This place is filled with CROOKS!! DO NOT go here if you want your vehicle worked on! I dropped my 2016 Ram 1500 off on 2 Jan 2019 so they could do 2 recalls. They called and said it was done and when I got there it wouldnt start. It ran before I dropped it off! So on 3 Jan 2019 they tell me its the fuel pump and it needs to be replaced. A fuel pump on a 2016!!??? So they keep my truck and order the pump. They call me on 4 Jan 2019 and tell me Im good to go and my truck is fixed.... I show up to get my truck and IT DOESNT START!!! So they tell me I have to leave it again over the weekend... on 7 Jan 2019 I get a call that my truck is finally running. So I come to get it and it starts... thank goodness. Then 10 seconds after it starts the ENGINE lite comes on and it dies! At this point Im seeing red. But I am the most professional I can be. I go back in and tell them whats going on and they take my truck AGAIN. 5 hours later they tell me the reason it died and the engine light was on is because it had E85 in the tank and that they drained it and filled it with the correct fuel and I owe them $53.63... At this moment I knew they were lying... hands down 1000%. I filled my truck with 87 on the 2nd of Jan and took a picture because gas was only 1.91. The time stamp on my picture is proof.... They also tried to say the fuel pump when bad because of E85 that was in the tank... again a lie because it never had E85... This place is filled with lying crooks that will steal your money... oh and now that they fixed my truck the auto start sometimes doesnt work.... it work perfect before they fixed my truck... all in all if u want to care for your vehicle stay as far away from here as you can!!
Great experience once again buying a new truck. This is the second new truck I’ve bought from Green Dodge. Always a great selection of vehicles on the lot. Joe and Jeremy have always been easy to work with. The service department is always great and ready to take care of you after the sale. Great dealership overall!! Sales, finance and service...Great!!
Best experience I have had at a car lot in many years. Drove almost 2 hours from home to buy a truck from them. All the sales and finance people were great. Had been working a deal over the phone and when I arrived truck was just as described. My sales man Jay went out of his way to make everything smooth and fast. It took longer for the clean up on the truck then the financial part. These days that is saying alot. If I need a truck again I will go see them.
I went here for an oil change , tire rotation, and for a tire to be put on. He gave me a ball park figure that was no where near the end price, granted he said it probably wouldnt be that much and it could change. I under stood that much but from 80$ to $112 is a pretty big difference for me at least. I rather be quoted with the correct numbers first before the work to be done.I should have waited till Ford to open back up so i can get the works package done to my car, all what i stated plus more for $40 not $112. I would have thought they would have had a special but I was wrong. I would not be returning, to much money. My advice shop around there are cheaper deals for the same amount of work to be done.In the end they still did their job and told me what needs to be looked at. My suggesting To the service department would be to add service deals so other customers would not be upset andor nervous to pay a surprising amount like I was.
Will never be back again. No communication between service writer or service manager that took over my case. Had to do their work for them. Never answer the phone and never call back. Doing business elsewhere because they make sure your vehicle is denied by their warranty.
Every interaction I have had with customer service at Green Dodge has always been wonderful. Pam Dugan and staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle. You will not get a better customer service experience anywhere else !
Very disappointing visit(S). Not much else to say. Actually there is. What started out as a 1 hour planned oil change, turned into an 8 hour day that included wasting gas to go back to Green Dodge 3 times, and getting oil on my brand new driveway because the oil change I originally went there for wasn’t properly completed. To make a long story short, After the initial oil change, I left Green only to have my Oil light come on my dashboard 10 minutes into driving home. I was leaking oil everywhere(the car had never leaked prior to that). I go back, they tell me they fix the mistake and cleaned up the mess. I get home to learn that they really didn’t clean up the mess, because the oil that splattered everywhere from the initial leak was dripping significantly from the places it splattered. On my brand new, $4500 driveway I had poured in June and on the garage floor. Obviously it’s my fault for not being more aware and assuming the job was done correctly. Needless to say, I’m not very happy. I do appreciate Pam, the service manager sending two nice young gentlemen to my house the next day to try and clean up the mess on my driveway. But they were there 40 minutes and then they told me they were called back to Green Dodge to work. Oh by the way, I had to finish the job of cleaning up the oil. No follow up phone call from anyone to see if the mess was cleaned up or to offer some sort of package to lure me back as a customer. I’m sure a lousy review by a customer doesn’t mean much to a business that sells as many vehicles as they do, but I’d be generally aware of the service.
Just purchased my new Dodge Minivan from Green Dodge. Very nice staff and clean environment that made the daunting task of car buying worth it. Joe Surratt was one of the best salesmen to work with. Totally changed my outlook on car dealers. Went above and beyond to make myself and my husband comfortable. I would most definitely tell everyone this is where they should go to get their next vehicle.
Thank you to Green Dodge. We have bought our first vehicle for our son. The best service. A Special thanks to Joe for your patience and 1st class service. Always helpful and friendly. Also a very thank you to Eric and Kira whom helped us with all the paperwork, explained every aspect without a rush although it was already time to go home for Christmas, you didnt rush it off at all. This is the type of experience I want when making a large purchase. The team was really great, not pushy, honest, friendly and informative. Great experience all around. After some not so great experiences at other local dealerships, I would recommend this place for sure. Thanks K.C.!
