Went here and got my eyebrow, double vertical labret and my navel piercings! They were all pierced by Taylor! She has great work and i never had any complications with my piercings, they all have healed very well. Great place to go if you are thinking about getting any piercings or tattoos.
We brought our 8 yr old son in to get his ears pierced. Taylor was absolutely amazing and made the experience quick and painless for him. I would highly recommend Taylor if you are looking for piercings in the future.
Stopped in to get my second lobe piercing and Taylor was absolutely wonderful to work with! Front desk staff were very welcoming and I cannot express how easy the experience felt! Will be retuning for more work in the future 😁

My wife and I have gotten several tattoos here. Great staff. A bit of a tight schedule but when they get you in the product is great. You pay what you get for with tattoos. The price matches the quality with them. My shoulder piece was around $600 with an artist who has a masters in fine arts. He could have put 5 more hours of work in but I couldn’t afford any more detail. They are very reasonable with price. I will be back.

I have gotten three piercings from this shop and I have never had a bad experience. My first piercing was done by Marcus and my other two piercings were done by Taylor. They do a fantastic job!! The place is clean and very neat. They always know what they’re doing and if you’re nervous they help calm your nerves during and before the piercing. I absolutely love it here and would definitely recommend it to anyone getting a tattoo or piercing. Definitely will be coming back for more!!! Thank you!
Have always had great experiences here with tattoos and piercings. Went elsewhere for a piercing and ended up developing cellulitis, which I wouldn’t have found out about had I not visited Good Family to get it removed. Top notch service all the time and I highly recommend to everyone.
I went with a small group with my best friend. We all got tattoos but my best friend got a nose piercing too because I was the last one getting tatted. It was my first professional tattoo (I have a stick and poke on my ankle) and I was so excited that the pain barely bothered me. Everyone there was incredibly amazing to be around, especially the owner. I had a great time and look forward to going there for future tats. My tattoo healed very well and I am still amazed with how it turned out. Rachel was the one who did mine and she was very professional and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. (I got a rib tattoo. My moms birthday in Roman numerals w 2 butterfly’s). She was fun to work with and was able to work out exactly what I wanted. I only wished I could’ve tipped her more. Loved this place, excellent environment with good vibes. I’m already planing more tattoos.

This place is amazing. That word doesnt even begin to describe it though. They dont mind you bringing in your kids and even offer them temporary tats. . . My daughter loves going in. I know they do great work there so I had no problem waiting the 2 months for the appointment. But what I was given by far exceeded my expectations. My artist was Destiny. She already had a full drawing done up for me when I got there. She was so awesome. Shes still relatively new to the industry but I belting thats what makes her so great. She was extremely diligent and took her time to make sure ever line was on point and all of the shading was fully saturated. Ive had several tattoos done, some from other artists there and a I would still go back to Destiny. The atmosphere is so chill, and everyone at the shop are amazing but the line work she did for me is absolutely stunning. To all the folks at Good Family Thank You! This piece will forever be my favorite.

Good Family Tattoo is an awesome tattoo shop. They treat everyone as family and are willing to work with anyone and make recommendations for how the tattoo will look best. I’ve been tattooed by 4 artist here and everyone who has worked on me has delivered amazing work. This shop is very clean , organized , has very friendly staff who walk you through the process start to finish along with good aftercare instructions. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for work to be done or piercings.
I got my nose pierced 10 days ago out of state. The earring stuck out of my nose and looked horrible. It was way too big. I spoke with good family. They asked me to come in. I did. The young lady (forgot her name, Im so sorry) helped me with changing it out and gave me so much more information on which nose rings to get, type, etc. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I couldnt be more pleased and am so grateful for her help. Thank you again.
The staff here is so great. They are forward with their prices and very thoughtful in regards to making clients happy and keeping them safe. Lillie has gentle hands if you are looking to get a piercing. She made sure to explain any issues the piercing may cause and also the maintenance on helping it heal correctly and quickly.

