Worth all the stars and more! Dr. Gantos has changed mine and my moms life. We both suffer from tmj however my mothers tmj is debilitating. She lives in Florida and had an appointment with: a dentist (multiple appointments), CT scan, ent doctor, and physical therapist. Although physical therapy helped a little bit- she was still in pain.During my visit with Dr. Gantos I asked her questions about tmj and what I could do to help my mom. Without even looking at her schedule she said to me “when is she coming in? I will make time to see her” and that she did. My mother was impressed with her bedside manor and how gentle she was with her. She explained everything to both of us, never rushed us, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions (which we were). She fixed my mothers bite guard and injected Botox/xeomin in her masseters to help with the pain and muscle.Please please please if you are suffering with TMJ visit dr. Gantos. She is extremely knowledgeable and qualified in this area. Our only regret is not coming sooner.
I recently had my first visit at Gantos dental group and as a new patient to their office I was so impressed. From the scheduling of the appointment initially to the office experience everything was so well done. Everyone that I interacted with during my visit were so polite, informative and thorough. Dr Gantos took time to explain everything and answer my millions questions. You can tell Dr Gantos and her team truly love what they do. If youre looking for a new Dentist I highly recommend them!
Dr. Gantos and her staff are truly an incredible group. They are professional and friendly and communication is excellent as is the care and work provided. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs, cosmetic or otherwise. They go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable and informed at all stages of care. Hands down the best dentist office Ive ever gone to! The hygienists are very friendly. They spend time with you to help you understand any health changes and any new changes in the mouth. They ensure you are comfortable and have a comfort menu. They explain everything.Dr Gantos is fantastic and so down-to-earth. She is honest about what I need to think about in my dental needs in the future. Shes also told me about mouthguards to buy from Amazon instead of trying to sell me a $500 mouthguard like other dentists have.You can tell the folks in this office like their jobs! My dental hygienist on my last visit was Stephanie and she was so friendly and thorough! I also got to watch Netflix during my cleaning. They are great with my kids too. Not many offices want parents joining the kids during their cleaning. This office is totally fine with it and even have a chair for a parent to sit in without trying to make the parent feel like they are in the way, which is the reason we left out last dentist! And to add to this - our previous dentist said my 6-year old had 3 cavities to be filled?! We took him to Dr Gantos and she said he had no cavities and had no idea what they previous dentist was taking about.
This office is amazing. The staff took their time explaining everything and it is very evident that they have the patients best interest as their priority. I saw Dr. Paldin and felt very comfortable from beginning to end. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and answering any questions I had. No longer am I anxious to go to the dentist! Not only will I continue to be a patient of theirs but will continue to recommend Gantos Dental to anyone seeking a positive dental experience.
As youll see in so many reviews, Gantos Dental said I would need a $1000 deep cleaning. I said what would you do if I was low income and the hygienist said Im sorry but I cant do any form of regular cleaning without you doing the deep cleaning first. She also said I would need 2 fillings and the purchase of a water pick. I went back to my previous dentist for a second opinion. This dentists images showed something completely different than what I saw on the screen at Gantos. No need for a deep cleaning, no need for fillings, no need for a water pick. After I started asking around, I met two other people in my own office who had also had the same experience at Gantos--one who said Gantos told them they would need serious work for the whole family and the other who was told their son would need his braces put back on because otherwise he would have issues for life. Both got second opinions and did not need any of those things. This seems to be a running theme. On top of that, my husband and I both noticed that the male dentist was talking like he was at a party instead of a professional office. I would be happy to skip the fluffy pillows for a provider I can trust. Sorry, our family wont be back.