7/21/20: Hopefully this will be my final update. After speaking with the finance manager, Eric, yesterday I believe (I really hope anyway) that everything has been straightened out. I will not give higher than 3 stars because my experience has been far from a 5 star experience, but I did update my review as asked. I just hope next month doesnt bring any new surprises! Fingers crossed 🤞!Update #2 7/18/20: I have reached out to 3 people at this facility directly and tried to call multiple times to be able to speak to a human and not a voicemail all day. My payment is due Monday and the loan company has no record of my loan. They told me to contact Green Dodge, find out what the holdup is, and make my first payment to the dealership and they would get it from them. I dont trust the people at Green Dodge to make sure that payment gets sent. To make matters worse, the loan for the car I traded in hasnt been taken care of either and the payment was due yesterday. Its been a month! Why has this not been taken care of?? I cant afford to make 2 car payments and I shouldnt have to!! This is going to negativly impact my credit, as Ive not been even a day late once in the 3 years Ive had the car I traded! This is beyond ridiculous! I want so badly to take this vehicle back and get my old car back! Due to my personal experience with this company, I would NOT recommend anyone go to Green Dodge!!!Update#1 6/24/20: I picked my vehicle up yesterday. They said they changed all of the brakes and the calipers in the back, as the back driver side one was sticking causing the grinding noise. So far so good!Initial review 6/22/20: went into Green Dodge on Saturday 6/20/20 to trade my car in. I was looking for an SUV with 3rd row seating. I mistakenly asked about a Honda CRV. I had it mixed up with another vehicle I was looking at on their site and I thought it had 3rd row seating, which it did not. I test drove it around the block, as Im not very familiar with Springfield . It drove ok. I went back home (an hour away) to discuss the price with my boyfriend who was at work when I went to look at the car. I called the salesman and told him we wanted to look at a Chevy Traverse. When we got back up there, he tells me the Traverse would be an extra $2500 down, which I didnt understand because it was cheaper than the CRV. I felt kinda pressured into taking the CRV.Fast forward, we leave the lot in the CRV as they were about to close. Maybe a mile down the road, it makes a noise and the low tire pressure light comes on. We stopped and checked the tires and they were fine. I was able to get the light to go off. Then we noticed that the passenger side low beam light was out. We ended up changing the light when we got home.Monday 6/22/20 as I pull into work, the brakes started grinding really bad. Even worse when I went on my lunch break. I contacted the salesman and he told me to bring it in and the service manager would be expecting it. I had my niece and my boyfriend take it up because I had to work. They were told to go to multiple buildings before finally someone took it back to look at it. They sat for 3+ hours and they brought it out washed like it was ready to go, only they hadnt done any work. After some persistence from my boyfriend, they put them in a different vehicle to come home in.I will update my review and possibly give it a better rating, if they actually fix the problem! That vehicle should have never left the lot that way no matter who was buying it. It is absolutely unacceptable and I guarantee any managers salesmen, service employees, etc would have been ticked off, if they would have had the same things happen to them.
My vehicle purchase was handled in a professional manner and I feel I received a fair deal. The Ram parts department is very competent and professional also but the service department lost the 5th star inspite the courteous managment the clear lack of skill on the part of the mechanic who did not reinstall any of the panels correctly, left a screw on the floorboard and a screwdriver on the cowling under the hood in addition to tossing my floormat in the back. Overall great experience.
I have purchased 6 vehicles in the past from this dealer and each time they never let me down. They are up front with all the cost, financing options , and time frames. Our salesman Elliot has personally sold me 4 vehicles, and never stops impressing me. He goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied with our experience .Another job well done to the team at Green Dodge.
I am going to be nice on the review because the service department is always great and KC Gorda is a good salesman, and I wish him well. However, if you think you are going to get a deal here, well, not happening.I have tried, tried mind you, purchasing cars here several times over the last 12 years or so. I have always ended up elsewhere. I once even had someone at the dealership tell me there was no way I was going to get the deal I wanted. I bought the exact car not a week later by driving 60 miles. It is too bad because I would much prefer to buy local, but it seems my money isnt good around here. Such is life. Anyway, if you do shop here, look up KC, he is a good guy and I think he will try to steer you right.

This was my first time buying and Alex Wells went above and beyond to make I got a quality vehicle at a reasonable price and Kira Perez made sure I got the best coverage for my new purchase. They really took good care of me.
My experience was fantastic. What a great group of people . Krista kept in touch with me by email, and gave me her cell number, months later, I decided to purchase a Kia Soul, and I text her. I had a quick response. I never knew any of these people, but Krista is who really brought me in. Alex, my sales person, was nice and informative.Phil the Manager was very nice, and worked with me to get a good interest rate, and to be completely satisfied with my purchase. All in all a wonderful day, and I love my 2015 Kia Soul Plus. I have purchased from Kia before, and I am a returning customer. Its the only place I will go.
