I can’t thank Lori at Hairline Creations enough. She carefully explained the various options, and the installation process. My system was expertly placed and stylishly finished. Lori went above and beyond by answering my questions outside of office hours, which included how to maintain and style the piece. I now have a fantastic full head of hair that looks great and is completely undetectable, even after I’ve asked many strangers if they could tell. Lori is professional, and also very fun to work with during a very happy, transformative period.

This place knows how to hook you up! My girl Corrine always has me looking fresh and feeling confident... love her!I’m a consistent client here and love the services. They make me feel comfortable and confident.I’d recommend hands down to anyone who is curious!
So where can we start? This place is amazing, I decided to give this a shot this past February and its been an interesting ride. Recently I was introduced to Corrine and got even more surprised than the first time. Its a learning process, it does boost up you confidence and it takes 5 years off automatically lol I really dont think is for everyone but I would definitely recommend you to give it a shot. Who knows, you might end up loving it. I would also like to point out that this place has one of the friendliest teams in the city with Liz being on top of her game 24/7! Such a lovely person.
HLC has great staff, service warm welcoming consultant are very thoruogh and honest one of them is Marlana,she is honest and help me a lot during the process... and Lindsey is my stylish she know exactly what I want in my hairpiece...you all great thanks a lot..

Horrible experience. First had to wait over an hour when I was on time for my appointment. Then they took an additional hour for a quick procedure. Worst of all they destroyed the piece I had and then bonded it backwards. I had to go pay another company to fix their mistake. They are unapologetic and just inconsiderate people.
Been going there for about 4-5 years. Very pleased with the results. Staff is outstanding. Always able to fix all my problems, hair and otherwise

Amazing people. Great prices. Clean and they know what they are doing. Recommend very highly.

2022-02-25I needed to have work done to remove and replace hair in the front area of one of my hair systems but wasnt sure where to go. Fortunately, my son has had work done there on several occasions and referred me to HLC at the Montrose , IL location. This is the second time Ive had work done there even though I had not purchased either system from them.Let me tell any of you wishing to have work done that you can rest assured that you will be treated with respect, kindness and courtesy there. My contacts with Elizabeth, Elena and their staff and stylists were can only be described as wonderful and very professional. I am grateful for their top quality work combined with very reasonable prices.Yes, Im one happy camper as they say!

2022-06-28I can not begin to say how happy I am that I finally decided to visit Hairline Creations. My initial consult with Elizabeth was great, and my appointment today with Lindsey was nothing short of fantastic. I decided to let people know via a FB post today, and Im at 215 likes in just a few hours. If you are giving it some thought, just do it.

2021-10-22A truly life changing product paired with a remarkable staff well trained in the product!I am a white collar professional in a very visible marketing / leadership role in an industry that very judgmental of everything (money, looks, status, etc.); I have tried the product since April of 21 mainly to test it out and get any kinks out before we go back to the office. I love the product: done correctly it really changes ones life, but also thats the rub done correctly. And for me, it needs to be perfect, sorry, thats just me.That is the second part of the story. There are plenty of places that do what they do part time or out of their house or as a side gig from hair styling. They dont -- this is all they do -- and it shows! See it rarely happens that everything is perfect right from the first time, and they know that, and the staff there work with you to make you comfortable, make it fun, and get you looking how you want to look every time. So if it needs a tweak here, a little color there, a snip somewhere else - theyll do it.Corrine and I clicked from the very start, I had my way, she had hers (she coached me through the process) and somewhere in between she turned what I wanted into reality. She, like all the stylists at the Chicago location are amazing.I highly recommend Marlana, Corrine and the friendly staff there! I absolutely love the education they provided me, the quality of the product and ongoing service they provide.

2021-09-12Find another place for your hair replacement needs. One stylist applied my unit crooked, and the other left me bald after her freshly installed unit fell off after four days. (While I was on vacation no less) Management chose to cancel all future appointments rather than fixing the situation. I have been a hairstylist for 35 years. I can tell when a salon and its staff are more concerned with making their numbers ( stylists get bonuses based on sales)than providing quality work and customer service. Very disappointing.

2020-07-15This is the best hair care experience I have everenjoyed in life! Lori Hensley and staff could not be more accommodating, friendly, kind and attentive. The artistic component of their work is unmatched. The integrity and transparency of their fees and services is refreshing in a market often brought low by the unscrupulous. This business is the “ real McCoy,” in the hair care service industry! I encourage anyone thinking about this to lose all reservations, call to make an appointment and come as soon as possible. You will be delighted that you did.

2019-07-26My stylist Lori Hensley treat me like family since the beginning. Besides the great product, Lori is the reason I will be a loyal client for life. She is one of the reasons why I have my self-esteem back and she changed my life completely. Her best quality is attention to detail. She won’t give up until you and her feel good about the results. 2019-06-27I have been an HLC client for 25 years. Their products and staff are great however, in actuality, I stay with them because of their #1 stylist Cindy. She is professional, thorough and actually cares about how you look when you leave. She makes my hair, as well as the hair of the other of her clients I have seen, look amazingly natural. FIVE STARS FOR CINDY. Im thankful for her fantastic abilities as well as her personality.

2020-07-15Lori is my consultant and stylist and she has made me look 10 years younger. . She has made me feel younger and look better. When you feel good about yourself you are happier as a person and in turn resonates to everything and everyone around you. There’s not enough “thank you” that I can say to Lori for giving a new me. Coming to Hairline Creations is life changing and would recommend this to any person going through hair loss. Ask for Lori. She will hold your hand through the whole process.