I have the worst anxiety and fear when it comes to dental work, I’ve spent countless hours in the chair and just the sound of the drill alone get my heart racing. I was referred to Dr. Gantos for 2 extractions one being a wildly wisdom tooth and another one that sadly had a long run and was just time to go. On my drive to the office for my first appointment , coming all the way from downtown the closer I got the more nervous I got , but from the second I walked in I started feeling more at ease. I was greeted with a warm welcome in a super comforting space that was beautiful and on point with design ;) I had my pre op consultation with Dr. Gantos and she was so kind and very informative with the dental plan and explained the process in terms I could actually understand making sure I was aware of the entire process start to finish and being very upfront and clear that she wouldn’t do certain actions depending on the the stability of surrounding teeth. Everyone I encountered that day was beyond helpful with going through all the steps and routes I could take moving forward. Leaving that day I felt very good about coming back. Fast forward to the day of surgery I took the drive again feeling at ease, went in and instantly felt comfortable with no fear knowing I was in good hands with a great staff. Everything went perfect and the procedure went flawless. They even sent me home with a care bag with goodies to help with recovery. By the end of the day I was in great shape I couldn’t even believe I had 2 teeth pulled that morning! Needless to say Dr. Gantos and her team are AMAZING!!! This was by far the most pleasurable yet dreadful dentist appointment I’ve ever had! They even called and texted me the next morning and afternoon to check in on how I was feeling:) they truly care about their patients and go the extra step. This office rocks!!!!!!! I can’t express how thankful I am that I was referred to office 😊
I absolutely had a fantastic experience with Dr Jackie.I explained my anxiety with going to the dentist and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the wonderful skilled dentists to the comfort choices to help me feel at ease…this is the place to go. My entire family will now be setting appointments. Dr. G absolutely ROCKED MY SOCKS! If you are terrified of Dentists like I am she is the one to see. She kept everything simple during my visit. She made sure I understood everything that was going to happen during the visit and that I would be as comfortable as possible. My root canal from start to finish was just under an hour. She gave me simple payment options. Very courteous to my anxiety during procedure. The other assistants were very professional as well. Id never see anybody else. Doctor G has a patient for Life!!
BY FAR the best experience that Ive ever had at a dental office! Im normally very nervous going into a dental office, but the whole team including Dr. Gantos made the whole experience so pleasant and relaxing. Very professional; they know exactly what theyre doing, and you can really tell that they prioritize the comfort of the patient. They have a whole comfort menu on things to offer you to help make the appointment as smooth as possible! Dr. Gantos is also a stellar dentist, and you can tell based on the various awards shes received. Definitely recommend.
Hands down the best dental office around! If you are looking for exceptional care, comfort, and flawless dental work this is the place. Not only does Dr. Gantos provide detailed exams, she takes the time to educate on the why, what, and how...something I truly appreciated. The time and care that is put into my appointments is greatly appreciated. I no longer struggle with dental anxiety! 😁The staff is wonderfully accommodating, friendly, and treat you with care and compassion. I make more than an hour commute to visit this office, and it is WELL worth it!
I decided to go to Dr. Gantos after my prior dentist of 35 years retired. I am not a comfortable dental patient. Dr. Gantos and Eliana provided me with a thorough comfortable cleaning and check up. Eliana is an excellent hygienist and Dr. Gantos is a true professional and very talented. The practice is clean, current and effective.In addition, I approached Dr. Gantos about helping a less fortunate young patient with a chipped front tooth. Dr. Gantos and Jessica jumped at the opportunity to help. She saw him in less than a weeks time and repaired the tooth perfectly. Her sense of community is genuine and inspiring.
I visited Dr. Gantos for the first time yesterday at the recommendation of a friend. I have been having some concern with my current practice, and saw Dr. Gantos for TMJ and initial evaluation. The office is gorgeous, the staff friendly and Dr. Gantos was wonderful. After an evaluation, she spent time discussing with me all my options for my condition. I did not feel her rushing me through my questions and her knowledge was exceptional. I ended up getting a BOTOX treatment for my TMJ, and discovering my $2,000.00 nightguard from my previous dentist was nothing special as they had told me, and Dr. Gantos could make the same for a fraction of that cost!! Today, I have relief in my jaw pain, and am excited to have her make me a new nightguard. I was extremely impressed with my experience, the staff, the treatment and the results!! Highly Recommend!!
Best dentist ever. She has completely fixed my smile and I just love her. She cares so much for her patients. She gives so much and has such compassion for everyone. She helped me out in an emergency and when we set up a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. Her staff are also amazing and the kindest most considerate people. Derreice is amazing and never left me with a mouth full of saliva. That’s a difference maker. Dental work is no one’s favorite, but these people know hospitality and care. Amazing staff! I will never go to another dentist.
My experience was nothing short of amazing as a new patient. The office is very clean and made me feel comfortable during these times of uncertainty. The attention to detail took me by surprise, I have never had a doctor spend so much time about not only my teeth, but my overall health as well. Dr. Gantos has it all, the knowledge and the gadgets to deliver the best care.
I wish I could give GDG 10 stars! Dr. Gantos and her staff are great. Ive always experienced angst when it came to going to the dentist. Terrible experiences when I was young led to a general lack of dental attention over the years. My previous dentist although a great guy, was older (as am I) and hadnt really kept up with the technological advancements in the field of denistry. Dr. Gantos is all over it! Not only is the technology great, which translates to a painless and even pleasant experience (in my case, I needed my first crown), but Dr. Gantos and her staff are amazing. Everyone I interacted with have great personalities which makes for an overall great experience. Patient comfort is a definite priority. Who would think going to the dentist would be pleasant!! I strongly encourage anyone with dental anxiety to visit Gantos Dental Group.

I always enjoy going to the dentist at Gantos dental. The office is so nice and clean. They offer beverages and when you are seated in the dental chair you get a warm, scented neck pillow! Dr. Gantos is amazing and dental hygienist Allison Arendziak is absolutely the best! My 4 year old daughter had her first visit with Allison and already can’t wait to go back! Definitely 5 stars, no less!
Best experience at a dentist ever! In the past I have had really bad experiences with many different dentists and hygienists. But every time I come here they take great care of me! I have tmj so they take extra care and even provided me with a soothing face mask and lavender neck pillow to relax me. The patient care is beyond amazing!!! If you have dental anxiety please go here! They take their time and never rush you when you have questions or concerns. Best. Dentist. Ever!!

I’m not sure where to begin but, I am beyond thankful to have found Dr. Gantos and her amazing team. I had avoided the dentist for years after developing a fear due to a horrible experience. I was in severe pain and Dr. Gantos and her staff made sure I was seen quickly. The tooth causing the pain had to be pulled and my anxiety was pretty high but, they did everything possible to make me comfortable. I then returned for a comprehensive evaluation and needed a deep cleaning which was completed in 2 sessions. Each time I returned my anxiety was less and less and my final cleaning visit was a breeze. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Gantos and her team.
This place is nothing short of amazing. I absolutely loved my visit. The office is beautiful, sparkly clean, and super chic. I was a new patient - I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. When I was seated I was given a warm neck pillow and a massaging attachment to the dental chair (I felt so pampered). The assistants were extremely kind and genuine. When Dr. Gantos saw me, she was extremely kind and explained every thing she saw in my mouth. Most importantly she listened to me and acknowledged my complaints and worked with me to find solutions. The top of the line technology at this office just adds to the feeling of being in great hands. My cleaning was the most comfortable I have been and it was thorough and painless. My husband and I both saw Dr. Gantos this evening. I can not even explain what a fantastic experience it was, and I’ve never said that about any dental service. The staff is incredible. They took so much time with us. The office is gorgeous, super clean and modern. Their Covid protocols are excellent. And the care we received was top of the line. In addition, there is a whole comfort menu at no charge with options like heated blankets, lip balm, professional hand holding, serenades and personalized media options. AND we left with gift bags full of fun stuff. The absolute best!

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Gantos. Beyond her impressive credentials, she is a genuinely compassionate dentist. To my surprise, before my first appointment, she took the time to personally call and ask if I had any questions or concerns. During my appointment, she explained everything she was doing and put me at total ease. Unlike other dentists Ive visited, Dr. Gantos doesnt push unnecessary treatments just to make a profit. Her intent is to preserve her patients teeth and she is open and honest about what it takes to do that. The entire team there is wonderful, from the admin staff to the hygienist and dental assistants. The office is clean, bright, and full of the latest technology. I got to see my teeth up close on a big screen for the first time, which was really neat. I drive in from Chicago just for Dr. Gantos and it is absolutely worth the commute!