The service department has always been really good to me, and my wife. We purchased our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan new from this dealership in 2014, they have kept it running like new for 80k miles now, never pushing anything we dont need. I really like it when they sell us the 4 oil changes bundle for $100. I would recommend green dodge service to anyone!
My experience with Green Dodge was absolutely amazing! I am a newly divorced father and have filed bankruptcy just within the past 6 months. I had very little options available. After having a horrible experience with a used car dealership, I was led to go to Green in hopes of getting out from under a bad deal on a 2005 Volvo that id had nothing but problems with since I purchased it 4 months earlier...My salesman was William. A Chicago native just like myself. He took his time with me and after two cars we looked at didn’t work out numbers-wise, we FINALLY found a car that worked! NO MONEY DOWN!!! And even less monthly payments that I originally planned. William and his manager Keith worked vigorously to make sure I left with a vehicle - they never gave up on me! I’m so very happy with my 2011 Toyota Venza! Looks amazing and drives amazing! And the lifetime warranty isn’t bad either 😃💪🏽🙏🏽So grateful!Sadao
Horrible customer service. They kept calling me asking to purchase my car. I had 5 calls in a one month time frame asking me to come and have my car appraised. I told them multiple times I want looking to she is buy at the moment. They said theyd pay above value for my car. It was also supposedly during a summer customer appreciation sales event where I was told they were cleaning out inventory and they were selling vehicles for less than msrp. I was very honest with them over the phone about how much I owe on my vehicle ,whatI was willing to pay per month and what type of be vehicle I wanted. I was told this was very doable and to come in. I live an hour away with two little kids and one on the way. I made the trip there for them to offer me 6,000 dollars less than they offered me 6 months prior for my vehicle. They would not budge on the price of the new vehicle at all. The sales associate was cocky and came out after figuring numbers the first time and said should I just go get your keys now, to which another employee of green Dodge said thats really good news! He responded with theres no way were going to get to where we need to be. I asked him why they made the claims on the phone and why my car would appreciate in value 6,000 dollars in 6 months, his response was I dont know Im furious! This was a complete waste off my time! They called me and when I came they acted as though they didnt know anything about the customer appreciation event and insulted me in every way! This was quite the task with small children for them to completely waste my time. I made it very clear on the phone I did not want my time wasted! Ive been a very loyal customer. I service my car now that I purchased through them there. I will never do any kind of business with them again!!!
We have never had a Subaru but reading up on the vehicles it was something that we were interested in. Phil was our sales person and finding out he just started with Green, he was so knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking at, and the whole transaction of buying the vehicle was good. We met the Service Department while we were there and they were very friendly. Phil followed up with us a few days later and helped us with a few things in the setting up of some of the controls.I would certainly tell people of the great experience we had and also I love driving my Subaru Forester.

Ive bought many vehicles over the years and have had my fair share of bad experiences at other dealerships, but not here! love the sales team here at green dodge! Theyve always been honest and fair, they want whats best for the buyer. They just dont want to sell you a vehicle today, they want to make sure that you are a customer for life. And that I am, a customer for life! Youll never meet a better sales team!!!

It was great working with Alvin! From the beginning to the end, he was sincere about helping us find a car that fit our needs and budget. Alvin treated us like family and quickly responded to our calls for information and appointments. we bought a Kia because it was the right car for us and because the service at Green Dodge Kia is excellent!
Anthony went above and beyond getting us into the caravan we wanted. He not only got the payments down into our budget but he also got us the most on our trade in. The staff is kind and courteous and the store is clean. They made sure my kids were happy through the whole wait. Keeping them occupied with toys, movies, and balloons. Very happy to have become part of the green family.
Took my truck in to Green Dodge for a tire rotation that was due. Service was fast, polite, and a positive experience as usual. The new service manager (I believe he said his name was Bill, I am terrible at remembering names) was very nice and and a pleasure to work with.
Me and my wife talked with Bob Sullivan and Keith(not sure his last name) and they treated us with most care and helpfulness that we have every had from a salesman at a car lot. Its was a GREAT EXPERIENCE for us, things were fone very quickly and had no problems understanding what we were getting. Green Dodge is definitely a place we will be back to when its time for our next vehicle
Very professional transaction, Mike was up front with his answers to all of our questions. He is not your typical car salesperson, not pushy yet assertive with his suggestions. He made the buying experience pleasant. Communication with Mike has occurred in a timely fashion and follow up has been prompt.. we would highly recommend dealing with Green Subaru and Mike.
Went in 2 weeks ago to look at a demo truck they had on sale. The salesman and sales manager were rude and could care less if they sold the truck. A good friend knows the general manager of Green Dodge Ram and put me I. Contact with him. Went back I today to look at same truck. (Even went in ready to spend more on the truck than originally planned.) Well l, this time the truck was $4k higher than 2 weeks ago. All the numbers were different and the salesman not the sales manager could give an explanation. I have purchased several vehicles from Green, but will not step foot in another one of their dealerships again! Felt like it was the old tell me one thing on the phone to get me there and bait and switch when I was there. Green made no attempt to work with and make a deal. Truly disappointed and will will avoid purchasing a vehicle in Springfield.Update: ended up buying a brand new one truck at Landmark Ford that listed for $10k more than any truck I looked at Green. I purchased the truck for thousands less than Green could even match. The difference......Landmark wanted to sell a vehicle and they did! I even bought a Ford which I swore I would never do, but a great salesman and a company willing to work with me sealed the deal.
