Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches ever. Accept had to wait literally 45 minutes in drivethru to receive order. I would have left accept I already paid and nobody would come back to the window
This is a good company for a young student to start out. They learn the importance of hard work. They have the best tasting curly fries in town. They have employed three if my fans my members. Hardees was also my first job as well!!!!
Its a shame that this is the only Hardees left in town. This location is pretty rough, although the food is always good and I have never had problems with the staff here. Hardees breakfast s amazing, as are their burgers... Just sad to see that they arent doing g as well as they once were.
After arriving and sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting to place an order I decided that I could eat literally anywhere else way faster had I just called a restaurant ahead. How fast food takes that long to cook is beyond me, and someone there should feel bad.

Went thru drive thru and our server was very nice and sweet greeted us very nicely didnt get upset when we had to change our order an when she gave us our food she even told us to have a good night
My sandwich was wonderful. However I dont feel the staff really cares much about anything. Restaurant with dirty, bathrooms are unclean. More tattoos and facial piercings than I care to look at while eating.
The southwest pattymelt was terrible! Im sure if it wouldnt have been severely overcooked it may have been decent, but for 6 damn dollars a burger they should at least make sure its cooked right!

Its not surprising that the local presence of Hardees has declined since the 90s. Iffy food, rude employees. I try it every couple year to see if its gotten better, but its always the same.
So I went through the drive through and parked in front to eat and a hardees employee came out as AND said I couldnt park there. I was like I just bought as meal and was eating it here, they crudely said they would have the cops come. No more business at hardees and will tell all my friends

This Hardees is one of the oldest fast food joints in town and the only Hardees. Its one of the few that is still open 24/7, and most the time the food is pretty good compared to others close.

Its fast food. Its Hardees/Carl Jr.s. Expect for service and staff to reflect that such with ANY fast food joint. That being said they are always courteous and polite to me.

I saw one of the employees go into the bathroom with food service gloves on and come back out with the gloves on. The employee then went back to the food preparation area. Also one of the employees was on a smoke break and when the employee came back employee went and got food from the food serving area without washing hands. Two other employee shared that employees food and then went back to the food serving area I did not wash their hands.
Food was amazing but the price was ridiculous. I paid $11 for a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and an iced tea. Angus Burgers are Expensive.

I sat in the drive-through waiting for someone to respond to me for a while around 3 AM, a bunch of other people joined the line honking trying to get the attention of the staff inside that we could see sitting on the floor ignoring probably 12 cars, they didnt put up a We are closed sign, or acknowledge anyone at the speaker for almost a half an hour I sat back and watched eventually they started telling people were closing down for 10 minutes for breakfast even though they already been closed down for over an hour

2022-07-21I enjoyed the service very polite, fun staff. They were quick and the food was decent. Only thing I didnt care for was my sandwich could have tasted fresh. But it was still decent.

2022-04-07Not a place to get breakfast during the week if youre in a hurry. Got in line behind 6 cars at 9:55am. By the time I got to the speaker 10:42am, not serving breakfast anymore....drove away empty handed after waiting that long, on 6 cars. A previous attempt resulted in 20 minutes then getting my order wrong, cheese on 2 sausage egg biscuits, and I cant eat it. The lobby is still closed as of this review, so cant just run in and get it fixed, line had 9 cars in it, no way I could wait again, besides they would have been out of breakfast before I got back to the window. $14 in the garbage. Check before you leave the window for sure.

2022-05-17I only eat the Frisco sandwich here. Its not anything like it used to be. Im concerned the burger isnt even really beef anymore. Idk what is is but its BAD. I was really sick 4 hours later but that could be a stomach bug. The place is clean and the employees are really great

2022-07-10I’ve wasted an hour between driving there, sitting in the drive through and driving home. According to google and Facebook they were open until 11, at 10 I called (after sitting for 20 minutes). They answered with, “thanks for calling Hardee’s, we’re closed” and immediately hung up on. All of your neons were on with no indication that you were closed. Huge waste of my time.

2022-04-10Staff was slow. When a drink was spilled they took too long to come out with a mop, they were not busy with customers. The associate didnt appear to know how to use mop and left floor excessively wet.