She is compassionate and concerned, and in her comprehensive examination, discovered that I had thyroid nodules which were later verified by ultrasound. I become a patient of Dr. Gantos when my dentist of 30 years retired. I knew I was in good hands, when I reviewed her qualifications listed in the letter my former dentist sent all his patients. Dr Gantos makes me feel comfortable and I know I am getting the best dental care! Her staff is great and their qualifications are top notch also. Stefanie is sweet and very professional. My 17 year old son has autism and has never tolerated a dental exam. His teeth had very thick layers of plaque built up over the years and was well past what I could manage at home. I reached out to Gantos dental to do treatment under sedation. We had an initial appointment and then on the day of I gave my son oral medication and waited nervously as they worked on his teeth. The staff was very friendly and worked to address my son’s, and my own anxiety over the procedure. I was given constant updates, my son was very comfortable, and he has a healthy smile today.
I have to start by saying that I DO NOT like going to the dentist. So when a friend of mine recommended Dr. Gantos, I was willing to try it out. I am happy to report that the first impression exceeded my expectations! The clean lobby, the friendly staff, the instant xray images on the screens, and I have to mention, the comfort menu. Yes, comfort menu. They repeatedly asked what they could do to calm my nerves. Dr. Gantos was courteous, professional, super detailed, and made me feel like she genuinely cared for me as a patient. I am recommending her to all my friends!
I called GDG back in November to schedule a consultation for lip repositioning surgery. I told the office I did not want an exam and asked if I could transfer my dental records. They told me that was fine and they scheduled me for a complimentary consultation. I met with Dr. Gantos and she briefly discussed the procedure with me and took pictures in case I decided to proceed with the surgery. I also met with the patient coordinator and she discussed financing options for the procedure. There was no mention of any other charges before I checked out of the clinic.Last week, I received a text message from the clinic informing me that I owe them $98. Note this was FIVE months after my appointment. I called the office to get an explanation and the receptionist told me they never offered free consultations. She said she would leave a message for me and someone would call me back the following day. I didn’t receive a response so I contacted the office again. This time I was told that the charge is not for the consultation, but instead it is for a service they termed a “limited exam.”I wouldn’t go so far as to say that this is a dishonest practice, but they definitely need to be more transparent about the cost of their services.
I have been very impressed with my experience at Dr. Gantoss office. All of the staff is so friendly, but most importantly they are exceptional at what they do. I dont think Ive ever had a more thorough cleaning. When compared to my last dental appointment with a different dentist, it was clear to me that Dr. Gantos genuinely cared about what was best for my teeth and wasnt going to recommend unnecessary work. Ive never wanted to recommend a dentist so much! I know my friends and family will not be disappointed.
Dr. Gantos was so responsive, kept her office open late to fix my tooh, and was just a kind person. She pays such amazing attention to detail, which is so important, especially since she was working with my front tooth! Her entire staff that I encountered was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely LOVE this office! I have trusted dr Gantos with my sons cosmetic work as well as my self. Amazing results. Recently I tried Botox at the office- amazing!! 2nd time I have done it and was a bit skeptical as I did not want to look frozen or have droopy eye brows. I’ve had good dentists and bad dentists in my life.... but now I have a great dentist! Dr Gantos and her team are fantastic! They treat you like family, not just a patient. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. They even have a comfort menu! Let me tell you, the neck pillow is the truth. I only had a cleaning and x rays done and they still called me the next day to check up on me and make sure I was doing well! I would recommend Dr Gantos and her team to anyone. She’s definitely not getting rid of me! 😁

She was very informative about all the different tools she was using and made the whole process painless (which some dental offices have a hard time doing). Ever since I was little, I always disliked going to the dentist. However, that changed when I started seeing Dr. Gantos. She is very knowledgeable, genuine, and makes every single one of her patients feel comfortable. I usually do not post a review but this time I will make an exception for Dr. Gantos. Anytime there are changes such as a Doctor retiring and then the practice is taken over, there will be apprehension, such as, will I like the new Doctor? Will I be pleased by the dental work I receive? And those were my concerns about Dr. Gantos. However, my concerns were answered very quickly. Dr. Gantos is a caring and exceptional dentist. She is very professional in her work but also someone you can easily talk with about your needs. After I had some dental work, Dr. Gantos personally called me the next day to see how I was feeling. The best doctors truly care about their patients and Dr. Gantos is one of those doctors . Her hygienists and dental assistants are top-notch in their work and her office staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Gantos. I believe that you will be very pleased with Dr. Gantos and her practice. I was.
Ive finally found a dentist I like going to! Ive been looking for a dentist for a while now, and most places Ive gone to just rush you in and out and dont even care about you..Dr. Gantos does a thorough exam at the first visit, but what was nice was that she actually spent time with me to go over everything, and finally someone cared about me long enough at a dental office to talk about Invisalign..which is something Ive wanted for years!! Plus the office was gorgeous and the lady at the front desk was so friendly. I dont even mind that it takes me 50 minutes to drive there....well worth it!
I had my first appointment here the other week. (I had to find a new dentist since my old dentist wasn’t taking proper Covid precautions.) Wow - extremely impressed!! Air purifiers, double masks, face shields, device to prevent extra aerosol, etc. they have it all down and take Covid seriously. The dentists here are excellent! Everyone is super nice and the facility is spotless. As someone not leaving the house right now, I definitely felt comfortable taking my mask off for a checkup and cleaning. I actually have to go back in a week or so and am thankful I no longer have to worry about going to a dentist during a pandemic. Thank you guys for everything!
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Gantos. A year ago before I was a patient of Dr Gantos, she took my call while she was away for the weekend to discuss an infection I had in my back molar.... even though I was not her patient!! Since switching practices she has fitted me for a new mouth guard which is a third of the size as the first one and I actually wear it!! Her office staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist who really cares about her patients!!
We drove from out of town specifically to see Dr. Gantos. Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had while visiting the dentist. Not only is the office extremely nice and comforting, but the entire staff is super welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I had to have a root canal done, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Gantos made sure several times throughout that I was comfortable and not able to feel a thing.Highly recommend!