Salesman Mike Bossmann was great again! My parents sent me to him with hopes of another honest and trustworthy transaction and he definitely lived up to that expectation. There were no games or tricks like I had experienced recently at another dealership. It was a smooth experience that I was extremely happy with. I purchased a used truck from Green Dodge. The sales personnel were very professional. I called ahead of time to verify the vehicle I was interested in was still available and, when I arrived, they were well prepared. The truck was clean, dealer plate was installed and it was ready for a test drive. They were not high pressure throughout the process. My salesperson, Trent, and the sales manager were friendly and informative. Sometimes shopping for a car can be an unpleasant experience but Green Dodge set an example for others to follow.
Tony is the best salesman I have ever seen. He treated my family with great respect. Over the years I have developed a great relationship with dodge green! We have purchased three vehicles from dodge. Not only that, but the service dept is top notch! Always a pleasure to visit this place even if the reason is maintenance or problems with my cars. I can always depend on service personnel to give me their attention. Its always nice that salesman that sold me my car 8 year ago still stops, remember my name and say hello. Manager always seems to be around and stops by to check on how things are going. Great place.
The worked performed was good. Fixed my issues. However, got no phone call vehicle was ready, no update if they had figured out the issue. Truck dropped off at 8:45 am called at 3:20 pm because of no call, service was busy and would call back, never did. Picked up at 5:15 pm and service person said they called several times. Showed my call log, and where I called. Then was told they didn’t have a good number. Right on the repair order, low and behold my number. I spent 28 years in a dodge service roll, never did I do something like this. On the other note I love Gail in the quick change lane.
At Green Dodge KIA the experience was great. Great people, great professionalism, speedy process, and a clean environment. Through each step I was so comfortable and couldnt ask for a better way of purchasing a vehicle. They even sent a shuttle to Champaign-Urbana to get me and made sure I drove out with a great car with a warranty. The discounts were even unbeatable! Thanks Green Dodge KIA.
Came in for a routine oil and filter change...had a time constraint and was told up front no problem. Brandon later showed me 2 filters that were very dirty and so those I agreed needed to be replaced. I thought the wiper blades I had on the car were old...it was time for new ones and the parts guy told me about an upgrade on the wiper blades for only $1 more per blade...decided that would be a good idea in the winter. Made it out of the dealership in time to be at my appointment a couple of minutes early. Brandon gave me the special price you had going for the oil and filter change which saved me around $30...much appreciated!...I could not locate my coupon at first...he gave me the discount anyhow...and before I left the garage, I was able to locate the coupon and gave it to him. All in all...very satisfied with the service experience today.
Tony at Green Dodge was excellent. He was extremely helpful and patient. We had been looking for a used 4x4 truck and were getting thebrun around at other places we had been. Tony definitely went above and beyond for us and got us into a brand new Dodge Ram. I would recommend him and Green Dodge to anyone!
Terrible customer service.caught them red handed trying to sell me a $2,000 part for my truck that it didnt need. Part wasnt broken at all. was, and is still in perfect working order.have caught them many times resetting oil change lights and stickers but not servicing truck. they ruined a very expensive set of tires in 35,000 miles by not rotating them as requested.horrible communication between service writer, technician, manager, and customer.full review on their Facebook if you want to read it. its long, but should tell you all you need to know.my wife and I own 2 high end mopar products.our immediate family owns 7 mopar products all less than 7 years old.never again will green have the opportunity to touch one of these vehicles.BEWARE
Not the best! PLEASE call for an appointment, do not trust the online system!!!!! Scheduled an appointment using their online system about a week ago. They sent me a confirmation email for a completely different car than I registered in their system. A service rep called me to confirm the appointment date and started asking me to purchase a car... I get to the dealership at 7A in the morning and speak with the lady at the desk who is wandering why I am still here. I told her I needed a shuttle to get to work at 7:30A and she tells me that the shuttle does not start running until 7:30. She also asked me what I needed to get done today and I said, Shouldnt that be in the computer from the appointment I booked? And she said, OH WE DONT SEE THAT INFORMATION. 🙄 Come to find out, I couldnt get the work done that I needed because of a lack of organization and communication (waste of time) She also said that they have outsourced their customer service to another private company who deals with appointments and everything. Although I was late to work and got nothing done they still seemed pretty careless. Thanks for nothing Green Dodge.
