I asked the young lady to cut a half of inch, she even asked me how much did I wanted cut and I specified exactly what I wanted and chop! She still cutted more than I expected!! I am livid!! This is the exact same reason why I don’t like going to hair salons. I should’ve just told her to stop cuz I notice she kept trying to fix her cuts so I should’ve known then she was messing up!
Ive gone here for both my daughter and I. And they have yet to disappoint me. Hopefully they never do🤣

1 person cut my hair for 22 years and then moved away. Took me 2 years to find someone to take their place and thankfully I found them here. Erica Guillermo is excellent! All the staff here is great. Clean and friendly store. Top notch.
I walked in expecting to just get all of my hair buzzed off. Normally Ill walk in, tell them to chop it all off, and they do it. Today, Erika chose to challenge me on my choice. Shes amazing! What she did to my hair was exactly what I didnt know I wanted! Im so pleased with my hair cut and she was such a great conversationalist. If I lived in the area I would go back all the time!
One of the girls messed up my hair cut. She was really nice tho. But I had to get it fixed the next day by someone else. The unevenness of my layers was super noticeable. They took care of it without question and the other girl (I think her name was Jessica, lead stylist) fixed it and it turned out great. Beside that place looks clean.
Left with uneven hair, but didnt notice until i got home since they dont check it for you there and now I have to go back tomorrow to get this fixed. Its literally one inch difference on each side of my hair!!!!!! They round brushed it and it was hard to tell until I pulled all hair forward. This is the second time hair Cuttery has given a crooked cut.. another reason why Im officially done with hair Cuttery is this $13 extra charge for long hair. I only get an inch and a half off and dry it. Im now at $41 plus $8 tip?! Are you kidding me? This is the same price of Zanos or Versed Salon and they are high end salons. Hair Cuttery has lost a customer due to this ridiculous charge. The whole point of Hair Cuttery is to be affordable stylish hair, but thats not the case. I wrote corporate about this, but they wont care. Long haired customers.... Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Erika was great! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and before she cut explained what she was going to do and how. Super appreciate her thourghness! She also cut my daughter’s hair and she did great with her!

This is the only place i trust to cut my hair. I see the same girl every time and i always leave happy. Everyone is very friendly and professional. If you want a great cut and the best wash youve ever had, ask for Alyssa B. Shes my girl.

The sign said shampoo and cut $17 and she proceeded to sit me down to begin cutting on a 90 degree day when my hair was soaked with sweat. Then she spent literally about 3 minutes cutting my hair and said your done. I left with my hair dripping wet. She didnt even offer to dry it a little or offer me a towel to blot out the excess water. Now i get to run errands and shop for a dress for a wedding with soaked hair. I was specific about how I wanted the back and she never offered me a mirror to look at it. And she claimed to be the manager of TWO stores. Worst management material I have ever seen in my life. I will NOT be going to either location managed by her. I think we will switch to Great Clips. Cheaper, better customer service and they OFFER to dry your hair!
As of 7/8/20: Make sure you make an appointment. It doesnt say appt only, but bc of current restrictions, etc., that is basically what it has become. Also, be VERY specific about what you want. If you say, haircut, that is all they will schedule you for, and youll walk out with wet unstyled hair. I get why, but a reminder question, like, do you want blow dry and style or only cut? would have been nice. Otherwise, good cut and friendly stylist.

Great place-having lived all over the world, I have never been happier with my haircuts than I am now that Viri is in charge of them. She does a great job every time and is super friendly to boot! Top notch!
They said appointment only and that they are too busy to take another customer.When checking online they still had open appointments available at 5:15. I understand not wanting to stay at work late, but they pretty much are using covid policy to turn away customers.
My hair didnt turn out like i wanted. The colors are not the way i wanted. Live and learn. The girl was very nice though
My overall experience was amazing.I walked in with a lot of uncertainty of how the service was because of bad experiences at difference locations. I must say Erika did an amazing job, great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ive consistently gotten a good, basic, guys haircut here from various stylists. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer helpful at home tips. Recommended.

2021-05-14Im very picky about getting my haircut, the girl was super nice and attentive, she made sure to hear me out on what I wanted. Its also super clean they sanitize everything. I loved the haircut she gave me, the bangs were a bit too round but I can fix it easily just by styling it, but the rest she did an amazing job with. Great place. 👏🏼