They really took time to help my little ones warm up and explained everything they did. I cannot rave enough about Dr. Gantos and her team! From the moment I called to the time I spent with Dr. Gantos, I was very comfortable and impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of everyone. I also love the fact that they offer evening appointments. My last dentist closed before I got off work and I always found it difficult to find time to come in. I have been struggling with sensitive gums for a long time now and found my past cleaning appointments at other offices to be painful. Getting my gums probed and measured was always excruciating and made my gums bleed. Dr. Gantos recommended I get laser therapy to help heal my inflamed gums. I had never even heard of laser therapy but I was willing to try anything. Shortly after my cleaning my gums were feeling so much better. I feel fortunate to have found a dentist with modern technology! The laser therapy cost a little more than my “regular” cleanings in the past but the results I’ve seen from the treatment make it worth every penny! I highly recommend Dr. Gantos!!

Love, love, love this wonderful dentist and her entire staff. I could not be happier with my care. The staff is warm and inviting. They truly care. Dr Gantos is the first dentist that makes me feel comfortable in her chair. Derrièce is her wing man, her extra set of hands. Her gentle support makes a difficult appointment seem much easier for some reason.Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and happy about going to the dentist again.
It has been 3 weeks since I had my deep cleaning here. I have never been happier with my smile and happier with my experience here. I was terrified of the dentist that I had not been in 8 + years. I was referred to Eliana who was the kindest most gentle hygienist I could ask for. The front staff was pleasant and conversational. The dentists were attentive and friendly. My favorite overall was Eliana who exceeded all my expectations and helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. She also let me watch my Netflix show while she went to work on my mouth. I am looking forward to seeing them all again soon.
Being a dental professional and in the field for over 16 years I have seen many drs and witnessed all levels of bedside manner and knowledge. I had my first appointment with Dr Gantos this morning and I have never been more impressed! Accommodating my busy schedule with their morning hours, office was impeccably clean and current, staff went out of their way to be friendly and I have never had a more thorough exam done. Dr Gantos happens to be out of network with my insurance but that doesnt matter...she will have me as a patient for a lifetime!
Dr. Gantos and her staff make teeth cleaning and even cavity work, feel like a day at the spa. I just had my cavities repaired and it was a pain free experience with the latest technology and gentle, skilled hands. I highly recommend Dr. Gantos and her wonderful staff. I became a new patient with Dr. Gantos today. As a Dentist myself, I would venture to say that Im probably a bit more critical in my assessment of the care provided as that assessment is based upon my own knowledge in the field, as well as my experience as a patient. I initially went to Dr. Gantos because I had heard great things. Not only did she meet my expectations, but greatly surpassed them. I knew what my needs were going into the appointment, but her attention to detail and being the perfectionist that she is, she insisted on polishing and adjusting previous fillings that had some issues, but were not necessary by any means. (She did this with my permission of course.) On top of that, her assistant was one of the best Ive seen. This is a well run practice with a great support staff that provides quality care. I felt obligated to write this review because the care was so exceptional. I will continue my recall visits here on a regular basis from now on.
Dr. Gantos and her entire staff are among the best in the area! She is so thorough in all of her work and I have never once had a bad experience with her. I would not want anyone else to be doing my dental work other than her. Highly recommend Dr. Gantos for all things dental!
Dr. Gantos and her staff are phenomenal. I was greeted by a friendly face as soon as I walked in. They had free coffee, tea and water in the waiting room and service was speedy and very personable. When they bring you back to the room, they put on whatever Pandora station you want, they take you on a virtual tour of your teeth, which I thought was pretty cool and you can just tell from the get go that this staff absolutely cares about your dental health. Made my trip to the dentist and enjoyable one! I will be coming back and I would recommend this office to everyone!
Love coming here! Have seen Dr. Gantos and Dr. Barton and both are wonderful. Our family sees Allison as our hygienist and our teeth have never been so clean and the whole experience is enjoyable from beginning to end!
WOW!!!After 24 years in the military, and some horrid dentist, I walked into Dr. Gantos office...now I have a caring dentist that I am SUPER comfortable with along with a staff that truly CARES about their patients (actually you are treated more like family then patients)!Dr. Gantos approach to dentistry and patient care is above and beyond the care of ANY dentist office I have ever been in (or any medically related service I have ever used).A clean, comfortable, professional, relaxing (and fun too...I know fun and dentist usually dont go together, but they do in this office) visit awaits you there!! I seriously love this office. It had been more than two years since I had a cleaning and they were so nice and non- judgmental about it. I got my new patient exam (no cavities, woot!) and my cleaning done in the same visit. My hygienist was super sweet and kept asking if I was on any pain (they have a numbing jelly they can put on your gums) and Dr. Gantos came in, did my exam, was very personable and down to earth, and showed me a few potential problem areas they would keep their eye on. They made me feel like family! Plus, the new patient gifts came with hand sanitizer which Im really thankful for especially now. I have found my new forever dentist!!!
Dr. Gantos has a genuine gift for working with people. She is kind, empathetic, friendly and knowledgeable and seems to thoroughly enjoy what she does. The first time I met her she had taken over from Dr. Weeks and he had spoken highly of her, but even then I was blown away by her manner and knowledge. Her staff seems to truly enjoy working with her. The new office is amazing! Dr. Gantos is the kind of person you know will succeed because she has very high standards for her practice, and she has surrounded herself with like-minded people. I never thought Id be able to say this but she and her team have made it so that I actually dont mind going to the dentist.
We brought our 3yo daughter for her first dentist check-up. The staff was phenomenal! From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Gantos DDS. The whole team was so kind, fun, and patient. They let my daughter tour the facility, play with any tool before they used it, and sent us away with your standard toothbrush and toothpaste... but also, a plastic tooth to store teeth youve lost for the tooth fairy, a tiny hourglass to show you how long to brush your teeth, and most importantly: a sticker and temporary tattoo! Tonight my wife helped my daughter brush her teeth, and my daughter wanted to use the hourglass. The first time weve brushed her teeth for a whole minute! The new facility looks beautiful, and we look forward to our next visit.
I DID IT!!! I got through my first dental work in 13 YEARS thanks to Dr. Gantos!!! I am SO thankful I found out about her because it has truly changed my mind on going to the dentist! I literally didnt go for 13 years because I was too scared of even getting a cleaning, I would hyperventilate and cry like a baby. If youre absolutely, completely, and utterly terrified like I am, twilight dentistry is a life changer!! I didnt remember anything from the time I sat down in the dentist chair to late in the evening that day, and zero pain! Dr Gantos and her whole team are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome and completely comfortable. I honestly cant describe how sweet they are. They make you feel like a member of the family. The entire process of making an appointment, figuring out the path to take with my dental insurance, and actually having the work done was smooth and easy! They even called after my appointment to check on me and how I was doing. Regularly scheduled cleanings and visits will now be a part of my life again and I dont have to be afraid anymore. I have never liked going to the Dentist, I would always wait until the pain was so bad that I couldnt take it any more. Dr. Gantos has completely changed my perspective on going to the Dentist, it has now become an enjoyable experience, no pain and very friendly. She also doesnt put the guilt on me for not flossing everyday! I would recommend her to ANYONE!
I was so impressed with how much my comfort and piece of mind meant to the staff and to Dr. Gantos. She was incredibly patient and answered all my questions. Ive told friends about my experience at her office and they thought I was lying! They have a wonderful comfort menu that I took full advantage of! Anything from using their noise cancelling earphones, heated eye and neck pillows, and my favorite was the professional hand holding... all for free while work was being done on my teeth! Dr. Gantos has a heart of gold and I will definitely refer my family and friends to her office, particularly those who have any fears of going to the dentist!