I bought a new dodge truck .I like the truck and I like the dealer .I have bought a few cars from Green family stores , and am happy with my experience with them .as always you need to pay attention to what you are buying and all the costs that are involved with your purchase .When I had a problem with the paint on the new truck they did all they could to make it right and we worked it out to my benefit.The service and sales staff were very good to work with and they did every thing to make my problem right .and they did .I should tell my problem .The truck had several flaws in the paint from the factory . this was not the dealers fault but the final inspector s fault at the factory .Jon
I have had nothing but trouble with the car I bought here. This review goes to the shop, as that is where Ive been most. The staff in the shop is not easy to work with. They try to sell you a multi oil change package and when you come in next forget that you bought it. There is usually a long wait time. They have missed things on my car several times. They have fixed one thing and caused a second thing to go wrong. They miss many small details. I dont trust them at all. If you have a second option, Id take your car there.
Anthony was our salesman, he was ready to be off and invested some of his personal time to get us the deal we wanted. Easy to work out the right deal. Closer and finance department made it all simple. Valued my trade even though it was less than perfect. When i need another vehicle or know somebody, it will be Green Dodge. I went into Green Kia pretty sure of what I wanted and ended up getting all that and more. Matt Koster walked me through the vehicles I was interested in with knowledge, professionalism and personality until I knew what I would be driving home. Great staff at Green Kia plus an amazing warranty program! I drove home with a new car which, after rebates and an upgraded warranty, was actually cheaper to buy than last years model with mileage already accrued! VERY happy with my purchase. Thanks Kia!

I bought a replacement key for my van and took into Green Dodge and have them program it. Which other dealerships told they couldnt do because I didnt but the key from them. Green Dodge said they would for $50. I made an appointment, take my van and find out that there is a recall. The part was replacement for free and with that I got 2 brand new keys. So I saved money and I will get money back for the key I had brought in.
Service across different Green dealerships is not equal. I purchased my 2017 Silverado from Green in Jacksonville, and would highly recommend them. I think they recently sold to a different company. I honestly regret buying my 2019 Ram from Green dodge in Springfield. Apart from the vehicle itself blowing an air line in the suspension with 10 miles on the odometer. We purchased two vehicles the day I bought my truck and they promised to put leather in my wifes vehicle. They never ordered it. First oil change I reminded them. They assured me it was and accident. I generally detest the car buying experience. I enjoy looking at cars but dealing with the sales people and the financing and the games they love to play really makes me dread the experience.Green Dodge made my experience by far the most pleasant Ive had in 30+ years of buying vehicles. Ezella Howse was an excellent salesperson. She actually listened to what I wanted, paid attention to what I wanted to spend and didnt play the normal games where they try to show you vehicles that are $10,000 beyond your price range. Everything went quickly, smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted at exactly the price point we wanted. I cant recommend Ezella and Green Dodge highly enough. If youre looking for a vehicle, check them out, you wont be disappointed.
They ran my stolen credit card for $1,600 (just a picture of my card, NO ID, NO physical card, no phone call to verify, nothing!). I left two messages and they NEVER called me back. Phil was a brand spanking New salesman (of 1 week) and we were so surprised at his knowledge of Subarus. He is not a hard sell kind of guy, which we appreciated. The manager, Ryan, was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with as he looked dor lower price options for us and also accepted our lower offer. A good experience!
Ive never been a Dodge owner before, but Im glad I decided to give it a try. My experience at Green dodge has always been very good, only thing sometimes they seem to forget to give you a call back. But they do get busy .George in service & lady service manager are very much up front & do their very best to explain the problem & how to best take care of it .Sales people are upfront ,friendly & NO HIGH PRESSURE answer your question. tell & show you what they have & give you time to THINK without hounding you .Good overall experience would recommend to anyone
I use my Dodge Ram 1500 to tow a trailer for my business. This is at least my fifth truck purchase from Green. Working with KC Gorda (sales person) and Jeremy (sales manager) I feel like Ive always been treated fairly. Since this vehicle is used for business I typically trade every 2-1/2 years once exceeding 45,000 miles. The truck still has good trade-in value at this age and mileage.Just purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Crew Cab on Black Friday. They are wanting to clear out the 2018 inventory to make way for the 19s and had some unbeatable incentives while offering me a very good trade-on on my 2016.
I have purchased a car here and honestly I think you would be better off going somewhere else i dont think the service is the best and I felt like I was screwed on my car. They advertised all cars got a free lifetime warranty and when i asked about it I was told my car didnt qualify. Plus i mentioned the tires were low and should be replaced they wouldnt do it. Now I have returned to the place with a letter saying that there is a part under extened warranty that causes the front tires to shake and the guy that looked at my car said the shaking could be how low the tires are. All in all go somewhere like friendly Chevrolet they are much better.
The service department seemed like such a joke! Unorganized!My vehicles check engine light came on. Its a work vehicle so I stopped in to let them look at it. I walk in to the service department, stand at the desk and proceed to watch the attendant play a game on her phone. No greeting, no attention to the door, etc. I stood there and had to say hello before she ever noticed someone had walked in. She checks me in and then about 5 minutes later comes to the waiting area to get me. She tells me theres no light on the dash (vehicle wasnt started). You know that you need to start the vehicle to get the check engine light to illuminate right? A few minutes later she said the check engine code was cleared and Im good to go. No explanation on what it was, just that its now gone. She gave me the keys and said goodbye while she was talking to a friend. Didnt tell me where the vehicle was now parked. So I had to look around for it. Ridiculously unprofessional.Super happy that I didnt take my personal vehicle here! Ill make sure to find somewhere else to take the work vehicle to as well!

