She did a good job on my hair.
She spent about 3 minutes on my daughters hair, the back was over an inch uneven she didn’t cut her bangs or do any type of styling. We will never go back there I should have ask for my money back but we paid and even tipped because we just thought it would be better to just chalk it up as a lesson learned.
Stylist was great very friendly did a great job but receptionist at receptionist and other Clerk Would stand for some people skills.
Daughter and I both went in for haircuts and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back.

I have been going here for haircuts for about 3 years now and I somehow got matched up with this lovely, charming blonde woman! I cant believe I am drawing a blank...its been awhile since my last haircut! But she does a fantastic cut!!! Totally recommends the rt products for my hair...even if they arent necessarily sold there...which to me is just a genuine helpful employee doing their best to help the customer out! Give it a try!
If you need a good stylist, ask for Stacey. Shes amazing! I hadnt cut my hair in 4 years and was very iffy about doing so. But she was so kind and patient and went out of her way to make sure I knew how to take care of the style I chose. Thanks Stacy!!!
I used to go here all the time to get a regular high and tight fade. Now its like they hardly have anybody working there, and the people they do have honestly arent that great. Stopped going because I can do a better job myself.
Im from out of state and needed a haircut, i found Great Clips and checked the reviews and i saw good things especially of Stacey, so i went there and i was lucky to get her, she is excellent! Very sweet, very professional, and good talker and listener! Very happy with my haircut and style! I highly recommend Great Clips!!

The stylist made this place. I wish I remembered her name. She had long hair in a pony, had a tint to her tips. She was WONDERFUL. If anyone reads this and knows her name, please respond. Im going to be back in a couple months and may want her to do my hair again!
Didnt have a terrible experience, just a really average, almost mediocre experience. This is a great place to go if you just want something simple, or a trim. Dont give them elaborate instructions. Additionally, just fyi, they dont do color or dye. I showed the lady two pictures, which I feel she really didnt examine for more than the length of a glance. She was a wonderful person to talk to, but I feel if I wasnt in a good mood, or nervous about the cut, she may have made me more nervous. I have a less than typical hair texture and thickness, having super thick and rough hair, and I told the lady this. I told her specifically no layers, since my hair is so thick, it would be extremely obvious and weird looking. She said it was fine, but if she could thin it out, I said sure as long as she doesnt layer it. Sure enough, when it was dry, it had many layers, and I looked like my mother in the 70s. Im 19. It was basically an afro, but, because of my crappy hair texture, Im used to it. Regardless, it would have looked a bit better if she followed what I wanted a little closer. After washing and styling it myself, Im liking it a bit more now, but the layers make it impossible to do much with. I went from long to short for practical reasons, because of my headaches, so I wasnt too worried about the outcome, which is why Im not disappointed. They seem like lovely people, and if you arent too vain and want something nice without breaking the bank, this is the place for you!

They dont put a towel around your neck..I told the lady that cut my hair that I just have Eyes surgery .& I thought she would. I have never gone to a beauty shop that put a towel around your neckgive me a towel to keep the hair from getting in my eyes She ignored me .I cover my eyes with my hands.

Depends on what stylist you get..my sons last haircut was a wack job.I dont know how she even works there. It was sloppy.She didnt have clean straight lines & his hair was patchy.Neck line was all messed up & not clean cut.Im going to take my boys to a barber shop where they will get a nice crisp haircut with detail & Clean lines for only $2 more than what this place charges
Great place, fast walk in service. The girl named Lynn was awesome! I have had some bad cuts in the past, so there were some trust issues..lol.. but Lynn was wonderful, she did exactly what I asked, and I was amazed! I felt like a movie star when I left! 👍👍👍😀

The lady that cut my hair sabotage my head, I will never go back there again, my hair is so chopped up, it looks horrible.. it will take months to grow out before I can even try to get it fixed... very very dissatisfied...

Service was fast enough, the haircut looked fine, but what I cant stand is to be in a business and hear employees complain about being there! Please show a cheerful, grateful attitude in front of customers.
This was the worst experience of my sons life, not only did Stacey make him feel humiliated, she accused him of having lice, when I explained that he had build up from the gel he uses in hair. She cut half his hair and then stopped and would not finish. She’s a horrible person and will take this to the next step. Sports clips checked his head all over and said “he does not have any signs of lice what so ever” sports clips has gained my business.
It’s unfortunate that I even have to put one star! It looks like someone took a beaver pelt and stuck it on top of my head and shaved the sides! I’d let Stevie Wonder cut my hair before I would ever go back here! Luckily it’s been a comic relief for my friends and familyIt would be nice to be get the money I paid back to put toward new hats!
I went to get hair cut due to hair falling out due to chemo tx. The hair dresser was kind and empathetic. When done No Charge..what a surprise. She explained Geeat Clups has a one time free cut for cancer pt. And to have a. Kind and supportive worker was icing on a cake
My first two visits where fine the cuts where good Third time horrible.....she cut the back of my hair so short, some of it was hard to get ahold of!!!!Never again will I get her again! The manager was very Sympathetic and kind!
Amanda has done my hair the last 4 or 5 cuts, each time Ive asked for a different style and she is always spot on and does a great job!

Dealt with a very rude woman whom cut my hair. She didnt even try to strike up a conversation, and at the moment of even asking for a modification threw her hands in the air and walked to get her manager. Ive never had an issue at any other location except this one.

Usually good. You need to find the person who cuts your hair good and stick with them and know what days they work.
Usually like this place but I checked in my husband and myself online. The took my husband first then took a walk in in front of me. What’s the use of using the app. When I said excuse me I’m ahead of him she said “That’s alright he’ll only take a few minutes and you can wait”.

Worker was sharing problems about other customers hair problems, (dust mites) manager was discussing bounced checks with customer on phone and staff was very unprofessional. We did not stay, we left....
I have been customer since they opened in Danville,Illinois.I think 20 some years or more only had 3 times not happy with cut.They redid cut over and layer.Always friendly and they take coupons.I like it there.

2022-08-15This great clips is amazing if you go at the right time because if you dont. You could be waiting for a minute. The only downside is the parking at this store. The lines need re-done.

2022-08-16I’ve had two family members leave with uneven haircuts and they weren’t listening to what my brother had to say about the length of his hair, got him all uneven and too short for his first day of school! considering this is a more than one time occurrence, we don’t suggest going there

2021-07-12The staff here listens to their customers. Thats huge when getting a budget haircut.Accessibility here is good. I havent had any problems getting around inside with my walker. The chemical smell of most salons is hardly there in this Great Clips salon.There is a wait sometimes, but we havent had a wat of more than ten or fifteen minutes. If you dont want any wait, come during the day or use the app to get on the waiting list.

The girl with the blue hair said that she Need to thin my hair because it cause headache my hair is nice before I go there , she ruined after she trim, I said half inch trim only but she cut it 5 inch.. you should not in business, if you dont follow customer requests... and she insist her rights. Omg.. people Im telling you, they will practice your hair, go in a good salon.., even 1 star I cant give it to this salon.. bad bad bad bad grrrrrrrrrr.. danville great clips horrible...

2021-04-10Took my 2 boys there. Both stylists did an excellent job! One asked another one for help with a tricky area where one boys hair stands straight up. Glad she wasnt too proud to ask for help. Will definitely be going back!
