I had a work project that I needed to have shipped out for a virtual presentation. I brought in a piece that needed to be framed for a colleague. My boss was presenting it to her as a gift and award. I wish I took a picture of it! It turned out so beautiful! Matt helped me through the process of choosing all the pieces. I cant thank you enough for saving the day! My boss was so impressed with it. The velvet matting is so stunning. The frame is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you to Matt and Christina for the beautiful work and outstanding customer service!
I took something very delicate and sentimental to Christina and her husband Matt I was devastated at the fact that it had gotten broken they truly are magic together I cannot tell you how this keepsake that I had been nearly destroyed and it was put back together by this company they are wonderful to deal with they listen to your needs and also help you with decisions that would be the best for you and your product I thank them very much Christina and Matt I will keep coming back and keep giving you great reviews sincerely Tina Matiya... This is a gem of a place-live the kid who work here. We have always used them for almost everything in our home -from hanging carpets to framing personal photos paintings -you name it. Excellent work and reasonable priced. Highly recommend.
We had an old lighted piece of art that was ready to get thrown away because we thought it was beyond repair. My father was sad to have to get rid of it because it belonged to his mother. We brought it in from the trash and decided that we could try to find someone to repair it to it’s original glory. We were driving one day and saw Grand Frame and took a picture so I could call the next day... I called and got excellent service from a man (owner?). He answered my questions questions and was so nice. About a month later, we bought the piece in and had it repaired. It looks like it’s new again! It was a Christmas gift and my father is so happy to see it hanging in the living room all lit up. Thank you for your excellent work. It’s so much better than we ever imagined!!
Matt, and his team at Grand Frame are exceptional in what they do. We had an install job at an upscale restaurant in Chicago (check out Ocean Prime Chicago!) and he and his team went above and beyond. Matt, the owner, was extremely responsive and a great communicator. Between making multiple trips, housing artwork to keep it safe, and being extremely flexible with their install schedule despite the incredible challenges of opening a restaurant that is under new construction in downtown Chicago-we were able to have all of the artwork installed before opening day. They also travel! 5 stars, would definitely use again, and highly recommend.

If you need a jersey framed, this is the place to have it done. The job Matt and his staff did was incredible. After having the first one framed, we took 3 more. The price paid for the product is unbeatable. The jerseys are literally sewn on so lay perfectly. The seamstress (cant remember her name unfortunately) was outstanding. We highly recommend Grand Frame!
As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in good hands! I had so much fun picking out frames with Matts wife and am SO happy with how everything turned out. I dont have a picture yet because we are waiting for some furniture before we hang, but our prints are beautifully accented by the craftsmanship of our frames!
Matt and his staff at Grand Frame are outstanding! A few months ago, I came across my PhD diploma which had never been framed and stored in a document canister for a number of years. I realized it was time to finally get it framed. It had a wax seal on it that unfortunately had cracked and warped over the years, and the diploma itself was curled. I called several framing places to find out if they could fix the seal for me, and frame the diploma. Almost all of them said it was something they wouldnt be able to do. Matt at Grand Frame was the only one who said yes. When I met him in person, he was so nice and professional. We decided it would be best to obtain a new seal from the University (although he was very willing to try and repair the existing one). In the end, he was able to remove the old one, attach the new one, and flatten out the diploma in order to frame it. It looks absolutely beautiful! He also framed 2 other diplomas for my husband and I. All three look excellent! We couldnt be happier with the results, and very much appreciate all the time, effort, and professionalism that Matt put into these sentimental pieces of paper for us. I will be recommending Grand Frame to everyone we know!
Matt worked on custom framing for me and he did not disappoint!! The items I had were for a friend, I can’t share pictures until they’re hung but my friend was so so happy with the quality and look of how everything turned out. HIGHLY recommend Grand Frame!

Had a great experience at Grand Frame. I recently had an oil painting framed and it literally transformed our main living room/ entrance to our home. They had quite a few different materials to choose from and they helped me find the perfect look. They went beyond just getting the job done. Id recommend and Ill be back.
I love to travel, and love going to local markets and buying from local artist. The art I buy might not be extremely expensive. However it’s value to me is so much more! They are no réplicas of my pieces, it is one of a kind. Matt is the only one I would trust to frame them. He is also very helpful in the decision process. He picked a frame that would look better with my painting instead one that was way more expensive! I was so impressed by that, not only do you get great quality, but help designing.

Great store, awesome staff! They really take the time out to make sure everything is done right. Great for Sports jerseys. We took our signed NHL jersey to a competitors and it was done very sloppy. We took it to grand frames, and it was done amazing! I am so pleased with the work! Recommend them to everyone!

2021-02-20Grand Frame does fantastic work! I had two very large prints (36 inches by 55 inches), and they did an amazing job dry mounting and framing them. The art is completely flat and looks great on my wall, and the frames both came with all the mounting hardware that I needed. When I picked up my art, both pieces had been well-bundled in plastic to ensure theyd make it back to my home safely. The owner Matt was always friendly and polite, from when I first brought my pieces in and he walked me through my options to when I picked the art up. I would highly recommend Grand Frame to anyone looking for high-quality framing work.

2021-11-13Five stars isn’t enough to give!!! I had a gift sent to me from overseas, a pastel portrait and when it arrived it was damaged extensively. Glass, mirror shattered to pieces. I thought for sure it was beyond repair. I took it to Grand Frame and Matt said to trust him he will fix it. Well he did more than fix it, he had it brought back to life for me beyond words can ever express. If you have a picture, portrait, drawing that you thought wasn’t worth saving well don’t give up. Take to Grand Frame Inc and see what they can do!!

2021-07-04I recently took my very old and very much loved painting to them for reframing. Christina was the person who recommended a beautiful frame that complimented the painting in a way I had never seen before, and I was thrilled to a point I could not stop looking at it. Every person who has seen it could not believe what a great idea Christinas choice was. Without a doubt and with no hesitation whatsoever, I would recommend Grand Frame to everyone. They are extremely nice people to deal with and not only did they frame the piece but they also cleaned it up and corrected a couple things.Again, this is the only place I will ever take anything for framing. 2021-01-13Ive worked with Matt and the Grand Frame team for more than 5 years and their work is excellent. My company prints large digital canvases for commercial clients, then we go to Grand Frame to stretch the canvas onto a frame. We receive rave reviews from our customers, especially those that have previously bought canvas prints online.