Lillie the piercer was sooo friendly and comforting. She is literally the niceest piercer I’ve ever met and is so knowledgable. I went with my family for their firsts and it went so well (especially with a super anxious family😂). I also got my septum pierced and have other piercings and she was still just as equally kind and patient. Amazing experience ☺️
My daughter got her ears pierced here when she turned 10, Marcus was fabulous. I went back to get a piercing recently, but due to covid restrictions I was unable to. Not to worry, once they lift restrictions I will definitely be returning. Everyone I spoke to there was so sweet and helpful. My son received his first tattoo there as well and he is ready for more.
The tattoo artist was amazing. She was very nice and careful. Every once in a while she would asked are you ok. I didnt have any pain and I have to give her an A + shes great. I would recommend the place to anyone that want a tattoo.
Stay away from this place. Initially and still unhappy with the tattoo even after 2 attempts by 2 different artists, which included the owner Joel. Decided to still give the place business with a piercing for my daughter. The girl who did the piercing had no clue what she was doing. There are way too many other shops to give your business to save you the grief and disappointment Good Family will give you. You will regret coming here if you do.
I have gone here since I turned 18 (25 now), I have gotten 6 pieces done here by multiple artists. I have never even been slightly disappointed. Everyone here does amazing work and has amazing customer service. They make you feel right at home. My most recent piece was done by Shelby and was beyond my expectations. Joel runs a very good crew. I will never go anywhere else. Highly highly HIGHLY recommended this place for all of your tattoo and piercing needs!

Just absolutely fantastic people at Good Family Tattoo, we literally brought in the entire family after my 17-year old got his septum piercing. The owner showed us all a tour of the awesome wall art. The owner is so kind and did a perfect septum piercing.

Visited here to get double ear piercings for my daughter. The wait was long because they were running a sale. 1/2 off, but didn’t mind as the price was way cheaper than we had anticipated. The staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was clean. The gal used a needle, not a gun. They answered all questions and didn’t rush you out after the piercing. They definitely seemed to care about the customer and were willing to spend extra time where needed. Lastly, the piercings did not get infected at all. Would go here again and would recommend base on our experience.

I went there to get my nose pierced again and Marcus was the best. He made sure the piercing was in the correct spot, and also gave me detailed instructions on how to clean it. I’ve noticed this time around the piercing is way less sore and I barely feel it in my nose. He also helped me with getting belly button pierced again and I didn’t feel a thing. Come here if you want someone who is very clean and knows what they’re doing! I will definitely be coming back for any future tattoos too. Thank you guys!
I’ve gotten my double helix, nostril, and rook piercing all done here. The service is amazing and all the staff are so kind and friendly. Jordan and Marcus are amazing piercers and always make an effort to make the customers feel comfortable. All my piercings healed amazingly and I would definitely recommend Good Family to anyone in need of a piercing or tattoo!
Not just a name but a description. I won a gift-card to this shop from a raffle so I originally went in because it was going to be a free tattoo but after experiencing this shop I will definitely be back. They truly treat you like family. They are super accommodating. Joel did a great job with the tattoo. Overall I cant say enough good things about this place, everyone I spoke to was genuine and treated me like family.
I have been coming here with my dad since I was little for his tattoos and now I have been coming here for my own tattoos and have some beautiful pieces as well as healthy and perfect piercings thanks to the good family tattoo artists! They are SUPER clean, professional while still being very nice and personable people and also do AMAZING work. Go on their facebook page in case you dont believe me. I have known Joel for a good part of my life and he treats me an everyone like family and its just an amazing environment. I recommend them to everyone!

I got my 3rd tattoo at Good Family and LOVE it here. Everybody here is always very friendly and find myself just hanging out talking with everyone. The owner Joel is one of the nicest genuine person I think Ive ever met. When you go to Good Family ask for Shelby, she can tattoo anything you want. I told her what I wanted and she gave my basic idea and screen shot and gave it personality and its now one of a kind. Thank you Shelby cant wait to come back!
My friend and I came in today, she got a small tattoo and I got my ears pierced. Everything went well and I got the feeling the people at Good Family are super nice and do their best to give you what you want, without overcharging. They make you feel comfortable, answer questions and give information about taking care of the piercing/tattoo. Highly recommend 👍
Love the work I had done on my tattoo that was started by another place that actually scarred me. Felt relaxed and secure with Joel who did a great job with the color its like he knew exactly what I wanted without me having to be a control freak and tell him every detail. ....Love it! Cant wait to have him fix my other tattoo that the other shop messed up. I love this place. The atmosphere is welcoming, the music is awesome. Great customer Service. The guy who pierced my sister and I was super sweet! He made us feel so welcome and not scared at all. I wish I remembered his name but he had glasses lol. Will def be coming back for anything in the future and will be recommending this place everyone is so nice!
Although I had a decent wait time, which is to be expected if your just a walk in, i had a great experience getting my first tattoo here with a couple friends.The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate me to their best ability. im very happy with the way my tattoo came out. defiantly will be back again!
Andy did a phenomenal job on my lipstick tattoo! He made it way better than I could ever imagine! The shop closed at 8 p.m. that day and he stayed late to make sure my friend and I got the artwork we wanted! Also, the staff is so welcoming and personable! Super clean. Calming atmosphere. My daughter and I got tattoos here and couldnt be happier. Weve received so many compliments. I get asked all the time if one part of my tat is a real scar and I was trying to cover it up. Its part of the tat. The artists are very friendly, very professional, and very good at what they do.
By far one of the best tattoo/piercings shop Ive been to the Manager/Head of piercing was super nice! Jordan did my piercings and she was great too. Such a friendly environment and great service! I didnt catch the guys name with the dreads but he was very nice and hilarious too! Definitely recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back here for anything I need!