He did not give us lines just to make a sale. Thanks for having him there. Ive bought many cars in my life time I rate him with 2 other sales person that I return to. They tried giving under half NADA/KBB trade in value for my truck, stated truck we were looking at was sound. Took the truck out for a test drive and it nearly put us in the ditch with violent steering wheel shake. The other two 40k trucks we test drove rode horribly. All in all, total disappointment with them. Crossroad Ford got our business. They gave full KBB trade in and really came down to the best price we could find nationally. Only reason for the second star was the service department has been adequate for recall work.
I love the folks there and just traded in my subaru for my Dodge Journey. Journey is ok, but felt I didnt have as many choices as I wanted. Felt a bit rushed to make the deal this time. I thought with all the Green dealers in town there would be more to look atDont get me wrong Ill definitely be back when its time for a new subaru, but might go elsewhere for my next used vehicle.
Our car had an electrical problem as we were driving about an hour out of town. Chuck Rowland went above and beyond to help us, via telephone support and getting us into the shop for immediate repair, so we were able to get back on the road and meet our out-of-town obligations. Outstanding service!!!

The oil change and tire rotation were completed in about one-half hour on a drop in basis. The car was also washed. The fasted time ever - could not have been better!Same great service in March 2015 - this time included investigating intermittent low oil pressure light we had seen lighted briefly three times.
If you are looking for a car that is list price with no deal. Green dodge is the place you should go. My husband and I went to green dodge looking for a used car. After giving our specifications of what we were looking for we were shown a few vehicles and in the end found a car we really like and enjoyed it meant all of must have haves and even some of our nice to haves. We were very excited to move forward with negotionations, especially when hearing our car salesman along with several other bash abother business we had went to that has no haggle pricing. Prior to negotionations we researched the car we were interested in and found that while the car was priced to sell it was a little over priced but we figured that they would want to negotiate. After listening to sale pitches for their expensive extended warranty we present out our offer of fair market value, we even offered a full cash offer. They refused saying they were already losing money on the price, and even said that they were going to have to pay a referral fee for person thato had referred us to this dealership. We offer three counter prices going up in $500 increments and they would not budget they wanted the full price they had listed on the car. So then we offered list price but asked for an additional key to be made into the offer (this car only had one key) they again refused saying they would lose money if they tried to help us. In the end we walked away. They the proceeded to call us back after several offers fell through due to people not being able to get financing and yet they were still refusing to come down in price or offer the additional key. It seems to me if you cannot budget correctly and cannot assist your clients you should not be running a business. While the car was amazing this dealership failed to meet our needs and desires.
Service was prompt and friendly. I had forgotten my wallet. The service representative told me she would get the work done and I could come back later and pay.The service representatives have been very helpful and friendly on each visit since I started bringing my car in.
The people at green dodge are the best they go above and beyond to do what ever it takes to get you into the vehicle that you want. They ate the Friendlys people that you find great sales people great sales manager thats why we have bought 6 vehicles from them I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new or used vechile.

The problem with the transmission was not fixed. Now there is an additional problem with the gear shift that was not present before. Apparently cars are supposed to go in reverse when they are in drive (according to the staff at Green Dodge). Don’t expect managers to answer their phones or return messages. The Green dealerships make so much money that they can afford to be shady and unprofessional. I bet Todd Green wouldn’t drive a vehicle he thought wasn’t safe.
I cannot speak for those who just come off the street. I can speak ONLY speak for Josh Wagoner who is one of the few if not only trustworthy car dealership person out there and has treated me especially well. I will buy no where else because of him.I would suggest calling him if you have a problem with any sales staff members or his sales managers. Otherwise good luck, do your research and dont be talked into allot of things you dont need especially extra warranties. Remember this is a car dealership not your wife husband partner or best friend.Again the overall manager Josh Wagoner is the best most honest guy in the biz ..
Fortunately Pam in service saved the day. She picked up the slack and sets the bar for customer service. Hopefully her employer is aware of the asset she is. Pam is that person who you would expect to deal with on any car dealership purchase large or small and who doesnt forget about you after the deal is done. Thank you Pam.
I brought my car in to be serviced and washed. They didnt wash it. Sent it back and they didnt get the oil washed off that I specifically requested, they sent it again and still didnt clean it off. Other than that the waiting room was clean and they offer a variety of food and drinks while you wait.When I bought my Durango there was a chip in the windshield. Instead of replacing it they filled it so the chip is still very visible.My drivers side tire was low. I had to take it back twice to have it looked at because the is a slow leak.
Update 10/23/2015: Came here for services multiple times and have always enjoyed the visit and have been taken care of quickly and professionally.Same old dealership as any other dealership throughout the country. Even though it was later in the evening on a Monday I still had to wait over an hour for my turn to sit down with their person who does all the legal paperwork. Not to mention the family that walked in, while we had been waiting, and went straight to another financial officer who did all their legal paperwork that hadnt been there the whole time we were at the dealership. We even had our own financing and only had to sign half the paperwork. Other than the wait, they did have drinks on tap, soda, coffee and water, for free with a children play area and a TV. Didint see anything about wireless internet so never tried it. The place was clean but the lot seemed pretty packed and confined.
