I wasnt aware of the fact that Retail Stores allow their Employees to close down for 10 minute breaks during business hours (based on a handwritten sign posted on the door). Ive been waiting outside for 20 minutes and I called and got no answer. Is Management aware of whats going on here? 🤔🤔
The manager Joshua was approachable, professional, kind, + firm. He was available with answering questions too! It’s walking distance to my home + I look forward to go back.

THERE ARE OTHER HEALTH STORES PEOPLE USUALLY USE GNC BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THE NAME BRANDS THAT ARE BEING USED THE PERFORMANCE OF THERE PRODUCT BUT I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I GO TO THIS STORE YOU GET ABSOLUTELY NO HELP I DO ADMIT THAT I WAS GREETED BY GNC EMPLOYEE BUT IT GOES DOWN FROM THERE I DID ASK ABOUT A PRODUCT AND THE YOUNG LADY STATED THAT THE COMPANY DOESNT SELL THAT PRODUCT I TOLD HER BEFORE COMING IN TO THE STORE I DID LOOK ON GNC WEBSITE AND SURE ENOUGH THE YOUNG LADY ALSO LOOK ON THE WEBSITE AND SEEN THAT IT WAS A GNC PRODUCT AND STATED THAT WE DONT HAVE ANYMORE WHILE INSIDE THE STORE THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN WHO WAS THERE BEFORE ME I WAS TO ASSUME THAT THEY WERE FRIENDS SHE WAS LAUGHING WITH THE YOUNG MAN AND FOLLOWING HIM AROUND IN THE STORE AND USING HER CELL PHONE TO CALL WALGREENS TO FIND SOMETHING FOR HIM I PRETTY MUCH HELPED MYSELF IN THIS STORE SHE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT GNC SOLD I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY A COMPANY SUCH AS THIS ONE AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES THIS PLACE FAIRLY NEW AS MUCH MONEY THAT IS BEING SPENT AT ANY GNC YOU DEFINITELY NEED PEOPLE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THERE PRODUCT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET PEOPLE TO COME BACK.

I have some questions about a product that came in about and young lady was well-informed so it was a pleasant conversation and I like to be able to speak to somebody who was very knowledgeable about the product

Customer service was excellent, and the GNC associate was very very knowledgeable of the GNC products.
This store is not customer friendly. The sales associate is very rude! I will continue to shop at gnc stores downtown.

2021-10-04This was my worst retail experience ever. I walked in and was very taken aback that the male worker had on a full ski mask. The female worker was very rude and extra ghetto she kept saying how she couldnt wait to go home and was constantly on the phone saying how people shouldnt play with her,laughing and when the work phone rang twice and she cussed loudly because she didnt want to pick it up and do her job. Strangely there was a girl sitting in the middle of the smallest aisle eating chicken and the overall vibe was that me and one other customer that walked in were disturbing their playtime. There was loud obscene rap music playing the whole time and as I was leaving they locked the doors 10 minutes early. These workers need customer service training immediately. I dont know how they have been getting away with this horrible behavior smh....This store should be ashamed.

2020-08-01The customer service was good. I had no problem finding what I needed. The store was clean and organized. My only hang up is that the store is small. Its hard to social unless they let a couple people in at once.( by a couple, I mean 2 people at a time)

2020-11-25I had to go and exchange a product; I got the wrong mens vitapack. The typing lady working the store was nice and helpful. Also easy on the eyes. Lol There was no issue with me coming in and getting the actual product and I needed. I also ended up getting something else while there.

2021-08-06Went to the store around 7 pm. It had sign that said Closed, come back in 45 minutes. And I told myself, cool Ill come back later in an hour. Came back around 8 and it was closed. The time schedule said it close 9pm. Horrible

2020-09-14The associate Kevin made a comment of “he doesn’t know what he wants” toward me and I’m confused at how you make a comment like that and your suppose to be helping customers. I think he should be coach and retrained because his Customer service skills are horrible.

2020-12-06I give it 4 stars cause the inventory is always low. Everything else is great including the customer service, and customer to customer experience and service. Alot of CTA drivers and school teachers go to this location I noticed.
