Manisha has been cutting my hair for over 6 years now at the Elston Plaza location. She styles my hair so well, she is friendly, professional and a very nice person. Im am lucky to have her especially during the covid pandemic. Thank you Manisha!
I asked for a trim to get my split ends cut off - just a simple cut. She ended up taking 6 inches off my hair! The layers are horrible and jagged, the transition is not smooth it looks like I have two distinct layers cut into my hair. Also, I walked in with my natural part on the left (its quite distinct) halfway through she moves my part and now when my hair falls the right side is significantly shorter. I am so disappointed and upset, I will never go to a Great Clips again, they were extremely under trained, I honestly think she didnt have a clue what she was doing despite her age. I am going to have to go somewhere else and get this cleaned up.
Changing from previous 5 stars. Danielle? Cut my hair way too much. Asked for 1/8 to about 1/4 inch off the top, ended up more like 1/2 inch. Especially near upper sides cut about an inch off, months of growing it gone. I was seated at an angle instead of looking straight which was strange... so I couldnt see much of what was going on.Not going back after coming here for years.
Ive been there twice and both times I has a horrible experience. I have a shorter hair cut for a woman. The first time the lady didnt get the sides even. I didnt realize that until I got home. I went back for her to fix it and she still didnt get them right. Today I used a different lady and told her I needed just a little trim. English isnt her first language and she had a hard time understanding what I wanted. She cut my hair way too short. My bangs are uneven but they are too short to fix. Im just going to have to live with a bad haircut for a few weeks. Uggg
I always go here to get my cut. I get both sides and an u undercut [kinda like a deathhawk but no ear tails] and they are great and always get it right. the girl with tattoos is definitely one to ask for if you do an alternative style like mine.

I came in and asked for a trim. I left practically bald. She kept cutting shorter and shorter and would say “sorry I’m just trying to make it even”. And when I got home it’s also not even in the back. I had plenty of hair to work with. I truly regret coming here. I never see the woman that used to do my hair here, and finally chanced on someone new...never again.
NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! Absolutely the worst place to get your hair cut. I walked in and told the old Hispanic woman with blonde hair I wanted to only have the dead ends off and to clean up my long layers, but leave the length. She cut HALF my hair off which I was growing out to donate in honor of my Grandmother who passed of cancer. The worst part was the hair she cut off wasnt even enough to meet the criteria to donate. The manager showed no empathy and gave a half hearted, Im sorry. I told her to be more careful next time, excuse to me. They did not offer any compensation or even a real apology. The old Hispanic woman who cut my hair didnt even apologize and actually argued with me that I said this is what I wanted. I have never been more heart broken, upset and hurt. Now I have to start from scratch growing my hair out to donate. NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! Ladies and guys you have been warned!
Went in today to get a medium length bob. Service was great, quick, and at a great cost. Will definitely go back.
It is clean and professional. The stylist all seem to have quite a bit of experience. All in all a good value. They are consistently good. Ive been coming here for long time now. My hair looks and feels great.
I see Manisha she did great job I love my hair.. its hard to find good cheap place when you have thick long curly hair she does layers and my curls lay beautifully.. so happy..and my husband loves my haircut..thank you manisha
Stopped by to get a quick trim on my hair and it was fast and inexpensive. The lady who cut my hair was nice and the trim was ok.The place is in a good location, free parking. Clean store too.
They have one lady in there who doesnt know what the heck shes doing (Danielle). At least she told me that she didnt know how to cut my hair instead of messing it up. All the staff are very nice though.
This was my first time going her to get my hair cut down some and lined up. She did a nice job.

Solid basic haircut (for men, at least) storefront thats a bit cramped and always busy but will usually get you finished after waiting (or at least that was the case before the pandemic).
Sorry but bad experience, got cut in the back neck. Wont go again. Poor hair cut, have to finish up my own hair at home.

2022-07-14Went here a couple days ago for the first time and thought I’d give it a shot. I’m not sure of his name but he’s an older gentleman with black hair who cut my hair. He couldn’t understand me when I asked if they had any “availability” three times. He didn’t know how to properly log me in the system either, so I got nervous when he took me. HORRIBLE! This guy has no clue how to cut hair. It took him almost less than 5mn total. He cut my entire head unevenly. The hair behind my right ear was overlapping my ear and I asked for a 3 guard cut on the back and sides. I had to trim several areas myself when I got home. It’s unbelievable to me that someone who cuts hair for a living could be this incompetent. If you go here, absolutely do not go to this guy!!

2021-05-07Manishka, my hairstylist was amazing! I have never been happier with a haircut! I have wild, unruly curly hair and I am always left dissatisfied with the haircut Im given. This time I got exactly what I asked for at a great price! I am definitely coming back. Being able to check-in and see the waiting times is a plus.

2019-08-22This is my first 1 star review. I have never received a worse haircut in my entire life. The other reviews you see about them cutting off soooo much more hair than you ask for is true. Save yourself the headache and find any other place to get a haircut. Thought I would save a few bucks going here, but will gladly pay triple to have a decent hair cut moving forward.

2018-06-27This is the second time I have gone to this location. The staff is friendly and does a great job. Im not high maintenance with my hair. I just get the same cut each time. I liked that they saved my last cut, and asked if I wanted the same style or different.The stylist even took the dryer and straightened my hair out a little, because I told her the extra $20 for styling with a straightener was to much. But the short blow dry did the trick.