This isnt the best dentist experience Ive had, this is the best doctor experience Ive ever had. Its the best experience Ive had at any business, in probably years. So compassionate, so intelligent, so kind. I had an emergency, I called at 9am, she was busy, but I was in her dentist chair a half hour later. I cant say enough good things about Dr.Gantos.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Gantos. I have worked in the Naperville area in general dentistry and other specialties for 20 years now. I am also the grandmother to a six-year-old little boy with special needs. I have worked very hard at trying to find a dentist to take care of my little grandson. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Gantos that I knew I had found the perfect person not only to take care of my grandson but my entire family!!!My grandson has a condition called white coat syndrome and this makes it more difficult to get him to see any kind of doctor.Dr. Gantos suggested bring him in for a few visits, let him walk around the office, touch things, get comfortable with his surroundings. Today was his second visit and it was a huge success. Dr Gantos put me in a chair and had my little guy help count my teeth, use a mirror to look into my mouth and let him hold the electric brush and polish my front teeth. She played with him, came down to his level to talk to him and made him as comfortable as she could. We went over to her x-ray machine and she allowed him to get familiar with the machine. We didn’t attempt a look in his mouth or a cleaning, however she was able to get an x-ray on him.Dr. Gantos has won my loyalty and trust!!!!Thank you from the bottom of my heartArlene Lobas

Broke my tooth on a Sunday night so I had to find someone in a hurry, as my root was exposed. Found Dr. Gantos on here Monday afternoon, but her office was not open yet. Called the emergency number and *she* picked up! That blew me away. She got me scheduled for her last opening and worked on me with hardly any pain. All through this, she was soooo sweet, very professional, and the staff was so awesome. I also noticed how she talks to her staff respectfully, something I rarely see and tells me shes special. Wow, what a really great experience! I felt treated so well I had to write this. I definitely recommend her!
Dr. Gantos is wonderful! Shes so kind, personable, and will make you feel completely at ease. Shes also very honest about what you need to have done and what you dont, so I completely trust Im getting all the care I need and not getting any unnecessary procedures done. The staff is also great and very welcoming! I look forward to coming here all the way from Texas for my appointments in the future.

If there was an option to give this place more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. I live about 45 minutes from Naperville, but I heard so many great things about Dr. Gantos and her staff that I decided to make the trip. I am SO glad that I did! I have been to a few Dentists and Im never going anywhere else. The staff was so amazing and bubbly! I had these poor girls (Ashley and Lynn) on the phone with my insurance company for about 40 minutes! They were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Gantos and her staff were so gentle, informative, and made me feel so comfortable after not being at the dentist for 2 years. During my cleaning, Wendy explained everything that she was doing and how it was going to benefit my oral health. The woman who did my X-rays and molds (Unfortunately, I forgot how to spell her name!) was so gentle and made sure my molds turned out perfectly! My appt. went until around 12:15 and not one employee left for lunch until their last client (me) was out the door. Not only was Dr. Gantos unbelievably knowledgeable, she was so sweet! Dr. Gantos definitely knows how to run a dental office, from her staff to her skills! I never thought there would be a day where I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Dr. Gantos performed emergency dental work after a bike accident and losing two teeth over the weekend. Her work was executed flawlessly and courteously. I went in expecting the process to be painful given what all needed to be happen, but it was one of the most pleasant dental procedures Ive had. Ive also had multiple people comment, including my periodontist, that they could not distinguish my real from temporary teeth. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Gantos and look forward to continuing along with her.