We take our fleet vehicles here to get worked on and the maintenance is not that good. We took one vehicle in 4 times to get the brakes worked on. After one of the fixes, we were going to Bloomington and when we stopped the brakes were red hot. If it wasnt raining out I think the brakes would have caught fire.
No matter how many times I call them, e-mail them, or try to contact them and tell them that I am not their customer, they keep robocalling and sending me e-mails. Maybe they have great automotive service. Maybe they are terrible. I dont know. But I know their customer service sucks.
Wish I couldve given less than 1 star. Went in to test drive a van to purchase that day. A salesman sat down with me to get my info and then he left to go find the van. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me he hadnt found it yet. He took off to find it again and came back to tell me he was having a hard time finding it still. Instead of asking if there was something else I might be interested in he told me to go ahead and take off and hed call me when he come across it. This was 3 months ago and I never got a call. I went to Landmark Ford and they knew right where the van was I wanted to buy.
This place is horrible!! I called to setup an appointment to get my vehicle in. Called when they opened they asked for all my information just to setup an appointment since I’ve never been there. Told me a service employee would call me back. Never got a callback from anyone. This place is Garbage!! An terrible an handling business.
Always great! They are right on anything you need as soon as you get there. They are always willing to give you a good deal or get you done as quick as possible and keep you updated on everything thats happening. Everybody is always friendly and even remember you. Its the BEST Dealership you can go to.
I was looking for an inexpensive, secondary vehicle to use for errands and running around town. Matt Koster, my salesguy, found something that completely exceeded my expectations. Not only that, he came in at exactly the amount I wanted to pay. Im delighted by my experience with Green.
My husband and I were looking around the lot after hours on labor day and Jeremy the manager came out and spoke with us and was more than willing to talk to us even thought the dealership was closed. He set us up with Bob Sullivan that night and the next day we drove our brand new van off the lot.
We bought a 2014 Kia Sorento. Dominick Johnson was our Sales Consultant. He did a wonderful job with explaining every little detail about the Sorento. Truely a wonderful experience. Eric Smith actually is not a rude arrogant individual. He did not finalize our purchase, but he negotiated the financing for the 2014 model similar to what the 2013 clearance prices and cash back incentives are. I highly recommend talking to Dominick Johnson. We will be back in the future to purchase other Kia, Mitsubishi or Subaru products. AAAA++++++++ ;-)
I recently tried to make an appointment for an oil change at Green Dodge for my new RAM 1500.. I first filled out a request form on their website, received an email from them saying they got my request and would contact me soon. That was over a week ago... Ok, so i called to make an appointment and the lady would not schedule one without my trucks VIN number. Apparently they need it in case there is a recall.... Ok i guess I can see that..Maybe..... Since this is not my every day vehicle I asked if they could simply get the VIN when i drop it off... She said no they can not and can not schedule an OIL CHANGE without the VIN. She also stated that it would be to hard for them to get the VIN if I dropped if off because it would take to long... Im not joking or exaggerating at all.. I have taken several vehicles to multiple dealerships over the country and not once have ever been refused service because I did not have my vehicles VIN number... It is obvious to me that this dealership does not want my business so the question should be would you want them to have yours?
My wife and I worked with Jeramy and Eliot and these guys were amazing. They even talked us in to talking with their insurance agent Keira, because it sounded to them like we were paying to much for insurance. Keira was fantastic, she came in on her day off to talk to us and saved us 170$ a month.

I have taken my 2018 Dodge Durango in for the third time to have an electriccal problem fixed. Hopefully it will get fixed this time or next time I get a lawyer and see what happens then!!! I bought this vehicle so that I could pull a camper but I cant get a wiring harness for it. I owe more than its worth so I guess I am stuck with it. Dodge has not improved the quality of their vehicles in the last twenty years!!

This place is a joke. Take it in there for an oil change and the next day, the low oil light comes on. Checking the oil level, its really low. Take it in for one issue, it doesnt get fixed and now has another issue. It also seems like the oil changes at Green Dodge are just excuses to mess something up in your car so youll have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Since Green Dodge and Green Hyundai are owned by the same people, Im afraid to take my other car, a Hyundai Sanota to Green Hyundai for them to loom at the radio thats having issues with the preset buttons.