I got my nose pierced, and everyone was really friendly and professional. my piercers name was Marcus, and he told me exactly what he was gonna do, how he was gonna do it, what the piercing was made out of, had everything ready and went at my own pace. also, very cheap, but good quality! i am satisfied with my experience at Good Family Tattoo.
Best tattoo shop hands down, i went in as walk in trying to cover up a previous tattoo. And The artist did an amazing job fixing the whole tattoo. 2 weeks later I went back and Im going to finish my sleeve. Joel is an awsome guy and (Angry) is an amazing artist. I got my first tattoo here after a recommendation from a friend. I was luck to get this amazing artist who was a perfectionist with my design; he was super nice. I was a walk-in so I had to wait two 2 hours before getting taken. I recommend d making an appointment. Everyone was nice. Facility was clean.

This place is simply the best. Staff is really cool and laid back. Ive gotten two tattoos from them already and Im waiting for my third one. I like how they take time to find the reasons for the tattoo, so they can work with it. Tattooers are incredibly talented, and their ideas are really creative. The service is very professional and the shop is really clean too. I felt really comfortable while getting my tattoos. I always tell my friends and family to go check out this place. It is really worth it!

Husband and I took our 13 year old daughter to Good Family to get her cartilage pierced for her birthday! The shop was really clean and bright and decorated so upbeat with great music. The staff was friendly as well! My daughter had a great piercing experience as her piercer was friendly and took the time to explain everything to us and our daughter! It was a great experience and we will certainly be back!
Excellent customer service and overall atmosphere. The work performed by my particular artist was the best experience I have ever had from a tattoo shop. Personally I had two eight-hour sessions and they were very accommodating. Towards the end they even provided pizza! After this visit I would never consider going ANYWHERE else for a tattoo. If you live out of the area it is definitely worth the drive to pay a visit.The customer service and personalities of the employees is what makes this tattoo shop the best around, it shows in the quality of work performed!
From the moment the three of us pulled in to the lot for walk-ins and Joel hopped around the corner of the shop with a big smile on his face, we felt like we were in good hands. The process was streamlined and everyone was very friendly. Frank did two out of our three tattoos and Katie did the other. Both artists were great! Talkative, professional and went above and beyond to give us the tattoos we wanted. We will be back!

Ran in last minute to have my daith piercing replaced after noticing that I had lost the end ball. I tried to put another ball on the end myself with no luck. We arrived at 3:20 on Sunday... they were closing at 4. The manager jumped up to help me and had the curved barbell in stock, just slightly larger than the one I lost. He replaced it with no problem, still using sanitary measures-- which impressed me. The cleanliness and order of the shop overall was excellent. After a brief friendly conversation about the shop decor-- my husband mentioned the tattoo I need to have finished-- we moved here recently from Pennsylvania. I was told they prefer an in person consultation with the artist and a deposit to schedule (which was expected, and I am now planning to have Good Family complete the cover up on my back.) Note: They will respond to inquiries on FB messenger also.
The artists are great. Great work, great style variety, etc. Customer service on the other hand is beyond poor. Don’t expect an organized process if you want continuity with an artist on a certain Piece. Expect to be told to come in at noon instead of making an appointment, then told they can’t get you in. Time after time.
I have only come here for piercings before, but I have heard great things about the tattoo artists work. As for the piercers I have had the pleasure of getting pierced by, I have always been pleased! The are professional and know what theyre doing!

