Exceptional quality work, design, craftsmanship and service! Traci is a gifted artist with a wealth of knowledge, vision and skills ! I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business !I came to Traci on the day my mother would have been buried if not for the cancellation of her funeral amid covid concerns. It was an emotional day for me to say the least! I presented my moms wedding and engagement rings to Traci and asked her if they could be combined to make a new ring. There was without a doubt so much sentimental value involved.She listened to my story and was genuinely interested and sensitive to my feelings. After examining my Mothers wedding band, she pointed out the inscription my Father and written that I didnt even know was there!Contacting me promptly after the time she proposed it would take her, she showed me two designs. One was what I had described to her and one she had created...it was stunning! Of course I went with her design!As promised, within the time frame she gave, she promptly contacted me when the ring was done. I picked it up on the 3rd month anniversary of my moms passing. Traci remembered.The ring is absolutely beautiful and as my daughter-in-law expressed it is very contemporary! Will use in the future.Updated Review with additional info-Took an older platinum ring to Tracy to see if she could update it.It is now a work of art. Just stunning, as she reset it with a diamondin the center and two small diamonds on each side. Hard working withPlatinum. The ring is beautiful, she put a lot of effort in the design andit was way beyond what was expected, it is really a fabulous lookingring. Tracy is a super great jeweler with a very, very good eye for design.Another 5 Star Review for her and her store.

I cant put into words the amazing job Traci has done on my jewelry. She has done several re-designs with family diamonds, pieces that are personal to me and mean so much. She knows this and goes out of her way to make sure she gives them extra special care. Just like she does everything shes worked on. I trust her creative eye and she is an artist. I just picked up a new piece today and I cant take my eyes off of it. It is exactly the way I would have designed it myself. Gorgeous. Also, not to mention they are timely! Thank you, Traci. I appreciate this locally owned business and wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Traci has done many little things for me in the past eight years. Chain clasp repair, watch batteries, diamond cleaning. All of these smaller services led me to choose Gem and Jewelry for a REDESIGN of my mothers 1970 style diamond ring. I wanted to wear it but could not get past the 70s look. I took it to Traci. She delved into why I didnt care for the ring and how she could redesign it. Seven days later; I am thrilled with her design and creativity for my new ring! Thank you Traci. You know I will be back.

Not only friendly but also very knowledgeable! They are NOT a chain store which I can appreciate having a family owned business. They also have really cool designs you wont see anywhere else! Dropped off and was told Thursday and they had it done a couple days earlier! Would def recommend them. They repaired a very sentimental chain, sized and repaired a very sentimental ring! Thank you, you earned and deserved 5 Stars!

My wife and daughter bought matching, inexpensive rings when we were in Wales. After a few years, my wifes ring broke. Tracis idea to duplicate it in sterling silver remains one of the best gifts Ive ever given my wife!

My Bobpapa (grandfather) died at the end of August 2015. He was Navy in WW2. At his funeral he had a 21 gun salute. Each child and grandchild received one of the shells.I took my shell into this shop and had them turn it into a necklace for me. I could not be happier with it. It is amazing. It is better than I ever imagined it could be. They made it very sturdy, to be cautious so I would not lose it.People ask me about it daily. They ask me what its from, and who made it. Strangers are impressed with the quality of work.They made a (I think its called a bail) bail to hold the shell onto the necklace. I cant find a seam on it. He suggested a very sturdy chain for it. He was just as worried as I was that something would happen and Id lose it.Extremely nice people, awesome craftsmanship.

I found a tiny crack on a prong on my engagement ring, so for $35 they had it fixed the next morning. She also tightened up the prongs on the other smaller diamonds for free and answered all my questions well. Im super pleased, and I would go back there again.
