I was very pleased with the experience I had at Hanger Clinic. Everyone on staff was polite and professional. I was fitted for a pair of orthotics, and the whole process from start to finish went smoothly and efficiently. I wouldnt hesitate to return to this practice, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services.

This review is based on only a one time visit, but that visit was very impressive. First off, the staff at Hanger Clinic are friendly and polite. That may not seem important but nowadays those qualities are hard to friend, Secondly, I had no appointment as a walk in. But they accommodated me anyways. Thirdly The technician who waited on me was the utmost professional. Dont hesitate to visit. You wont be disappointed.

I have been with Hanger since my amputation surgery 3 years ago. I would not have survived this life changing surgery without them. They have always been attentive to all my needs. My life and outlook is much better because of Hanger. Their help with mobility, pain management, and insurance needs has been invaluable.

You could not ask for a friendlier and more helpful staff than at the Alsip IL clinic. I have been seeing Robert Picken since I became an above knee amputee nearly 18 years ago. If I have been traveling I have, on occasion, had to see other prosthetists, but none compare to the compassionate and knowledgeable care I receive from Bob. I would give both Bob and the staff more stars were they available to give!

Hello Hanger clinic , when you walk in the door the Front Desk people to the doctors are good you dont have to wait long they take good care of you and make sure you get the best shoe that you need thank you hangar for my shoes and boots

Hangers Diabetic shoes measured my client, who is a disabled diabetic and new to Medicare, for shoes and sent him back to his doctor (who broke is neck and is recovering) 3 times to have his office staff fill out a form to order his shoes. Rolanda, the employee at Hangars, has been ridiculing my client and refusing to assist him in assuring a form is correctly filled out so his shoes can be ordered. Hangars deals with these forms all day every day as part of their business, my client has never had to deal with this form and could use a little guidance and kindness. He feels he has been singled out by Rolanda, who has been far less than professional and down right rude. I would advise all to stay away from this establishment and get a referral to another company who respects their clients.

I went to this clinic about 3 years ago I had insurance they gave me a stupid belt and said they will charge my in insurance and then they messed up my credit because of this belt charging me $600 something