Good Family Tattoo is the ONLY place I will ever go again for tattoos and piercings! The owner, Joel, is one of the most awesome people Ive ever met, both as an artist and a human being. I love that the work is so professional, and the artists really care about your vision for the artwork. The piercer, Chloe, is really a pro and knows what shes doing. Ive had 3 tattoos and two piercings there, and my husband is working on a sleeve right now. My 14 year old daughter even got her belly button pierced there, and she couldnt be happier! If youre getting a tattoo or piercing in Lake County, Good Family Tattoo is the best place to go!

Went in today to get a tattoo for my birthday and had an awesome experience. The shop owner not only greeted me with a happy birthday but also gave me a discount not only on my tattoo but my industrial piercing as well. Everyone in the shop gave kick ass customer service and my tattoo artist Eric did an superb job.I will be back for my next tattoo without a doubt. Was going to go to bustos but they were closed.

I came in as a walk in to cover an old homemade tattoo on my hand. I was greeted with great energy and elbow bumps. I was nervous coming in after getting told from other local shops that I would need something big and dark to cover the old tat up. Joel worked with me personally and genuinely listen to what I wanted. He sketched my idea and his ideas as we spoke. He introduced me to Andy who did an amazing job. He walked me through the process and made sure I was good with the colors and sketch before getting started. End result I couldnt be more in love with my tattoo! This place is a joke. Came in a couple times for my appointments and it was nothing but excuses and saying they arent capable of doing the tattoos I wanted. Unbelievable. Thanks for wasting my time and leading me on. The artists might be good, but it aint worth the frustration. Couldnt give me a quote, extremely unorganized and they definitely dont make the customer a priority. I heard so many good things about this place but after my experience Id say the only good thing is that its clean..I have never felt so unwelcomed and if you have your own image of what kind of tattoo you want, dont expect to be treated very well especially by the owner. Luckily there are other tattoo shops near by who actually hear you out and do amazing work

Well I have not gotten any tattoos, but I have taken my daughter there for piercings. Joel and his staff are the best. They also get involved in the community. I went in this past Saturday. The place is awesome. The gentlemen that did my tattoo did a wonderful job. Everyone there are nice. I highly recommend them. Very clean. Nice place and relaxing.

Wonderful!!! Went here tonight when my nose piercing fell out and I couldnt get it back in. And it was amazing and cheap to get back in. I thank them for helping me out. Definitely go back for any other piercings or a tattoo.
My first time there, not knowing the tattoo artist, I was given a well done tattoo. The tattoo I had done was my bunnys paw prints on my chest. He was my child. Smart and loving. I was skeptical about the tattoo at first because bunny paw prints are hard to do but not for Good Family Tattoo.
Rachel did a great job on my tattoo. She provides great service and is very friendly and makes sure youre comfortable the entire time.
Eric did an awesome job on my gfs name. Im very happy with the way it turned out and Im planning on coming back to add more to it. The environment was very friendly and friendly staff as well. Ill definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything you guys have done.
I got a lip piercing and the piercer did a poor job. Did not line up the piercing so my piercing is lopsided. She put in a hoop that doesnt take swelling into account. She failed to tell me anything about gauge size or what to do/not to do to avoid any complications. She did however tell me to clean with saline wipe and that I can change out my hoop after a month, but thats it. Before piercing my lip, she didnt thoroughly check to make sure there were no veins or possible obstructions, she just jumped right into piercing me. Im lucky to not be bleed profusely to be quite frank. I recommend going to Liberty Tattoo for any piercings, the piercer is awesome and does great work there. I regret not going to him in the first place but I was trying to save money and instead ended up losing 40 bucks. I will never go to this place again.
Rachel tattooed me today. She was so patient with me and re-placed the stencil many times until I was happy with the location and placement of it. She was a total pleasure and sweetheart. Thank you so much.
Will only go to Good Family for my tattoos. They are all such talented artists. With all of their own uniqueness. My artist is Elisa Rose Mountain. Absolutely phenomenal visionary artist she Is. Love her magical mandalas & dream catchers.
I went in and saw Chloe. She was amazing and made we feel welcomed. When I went in I didnt really know what I wanted. I had an idea but she helped me figure out the whole thing. It came out beautifully. Will defiantly be going back to her for my next tattoo!!!
I have gone here for my tattoo work since ive moved back to illinois in 2014. So far ive had work done with 2 artists there on multiple occasions, and the work has been great with both of them. A long time ago, i got some piercing done below the belt and not only was it handled professionally, but the piercing healed and looked great with no issues. Id recommend this spot to anyone for both tattos and piercings.
Very professional, clean, they make you feel welcomed as a part of their family. One of the the things I like the best all of the artist check on their work before starting and giving an opinion if necessary.
Marcus is so unbelievably nice he made my septum piercing (my first ever piercing besides my ears) quick and easy so i wasn’t in pain for too long he’s an awesome guy and highly recommend him results are beautiful