I went to Meredith Gantos, DDS for a teeth cleaning and whitening treatment.Upon arrival, I couldnt help but notice the multitude of awards, certificates, and educational achievements Dr. Gantos has earned and achieved being displayed on the wall.The hygienist, assistant, and Dr. Gantos herself were extremely insightful, friendly, fun, and made this dental experience the best I have ever had.One of the first things I noticed when I laid in the chair was a Comfort Menu on the wall. This menu included free perks to help make your experience relaxing and enjoyable. The menu included things such as: headphones to listen to your own music, a movie from Amazon Prime to watch while being taken care of, various neck pillows, and even a professional hand holder. Typically, when Ive gone to the dentist, I feel rushed, anxious, and ready to run out the door before the appointment even gets underway. On the comfort menu, it informs the patient if at any time they need a break, just to raise their hand and the session will stop for as long as the patient needs. No rush!The dental hygienist, Amanda, walked me through the entire cleaning process and kept me informed about every detail she was performing in order to expand my wisdom of the cleaning process. If I felt any pain, she never hesitated to apply more numbing gel to make the experience more enjoyable. Extremely knowledgeable, bubbly personality, and gentle!The assistant, Derriece, took care of the whitening portion of my visit. Very kind-hearted, knowledgable, and stuck around during the entire whitening process to ensure my comfortability, and to attend anything I might need. D was constantly smiling and full of positive energy.Dr. Gantos, came in and went over my X-rays with me before the cleaning and whitening began. She pointed out various problems with my teeth that other dentists have overlooked such as cavities under my fillings that have been building up for a little bit of time.Its extremely obvious that this office takes their time with you so youre not rushed, looks at the finest of details, and greatly cares about your overall experience with them.Ive never had a better experience with any dentist or their staff than with Dr. Gantos, DDS and her staff.Highly Recommended +++
I have always gone to the dentist regulary but always dreaded it. When a friend recommended Dr. Gantos i decided I’d try a new dentist because i felt like i wasnt being provided the best care at my past dentist. The staff was so welcoming and my first appointment went so well i was no longer dreading future appointments. I did need a deep cleaning, the hygienist explained everything so perfectly and educated me, for the first time in years my gums don’t hurt anymore and they have stopped bleeding when i floss, i would always mention this to my old dentist and he never addressed it and was never taking measurements of my gums which explains why i had some deep pocketing now from all the years of not addressing it. My crowns that i had done look and feeling amazing and for the first time in a very long time my mouth is functional and feels great. I can’t thank you ladies enough!
Made the switch to Dr. Gantos recently. Couldnt be happier with her and her staff. If going to the dentist puts you off, consider this practice. In addition to their expertise and state-of-the-art equipment and services, their care towards your comfort is a top priority.
Two words…Sedation Dentistry. If you have anxiety about visiting a dentist or are absolutely terrified to visit, plan a visit with Dr. Meredith Gantos.In over fifty years, I never had a good dentist experience. After several traumatic experiences, I avoided dentists at all costs.Recently, one of my teeth cracked and I knew I wasnt going to escape a dentist visit. Something had to be done to repair or remove the tooth. After a referral, I visited a local dentist who recommended pulling the tooth. I asked about their options for anesthesia and pain relief. Same old things. Numb the gums and inject a numbing agent. That was little comfort and caused renewed anxiety.After doing a web search for sedation dentistry, I was very lucky to find Dr. Meredith Gantos. Dr. Gantos and her associates go above and beyond to reduced or alleviate anxiety.In my first experience, I recall sitting in the chair discussing the procedures and the next thing I knew, I was waking up at home, in my bed. I have no recollection of the procedures or the ride home. No headache. No hangover effects. No adverse reaction whatsoever.It amazes me that there arent many more dentists practicing sedation dentistry. After such a great experience, I can’t imagine ever going to the dentist without sedation. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Meredith Gantos and her associates.
As a new patient of Dr. Gantos I was very nervous about my first visit as most people are, however meeting her was a pleasure! Dr. Gantos is so knowledgeable and really explains everything thoroughly! Her staff is very friendly and the office is very clean and comfortable! :)
I had been absolutely terrified of the dentist since I was a kid and I finally made the decision to go after avoiding it for 10+ years. I googled for weeks trying to find the perfect place and this this office is the one I kept coming back to. The sedation really stood out to me because Im the type to pass out easily from pretty much anything medically related. I made an appointment and even though I planned on just meeting, talking, and getting a feel for it on that first visit, I instantly felt comfortable with Dr Gantos and her team so we got an exam taken care of right away. A few weeks later, a root canal, cavities, two pulled teeth with bone grafting (all in one day) and I hardly remember a thing. Sedation is incredible if youre someone like me; I honestly didnt even know it was an option until I did some digging for the perfect dentist. I cant get over how easy this process was, even the healing. I am so thankful for Dr Gantos and her team for being so professional and friendly and making me feel absolutely comfortable.
I cant recommend this dental practice enough! The staff was very accommodating and Dr. Gantos was excellent. First positive dental experience I have had since I can remember. Im not sure why I didnt know about sedation before, but I am so glad I found this office. Never going to another dentist again!
5 STARS!! I hate going to the dentist and haven’t been in sometime. However I cracked a tooth and it was becoming painful. So I called Dr. Gantos office to see if by any chance they could fit me in. The girl that answered the phone was very sweet I think her name was Jessica , she did say that they were booked for the rest of the week but did not want me to put this off so she place me on a brief hold came back and said can you come in at 1 the same day! When I arrived at the office everyone was very sweet and I was seated right away. I met with the doctors assistant first who walked me through everything that she was doing and seemed to be very smart. Dr Gantos came in and was very bubbly and made me feel very comfortable. After looking at X-rays with the doctor and her explaining everything she saw I was told that she could fix the problem right now. The lady at the front Jessica came into the room told me she reached out to insurance and explained to me the treatment and what insurance was expected to cover. I have never had this before! Normally I just get a surprise bill in my mail box. It was nice that they went over insurance and cost. I’m on a budget so its was nice that they told me everything up front so I wasnt surprised when I got a bill in a couple weeks. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this never have a been to a dental and for sure not a doctors office that they communicated so much with the patient so there aren’t any surprises. I will for sure be back and will be bring my family there! Ohh and by the way I realized after my appointment that Dr Gantos saw me during her lunch! 100% best experience at a drs office in a long time.