My 2010 Ram 3500, 6.7L Cummins, had a couple recalls on it. I called August 2014 about getting the vehicle in to get these recalls resolved. The recalls were not a life threat, and I know Chrysler had a mass of recalls going on last year to now, so I was very patient. After calling a couple times more, and I was moving up the list, I finally talked to Pam who is the manager. She was very apologetic and said they had the parts and to bring it in anytime and they would get it done. I was extremely glad to hear this. I took the truck in the next day, just past opening time. I talked to Pam and she said there were two recalls, and if there were any flash updates, they would take care of that also at no charge. She said it would take a couple hours so I waited on it. True to her word, it took right at two hours. They completed both recalls and there was one flash update for better diagnostics. After driving it for a week now, I want to give Pam a big thumbs-up!! Im not sure what the flash did, but the truck runs smoother than it ever has since Ive owned it. It use to be rough when shifting, especially when pulling our 5th wheel trailer (14,000 lbs). Without the trailer, if you let up off the gas when it was shifting, it would shift but with a noticeable KLUNK! Thats all gone now. Thanks again to Pam for getting er done! Having those all fixed is a load off my mind when pulling the rig.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I took my 2004 Kia Sedona in for diagnostics. They called me and told me is my crankshaft sensor and said its going to be $545 the next morning they called and said to be 1275 because they would have to cut the timing belt we told them not to touch it we took it to another car shop they replace the crankshaft sensor for 300 the place got it started but then died Kia mess with our timing belt and through out of line now were going to have to pay $700 to get it fixed I called Kia and told them what they did and they refuse to fix it I would never send anybody there to get anything done they are horrible place
I just bought a new Kia Rio and Hossain Mesbah was great at explaining all the features my car has and helping talking to the finance department to making it so I could afford the payments on this car. I would definitely buy another Kia here or give his name to anyone looking for a car,

Was going to Green Dodge to sell my 2016 bighorn,they gave me top dollar for my truck and I found another one out there I really wanted William worked hard to get me in that trust and did so ,plus I left there with money in my pocket.So I say there the best in town getting u into a vehicle that you can afford and they definitely will work with you,I give them a 10 out of 10
Traded car in for a truck thought I was getting a good deal but turns out not salesman not owning up to the deal not fixing the things he told me that would be fixed very unhappy still trying to get them fixed well see what happens service department manager has been great sales department not much so

2022-01-23Set aside the $650 bill to replace a thermostat additional complaint listed was that battery would not stay charged for longer then a couple days. Response from service department “put battery on charger and then tested it it’s fine”. So I asked if they even looked at why the battery was being drained…”Well we charged the battery and tested it it’s fine”. The incompetence of this service department is remarkable. They don’t care or are unqualified to work on Diesel vehicles . This was a company vehicle that a out of town tech took there but no more. They won’t touch another vehicle of mine or I’m responsible for maintaining.

2021-07-24Lifetime power train is a gimmick! Family purchased dodge caravan 1 year ago and sealed transmission went bad. They won’t honor the warranty because of no oil change records!!! Completely unrelated to a sealed unserviceable transmission. My dad has been changing his own oil for 50 years!!! My mission is life is to drive as much business as I can from green. Please, Please heed this warning if you are thinking of buying from green. I hate leaving bad reviews but in this world customer service is what brings people back.

Joe Surratt is the best salesman and I will never work with anyone else from now on! He gives so much personal attention and makes sure you are taken care of! He doesn’t pressure you but instead informs you of all aspects of your decision. I really can’t say enough about him!Also, Eric Acree in the finance department was extremely nice and easy to work with! He explained things very well and was patient and portrays such a positive attitude !We have bought 2 cars for our kids here in the last 6 months and like I said, I will never work with anyone else in the future!! 2020-06-04Recently, I took my new Ram 1500 into Green Dodge for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Once service was completed it was discovered by the assistant manager that the wrong oil had been used. He offered me a choice to stay so they could correct the error, or take it as is for no charge. Being a new vehicle, I opted to wait to have the oil re-changed. Afterward, the assistant manager apologized, with no fuss from me, and I went on my way. Fast forward to my next oil change from a local lube center in Chatham. Just prior to changing my oil, they noticed the word A**hole painted on my oil pan and paint on my sway bar. They wanted to make sure that I knew it was there prior to their servicing. I contacted Green Dodge immediately to make them aware of what happened in hopes they would do the right thing and fully address this serious issue without me having to go through filing a police report, sharing this story on social media, and having to go through proper legal channels in attempt to recoup my loss. After a few phone conversations with the general manager, Nadim Khan and Josh Wagoner, I requested the parts that were apparently vandalized by a Green Store Family Member and monetary compensation equal to amount of an extended warranty Nadim quoted to sell me. While Im not trying to take advantage of the situation, there is an inherent risk, borne solely by me, that a disgruntled employee sabotaged something else yet to be discovered. The compensation could afford me the option to purchase an extended warranty or offset a small portion of my loss in the event I decided to trade in for another truck. They cannot make any assurances that nothing else was tampered with due to lacking internal controls, allowing for something like this to happen, and because the CCT video of the service area at the time my truck was serviced has conveniently been deleted. I spoke with another local dealership owner on the reasonableness of my request, and he stated his offer to remedy the situation would have been 15% more than I had requested. Hopefully Green Dodge does the right thing and addresses the situation properly by making me somewhat whole and possibly implementing additional oversight in their facilities. But unless that happens, I warn that if you become victim of similarly apparent circumstances, they will do everything in their power to make your recovery efforts extremely difficult and unpleasant because they obviously couldnt seem to care less... Its almost like being victimized twice. I will relay updates as things move forward...