I went in with a very close friend of mine to get her tattoo touched up and got one myself! They drew up an idea of a butterfly that I have had in my mind for years!! I finally got the butterfly on my foot that I have been wanting for way to long!! I was very nervous but with these guys I couldnt help but be relaxed!! Got my first tattoo there last year when my dog passed away. Amazing pawprint done with her ashes. Second one was done there aswell. Just got my 4th done today and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I felt valued everyone was so chillaxed. Great environment, awesome artists, just awesome all in all. They have my trust!
I wish I could give 0 stars. To preface, I have been a loyal customer for a long time with many piercings and tattoos.I went in for a tiny ankle tattoo of a palm tree in the style of another tattoo (also done at this shop). Artist refused to draw anything out after protesting for quite some time and attempting to explain several times before putting the gun to my skin. We reached what I thought was an understanding, he began tattooing, after I stopped him for going somewhere with it we didnt agree to the owner, Joel, came in, Joel said he knew what I was asking (I came in with a reference picture) and that he can fix this and that he can erase parts of this by using hydrogen peroxide. I now have thick black dreadlock looking palm fronds and lines that didnt erase. Joel asked me to come back after it had healed up a bit, then proceeded to swear at me and throw me out of the shop after asking how I liked it and explained that I hate it and now have to live with this.Photos: reference/what I went in asking for, the day of all wrapped up, today (about a year later)
Wanted to go get my first tattoo here i called and they said they would be happy to do it, i got their and he said no artist wanted to perform the tattoo Because it was my first and i wanted it on my forearm. Went some where else got the tattoo an still have it 3 years later.
I got 2 double helix piercings here and I love them. One of my earrings came unscrewed and they helped me get it back on. I would highly recommend them.
Just called to price a simple letter on my finger tattoo. Wanted me to make an appointment to come in and talk about it. This is a tattoo parlor not a Doctors office. Should have quoted me a price to get me in the door so that I would want to do some return business. Tattoos are becoming more and more less popular these days. Both my wife and I have several tattoos which means they just lost a lot of business. With so many tattoo parlors closing everday I would think you would want as much business as possible. Get your nose out of the air and return to the real world. Your not that great because I only knew about you from the internet. Will take my business elsewhere where its more appreciated.
This place has horrible service and rude employees. Ive never been treated so bad at a tattoo place where they drove me to go somewhere else. And Im happy they did because Liberty Tattoo is the best place by far. Very very clean and super sweet. I give 5 stars to Liberty Tattoo, Good Family doesnt even deserve one star.

I got two cartilage piercings and a tragus piercing from this shop and today I had to go to a tattoo/piercing shop where Im at in college now to have them remove my cartilage piercing because it wouldnt budge and was not healing. Me and the piercers here discovered the reason it was so difficult to get out (3 people had to try). Apparently at Good Family Tattoo they used what these piercers said was a nose bone and stuffed that into the post/back of the jewelry. The piece was all bent, which was preventing an easy removal. I am very dissatisfied with my piercings and feel like I got ripped off. Now Im concerned about the quality of my tragus piercing being compromised because of this poor work. There should be a zero star option.

Went there twice to get a quote on my forearm and called a couple times to see if someone was avail.. Every time I went I was turned away and told to come at noon the next day. They said if I wanted to schedule it it would be a month out. Pretty upset as I recommended two people to go there. Seemed like the artists just didnt want to do it as when I came in the second time it was EMPTY...
My daughter and i went for piercings. The place is nice and clean. Their tools/ instruments are properly sterilized. And the peircer was very informative and friendly.
Not only do they do a nice job with piercings, but if you are having issues with changing your jewelry, they are willing to give you thorough directions on how to change it, and switch it out for you on the house if you need it. Cant speak for their tattoos but I wouldnt go anywhere else for a piercing!

I dropped off a pic and scheduled an appointment for a couple weeks later. The owner was to draw up a design based on the pic. I showed up at my scheduled time, only to find out that he did not draw anything up, and didnt even have me scheduled. His excuse was that he didnt think I would show up. Me being a novice, I scheduled another appointment......but later decided to cancel it and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional!