I had braces when I was a kid and noticed my bottom teeth were shifting. I called up to see if they would do invisalign, and I just finished!! yay! And it was an awesome experience that went faster than I thought, it was easier than I thought,... and my teeth are perfect again! Ready for Hollywood LOL :)
Oral Hygiene is just as important as ones physical health. Dental Assistant Derriece removed calculus better than my regular dentist prior to my whitening. Its always a spa day at Dr. Gantos office. But then there is the bonus of what you actually go there for! Many blessings on Dr. Gantos, her assistant Derriece and her so warm welcoming front desk staff.
I saw all of Meredith Gantos good reviews and I really wanted to like Meredith Gantos. I gave so many opportunities to like her and she just threw them all away, just like my money. First off I tried calling her multiple times during business hours and her office never picked up. I then assumed she was busy so I gave them the benefit of doubt and I went in person to schedule my first appointment. It was a little hard to find her office but it wasnt that bad.When I came back to my first appointment I was SO lucky to have the first office with the view of the receptionist desk. It was not very professional looking on the other side of the door. They then decided to do at least 20 x-rays of my teeth which felt like I was going to get gamma poisoning. I have honestly never gotten that many x-rays ever in my life. I then got my gums checked and they were prodding like they were searching for gold. It was so rough that I was trying to grin and bear it because, you know doctors are the professionals. The assistant then wanted to take a picture of my tooth in the back so she had a metal pick and a camera on a special device and she jammed that metal pick in between my teeth which hurt but I could deal with it. She was struggling to take a picture and didnt even ask to get help. Then she accidentally hit the metal pick and impaled my mouth. I winced in pain and wanted to cry. I thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned and polished the very same appointment. However Meredith Gantos said it would be best to do a laser cleaning of my teeth, which would be two separate appointments. Innocent me said ok. They sent me on my way saying theyd check if my insurance would cover it.Fast forward one week, I try calling again on early Friday afternoon, because I found out that the laser cleaning was going to have a co-pay of $500+. Guess what happened, I got sent straight to voicemail, surprise surprise. So I drive to her office to find out shes closed. I go online and find out shes pretty much only open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Great. I get a call Monday, I respond early Tuesday Morning (8:00ish) and asked if they could do a normal cleaning instead of the fancy cleaning. The receptionist said shed have to wait until Meredith came in. I waited, and waited, now its like 4:00pm and an hour after my scheduled appointment there. They said no they cannot do the normal cleaning. I tried to say that I only want the normal cleaning and nothing else. They refused to do anything with me unless I paid $500+. Charging a college student this much money and refusing service is completely unethical and rude.I then found a new dentist a week later, that I had to pay out of my own pocket because Meredith charged my insurance already and wouldnt clean my teeth. Had my cleaning done at the different office with no issues and laughed at Meredith the entire time because we all thought she was out of her mind. That or she had a new toy that she just wanted to try out on everyone.TL:DR - New Patient here. Wanted a standard cleaning. Could not get a hold of the office ever. Wanted to charge me $500+. Said no, I want a normal cleaning. They refused. I walked out. Told my entire family about it. They lost a family of 6 because of her stubbornness.
First time at Dr. Gantos office, took my two girls there Ava and Anna and all I can say is how wonderful the experience was. Both my girls now for the first time ever look forward to going back to the Dentist. Thank you Meredith and your awesome team.
Best Denist and staff around!! I have extreme dental phobia and they did everything they could to help out! The staff in general are just amazing people. Lynn was such a sweetheart and helped with money and just talking to me though everything. Nikki was also great answering all the questions I had. Of course Meredith and her dental assistant answered my questions and made sure I was okay with everything going on. My boyfriend came with to help calm my anxiety and they answered all of his questions as well. I could go on and on about everyone here but let’s just say this is by far the best denist office probably in the world! Took me forever to write a review seeing as my appointment was in November but I just keep forgetting!
I visited Dr. Gantos for the first time yesterday and all I can say is WOW. From the second I walked in to the time I left the entire staff made me feel extremely welcome. They offered complimentary drinks in the waiting room as well. Once I sat down in the chair they had an extensive list of things to make the process more comfortable for me. I will be back in the future to see Dr. Gantos and her staff.
The best Dental experience weve ever had. My teenaged daughter needed serious work done. They were very patient and informative. She made this experience easy and delightful for my family!!
Dr. Gantos is the best! Shes very nice and knowledgeable about all things dental. Going to the dentist is easy when I can sit back and watch Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned.

I became a patient of Dr. Gantos when my dentist if 30 years retired. I was immediately impressed with her expertise, derp knowledge of dentistry, and cheerful demeanor. Her staff is likewise, from dental techs to office staff. The cleanings I have received are thorough but painless, and X-rays are on the usual rotation for dental practices. She put caps and crowns on my front teeth—four upper and four lower—because I had ground them down to the pulp cavities as a boy and never got them fixed because they were not painful. But I decided I wanted to improve my smile AND ensure no nerve damage, so Dr. G did the work. She is an artist with tooth sculpturing and color matching—my “new” teeth look exactly like the rest.My highest recommendation to this practice. Yes, the building is old—it’s an old Naperville business strip mall. But everything is spotlessly clean, and I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on huge lobbies with big screen TVs and luxe leather chairs anyway. It’s a waiting room, not the Bellagio!I’m a big fan. Five stars from me.
What a great Dentist and great team! After being with Dr Weeks and Dr Weber for more than 20 years - and enjoying the fun at every visit - I looked forward to a change with trepidation. We couldnt be luckier in getting Dr Gantos! Shes got a caring caring touch and has invested in new technology to make the process as painless as possible (no more scraping at the gums with every cleaning!). Derriece is awesome - going through Invisalign with her has been terrific!

This place is a complete scam. My husband went in for a routine exam and cleaning, he was there for almost 2 hours and they didn’t even do a cleaning!! They started saying all these procedures he needed, including opening his gums for a deep cleaning that he didn’t even need (we got a second opinion from another dentist). They took over 20 xrays, which is unnecessary. They did all this to rack up their billing. Very disappointed with this place especially that it came with such high reviews. Save yourself a headache and go someplace else!

