It is like going to the barber you grew up with. After the haircut, they shave the back of you neck. I thought those days were gone. It is great to have a barber who you know, recognizes you, and is like the good old days.

2021-12-23First I walk in and there was no greeting. It was just sit here. The guy had no idea what he was doing. Everything I told him that I wanted to do to my hair he did the exact opposite. Like put a hard line... no he blended one side completely and left the other side completely uneven. I told him I wanted to just trim a half inch off the top and back. I WANT TO KEEP IT LONG! I made it very explicit. During the haircut I couldnt see what he was doing because I set my glasses down. I went to feel my hair and most of it was gone. I spent 8 months growing that. Completely butchered the length on all sides of my head. The top is way shorter then the back. The sides are different lengths. I cant even wear a hat without it looking uneven in the back. The haircut took no time at all which means he just rushed right through it. Was my first time in. Will never be going back. Worst haircut i have ever gotten. Please listen to what the customer says and ask questions before you butcher.

2021-12-19First time and last time, haircut was uneven with several missed spots. Staff was not friendly and didnt listen to simple requests. Whole haircut lasted 3 minutes, which would explain the poor quality cut. Would not recommend.

2020-09-02My husband has been getting his hair cut by Mac and Jim for over 10 years and never had a single complaint. Excellent service, friendly vibe. Definitely recommend.

2018-09-13Hairsmith has become my favorite place to get a haircut. Every time I visit Hairsmith, Im welcomed by both Jim and Mac, who are great hard-working people. Jim has become like a personal barber for me, every time I visit Hairsmith Jim is the guy who gives me a haircut. He not only gives me a haircut, he gives me a nice, clean, and overall a truly sensational haircut. He knows exactly how to cut hair, and every time Ive visited Hairsmith Ive left with no complaints. I recommend you get a haircut here because Jim and Mac are the GOATs (Greatest Of All Time) for haircuts.