They really pissed me off.I literally just called to see if they had any open chairs.The girl told me she wasnt going to walk around to every artist to find out,like i was inconviencing her.Really should read up on customer service.She gave the phone to a guy and he said to come in and they would see if it could be done tonight.I walked in the door and the girl I dealt with over the phone immediately informed me no chairs were open but I could schedule an appointment.Why not tell me that over the phone?!.Absolute waste of time.I ended up going to black lace in greyslake and Im super happy with their work.

I had something done like this on my left hand. It turned out nice but had som black and blue marks but tha black and blue marks will go away in time, I’m putting vitamin K cream that gets the marks to go away, once that happens I’ll go back for some color shading. 2022-06-19Just got a finished piece from Good Family, 1st from them but 8th overall. Shelby ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT. I love this tattoo, it is beatutiful. Again I cant state how awesome it is and how great of a job Shelby did. This shop is super clean and all the artist were extremely friendly. You can tell they all love their craft. Heck of job!

2022-06-13Absolutely loved my experience!! For our first tattoos, my girlfriend and I were somewhat nervous about getting them done. But after going through the process with Tim and Rachel, we loved how they turned out!! If youre going there for a tattoo I highly recommend requesting an appointment with Tim or Rachel as they are both extremely talented and charismatic artists. 11/10 work. We will definitely be returning again. :)

2022-04-28I just got my first tattoo here by the owner Joel, who is a great guy that I had some awesome conversation with. The tattoo is a serious work of art. He saw the initial sketch and made great suggestions to turn the idea into a reality. Super cool and helpful staff as well. Overall an amazing experience. I will for sure be back.

2022-03-14I spent 8 hours getting tattooed by Tim, who appears to do amazing work based on his portfolio. Im not sure what happened with my tattoo but I wasnt happy with it. Thats fine. People have off days and make mistakes. I didnt want to go around bashing the company so I contacted Joel tohandle it privately. I explained that I wasnt happy with the progress or the quality. He encouraged me to allow Tim to finish which I politely declined. He offered me a refund, which I agreed to. He requested that I not go around talking about how they jacked up my tattoo, and I said I had no intention of doing so. I was also told that a quarter sleeve for under $2500 was a deal.Joel said the money was secondary, he just wanted happy customers. I respected that.Today I went in to get my refund. I told Joel that I intended to give them a positive review.I was told to forget that I ever met Joel. He told me that what I did was a chicken $#!t move I was called unprofessional (I dont see how expecting someone to stand by their work is unprofessional, and Im under no obligation to be professional anyways, hes the business owner) and was told not to come back, and stay out of his way whatever that means.So I guess the lesson here is, if youre unhappy youll get your money back, along with insults to your character and veiled threatsHad I not been treated that way, this would have been a positive review. Included is a picture of my 8 hour $800 tattoo. Judge for yoursef.Edit, got the tattoo reworked elsewhere. The pic in the black shirt is 8 hours worth of redoing the tattoo. Again, judge for yourself which one is worth 8 hours.Update as a reply to the owners reply. Had I not been berated, insulted and threatened after my refund, I would have been posting a positive review. And I wasnt mistaken about how much my tattoo would cost. You guys gave me an estimate. I could see the actual price being a little higher. It not $2500 on a $1300 estimate. You want to know what makes for a bad experience? Calling a customer unprofessional, a chicken $#it and telling him to forget you ever met him, then saying stay out of my way. Joel showed his true colors that day, and I promise I will be telling everyone I know and anyone else who will listen exactly what his character is. Luckily the second artist was able to not only cover up my original tattoo but also cover up Tims attempt. Apologizing for the way I was spoken to would do much better than a half hearted weak well we were kind of wrong BUT.An honest apology for the way I was treated would have been better.Edit 2: Seriously? Tim sending me text messages telling me my new tattoo looked like dog s#!t? Very professional.

2022-04-15I had seen the place in passing for years and when a family friend recommended them, I decided this was the place for my first tattoo. Clean and well maintained facilities and personalized work stations, friendly, knowledgeable and talkative staff, and a superb job on my tattoo. My artist put her own twist to my base image and made it into exactly what I wanted.

2022-06-27EDIT; Spoke to the owner Jeff who was in contact with me very quickly and was very nice. hopefully things work out better the next time I go in.Went to try and get a tattoo and left my number but was never called back or messaged in any way. Receptionist was very nice but felt like I wasnt worth the business.