I went in to get a cleaning which I assumed was going to take about 30 minutes. Given that this was a first appointment, I assumed that maybe they would need to do a thorough exam first. Either way, I thought I would be in and out in about an hour (and I decided against the x-rays).Fast forward 3 hours and I am still sitting in the chair. Seriously?On the plus side, the cleaning was extremely thorough. On the downside, my teeth hurt like crazy for almost a month because of sensitivity to anything remotely cold. I know a cleaning is supposed to be thorough, but it shouldnt peel off the top layer of enamel! And I spent over 3 hours for this?Also, during the exam, she quoted Your teeth look pretty normal. There is nothing exciting for me to do here. Uh?
Simply the best in the area. The office is fun and friendly and the treatments are up to date. They have many choices of entertainment for making the process fun if youre not a fan of dentist chairs. Go Meredith!
First Impressions are lasting impressions! And, when I walked in the door I was impressed with Dr. Gantoss credentials and accomplishments prominently displayed on her wall. Secondly, her mission work in Guatemala won me over. Anytime medical professionals who take time out of their schedule to do mission work deserves special recognition and their undertaking is not to be disregarded! That speaks volumes about an individuals care and compassion for others. That compassion was extended to my father, who was struggling with eating due to improper fitting of his partial, which was incorrectly fabricated. She immediately knew the issues that were causing him the difficulties and provided solutions to correct the problems. I am quite pleased with Dr. Gantoss professionalism, care and knowledge and look forward to seeing her again! Thank you!
Rock stars here. Who knew going to the dentist could be such a blast. The staff is absolutely wonderful and make you feel like youre just hanging out with some old friends. These guys know what theyre doing and have the latest technology. Their practice is a Naperville gem. Highly recommended!

2022-01-11Gantos Dental Group is the Best Dental Office I have ever been to. Immediately upon walking through the door, I experienced a calming feeling. I knew I found the right place. Every person I met at Gantos Dental Group had a great energy about them. The hygienist, doctor, and treatment coordinator were very knowledgeable and professional. They even agreed to get an insurance estimate for the treatment that was recommended. I have never felt so well taken care of at a dental office. I can’t wait to go back and whiten my teeth!

2022-04-25Truly a gem for all your dental needs putting patients needs and wants first. I rarely leave reviews but this office is one that I’m proud to call my dental home as a patient and employee. I’ve been practicing dental hygiene for over 12 years and have seen and been to many offices where their philosophies don’t align with their actions and what they practice.Dr. Gantos puts her patients first providing the best quality dentistry care with the most advanced technology and techniques to assure comfort dentistry.Being in dentistry I’ve experienced where my own and families dental care is not a priority or valued and that is not the case at all at here. My kids and family love it here and wouldn’t trust going anywhere else for our dental needs!

2022-01-15Dr. Gantos has amazed me from the first time I met her. My dental anxiety had been through the roof for many years, I am now more confident than I have ever been about going to a dentist. I no longer worry days before the appointment, she has made it a completely different experience. In fact, the whole team including hygienists, assistants and even the ladies that run the office with appointments, managing insurance to follow up phone checks are tops in their field. 2022-01-20Yesterday I had three teeth extracted by Dr. Gantos due to pain. Everyone at the office made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. I have had a long history of dental work. I have never had an experience as great as my experience at Gantos Dental Group. Every time I have ever went to a dentist in the past; I felt like I was given a bandaid of a solution but they did not look at the big picture. Finally, I will get my teeth restored properly by Dr. Gantos. Dr. Gantos truly values my overall health. The treatment planned for me is the best solution for my mouth long term. It’s never too late to get the treatment or smile you deserve! I can’t wait to get my implants by Dr. Gantos!

2022-07-21It seems everywhere I’ve been lately customer service is dead - not the case at Gantos dental - I am a semi new patient there I’ve been there a few times now - Dr Gantos is one of the nicest Doctors I have ever met - she is very sweet, understanding and you can tell her and the staff care about the patients and there experience. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable, explain options and are honest when giving there opinion on what might benefit you the most. 5 star experience across the board from check in, to my dental assistant (I think her name was Eliana) to the Doctor portion. 2022-04-18I was recommended here by a good friend, was a bit of a drive for me, but 100% worth it! I have never been to a dentist office where everyone is so kind, understanding & did not want to take all my money! I felt cared for every second I was here. I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted while being put under and I couldnt be happier!! 10/10 Definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to come have there teeth taken care of here!

2022-01-08There is no better place to get dental care! Gantos Dental Group is a beautiful office that uses the newest technology but has that comfortable small office feel. The staff walks you through every step of your treatment. The dental cleanings are great with the air flow polisher. My experience is always Efficient and Painless! I bring my whole family to Gantos Dental Group!

2021-11-20We are new to Gantos dental after our previous dentist retires last year. I was so worried about being able to find a practice that could treat adults but could also care for kids. I have three kiddos. One has always had such a fear of the dentist she has needed to be prepared medicated before her visits in the past. The amazing staff at Gantos create such a fun and kind environment that my kids felt comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. My daughter didn’t even need medication for her visit!!! After our visit we even received a note from Dr. Jackie saying how great it was to meet us all. This will be our new forever dentist! I highly recommend them to any families of little kids looking for a dentist!

2022-05-05They are incompetent figuring out insurance information. I came in to do a general cleaning and walked away with no cleaning done at all but a bill of $167. They said an evaluation had to be done because I was a new patient and its 100% covered by insurance. After the evaluation they told me I needed deep cleaning. I declined and asked only to do the regular cleaning. They said because X ray shows that I need deep cleaning, now a regular cleaning cant be done. Then I got a bill of $167 a month later for the evaluation despite that they told me its 100% covered. It turns out they withheld critical information and falsely claimed its 100% covered. For out of network, there is a predetermined max amount for the procedure performed. They did provide nice pillows and heated neck warmers and the environment was nice, but they were incompetent figuring out insurance for clients. From 2022, they are out of network for all insurances so I guess at least other clients wont experience this problem any more.
